The method used by the author in this study is a qualitative method, this method is used to observe, understand and describe a study about the increase in tariffs for PDAM Tirta Mayang in Jambi city. The drinking water tariff is the cost of drinking water services that must be paid by the customer for each use of drinking water provided by the organizer. In the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 23 of 2006 concerning Technical Guidelines and Procedures for Determining Drinking Water Tariffs at Regional Drinking Water Companies (PDAMs). The tariff for the level of basic drinking water needs must be affordable by customers whose purchasing power is equal to or less than the Provincial Minimum Wage. In the event that household expenditures to meet basic drinking water standards do not exceed 4% (four percent) of the income of the customer community, the tariff meets the affordability criteria. Tariffs must be applied fairly. the calculation and determination of drinking water tariffs is based on the principles of affordability and fairness. Quality of service, full cost recovery, efficiency of water use, transparency, accountability and protection of raw water.

Chord Cafe also has many choices of coffee and non-coffee menus as well as snacks and heavy meals. This cafe has baristas who are very skilled in making various kinds of coffee and other drinks. As a fairly large cafe, Cord Cafe often holds live music, this is one way to attract customers to come to the café.

The development of print media is now more advanced, starting from ordering wedding invitations, business cards, letterheads, etc. offline, now it can be ordered online via the web. Currently, increasingly advanced technology, CV. Sinar Karya still uses the manual method to receive orders via telephone/walk in store. In the type of ordering goods, it is known that the customer generally has to come to the place to order the goods needed. But many customers feel dissatisfied with the system, technological developments are currently growing rapidly, namely making web orders that are easy for customers to understand. With advances in technology in Indonesia, the development of the e-commerce industry has made it easier for people to order goods online. This application was made using the waterfall method and built using the PHP programming language, BOOSTRAP. In developing this system through several stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and development of the system. For the testing phase, a functional test is carried out using the Visual Studio application, used to test the function of the application that has been built, whether it meets what is needed. If the results of application testing have gone well and there are no problems. This web-based printing service system was created to make it easier for customers and owners to place orders and transactions. After the application is made and implemented, it can be concluded that in terms of customers, it is easier to place orders and make payment transactions at CV printing services. Sinar Karya. This research investigates the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. Through analysis of survey data, it was found that service quality, including responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence, positively influences customer satisfaction. These results provide insight for PT. Pawnshops to improve their services, strengthen ties with customers, and increase customer satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The descriptive method is considered suitable for explaining the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. The data in this research report was obtained in accordance with books, journals, articles, theses, the internet and so on related to the research topic. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded from the five dimensions of service quality, the most important dimension for customers is guarantee, because customers prioritize security, comfort and trust in transactions with PT. Pawnshop. Conclusion This research has the implication that PT. Pegadaian must maintain and improve service quality to achieve higher customer satisfaction. PT. Pegadaian must also strengthen relationships with customers by providing services that are in line with customer expectations and needs

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence customers' decisions in choosing Hasanah Card as the credit card of choice. Credit cards, as an important financial instrument, increasingly dominate consumer choices in managing their finances. In this context, Hasanah Card stands out as an attractive option in the credit card market, especially in the sharia-based financial environment. This research uses an analytical approach to identify the main factors that shape customer preferences for the Hasanah Card. These factors involve aspects such as sharia compliance, benefits and incentives, comfort of use, and brand image. Through surveys and data analysis, this research aims to provide in-depth insight into what factors most influence customers' decisions in choosing a Hasanah Card credit card. The results of this research are expected to provide an important contribution to the understanding of the Islamic banking industry, especially in the context of credit cards. In addition, these findings are expected to provide guidance for financial service providers to improve the quality of their products, accommodate customer needs, and strengthen Hasanah Card's position in an increasingly competitive market.

In the current era of globalization, the rapid growth and development of sharia banking in Indonesia has given rise to competition between sharia financial institutions which is getting tighter from year to year, therefore both state and private banks are launching various strategies to attract potential customers or existing customers. Are interested so that they remain loyal customers. Service quality and customer satisfaction are one of several factors that influence customer loyalty. Service quality is expected to provide encouragement to customers to maintain a strong relationship with the bank. Customer satisfaction shapes customer perceptions and can then position the product in their minds. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of customer service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia, IAIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Caash Office, Jambi City. The Number ofsamples in this research was 100 people and used a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. Multiple Regression Analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The research result show that service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on data analysis in this research, these variables are valis and reliable. When testing classical assumptions with a normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occour.

In principle, pension funds replace employee benefits. Taspen is a pension and insurance program organizer that serves ASN, judges, and civil servants. The source of funding for this pension program comes from the basic salary (gapok), additional basic salary, as well as the last monthly additional basic salary. So in essence, civil servants who have retired can rely on Taspen to manage their pension funds, which will be given in the form of monthly payments in accordance with applicable regulations. So here researchers carry out an analysis to find out what the customers in question are using the pension funds for. Are these funds managed and utilized well? This research uses a qualitative approach. data was collected using the interview method. After all the data has been collected, data analysis is carried out. The data analysis used is non-statistical data analysis. In this research, what is analyzed is the data collected in interview transcripts. Based on the research results, it is known that customers can use pension funds for various purposes, such as living costs. when retiring, investing, purchasing property, or supporting the education of children or grandchildren. Apart from that, customers also manage pension funds by carrying out financial planning, selecting investment portfolios, carrying out evaluations and monitoring, making wise expenditures, carrying out and considering insurance and protection, then consulting with financial experts.

This research aims to analyze customer protection in sharia banking and conventional banking. This research includes descriptive qualitative research in the nature of library research. Literature sources used in this research include academic textbooks, scientific journals, research articles related to sharia banking and conventional banking. The results of this research show that: 1) Sharia banking operates with Islamic sharia principles, placing special emphasis on the concepts of justice, transparency and loss prevention for customers; 2) Conventional banking focuses on interest and profitability systems. Although both have the main goal of protecting customer assets, the methods and approaches they use differ significantly. This research describes the key aspects of both systems, examines the principles underlying them, and provides insight into how they offer protection to customers' assets. This study is important to carry out in order to add to the study of sharia banking and conventional banking, especially the scarcity of themes that discuss banking.

This thesis is a study that examines the influence of People's Business Credit (KUR) on the development of Jelutung micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Bank BSI Kc Gatot Subroto, Jambi City. The purpose of this thesis is to be able to find out the effect of people's business credit (KUR) on the development of MSME businesses and to be able to find out the amount of contributions made by KUR to the business development of customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Kc Gatot Subroto Jambi City.In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques namely observation, questionnaires and documentation. Which is the questionnaire itself as an instrument in collecting data. Then a validity test and reliability test were carried out to ensure the accuracy of each question item in the questionnaire to be used in collecting data. After that, a classic assumption test was carried out to ensure the soundness of the data and a hypothesis test in the form of a (t) test, simple linear regression test and test for the coefficient of determination (R2).The results of this study are as follows: (1) People's Business Credit (KUR) has a significant and positive effect on customer business development as evidenced by the significance of KUR of 1.68107 > 0.05 and also the value of the simple regression results which obtains a value of 0.554 which indicates a positive number so that the influence that KUR has is good or positive on the development of the customer's business. (2) The contribution made by KUR to the development of the customer's business is 0.47.8 or 47.8% and the remaining is 0.552. Or 52.2% is influenced by variables or other factors not mentioned in this study.

Marketing management strategy is a process that allows an organization or company to explore large market opportunities, increase sales, and achieve the desired level of profit. The importance of marketing management strategy also lies in its role as a vital tool in securing the company's position in business competition. The main goal of marketing is to carry out transactions, provide services, fulfill needs, and accommodate customer desires to ensure their satisfaction. The marketing function primarily involves product development. If there is a decline in the acceptance of products in circulation, additional steps in product development are needed to suit the dynamics of business development. In the context of the problems faced, the author focuses on two main problems: 1) how marketing management strategies can increase sales at the Sate Madura Cak Budi stall on Jalan Imam Bonjol and Cak Umar on Jalan Soekarno Hatta, 2) what factors support or hampering marketing management strategies in increasing sales at the two stalls. This research adopts qualitative research methods using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The main objective is to provide a detailed and structured explanation about the implementation of sharia marketing management strategies to increase sales at the Sate Madura stalls Cak Budi and Cak Umar. These two stalls apply a sharia marketing approach using the 4P marketing mix concept (product, price, promotion, place). The main supporting factors for this strategy are strategic locations that are easily accessible to consumers and communication strategies aimed at attracting customers from outside the Metro City area. However, the main obstacle for the Sate Cak Budi and Cak Umar stalls is the fairly tight competitive situation in the Metro City area.

MSMEs are one of the strengths in economic development in Semarang City, especially in the food sector. However, food MSMEs are the first rank that have not registered a brand. The current rise in imitation and counterfeiting of brands has made legal protection of brands an important requirement in business development. The problem in this research is how to legally protect brand rights for food MSMEs in Semarang City. This research aims to provide knowledge to food MSMEs about legal protection of brand rights so that food MSME businesses can develop with legal certainty. This research uses an empirical normative juridical approach and is descriptive analysis. The results of the research were that the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Semarang City provided free brand registration facilities for MSMEs that were only supported, and many problems were found related to the legal protection of brand rights in the City of Semarang..

This community service activity shows that the Puskad business incubator as part of the community can remain closely connected with the community that gave birth to it. For example, the problem of poverty which continues to haunt social life must continue to be eradicated. This can be alleviated, for example, by entrepreneurship or business development. Meanwhile, business development continued to develop over time, resulting in the rise of social media. With this service, we can see that people must share knowledge and experience with each other so that we can develop together. Therefore, answers from academics to problems and society can be displayed here. Using the participatory action research method, it was found that the way to increase the younger generation's understanding and knowledge of social media is to start with interaction. The differences that arise from social media training can be seen through the accuracy of conveying information to the appropriate target audience, equipment and communication facilities between creative actors, and budget conditions to meet the training and creativity needs of the community. The development of information technology is currently changing the minds of customers or consumers in carrying out various transaction activities in the banking world, where customers prioritize aspects of convenience, flexibility, efficiency and simplicity. Mobile banking technology is a type of service provided by banks to their customers so that they can carry out their banking activities at any time without having to come to the bank. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of benefits and convenience on the interest in using BSI Mobile in the community in Sungai Tering Village, Nipah Panjang District. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study consisted of 100 respondents. This research uses a random sampling technique, namely taking the population based on the area of the object of this research. The data analysis technique used to answer all the problem formulations uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of the t test show that the benefits variable has a tcount value of 1.870 > ttable 1.660 Then H1 is accepted, the convenience variable has a tcount value of 5.676 > ttable 1.660 then H2 is accepted, and the R2 test is 0.678, this means that the interest variable can be explained by the perception variable convenience, benefits and safety. The t test results of the variable that is very influential in using mobile banking, namely the convenience variable, has a t value of 5.676.

Until now, there are still many who are afraid to start a business, including online business, so a real manifestation of a successful businessman has high self-efficacy/ability in starting a business. Apart from having the ability, a businessman must also be able to understand marketing planning and strategy. well in developing a business so that the business succeeds as expected, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs in online business for FEBI students, 2) What is the strategy for developing entrepreneurship in online business for FEBI students, 3) What are the obstacles faced in developing entrepreneurs in the online business of FEBI students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students who had been running their online business for more than 3 years. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of this study note that FEBI students have high self-efficacy in online business or entrepreneurship, students are confident in their abilities and have expectations for their abilities in doing business online, in building confidence students obtain from several sources, namely personal experience, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional state. In the student business development strategy it is still not running well and efficiently, and there are obstacles to student businesses such as suppliers, competitors, capital and customers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of BMT Al-Islah Jambi City in empowering the MSME economy, the obstacles faced by BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City in carrying out its role in empowering the MSME economy and the efforts made by BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City in dealing with these obstacles. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were the BMT and its customers. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of the study show that BMT Al-Ishlah plays a role in developing an entrepreneurial spirit for its customers. Factors that become obstacles faced are limited capital so that BMT has not been able to provide large-scale financing, lack of human resources, and financial literacy of MSMEs is still lacking because customers are only limited to recording business financial receipts and expenditures without supporting document storage. The solution provided by BMT is that we hold group meetings and continue sharing about the constraints of their business. And every week teaches making financial reports so that customers understand where money is coming in and out.

At present there are many Islamic banks that have been established and developed in Indonesia, all Islamic banks compete with each other in making their products, as well as providing the best service to the community (customers) Many products have been operated by Islamic banks, among others: ijarah financing this product is shown to serve the community (customers). And one of the Islamic banking financing products opened to serve and facilitate the many Indonesian people who use ijarah financing. The problem formulation in this study is How is the ijaroh financing mechanism at KOSPPI, How is the suitability of ijaroh financing at KOSPPI with Islamic economic law? The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In this study there are two things that will be analyzed, namely the Ijarah financing procedure and sharia accounting standards. Data collection used in this research is literature study, namely by reading or taking information from scientific journals, books and also utilizing the internet as a source of information.  From the discussion above, the following conclusions can be drawn: that Islamic banking financing products based on lease contracts consist of pure leases and leases that end with the transfer of ownership rights or known as ijarah muntahiya bit tamlik. Ijarah vomia bit tamlik (IMBT) is basically a combination of leasing and buying and selling.

This research aims to determine strategies for maintaining customer value, satisfaction and loyalty towards Hannochs brand lamps carried out by several Hannochs distributors in Tembung. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with Hannochs customers at one of the Hannochs distributor shops in Tembung. Data collection methods are participatory observation and interviews. The results of the research show that consumer loyalty, consumer satisfaction with the quality of Hannochs lighting products are met with durability, product guarantees and various product variations so that consumer needs and desires are met, in several shops the service quality of Hannochs distributor shops also meets customer satisfaction with friendly service, respond quickly, and help resolve consumer problems in using the product.

To build content marketing over a long period of term is a important factor to create the engagement with customers. This study has the purpose to unveil the effects of content marketing Instagram upon customer engagement at Khas Ombilin Hotel. This research employed a quantitative, descriptive, causal, and associative style, with a sample size of 204 respondents. To analyze the data in this study, we utilized the SPSS 23 software application. The study employed the variables of content marketing (X) and customer engagement (Y). According to the study, content marketing on Instagram had a significant impact on customer engagement at Khas Ombilin Hotel, accounting for 78% of the influence, as opposed to the remaining 22% attributed to other factors.
