The topic of LGBT and homosexuality seems to be endlessly discussed. This is due to several scientific fields such as health, psychology, Islamic law, and other related fields that can significantly influence the decision-making process related to these issues. The problems include positioning LGBT or homosexual relationships as nature or nurture, innate or socially constructed, genetic or deviant, normal or abnormal, and so on. This abnormal behavior creates misunderstandings about sex in this group. This shows that people who maintain LGBT or homosexual relationships are unable to reconcile their desires and principles of life. Therefore, this article aims to identify the perceptions and efforts of Islamic religious education students towards the increasing normalization of LGBT in Indonesia. It also aims to educate the public about the understanding, meaning, and law of LGBT in Islam. The research method used is qualitative and is an approach or survey to examine and understand the main symptoms. To understand the main symptoms, researchers conducted interviews with respondents, asking several more general questions. After conducting interviews, the researchers initially obtained conflicting results. Students' perceptions of LGBT were contradictory. Second, PAI students do not agree that LGBT is normalized in Indonesia, either officially (legalized by the government) or unofficially (considered normal by society). The third effort of PAI students in minimizing LGBT in Indonesia is by providing education to the community directly or indirectly.

The differences between men and women often lead to gender inequality, which results in stereotypes against women. The issue of the position and role of women remains an interesting subject to study. Since the establishment of Muhammadiyah, KH. Ahmad Dahlan has paid great attention to the development of women. Under the guidance of KH. Ahmad Dahlan and Nyai Walidah (the wife of KH. Ahmad Dahlan), they founded an organization named “Aisyiyah” to elevate the status and dignity of Muslim women. This research is descriptive with qualitative data support that is inductive in nature, which means the research starts from specific realities and then abstracts them into general conclusions. The data sources required for this research are found in both primary and secondary books. The results of the research show that Aisyiyah also played a role in the formation of Indonesian women's organizations by advocating for equal rights between men and women. Gender equality, as understood by Aisyiyah, is based on abilities rather than gender or physical appearance. One of Aisyiyah's concrete actions in empowering women and promoting equal rights is in the field of education. During the Dutch colonial period, women were able to receive the same level of education as men. The role of women in accessing various spaces has been realized by Aisyiyah through tangible programs that continue to this day.

Several factors in education are Human Factors, Educator Factors, Student Factors, Islamic Education Material and Method Factors, Learning Media Factors. This research uses a library research method. Literature review is a research technique by conducting searches regarding the concept of Islamic Education factors in terms of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Literature reviews are an important tool in contact reviews because literature is very useful and helps provide context and meaning to the writing that is being written. One of the educational factors reviewed from the Al-Qur'an is the human factor, which includes; can be caused by a leader, especially because of his leadership style, personnel who try to maintain rigid rules and arise because of individual personality traits, namely egoistic, temperamental, fanatical and authoritarian attitudes. Then the educational factor that is viewed from the Hadith is the parental education factor, where education in the family is the first and main education for children. Meanwhile, parents are the leaders of the family who are responsible for the safety of their children both in this world and in the afterlife, because children are not born but are born in a state of nature. So parents are obliged to educate their children. Children follow the example of their family members, their father, their mother or their siblings, so parents in the family must pay attention to their children and educate them. Parents are interested in the progress and development of their children, people always hope that their sons and daughters will be better than their parents.

Method is the most important element in the Islamic education learning process. Because methods are among the determining factors for the success or failure of education and learning. And it would be good if the learning methods were appropriate and relevant to the needs and conditions of students in the learning process. The output in Islamic education is the confirmation that students must have the ability to understand, believe and practice Islamic teachings as a concrete result of the learning process. And to make this happen, learning methods in Islamic education must be based on primary sources, namely the Koran and the Hadith of the Prophet SAW which have been tested for validity with current developments. Islamic education learning methods that can be applied according to the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith include: the method of bil hikmah, example, stories, ibrah or mau'izah, habituation or habituation, parables, punishment and reward, lectures, discussions or dialogue and jidal or debate, question and answer, demonstration, and practice or repetition. In essence, the Qur'an or Hadith is a solution in the process of human life that must be studied and understood in order to achieve its essence in living human nature as a servant of Allah SWT.

Due to the sensitive nature of health information stored and managed by BPJS Health, it is important to ensure that the information systems used are safe from cyber attacks and data leaks. The stages of a BPJS Health service audit are determining audit objectives, identifying services using the framework, capability level analysis, testing controls and evidence at the capability level, verifying results, and compiling audit results reports and recommendations. Audits carried out for services that focus on Process Domains DSS01 and DSS02. The measurement result is 2.5 because the value rounding index means the results are at level 3 (established process), that is, currently the processes in each process domain have been identified and standardized well so that the library service system is stable for implementation, while the expected level is at level 4 so there is a gap of 1.5. To be able to overcome the existing gap, a recommendation was made, namely to maximize the alignment of Company Operational Standards (SOP) with applicable policies.

The integration of metaverse technology in employee training has the potential to significantly enhance digital skills, collaboration, and overall learning outcomes in virtual workspaces. This study explores the effectiveness of metaverse-based training compared to traditional methods, focusing on participant engagement, learning retention, and practical application in immersive virtual environments. The results indicate that metaverse technology leads to increased participant engagement, offering real-time communication, interactive simulations, and realistic task scenarios that foster deeper involvement and better skill acquisition. Additionally, the immersive nature of metaverse platforms improves learning effectiveness, especially for high-risk tasks such as medical procedures and technical skills that benefit from hands-on experience. However, challenges such as technological barriers, infrastructure limitations, and initial resistance from employees were identified, requiring organizations to provide adequate support and training for smooth adoption. While the upfront costs of developing and maintaining metaverse training platforms are significant, the long-term benefits—such as scalability, reduced need for physical resources, and enhanced training outcomes—outweigh these initial investments. Organizations looking to implement metaverse-based training solutions should carefully consider the required technological infrastructure, support for employees, and privacy concerns. Future research should explore advancements in metaverse technology, including AI integration, and investigate the broader adoption of these technologies across various industries, focusing on overcoming adoption barriers and measuring their long-term impact on workforce development.
