PT Unilever Indonesia’s strategic application is examined through the Balanced Scorecard framework, focusing on four key perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The analysis reveals that while the company demonstrates strong financial performance, such as high ROI and ROE, challenges like declining annual profits and increasing liabilities signal the need for improved cost management and risk mitigation. Unilever's strategy emphasizes innovation and customer relationships, leveraging Total Quality Management (TQM) and continuous product enhancements. However, internal issues such as employee work culture, inadequate facilities, and employee satisfaction remain significant obstacles to organizational performance. The findings suggest a need for stronger employee engagement and workplace improvements, alongside enhanced financial sustainability strategies. Future research could explore how external factors, such as shifting market trends and government regulations, influence Unilever’s strategic decisions and overall success.

This study aims to analyze the implications of the Imago Dei doctrine in Indonesian local wisdom for enriching Christian Religious Education (PAK) materials from Jürgen Moltmann's perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with library research design and Miles-Huberman interactive analysis model. The findings reveal that Indonesian local wisdom such as pela gandong, dalihan na tolu, huma betang, and menyama braya have deep resonance with the Imago Dei doctrine, particularly in Moltmann's relational theological perspective. The integration of local wisdom with the Imago Dei doctrine brings profound theological implications including expanding understanding of fellowship (koinonia), holistic salvation, transformative leadership, and contextual spirituality. This study recommends that PAK educators develop curricula that systematically integrate local wisdom with theological foundations, use participatory pedagogical approaches, build sensitivity to cultural contexts, and create collaborative networks with traditional leaders. The integration of local wisdom with the Imago Dei doctrine is not merely a pedagogical strategy but a theological calling to realize God's Kingdom in the Indonesian context.

Cultural diversity demands communication skills that extend beyond verbal communication and encompass an understanding of cross-cultural values, emotions, and identities. This article examines cultural communication in a pluralistic society through a psychological approach, focusing on perception, stereotypes, empathy, and cognitive openness. Cultural perception shapes how individuals interpret social reality, but often results in stereotypes that simplify the characteristics of a group, which can hinder healthy communication. On the other hand, empathy—both affective and cognitive—plays a crucial role in building emotional understanding and perspectives toward people from different cultural backgrounds. Cognitive openness strengthens the ability to accept differences, avoid quick judgments, and increase awareness of social complexity. This combination of empathy and openness is the primary foundation for building effective and inclusive intercultural communication competencies. This article emphasizes that these competencies can be developed through education, cross-cultural experiences, and psychosocial training. In the era of globalization and digitalization, cross-cultural understanding is crucial for creating a harmonious environment in educational settings, organizations, and communities. Therefore, building empathetic, open, and stereotype-free communication is key to successful interactions in a multicultural society.

This study aims to explore the perspectives of sixth-semester students regarding the implementation of the English Camp Parade (ECP) Season 5 at Universitas Bhinneka PGRI. ECP is an activity-based learning program designed to promote contextual English use through interactive activities such as drama performances, quizzes, and group discussions. Using a qualitative approach, the study involved 14 purposively selected sixth-semester students and 2 key informants (the ECP coordinator and the chairperson of the English Student Association). Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, open-ended questionnaires, and observation, and analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that most students responded positively to the program, particularly in terms of increased speaking confidence, vocabulary development, and cross-semester collaboration. However, some students perceived the activities as more entertaining than academically structured. These results highlight the need to improve the program design by balancing educational content with engaging activities. The study contributes to the development of activity-based English learning strategies in higher education contexts.

This study aims to examine the perspectives of students from the Islamic Family Law (HKI) Study Program regarding Ministerial Regulation of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Permendikbudristek) No. 30 of 2021 concerning the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in Higher Education Institutions. Particular focus is given to Article 5 paragraph 2, which contains the phrase “without the victim’s consent,” a clause that has sparked considerable public debate. This qualitative field research was conducted at the Faculty of Sharia, UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi, involving 17 final-semester students selected using a snowball sampling technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documentation, then analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that most students had limited understanding of the regulation due to the lack of socialization and outreach within the university. Moreover, the majority expressed concern over the phrase “without the victim’s consent,” which they viewed as ambiguous and potentially legitimizing consensual sexual relations outside of marriage—a practice prohibited in Islamic law. While the students supported the need for legal protection against sexual violence, they called for the revision of the regulation to align more closely with the principles of fiqh and Islamic jurisprudence. Thus, the effective implementation of this policy within Islamic higher education institutions requires the harmonization of state law and Islamic values.

The pursuit of inclusive mathematics instruction requires educators to adopt adaptive teaching approaches, with differentiated instruction (DI) emerging as a key component. This study explores how future mathematics teachers perceive DI, especially regarding their grasp of its core principles, confidence in instructional application, preparedness to implement, and perspectives on its advantages and obstacles. Employing a descriptive quantitative access, data were collected through a 50-item Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 25 mathematics education students from three universities in Indonesia. The findings affirm comprehensive favorable attitudes toward DI, with mean scores ranging between 3.98 and 4.01. Respondents advertised strong theoretical comprehension of DI and showed enthusiasm about integrating it into their teaching practices. However, challenges such as limited instructional time and deficient firsthand experience in crafting differentiated lessons were acknowledged. These acumen highlight the importance of assimilation more practical, experience-based training within teacher education programs to equip future educators for implementing inclusive and differentiated teaching effectively.

Currently, the digital era has penetrated most sectors of humanity, where one of the people who are penetrated is the Indonesian people. Data shows that internet users in Indonesia have reached 221 million, equivalent to 79.5 percent of Indonesia's total population. Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest number of internet users in the world. Some of them are the use of Artificial Intelligence in driving, in digital marketplace services, and in responding to consumer complaints. However, these things are not entirely free from the potential adverse risks that can befall consumers. So far, the Indonesian Positive Law regulation has not yet reached the regulation of the impact of potential adverse risks to consumers who use products containing Artificial Intelligence. On the other hand, the European Union has already regulated the impact of adverse risks in the use of Artificial Intelligence. Therefore, this research will try to adopt the norm from the European Union and initiate it as an answer to the regulation of the impact of risks in the utilization of Artificial Intelligence in the perspective of Indonesian Law.

Drug abuse is a complex and evolving legal problem in Indonesia. Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics strictly regulates provisions for drug users, both in terms of criminal penalties and rehabilitation. In practice, drug users are often treated as criminals and sentenced to imprisonment, although normatively the law also provides opportunities for rehabilitation as a form of protection and recovery. This study aims to examine the legal provisions for drug users from a legal perspective, analyze the role of Legal Aid Institutions (LBH) in handling drug abuse cases, and identify obstacles faced in implementing such legal assistance. The methods used are normative legal and sociological legal approaches, with data collection techniques through literature and documentation. The results of the study indicate that drug users should have access to rehabilitation, not just punishment. LBH plays a crucial role in providing legal assistance and advocating for the implementation of restorative justice. However, several obstacles remain, such as limited resources, a lack of understanding among law enforcement officials, and public stigma. Joint efforts are needed between the government, LBH, and the community to realize fair legal protection for drug users.

Profitability, measured by Return on Asset (ROA), is a key indicator for assessing the performance and resilience of the banking sector. During the 2019–2023 period, the Indonesian banking sector faced significant pressure from the COVID-19 pandemic, which impacted asset quality and financial performance. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of Non-Performing Loan (NPL), the BI Rate, inflation, Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on the ROA of commercial banks in Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative approach using monthly secondary data from 2019 to 2023. The analysis was conducted using Robust Least Squares (RLS) with M-estimation, a Wald test for simultaneous significance, and a z-statistic for partial tests. The results indicate that, simultaneously, the five independent variables have a significant effect on ROA with a significance value of 0,000 and a coefficient of determination of 67,1 percent. Partially, NPL has a significant negative effect on ROA, while NIM, CAR, and inflation have significant positive effects. The BI Rate shows no significant influence. The implications of these findings highlight the managerial importance of strengthening credit risk management to control NPL, enhancing intermediation efficiency to maintain a healthy NIM, and preserving capital adequacy. From a policy perspective, these results justify the continued strengthening of prudential supervision over banks' internal ratios by financial authorities. Furthermore, the insignificance of the BI Rate suggests that the monetary policy transmission to bank profitability is indirect, necessitating a focus on internal factors to maintain the stability of the banking sector.

This study is motivated by the increasing competition among cooperatives and the declining number of members at BMT Assyafi’iyah in recent years. This condition indicates the presence of various factors influencing people's decisions in choosing Islamic financial institutions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of advertising, financial literacy, and personal selling on the decision to become a member of a savings and loan cooperative from the perspective of Islamic business principles. The research was conducted at BMT Assyafi’iyah, Sumberagung District, Pringsewu, involving 89 respondents selected through purposive sampling. A quantitative approach was used with the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical techniques. The results show that advertising has no significant effect on membership decisions, while financial literacy has a significant influence, and personal selling is the most dominant factor. These findings suggest that financial understanding and direct interaction are more effective in attracting prospective members than advertising strategies.

While Arkhan showed more active phonological reconstruction by transforming difficult words into more easly produced form with a family environment that often made direct correction to Arkhan’s phonological errors which more stable and consistent phonological structure. Their phonological development was also successfully achieve through a variety of consistent support strategies that were responsive to the child’s emotional state and learning style. The result of this study support Chomsky’s Language Acquisition Device theory, in which both children demonstrated an innate capacity for language learning while showing how environmental triggers activated and shaped this biological predisposition because the children's ability to produce complex phonological structures without explicit instruction supports the nativist perspective on language acquisition.
