With this policy, the Depok Religious Court implemented the One-Stop Integrated Service. In implementing the One Stop Integrated Service at the Depok Religious Court, several obstacles were found in its implementation. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of the One Stop Service policy at the Depok Religious Court. The theory of this research uses the theory of policy implementation in the George Edward III model. By using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Retrieval of data using interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research from 4 indicators that regarding communication it is necessary to carry out more socialization because many people do not know about the mechanism in the procedure for handling service cases that exist at PTSP. Resources, in terms of quantity the number of officers at PTSP is still small while the number of cases at the Depok Religious Court is quite a lot. In terms of quality, there is a need for training because there are still officers who are less responsive, and the existing facilities and infrastructure at PTSP have not been integrated all in one door due to limited land. Disposition, the executors have a commitment to carry out this policy by delivering tasks that are good enough in accordance with the contents of the instructions in the policy. Bureaucratic Structure, the officers have carried out the policy in accordance with the applicable SOP. Suggestions from this study are that socialization must be increased and there is a need for land expansion to support infrastructure facilities and additional staff on duty at PTSP so as to maximize service time.

Distribution transformers have a very important role in the electric power system. The lifespan of transformers in electric power systems will decrease over time. The reduced service life of distribution transformers is caused by several factors, including loading, ambient temperature, transformer winding temperature and transformer oil temperature. The author uses quantitative and qualitative research types. This research was conducted to determine the remaining useful life of distribution transformers. The data used in this research are transformer template data and peak load data during the day and night. The results of data processing obtained state that the first transformer's estimated remaining life with a load > 80% is 18 years starting from 2023, the second transformer's estimated remaining life with a load > 80% is 16 years starting from 2023, for the third and fourth transformers it is not calculated because it has been used since 1982 or is around 41 years old. For the winding temperature on the first transformer LBP 84 ℃ and BP 89 ℃, on the second transformer the winding temperature LBP 81 ℃ and BP 96 ℃. Both transformers are still considered good because the hot spot temperature is below the maximum limit set by the IEEE in 1955, namely a temperature of 98 ℃.

Placing appropriate Field Work Practices (PKL) for students is very important, because it can maximize the abilities and talents of each student so as to produce graduates who are ready to compete in the world of work. In choosing a place for PKL students at SMK Negeri 4 Malang, the problem that often occurs is a mismatch in students' needs for a PKL place. To overcome this problem, a computer system is needed in the form of a decision support system that can help students at SMK Negeri 4 Malang to choose the right PKL place for students. The decision support system developed in this research uses the Moora and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods in deciding the placement of PKL students. Based on the final results of the decision support system in the form of ranking. Moora's advantages include being stable and strong, this method does not even require an expert in mathematics to use it and requires simple mathematical calculations. Moora also has a good level of selectivity because it can determine goals from conflicting criteria. Where the criteria can be profitable (benefit) or unprofitable (cost). The SAW method was chosen because this method determines the weight value for each attribute, then continues with a ranking process which will select the best alternative. Research is carried out by looking for weight values for each criterion, and then creating a ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative.

The fundamental problem is when awareness has been reduced by social media activities which take away that awareness. As a result, awareness experiences alienation and falls into a hole that is shackled on social media. The aim of this research is to awaken reduced consciousness so that it can be responsible for existential freedom; and take responsibility for others. In this research, researchers used a literature study method which was then compiled into a written framework. Applicatively, when you realize freedom, then act on the basis of awareness, then the action will be realized on the basis of awareness. On the contrary, consciousness that has been reduced tends to polarize which reduces consciousness, so that awareness is not maximized in being responsible for one's free will.

Background: Pregnancy is a natural process, but if you do not receive proper care during pregnancy it can cause morbidity and even death in the mother. In Indonesia, the maternal mortality rate is still quite high and still below the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) targets. The causes of maternal death can be reduced and can be prevented through quality care, one of which is early detection of complications during pregnancy. Apart from that, pregnant women must also know about the danger signs of pregnancy by making maximum use of the KIA Book which contains information about Maternal and Child Health. If the mother knows about the danger signs within herself, the pregnant woman will be more aware of her condition.

Tongue tie cases at the Columbia Asia Surgical Hospital in Semarang in the last two years have experienced an increase, where in 2021 there were 438 cases and in 2022 there were 447 cases. Tongue tie babies have a poor breastfeeding mechanism, this is caused by limited tongue movement, so tongue tie babies cannot attach properly when breastfeeding. These conditions result in the maximum intake of breast milk not being obtained and the mother feeling uncomfortable due to sore nipples which can cause premature cessation of breastfeeding. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of frenectomy in tongue tie babies with breastfeeding ability. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were tongue-tie babies without complications who were still being hospitalized at the Columbia Asia Surgical Hospital in Semarang. Using a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 30 babies was obtained. The instruments used in this study were LATCH and ATLFF scores. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that the Frenectomy procedure was effective in increasing the ability to suckle in tongue tie babies, the Wilcoxon test results were obtained (pvalue 0.000 <0.05), where all (100%) tongue tie babies experienced an increase in the ability to suckle after a frenectomy. The action of a frenectomy is effective in increasing the ability to suckle, this can be due to the fact that with a frenectomy the mobility of the tongue increases, so that the baby can latch on properly, can swallow milk well, the mother feels comfortable while breastfeeding because the nipples are not painful.
