Construction management is vital for coordinating and overseeing projects to ensure alignment with planned objectives. Factors such as time, cost, and quality demand strict control, as discrepancies between initial plans and actual execution can cause significant challenges. In ship construction, delays in material execution and delivery are frequent bottlenecks, leading to schedule disruptions and negatively affecting project outcomes. Addressing these issues requires effective management and robust risk mitigation strategies. This study proposes a web-based ship construction project monitoring system using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The system is developed using Extreme Programming (XP), an agile methodology that emphasizes iterative improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and adaptability. XP practices, including test-driven development, pair programming, and continuous integration, ensure the system is reliable, adaptive, and responsive to evolving user needs. Frequent stakeholder feedback and incremental development cycles enable the system to tackle dynamic challenges, optimize resource utilization, and ensure timely project delivery. By incorporating XP principles, this study demonstrates the potential of agile methodologies to enhance construction project management. The resulting system provides a flexible and efficient solution for mitigating delays and improving the overall success of ship construction projects.

This study aims to analyze the application of collaborative learning models in the digital era based on a literature review of 15 related journals. Collaborative learning, which involves social interaction between learners and utilization of digital technology, has great potential in improving student engagement, concept understanding, and 21st century skills. The analysis shows that technology-based collaborative learning, such as the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), online platforms and other collaborative applications, is effective in improving learning quality. However, the implementation of this model also faces challenges related to technology access, digital literacy, and online learning management. In conclusion, collaborative learning model in the digital era can enrich learners' learning experience, provided it is supported by adequate infrastructure and training for educators. Technology-based collaborative learning has the potential to be a solution to create a more inclusive, interactive and competency-based education in the future.

Education is an important sector in the development of a country, and effective utilization of educational resources plays a major role in achieving these goals. However, in Indonesia, the utilization of educational resources still faces various challenges, especially related to the unequal distribution of resources between urban and remote areas. This study aims to analyze the utilization of educational resources in Indonesia, both in terms of the quality of educators, educational facilities, and available technology. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to describe the current conditions and existing challenges. The results of the study show that despite government efforts, there is still a large gap in access to education between developed and disadvantaged areas. Assistance programs such as the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) and the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) have not fully reached areas in need. The quality of educators is also a major obstacle, especially in the 3T (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged) areas, where many teachers have not received adequate training. In addition, the problem of uneven distribution of educational infrastructure is a major obstacle in creating a conducive learning environment. This study suggests the need for equal distribution of education budgets, improvement of teacher quality through continuous training, and more transparent and efficient management of existing education resources. The implementation of educational technology is also expected to improve the quality of learning in areas with physical limitations. In the long term, more inclusive and locally data-based policies will strengthen Indonesia's education system. This community service project sought to investigate the significance of community oversight in village fund management, focusing on Belabaja Village. Socialization and observational activities revealed a low level of community participation in monitoring the management of village funds. Factors contributing to this low participation include limited public awareness, inadequate socialization efforts by the village government, community members' busy schedules, and a lack of strong relationships between village officials and the community. Despite these challenges, community oversight remains essential for ensuring transparency and accountability in the utilization of village funds. The study concludes that there is a need to enhance public awareness of the importance of oversight and to foster stronger partnerships between village governments and the community to achieve sustainable development objectives.

This study explores the potential of breadfruit leaves (Artocarpus altilis) as a raw material in making skin care soap. Breadfruit leaves are known to contain active compounds such as saponins and flavonoids that have antibacterial, antiviral, and antioxidant properties. This study aims to test the effectiveness of breadfruit leaf extract in improving the quality of skin care soap. In addition, this study also highlights the use of breadfruit trees at SDN Kutisari 2 Surabaya, which is one of the Adiwiyata schools. This school utilizes the environment as a means of learning and maintaining the existence of plants, including breadfruit trees, which function as a source of food and traditional medicine. The results showed that soap with breadfruit leaf extract had better cleaning quality and hydrating ability compared to soap without extract. These findings indicate that breadfruit leaves can be a useful ingredient in making skin care products, as well as providing inspiration for the development of more natural and effective soap products, and supporting efforts to conserve natural resources in the school environment.

This study aimed to investigate the correlation between food label perceptions, nutritional literacy, and communication behaviors among students at Medan State University. Given the growing importance of food literacy for public health, this research sheds light on the challenges that university students face in comprehending and utilizing information from food labels. Employing a qualitative methodology grounded in thematic analysis, data were gathered through an online survey involving 30 students representing diverse academic disciplines. Findings indicate that while a majority of participants possessed a moderate level of understanding regarding food labels, there existed gaps in comprehending crucial aspects such as Daily Value (%DV). Food labels often serve as a tool for fostering conversations about healthy eating, yet their consistent utilization remains limited. In conclusion, this study underscores the necessity for a structured nutrition literacy program to enhance students' capacity for making well-informed nutritional choices and cultivating more robust communication practices of nutrition. The insights gleaned from this study carry implications for shaping educational policies and curricula that more comprehensively integrate food literacy.
