This study aims to determine whether the variable of e-commerce adoption can mediate the effect of technology readiness and financial literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs. The population in this study consists of MSMEs in the food and beverage trade sector in Bojonegoro Regency. The sampling technique employed in this research is purposive sampling, with the criteria being MSMEs in the food and beverage trade sector in Bojonegoro that have adopted e- commerce platforms. The sample size in this study is 44 respondents, with data collected using questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software version 22 and the Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that technology readiness significantly affects e-commerce adoption, whereas financial literacy does not affect e-commerce adoption. Furthermore, the variables of technology readiness, financial literacy, and e-commerce adoption do not significantly affect financial performance, and e-commerce adoption cannot mediate the influence of technology readiness and financial literacy on financial performance.

This research aims to examine how to optimize the learning management system (LMS) to support cadets' teaching and learning activities at the Naval Academy. It investigates the issues and analyzes the problems and constraints related to LMS learning. This research employs a qualitative methodology. E-learning (Smart class) has been developed to support all teaching and learning activities for cadets within the scope of the Naval Academy. One of its supporting components is an Electronic Learning application with a web-based Learning Management System, which serves as the software used by educators in universities and schools as an online learning medium based on the Internet. This application aids lecturers/instructors in learning and facilitates information sharing through virtual classrooms, allowing cadets to access materials within a specified timeframe. This Learning Management System assists both lecturers and cadets in conducting their online classes, enabling virtual interactions for discussions, solving questions both online and offline, and accessing materials available in cadets’ classrooms. The LMS model significantly supports the teaching and learning activities at the Naval Academy. Cadets can access it anytime and anywhere with just an internet connection and a laptop or computer.

In the cracker production process at UMKM Kerupuk Subur, the process of drying crackers involves human labor so there is a risk of injury because when drying crackers, workers have to bend and squat. This study aims to determine the occupational dangers of workers during the drying process of crackers in UMKM Kerupuk Subur and provide recommendations for improvement. The method used to analyze body posture is Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) then for improvement recommendations using an anthropometric approach with percentile calculations to determine dimensions as parameters for designing the work aids needed in the form of an ergonomic drying table. The results of REBA's analysis show a score of 9 with a high or high level, meaning there is a high risk of injury so immediate improvement is needed. The results of the design of an ergonomic drying table were then simulated through Inventor software which described the position of the worker's posture when carrying out cracker drying activities with a perpendicular working position. The results of the assessment of the working posture of the worker after the improvement showed a decrease in the risk level from medium to low and negligible.

In the current era of globalization and technology, computers, RFID are examples of information technology tools that are indispensable for meeting human needs in almost every aspect of life, including the management of infrastructure and equipment lending.According to direct research at Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School, there are only two workers who handle facilities and infrastructure. In carrying out their work assignments, they still experience difficulties. Excess workload and the process of borrowing tools that still lacks a sense of responsibility, so that the results of the work are not maximized.The existence of increasingly sophisticated technology, the management of infrastructure and equipment lending can be done with the help of technological tools that will be implemented in this school. This research aims to make it easier to administer, because this school has not yet added a new workforce.This research can be designed with the help of software (Bootstrap, MySql), programming (PHP, Arduino IDE) and equipment (NodeMCU ESP8266, RFID, LCD, I2C, buzzer, power supply, breadboard, jumper cables, resistors, LEDs) to provide data information. more accurate, effective, efficient and provide a good working atmosphere in this school. It is hoped that this research can reduce work overload and create a sense of responsibility in borrowing equipment, using local networks (wifi / handphone) and computers or laptops, with the research method used is research and development (R&D).

Background: The use of smartphones among teenagers is increasing greatly among teenagers, especially in high school students, who are not only studying but also entering the world of industry. The definition of cell phone addiction or in other terms is smartphone addiction is one of the common forms of technology addiction. Smartphones are devices that can help someone establish broad social relationships via the internet and web technology. The aim of this research is to determine the level of addiction among teenagers using smartphones. Methods: This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this research was 374 teenage students at SMK N 1 Denpasar. The measuring tool in this research uses a questionnaire in the form of a goggle form which is then processed using computer-based analysis software, namely SPSS, with a descriptive method. Results: In the research results, the number obtained from filling out the questionnaire was 374 respondents, with the age category found that most were in the 17-25 year old age category (late teens), namely 58% and in the gender category, the majority were male, namely 74.5%. Meanwhile, in the major category, the majority of categories were multimedia majors, 33.1%. Conclusion:  Based on research, most respondents have a level of addiction to using smartphones.

This study aims to analyze the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) and its contribution to enhancing organizational performance using a bibliometric approach. The research method involves analyzing data from Scopus and Crossref databases with the help of VOSviewer software to map research trends, keyword relationships, and publication distributions. The findings reveal that AI plays a significant role in optimizing HR processes, such as data-driven decision-making, productivity enhancement, and more efficient talent management. Key trends include innovations in HR practices, the utilization of big data, and sustainability practices (green HRM). The analysis identifies a significant increase in publications since 2020, reflecting growing academic interest in this topic. This research provides practical significance by helping organizations understand the strategic benefits of AI in addressing HR challenges and driving sustainable performance. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for future research exploring AI implementation across various organizational contexts.

This study aims to analyze the influence of capital, digitalization skills, and financial management on the performance of culinary MSMEs in Bojonegoro Regency. The method used is quantitative. The research sample consisted of culinary MSMEs in Bojonegoro which were taken using random sampling techniques. Data were collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results of the study show that capital, digitalization skills, and financial management have a significant positive effect on MSME performance, both partially and simultaneously. Adequate capital provides opportunities for business development, digitalization skills increase competitiveness through efficiency and market reach, while good financial management supports business stability and sustainability. These findings provide practical implications in the form of the need for training, facilitation of access to capital, and increasing financial literacy for MSME actors. This research also provides a basis for local governments to formulate policies that support the development of MSMEs in the digitalization era.

Accounting students at STIE Ganesha are the research subjects. Qualitative research was conducted and data was collected through in-depth interviews. The results showed that learning accounting software has several problems. One of them is the lack of supporting resources and lack of technological infrastructure. In addition, students face difficulties in understanding and accessing accounting software required to meet the needs of the working world. To produce more efficient accounting software learning, this research emphasizes increasing resource capacity and improving supporting infrastructure. This research is expected to help STIE Ganesha develop methods to improve software-based accounting learning

Hypertension is a disorder characterized by elevated blood pressure originating from abnormalities in blood vessels, leading to impaired delivery of oxygen and nutrients to essential body tissues. Family involvement in assisting relatives afflicted with hypertension constitutes a supportive mechanism to facilitate effective self-care management of the condition.This study aimed to investigate the correlation between familial support and self-care management in hypertensive patients at Tuminting Health Center. Cross-sectional methods. The study sample comprised 49 individuals selected by purposive sampling. A questionnaire was employed as the study instrument. The gathered data was analyzed with the SPSS 16.0 software employing the Chi Square statistical test at a significance level (α) of <0.05. The results indicated that the predominant age group was 56-65 years, including 27 respondents, which represents 55.1%. The majority of respondents were female, totaling 39 individuals, accounting for 79.6%. The most common educational attainment was high school, with 22 respondents, corresponding to 44.9%. The statistical test yielded a P value of 0.0001, which is less than the alpha value (α) of ≤0.05. This study concludes that a correlation exists between family support and self-care management in hypertension patients at Tuminting Health Center. The findings of this study are anticipated to serve as a resource for individuals with hypertension, emphasizing the importance of self-care management to prevent problems and facilitate recovery.

The use of technology in academics is one of the important factors in supporting learning and research activities, especially among students. This community service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of students of the PSDKU Mathematics Education Study Program, Pattimura University, Southwest Maluku Regency in using Mendeley as a reference management tool. The method used in this study is an experimental approach with a direct practice-based training model. Participants consisted of students of the PSDKU Mathematics Education Study Program, Pattimura University, Southwest Maluku Regency. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and skills in managing academic references using Mendeley, including in the aspects of compiling bibliographies, automatic citations, and organizing documents. These findings indicate that training in the use of scientific reference software such as Mendeley can have a positive impact on the quality of students' academic results.

Penggunaan metode prototype dikarenakan metode prototype ini dinilai mampu dalam mengakomodasi software atau perangkat lunak yang memiliki spesifikasi yang tidak terlalu terperinci. The leather industry in numerous countries, including Indonesia, continues to encounter significant challenges that impede its competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. Abekani Leather, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) operating within the leather industry in Yogyakarta, is one such entity striving to remain competitive against other players in the sector. Based on interviews conducted with the owner of Abekani Leather, it was revealed that annual sales from 2018 to 2023 have declined by approximately 10-15%. This downturn is primarily attributed to the increasing presence of competitors offering similar products within the leather industry. Based on the AHP weighting results using the Super Decision software, it can be concluded that the alternative strategy SO-4 (Utilizing social media for promotions in various media by utilizing community relationships) has the highest weight value of 0.54, meaning this strategy should be prioritized first to achieve Abekani's objectives.

The Inclusive Education Programme is an effort by the government in promoting education for students with special education needs especially in Malaysia. The implementation of the Inclusive Education Programme puts great pressure on mainstream teachers to prepare themselves to teach students with special educational needs. This study aims to identify the knowledge, skills and attitudes of trainee teachers towards the implementation of the Inclusive Education Programme in primary schools. The respondents were 59 trainee teachers who were pursuing study at the Institute of Teachers' Education Special Knowledge Campus. This survey study uses a quantitative approach through questionnaire instruments. The data obtained is analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Sciences) version 29 software. Researchers used the Theory of Constructivism and the Theory of Behaviorism in this study. The overall findings showed that the level of readiness of trainee teachers towards the implementation of inclusive education in primary schools in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes is at a satisfactory level (mean 3.25; sp=1.14). This study has had implications for policymakers, trainee teachers and college training institutes. Among the recommendations of researchers in increasing the level of readiness of trainee teachers for the implementation of inclusive education is that by increasing their knowledge, skills and self-attitude in implementing inclusive education, policymakers in education should further diversify the teacher's professional development program on inclusive education to trainee teachers such as courses, workshops and training programs and the trainee teachers themselves need to increase their self-sufficiency in implementing inclusive education in elementary school.

Digital transformation in healthcare services encourages technology-based innovations, one of which is the Mobile JKN application. This application is expected to improve service efficiency and patient satisfaction, especially in the registration process at healthcare facilities. However, the extent to which this application positively impacts patient satisfaction still needs further investigation. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of the Mobile JKN application and patient satisfaction, as well as to identify influencing factors and usage barriers at Puskesmas Kauman Baru, Ponorogo Regency. This research is a descriptive quantitative study involving 50 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, observation, and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively and using Spearman correlation tests with the assistance of SPSS software. The results showed a significant relationship between the use of Mobile JKN and patient satisfaction (ρ = 0.318; p = 0.025). The use of the Mobile JKN application contributed positively to satisfaction, mainly due to ease of access, time efficiency, and the majority of respondents being in the productive age range (20-40 years). The main barriers in using the Mobile JKN application included difficulties faced by the elderly, technical issues, and limited network access. Education and technical support are needed to ensure more optimal implementation across all age groups.

CV Cahaya Setia Mulia is a company engaged in the service and production of sports gloves. June-October 2024 production data, the demand for gloves increased significantly, from 3,850 pcs in May to more than 5,000 pcs, so tailor workers are expected to produce products quickly and do repetitive work for a long time. The chairs used by workers are plastic chairs without backrests. This research uses the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, Anthropometric method, and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach. Based on the results of the NBM questionnaire, the complaints felt by 16 workers were obtained, namely that the average worker had the highest complaints in low back pain with an average of 2.1 pain in the right shoulder, pain in the right thigh, pain in the right knee, pain in the right ankle, pain in the right foot with an average value of 1.9, pain in the left knee and pain in the bronze with an average value of 1.8. A QFD approach was applied to ensure the chair design met customer needs. As a result, four key attributes were identified: the chair has a backrest, foam on the backrest and seat, neutral color, and quality material from mahogany wood. Based on Anthropometric calculations from 5 tailor workers, the seat size for the seat width is 49.8 cm, seat height is 35 cm, seat length is 44.2 cm, seat back length is 60.9 and seat elbow base height is 26.9 cm. Sewing chair design using Autodesk Fusion software.

Adolescent mental health is an important issue in the world. In Indonesia, the prevalence of mental disorders in adolescents is still high, but awareness of prevention and treatment is relatively low. This research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge on behavior to prevent mental disorders in students at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta. The research uses quantitative methods with a pre-test and post-test design without a control group (one group pre-test post-test design). Education is provided in the form of counseling, followed by measuring the level of knowledge and behavior before and after the intervention. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon test with SPSS software. The results showed a significant increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test (significant value = 0.011). Effective education increases students' awareness and preventive behavior towards mental disorders. Therefore, mental health education programs need to be implemented on an ongoing basis to create a mentally and emotionally healthy generation.

PT XYZ) is a company which focuses on integrated aquaculture. Operating since 1987, PT XYZ has a fish and shrimp feed factory, fish and shrimp breeding and rearing as well as marine fish food processing and cold storage for local and global markets. At PT XYZ, especially the Quality Control division, there are still ineffective analysis activities, namely piece length analysis. An effort to increase productivity is by designing an automatic cut length analysis machine with the aim of maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, the objective function of this research was carried out to design and increase productivity and reduce inefficient activities. From this, it is necessary to design and optimize activities to have a positive impact on the company. This research uses Blender software and the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which includes concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. The results of this research show that this machine design is very effective and practical for the company and allows the company to improve maximum performance

This research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership and the physical work environment on the performance of PNPN employees with motivation as an intervening variable in land offices throughout West Priangan (Cianjur Regency, Sukabumi Regency and Sukabumi City). It is hoped that this research can provide input for institutions in improving the quality and quantity of Transformational Leadership, Physical Work Environment and Motivation, in order to improve employee performance. In this research, sampling was used using Simple Random Sampling by distributing questionnaires to 113 ASN employees at the West Priangan Land Office in 2024. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS Version 27 and Lisrel 8.80 software. The results of this research state that Transformational Leadership influences Employee Performance, the Physical Work Environment influences Employee Performance, Motivation influences Employee Performance, Motivation is able to mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance, as well as the Physical Work Environment, Motivation can still mediate its influence on Employee Performance.
