Traditional medicine in Indonesia faces significant challenges regarding patient protection and clear regulation in the context of consumer protection. Unlike modern medicine that follows a structured European model, traditional medicine often lacks consistent definition and clear regulatory mechanisms. Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health seeks to accommodate the diversity of healthcare systems in Indonesia, yet there are still shortcomings in the responsibility of health organizations for the standardization and supervision of traditional medicine. This research analyzes how patient protection in traditional healthcare services is viewed from a consumer protection perspective and examines the implementation of Law Number 17 of 2023. Findings indicate the need for further steps to develop robust mechanisms in standardization, address deficiencies in health organizations responsible, and balance communal interests with individual needs in traditional medicine. Thus, these efforts are expected to enhance patient protection and improve the safety and effectiveness of traditional medicine in Indonesia.

Women's empowerment is a modern concept that marks progressive changes in efforts to liberate from patriarchal culture, where women's involvement in society was previously very minimal. Efforts to align the portion of involvement of all genders are often referred to as the equal rights movement or women's liberation movement. In Setren Village, women's involvement is still low, with the achievement of SDG 5 point "Village Women's Involvement" only 26.32%. Based on this assessment, our community service work program is focused on increasing women's involvement. We initiated two main programs: empowerment of Village PKK Organizations through the creation of Village Gardens and education on Verticulture planting media, as well as rebranding of Mrs. Sri's Village MSMEs which operate in the soybean juice beverage sector. By partnering with the PKK, this women's empowerment organization is expected to be able to contribute to community development. Support for MSMEs also aims to improve the economic and environmental aspects of villages. This research aims to evaluate the results of the women's empowerment program in Setren Village. In contrast to previous research which focused on crafts, our approach uses planting media education and MSME support. The service will be carried out for three months, from March to July 2024, in accordance with the SDGs of Setren Village. The methods used include surveys, discussions and problem identification. Surveys were conducted at the Village Hall and the Village Head's house to obtain initial information. The second visit was made to Mrs. Sri's house to understand the condition of MSMEs. After identifying the problem, discussions were held to determine the work program based on the relevant Setren Village SDG point 5.

In environmental conservation, accounting plays a crucial role undertaken by companies and other groups. This encompasses interests for public organizations and local companies by companies and other groups. Additionally, environmental accounting also contributes to enhancing effectiveness and productivity in environmental preservation activities by improving internal decision-making processes, such as pricing, controlling overhead costs, and capital budgeting. Qualitative research is utilized to understand and explore this phenomenon using triangulation methods to gather data from various different sources. The research findings indicate that limiting the use of oil-fueled vehicles in Indonesia could be an effort to control climate change, in line with the Paris Agreement, while renewable energy stands as an alternative to be utilized. The UNFCCC has endeavored to regulate the amount or effects of greenhouse gases to limit global temperature rise, with each country expected to set their national contributions to combat climate change. This effort is responded to through UN conferences and results in global agreements, including the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement, which are legally binding to limit global temperature rise.

Nowadays information technology is developing very rapidly in the health sector. As technology advances, the use of medical records has begun to shift from conventional or paper-based to digital. Electronic medical records (EMR) are an important part of health services. Electronic medical records are electronic information created by health care providers based on patient conditions, forwarded and sent to other departments for consultation and further examination and received and stored in digital form and can be viewed at any time if needed. Electronic medical records are very useful for healthcare organizations, healthcare professionals as well as patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of electronic medical records and legal studies. This study used normative juridical research methods. This study had a specificity, namely descriptive-analytic where this study sought to analyze legal issues and also the legal system, that it could be understood and then conclusions could be drawn. The results showed that the implementation of electronic medical records, namely first, the implementation of electronic medical records could increase the accuracy and security of data. Second, the implementation of electronic medical records could increase efficiency and productivity. Third, the implementation of electronic medical records could provide better service to patients. The legal basis for implementing electronic medical records was contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 269/MENKES/PER/III/2008 concerning Medical Records where in Article 2 Paragraph (2) it was explained that "Medical records must be written, complete and clear or electronic". This research aims to explore the application of the principles of accountability and transparency in Islamic political ethics and its influence on good governance. Accountability is an important element in public sector organizations, as regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2006 concerning Financial Reporting and Performance of Government Agencies. Transparency, as another key component, ensures openness in the decision-making process and information delivery. These two principles serve as mechanisms to combat rampant corruption in Indonesia, as reflected in the 2010 Corruption Watch Index score. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, involving the search and analysis of references from relevant books and journals. This analysis aims to understand how Islamic political ethics integrates the principles of accountability and transparency, as well as the challenges faced in their application. The results of the study show that from an Islamic perspective, accountability is seen as a mandate that must be fulfilled with honesty, justice, and transparency. Transparency in Islam emphasizes the importance of honest and thorough disclosure of information to all interested parties. The application of the principles of accountability and transparency in Islamic political governance has the potential to strengthen moral, social, and religious responsibility, as well as increase public trust in the government. However, challenges such as patronage politics, money politics, and corruption are still major obstacles. To overcome this challenge, there needs to be a strong commitment from the government and the community to implement these principles consistently. Thus, this research makes an important contribution in understanding how the principles of accountability and transparency in Islamic political ethics can be applied to improve good governance and combat corruption in Indonesia.
