The issue of legal protection for consumers is one that is championed in order to provide protection for the community as consumers. BPOM Semarang City has the duty to provide services for the community to supervise the circulating products to ensure their safety, however, there are still products that contain hazardous substances in circulation. Therefore this thesis is entitled "The Function and Role of BPOM in Consumer Protection Against Foods Containing Hazardous Ingredients in Semarang City".                The problem under study is to find out how the function and role of BPOM in dealing with food containing hazardous ingredients, what efforts have been made by BPOM on foods containing hazardous ingredients and the rights obtained by consumers in order to be safer against substances that contain hazardous ingredients.                The research method used is the type of normative juridical legal research. Specific research is descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used are interviews and literature study with research locations at BPOM Semarang City.             Based on the research obtained shows that the position of consumers is weak compared to producers, so consumers need the existence of UUPK and POM agencies as supervisors on the feasibility and safety of drugs and food to avoid losses suffered by consumers considering that there are still dangerous substances in the circulating products. The role of the government needs to be maximized in controlling, supervising and coaching and counseling to consumers and businesses.

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

The purpose of this study is to provide convenience when processing sales, purchasing, product data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this study is to use the R & D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and its effectiveness can be tested so it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Database application development tools using MySQL and programming languages ​​using Visual Basic 6.0. This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation and understanding of students towards Javanese script material, as well as media that can be used by teachers in learning Javanese language learning activities by reading Javanese characters and their partners. The method used by researchers is the R&D (Research and Development) method while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The material presented in the Javanese script learning media are (1) Introduction of Javanese script, (2) Sandhangan, (3) Couples, (4) Swara script, (5) Wilangan. In making learning media researchers used Adobe Flash CS6 software, CorelDraw X5, Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe audition CS6, with the final product being an interactive CD (Compact Disk). Validation test from material experts and media experts got the criteria of "good" - "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation with 52 students stated "agreeing" - "strongly agreeing" with the use of Javanese script learning media. thus the Javanese alphabet learning media on elementary students of Muhammadiyah Weleri was declared feasible to be used in learning activities to read and understand Javanese script.

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.

SP-Plast screen printing is a company engaged in the field of printing that uses tools or screen printing media. Company profile is a promotional media that can be used to support promotions that already exist on screen printing SP-Plast. Based on sales data available on SP-Plast screen printing, there was a decrease in the number of sales from March - May 2017. SP-Plast screen printing requires a media to help more attractive promotions to attract clients and keep customers from switching to other companies without eliminating the previous promotional media, namely with an interactive multimedia company profile. Company profile can be used to improve the presentation of company identity which was previously still in the form of print media, namely banners and business cards. The results of this design in the form of an interactive multimedia-based company profile that contains the history, vision & mission, screen printing production processes, contacts, and addresses SP-Plast screen printing. The results of this study are based on the validation test assessment of users is 3.13. These criteria are in the range of 2.51 - 3.25 which is included in the effective category, so this company profile tool can be said to be feasible.

Calculation of Cost of Production is one of the important aspects in carrying out business activities. Cost of Production is one of the determinants of the selling price of a product. Besides the cost of production can indicate a company's profit. But the activity of recording the cost of production at PT Semeru Karya Buana still uses a manual method that is using excel. This causes ineffectiveness in time, the resulting information will take longer because they have to look for the components one by one. Not to mention the data generated is most likely an error in the calculation. This research is intended to study the system that is already running. And later it will produce a program to calculate the cost of production as a determinant of the selling price which is implemented with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The calculation method uses the Job Order Costing Method where the price of the product to be given to consumers is calculated by dividing all costs incurred to produce a product by the number of orders. So the benefits of each product can be directly calculated. The more accurate the data produced, the better the company is in carrying out the buying and selling process.

The purpose of this study was to analyzetheeffect of the ability of the sales force, sales training and orientationaccuracy ofthe customer to the performance of agents multilevel marketingdistributors of NuSkin in Semarang . The population in this study is the distributor of Nu Skin multilevelmarketing agency in Semarang with a sample of 35 respondents wasobtained by purposive sampling technique, the distributor who has joined for3 months and have a monthly income and the amount of the bonus >Rp.1.000.000. Primary data was collected through questionnaires andanalyzed with multiple linear regression analysis . The results showed that the ability of the sales force and accuracy ofsalestraining has a positive effect on the performance of distributors agents.Whilecustomer orientation negatively affect the performance of distributorsagents.Variable accuracy of sales training (b2 = 0 , 534) became the largestfactoraffecting the performance of distributors agents. While the sales force'sabilityvariables (b3 = 0.419) became the lowest factor affecting theperformance ofdistributors agents .

The method used in research is R&D (Research and Development) while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The story developed is a story with the title (1) Butcher Bilawa, (2) Bima Bungkus, and (3) Bima Suci. To produce a learning media researchers use a design processing program including; Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe After Effects CS6, Adobe Audition CS6, Pinnacle Studio 16, Adobe Flash CS6 with the final product in the form of an interactive CD. The results of the assessment by media experts and material experts, get the criteria value "quite good" - "very good" and tend to approach the criteria of "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation by students shows that all students totaling 23 children "agree" - "strongly agree" and approach the "strongly agree" category with the use of developed learning media. Thus the learning media for puppet story animation was declared feasible to facilitate learning activities in Javanese subjects to listen to the Werkudara puppet story in fifth grade students of Kutosari 02 State Elementary School.

Tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ada tidaknya korelasi kompetensi profesional guru PPKn dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII di SMA Kristen 1 Surakarta tahun 2015/2016.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah siswa kelas XII di SMA Kristen 1 Surakarta yang berjumlah 79 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 79 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data-data siswa kelas XII SMA Kristen 1 Surakarta. Menggunakan teknik angket untuk mengetahui korelasi kompetensi profesional guru PPKn dan kemampuan mengembangkan bahan ajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII di SMA Kristen 1 Suarakarta. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis hubungan dengan rumus product moment.Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus korelasi ganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa rxy = 0,467 > r tabel 5% = 0,220 dan 1% = 0,286, dengan memiliki hipotesis yang menyatakan “Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru PPKn dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII SMA Kristen 1 Surakarta”, terbukti kebenarannya. Sedangkan hipotesis yang menyatakan “Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara bahan ajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII SMA Krsiten 1 Surakarta” menunjukan hasil analisis bahwa rxy = 0,5056 > r tabel 5% = 0,220 dan 1% = 0,286.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Profesional, Bahan Ajar, Prestasi Belajar Siswa.

Tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan pendidikan karakter dalam keluarga dengan pembentukan sikap sosial di Kelurahan Jeruk, Kecamatan Miri, Kabupaten Sragen tahun 2016.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah remaj di Kelurahan Jeruk yang berjumlah 434 remaja. Sampel diambil dengan sampel random yang berjumlah 44 remaja. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data-data remaja di Kelurahan Jeruk, serta digunakan teknik angket untuk mengetahui hubungan pendidikan karakter dalam lingkungan keluarga dengan pembentukan sikap sosial remaja. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis hubungan dengan rumus product moment. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa rxy = 0,724 > r tabel 5% = 0,297 dan 1% = 0,384, dengan memiliki hipotesis yang menyatakan “Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan karakter dalam lingkungan keluarga dengan pembentukan sikap sosial remaja di Keluran Jeruk, Kecamatan Miri, Kabupaten Sragen tahun 2016”, terbukti kebenarannya.Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Karakter, Lingkungan Keluarga, Sikap Sosial.

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.

Organic products as natural products or are free of chemicals /pesticides , is currently a trend in many countries around the world.The tendency of shifting consumer consumption patterns of consumingorganic products to conventional products has become an interestingphenomenon today . Shifting back to nature lifestyle , has become a wisechoice to meet a healthy lifestyle . This view , looking at the trend ofconsumers choosing organic ingredients and eco-friendly products isincreasing. Of the various existing studies , found that attention and thedesire to buy organic food and organic food products behavior isincreasing nowadays. The purpose of this study was to analyze theinfluence of ecological knowledge, willingness to pay more, andenvironmental awareness of the organic product purchase decisions inHortimart Agro Center Bawen .The population in this study is that consumers Hortimart AgroCenter Bawen. Based Slovin formula, the sample size was 100respondents were obtained with Purpose Sampling techniques , namelyconsumers who consume organic products . Primary data was collectedthrough questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear.The resultsof the research on 100 respondents in Hortimart Agro EcologicalKnowledge Center showed that no significant influence on purchasingdecisions, different results are shown in the willingness to pay more andthe environmental awareness and significant positive influence onpurchasing decisions. willingnessto paymore variable (b2 =0,550)became the biggest factors influencing purchasing decisions.

Tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan anta-ra sikap sosial dan keterampilan kewarganegaraan dengan pembentukan karakter pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri Colamdu Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif.Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri Colomadu yang berjumlah 300 siswa. Sam-pel diambil dengan teknik random dengan cara Quota random sampling dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 10-15% dari populasi, dengan hasil perhitungan yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket. Metode angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai Hubungan sikap sosial, keterampilan kewarganegaraan, pembentukan karakter. Uji coba instrument mengunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan rumus product moment dinyatakan valid untuk angket tentang sikap sosial ( X1 ), keterampilan kewarganegaraan ( X2 ), dan pembentukan karak-ter (Y).Teknik analisis data dengan mengunakan rumus korelasi ganda dan product momen. Hasil analis menunjukan bahwa nilai F hitung 6,84> F tabel 3,33 dengan demikian hipotesiss yang menyatakan “ Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara sikap sosial dan keterampilan kewarganegaraan dengan pem-bentukan karaakter pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri Colomadu Karanganyar Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016”. Tujuan yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara eksistensi guru di masyarakat dengan kualitas guru dalam perannya sebagai pendidik pada guru-guru Kecamatan Tanon, Kabupaten Sragen tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, populasinya adalah guru-guru se-Kecamatan Tanon yang berjumlah 490 guru. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive random sampling dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 10-15% dari populasi, dengan hasil perhitungan yang berjumlah 50 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik angket untuk mengumpulkan data tentang eksistensi dan kualitas guru sebagai seorang pendidik, serta teknik dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data-data guru Kecamatan Tanon. Teknik analisis data mengunakan teknik analisis product moment. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rxy = 0,853 sedangkan r tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan N=50 diperoleh 0,279 dengan demikian rxy = 0,853 > r tabel 0,279 maka hipotesis yang menyatakan “ Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara eksistensi guru di masyarakat dengan kualitas guru dalam perannya sebagai seorang pendidik pada guru- guru se-Kecamatan Tanon Kabupaten Sragen tahun 2016”, terbukti kebenarannya.Kata Kunci : Eksitensi Guru, Masyarakat, Kualitas Guru

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan lingkungan belajar dengan pengamalan nilai–nilai pancasila pada Siswa Kelas XI, Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan keharmonisan di dalam keluarga dengan pengamalan nilai–nilai pancasila pada Siswa Kelas XI, untuk mengatahui ada tidaknya hubungan lingkungan belajar dan keharmonisan di dalam keluarga dengan pengamalan nilai–nilai pancasila pada Siswa Kelas XI. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas Kelas XI yang berjumlah 300. Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel bertujuan atau purposive sampel yaitu sampel bertujuan dilakukan dengan cara mengambil subjek bukan didasarkan atas strata, random atau daerah tetapi didasarkan atas adanya tujuan tertentu. Sampel sejumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket. Metode angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai Hubungan lingkungan belajar, kehermonisan di dalam keluarga dan pengamalan nilai-nilai pancasila.Peneliti menguji coba instrumen dengan mengunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan rumus product moment dinyatakan valid untuk angket tentang lingkungan belajar (X1), keharmunisan di dalam keluarga (X2), dan pengamalan nilai–nilai pancasila (Y). Teknik analisis data dengan mengunakan rumus korelasi ganda dan diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan belajar dengan pengamalan nilai–nilai pancasila pada siswa kelas XI. Dilihat dari nilai diperoleh rxy = 0,934. selanjutnya nilai rxy dibandingkan dengan r tabel N = 30 signifikan 5% = 0,361. Dan signifikan 1% = 0,463. Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keharmonisan di dalam keluarga dengan pengamalan nilai–nilai pancasila pada siswa kelas XI” dilihat dari nilai diperoleh rxy = 0,795 selanjutnya nilai rxy dibandingkan dengan r tabel N = 30 signifikan 5% = 0,361. Dan signifikan 1% = 0,463. ada hubungan lingkungan belajar dan keharmonisan di dalam keluarga dengan pengamalan nilai–nilai pancasila pada siswa kelas XI, dibiktikan nilai F hitung F = 7,86. Selanjutnya nilai F hitung dibandikan dengan nilai F tabel signifikan 5% yaitu 3,33.Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Belajar, Keharmonisan Di dalam Keluaraga Dan Pengamalan Nilai-NilaiPancasila.

This research applied to survey methode, with the three subdistrict are Bojongsari with  Kajongan and Brobot as villages sample, Karangjambu with Kajongan and Brobot villages samples, Karangreja subdistrict with  Karangreja and Gondang as village sample. The multivariet and regression methode be uses as tools of analysis to founds influences factor of the production and industrial productivity and so on will be use as arranging small industrial sapu glagah model. The analysis can be found that the sapu glagah small industrial have developed, but no coorporations in group efectivelly, inter coorporation of  firms, inter coorporation of productions, and market operations. Some time often are competitions inter firms in raw material buying and competition in market. The dominant factor of the small industrial cluster sapu glagah progress are the institutional, industrial productivity and the new technology iquipment and mechinerry.
