his study aims to determine the Effect of Transparency (X1) on Village Financial Management (Y), the Effect of Accountability (X2) on Village Financial Management (Y). The results showed that Transparency (X1) had an effect on Village Financial Management (Y). This result is evidenced by the value of t_(count ) of 9,823 > t_table of 1,673 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. While Accountability (X2) affects Village Financial Management (Y). This result is evidenced by the value of t_(count ) of 5,729 > t_table of 1,673 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. After that, Transparency (X1), Accountability (X2) have a simultaneous effect on Village Financial Management (Y). This result is proven by having a value of F_(count ) 101,905> F_(table ) 3,17, with a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05.

Garbage is a problem that has become a global environmental issue. Problems that arise in each region can vary, whether it is about the accumulation of organic or non-organic waste. One solution to this waste problem is the existence of waste processing activities. Waste processing is part of waste management by reducing the amount of waste, in addition to utilizing the values contained in the waste itself (recycled materials, other products, and energy). Waste management is crucial and important at this time, given the large volume of waste generated in each region and needs to be handled to keep the environment clean and nice. The waste problem in Semarang Regency, especially in the Demak District, is the chosen place in this study. Through the study of literature, followed by the related waste in each village in the exploration, by the development of solutions for each problem. Organic waste that can be processed into organic fertilizer, non-organic waste, especially plastic can be a advantogous material to produce paving blocks. The results of this research are also compiled in the form of an educative and interesting ebook to inspire the community and encourage positive activities for the community.

To measure quality of service that be given to customer, many company try to implement service excellence, but fail, meanwhile the company is given out cost, time, power no so a little to do some training for his employees, what problem ?, actually, just giving training is not one solution because, familiarization, and manner to save customer is not so enough will be paradigm and skill for front line to save the customer, but seriously, high commitment at each of organization especially top management service excellence must be implemented in structural oriented at each of company.

Customer satisfaction is very important to a company's services, because satisfied customers will come back, buy more, spread the experience to another friend, and is willing to pay more to do business with a trusted provider. Efforts to maintain customer satisfaction one of which is to monitor what they want from the services that are presented. This study aimed to measure the level of customer satisfaction in the business of outdoor education and training, in which customer satisfaction is measured on the dimensions of perceived service and expected service. The population in this study is service users of the outdoor education and training at the Centre for Education and Training Managerial Behavior University of Wijaya Putra that training in January and June 2014, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique amounts to 143 people. The variables of this study customer loyalty, service quality, perceived quality, perceived value, and customer expectation and customer complaints. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The expected outcome of this research is the acquisition of the factors that affect customer satisfaction on service providers of outdoor education and training, in terms of quality of service indicators (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). The results show that there is good agreement between the performance perceived by the user's expectations of the outdoor education and training services. These conditions can be considered satisfactory by management for the success of providing the best service to users of the service. Cartesian diagram determine the right strategy for the management to improve service quality are a top priority especially.

The health deconcentration fund is one of the funding schemes for regions in the context of delegating matters under the authority of the central government to regional governments in certain regions to support the achievement of national development. This research aims to analyze the policy for managing deconcentrated funds in the health sector in the region. This research uses qualitative methods with the Edward III policy implementation model. Data collection was carried out through interviews and documentation studies. The research results concluded that the implementation of deconcentrated fund management policies in the health sector in several regions in Indonesia is still not effective. This is caused by communication aspects that have not been maximized and the lack of adequate resource qualifications for managing deconcentration funds.

Background: Spinal anesthesia is a type of extensive nerve block by inserting a local anesthetic drug into the subarachnoid space at the lumbar level (Rehatta, 2019). This method produces anesthesia by blocking transmission, deactivating motor and sensory abilities, thus creating loss of pain sensation in the perineum. lower abdomen to lower extremities. Among the effects of spinal anesthesia that often occur, post-spinal anesthesia headache is a complication that often does not receive special attention. Due to the minor effects of spinal anesthesia. Management of headaches after spinal anesthesia, one of which is using non-pharmacological techniques with Head Up therapy, namely providing a 30 degree head elevation position with the aim of increasing blood flow to the brain in an effort to maximize oxygen flow to the brain which is believed to reduce the sensation of headaches. Objective: To analyze the effect of giving Head up therapy on headaches in post-operative patients with spinal anesthesia. Method: This research is a quantitative research using a type of experiment with a pre-experimental design, post-test control group design. Sampling technique: accidental sampling Population: The population of this study was 300 people. Sample: This study involved 76 respondents with a division of 38 respondents who were given Head Up therapy and 38 respondents who were not given Head Up therapy. Data analysis: Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney test. The research instruments were Head Up SOP and Posttest Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire. This research was carried out in February-April 2024 at Dr Hardjono Ponorogo Regional Hospital. Results: Based on research and after data analysis, the significance value (P value) in the Mann Whitney test was 0.001 (p>0.05). Conclusion: It was found that there was an effect of giving Head up therapy to post-operative patients with spinal anesthesia

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process in achieving learning goals. In preparing the academic supervision plan that must be considered is the preparation of the schedule, objectives, approaches, techniques and instruments needed.The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive, theoretical and empirical approaches. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using reduction and verification. Meanwhile, in testing the validity of the data using source and time triangulation.The results showed that the most frequently used approach was the collaborative approach and the techniques used were group supervision techniques (teacher meetings, workshops and MGMP) and individual techniques (class visits and class observations). Implementation of good academic supervision can improve the professional competence of teachers so as to produce quality graduates. Factors that support management of the academic supervision of madrasah heads in improving teacher competence are teacher education, teacher teaching experience, training experience that has been carried out by teachers, motivation, infrastructure, and supervision of school principals. The inhibiting factors were lack of teaching experience, lack of training, lack of self-motivation, lack of academic supervision from the head of the madrasah, and educational level qualifications.

Hypertension is said to be the silent killer because it often has no symptoms and tends to be left uncontrolled. Management of hypertension such as dietary compliance, adherence to taking hypertension medication, and environmental modification are important things that can control hypertension which in turn can prevent complications. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of medication adherence and changes in blood pressure in patients with hypertension. This study used a descriptive survey design, a sample of 57 patients with hypertension, the sampling technique used the total population. Statistical analysis using frequency distribution. The results showed that the middle age of hypertensive patients was 54 years, male 57.9%, graduated from elementary school 50.9%, and worked as laborers 38.6%, adhered to hypertension medication 54.4%, the mean initial blood pressure systole 190.00 mmHg and diastolic 90.00 mmHg while the final systolic blood pressure is 140.00 mmHg and diastole is 80.00 mmHg. It is recommended that nurses provide continuous information and motivation to respondents about the importance of being obedient or obedient in taking hypertension drugs.

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data for 40 respondents was collected through a questionnaire. This research implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 23.00. The results of the investigation show that partially motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman employees with a t count > t table or (3.372 > 2.028). or (0.806 < 2.028). However, simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of F arithmetic > F table or (11.371> 3.25). This fact is useful for KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman to improve employee performance, so the company must consider motivation and work discipline factors together.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015, 585,000 women died during pregnancy or childbirth. Because 99% of maternal deaths due to labor or birth problems occur in developing countries. The risk of maternal death in developing countries is the highest with 450 maternal deaths per 100 thousand live births when compared with the risk of maternal death in 9 developed countries and 51 developing countries. The incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in Indonesia is starting from 1-3% of all pregnancies (Maruroh and Ikke, 2016). About 50% - 90% of all pregnancies are accompanied by nausea and vomiting. According to a study of more than 360 pregnant women, only 2% experience morning sickness whereas, 80% of persistent complaints throughout the day peak at around 9 weeks of gestation. Nausea and vomiting are common disorders in early pregnancy and are complained by 50-70% of pregnant women within the first 16 weeks. Approximately 60% of pregnant women in the first trimester experience nausea and 44% experience vomiting. In this nausea and vomiting, dehydration can occur if the nausea and vomiting are severe. The general objective of this study was to provide midwifery care for first trimester pregnant women with Grade I Hyperemesis Gravidarum using a midwifery management approach with 7 Varney. This type of research the writer uses in the case study is descriptive research. This case study the author takes the subject Mrs. H with Hyperemesis Gravudarum Grade I at the Hj. Hema Wati, Bambel District, Aceh Tenggara District.

The MDG`s national target is to reduce the maternal mortality rate by three quarters from the maternal mortality rate in 1990 of 405 per 100,000 live births to 102 per 100,000 live births in 2015. World Health Organization (WHO) Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in the world that is, 289,000 people, and estimates that 800 women die each day due to complications of pregnancy and childbirth. Approximately 99% of all maternal deaths occur in developing countries, about 80% of maternal deaths are the result of increased complications during pregnancy, childbirth and after delivery. The Health Profile of North Sumatra Province in 2016 states that the coverage of deliveries assisted by health workers shows an increasing trend, namely from 86.73% in 2010 to 90.05% in 2016, even the achievement in 2016 was the highest achievement in terms of delivery assistance by health worker in 7 years Effleurage technique is a massage technique using the palms of the hands in a circular motion pattern on the lower part of the waist. Massase effleurage technique can reduce labor pain during the first stage of the active phase if it is done correctly, which is done every time there is a contraction and done for about 20 minutes. The general objective of this study was to provide midwifery care for the first stage of labor to Mrs. A with the Effleurage Massage Relaxation Technique at the Pratama Marko clinic using Helen Varney's 7 steps midwifery management. In making this report the authors use descriptive methods with a case study model. The results showed that the respondent Ny. A 28 years old during the first stage of labor with massage relaxation technique at effleurage at the Pratama Clinic, Jl. Floodgate IV kec. Medan Johor.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the process of managing parking retributions in Makassar City, what are the obstacles experienced in its management so far, the mechanism of collection, deposit until it arrives at the acceptance process into PAD which leads to / is beneficial for the development of Makassar City. The type of research that will be used is descriptive research type, which is a type of research that aims to provide a systematic, factual and accurate description of the data in the field regarding regional retribution which is focused on the management of parking fees in Makassar City. Data collection is done by means of surveys, interviews, observations, questionnaires. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that the parking retribution management process is managed by the Makassar Raya Parking Area Company, starting from payments made by service users to parking attendants, parking attendants depositing to collecting officers, receiving treasurers and then deposits to the City Government until they can be paid for. referred to as PAD Makassar City from the levy sector, especially parking.

Diabetes Mellitus is known as a silent killer disease because it is often not known by the sufferer and when it is known that complications have occurred to the eye (Diabetic Retinopathy), heart (diabetic chediomyopathy), repeated infections can occur, ulcers that do not heal and even amputation of fingers/toes. The design of this research is descriptive analytical with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 30 people using accidental sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were collected and tested using the chi-square test with a significance level of Asymp.ig.(p-value) = 0.000, where the p-value is smaller than the value of = 0.05. The results of the study where there was good family support with good management of 4 pillars as many as 17 respondents and good family support with poor management of 4 pillars as many as 1 respondent. While for poor family support with good management as many as 1 respondent and poor family support with poor management of 4 pillars as many as 11 respondents. The conclusion in this study is that there is a description of family support for type 2 DM patients in carrying out the 4 pillars of managing DM in the poly room at Bhayangkara Hospital, Manado

Fenomena food waste di Indonesia mencapai 300 kg sampah makanan per orang setiap tahun, sehingga menempatkan Indonesia pada posisi peringkat kedua di dunia dalam jumlah food waste kategori besar. Keadaan tersebut  menjadi sangat memprihatinkan, karena akan memicu kontra produktif dimana satu sisi terjadi ketersediaan makanan yang berlebih, sementara di sisi lain masih didapatkan kondisi sebagian masyarakat yang masih kekurangan makanan, sehingga terkesan ada indikasi perilaku yang menyia-nyiakan makanan. Oleh karena itu melalui penelitian ini berdasarkan pendekatan kebijakan yang ada, bagaimana membangun pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan efektif, khususnya sampah makanan dengan cara melakukan perubahan gaya hidup (life style) terhadap makanan yang dikonsumsi secara bijak yang ramah lingkungan namun tidak membebani dengan sampah makanan (food waste) yang berlebihan sebagai dampak dari perilaku hidup konsumtif masyarakat dengan kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang tidak memberikan daya dukung terhadap penguatan ketahanan pangan dan kelestarian lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif (normative legal research), serta dengan mengkaitkan sikap dan perilaku masyarakat terhadap kebiasaan-kebiasaan dalam keseharian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan inefisiensi pada pola konsumsi dan produksi bahan makanan telah melahirkan timbunan sampah makanan yang mengakibatkan pemborosan sumberdaya dan pencemaran lingkungan.

Entering an increasingly advanced era, the role of information technology is very important in various sectors. Currently, many business people have used information technology as a system in an agency or company. CV. Untung Maju Bersama is a company engaged in the sale of snacks and basic necessities. In its journey, the system used is still using a manual system. To maximize the sales system, therefore an analysis of the sales system design was made using the prototyping method to help improve the existing system. The system used on this website has three users, namely admin, sales, and delivery who have different access rights and have different tasks according to their respective job descriptions. In the analysis of this information system design, a prototyping method is used where the design made must be in accordance with the system to be built. Several features will be added in this proposed design system which did not exist in the previous system, namely the addition of an item tracking feature. This feature allows customers to see how far their orders have been processed. It is hoped that the design of this system can help CV. Universitas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi (STEKOM University) telah menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) sejak tahun 2018, namun hingga saat ini pengukuran kinerja Learning Management System (LMS) belum dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan Learning Management System (LMS) dengan menggunakan Framework COBIT 4.1 pada domain Delivery and Support (DS) dan Monitoring and Evaluation (ME). Nilai tingkat kematangan pada kondisi eksisting berada pada level rata-rata 2, sedangkan kondisi yang ingin dicapai berada pada level rata-rata 3. Untuk mencapai level yang diharapkan, saran perbaikan mengacu pada Kerangka COBIT 4.1 perlu yang akan diberikan antara lain: pembuatan SOP (Standar Operasional dan Prosedur) LMS, kelengkapan isi LMS, tertib administrasi dokumentasi arsip penting, realisasi pelatihan LMS bagi dosen, alokasi biaya pemeliharaan dan pengujian sistem, penerapan reward and punishment, pembuatan dan penggunaan framework dan E governance - Pembelajaran dan semuanya dilakukan secara rutin minimal setiap 6 bulan sekali.

The implementation of democracy in the management of public services is an important part that must be carried out by the bureaucracy. In its implementation, it must uphold democratic principles that are in line with the state constitution, namely freedom/equality, people's sovereignty, and open and responsible government. Better and more satisfying services for the community must be carried out by public service providers. The government's attitude is still inclined to only provide good services to certain people, who have the same political views and thoughts as the government. The paradigm of the management of the administration of the public service bureaucracy must be changed, which initially "regulates" the community to "serve" the community. because the public service bureaucracy is the main benchmark in assessing the performance of the central government and local governments in serving the community. The current era is the era of globalization, and many companies are starting to develop with increasingly sophisticated technology. CRM is a comprehensive tactic from the company so that every process of the customer life cycle can be utilized optimally. The purpose of this study was to establish a website for the CRM-based WiassShop Shoe Store. The method that will be built in this research is a website-based information system at WiasShop using the Waterfall system development method. The use of this method begins with listening to all obstacles, obstacles and suggestions from customers. Then a system design will be carried out that is tailored to the needs and complaints that have been submitted by customers, after which the development design is implemented in the form of a website. After that, the system will be tested to find out where the bugs (weaknesses) are, which will later be repaired and refined. This system will be built using Php Native and using MySQL database. Hasil penelitian yang penulis buat dengan judul Rancang bangun website pada toko sepatu wiasshop berbasis CRM adalah untuk memudahkan pengelola Wiasshop dalam melakukan pengolahan data produk, memudahkan dalam pencatatan data transaksi,dan mempermudah user dalam melakukan pembelian produk.

This community service report reviews the concept of Jesus' Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the context of modern management and its relevance to young Catholics. Through research and literature studies, we investigate how management principles such as leadership, decision-making, empowerment, and service reflected in the teachings and actions of Jesus can be applied in the daily lives of young Catholics. In modern management, which is often oriented towards material success, involving Jesus as the example of chief executives provides an alternative view that reinforces spiritual and ethical values in their decision-making and work. Using modern management principles inspired by the teachings of Jesus can provide guidance and inspiration for young Catholics as they build careers and serve others. In this context, Jesus' leadership, which is based on service, empowerment, and love, becomes a relevant model for young Catholics who wish to integrate the values of the Catholic faith into their professional world. This report provides new insights into how young Catholics can apply management principles that are morally and spiritually meaningful, and support their personal development as responsible public servants.

Design and Analysis of the Use of a Project Management Information System Based on Free Open-Source Software (Foss) in Large-Scale Companies in Central Java. To increase knowledge about project communication management and organizational communication in the cigarette industry at PT. Aman Indah Makmur, especially with regard to the use of FOSS as a tool for internal interaction and communication. Design and Analysis of the Use of a Project Management Information System Based on Free Open-Source Software (Foss) in Large-Scale Companies in Central Java. Qualitative methods were used, literature research, online ethnography, and observations were carried out to better understand important events where FOSS Google Spreadsheet users interacted, communicated, and collaborated. As the Collaboration Metric Model shows, FOSS Google Sheets can be an effective and efficient tool in large companies with 50 to 100 employees.
