This research aims to analyze the form of protection for joint assets and the rights of each party in the marriage agreement as well as the implications of the marriage agreement for husband and wife in limited partnership (CV) businesses. The research method used by the researcher is normative research with prescriptive research characteristics whose research approach is a statutory approach and a case approach. The data collection technique used is literature study, with the syllogism method and deductive thinking as an analysis technique. The results of the research highlight the role of marriage agreements as a form of protection not only for joint assets but also the rights of husband and wife business actors, especially CVs. Apart from that, it was also found that the marriage agreement was a form of protection from the risks associated with the CV business.

Systematically, this paper describes the reasons for the importance of educational entrepreneurship in character building for students and assumes that educational entrepreneurship will encourage students to start entrepreneurship. The many problems of poverty do have consequences on competition in getting jobs because in Indonesia it is very limited. It is only fitting that as the next generation of the nation in the future, students should be persistent in encouraging the spirit of entrepreneurship so that they do not rely on limited job opportunities but must become job providers and creators. The method used in this study is the Literature Review method, which is to review the themes raised. The way to collect information from this library activity is from various library sources which are needed as a source for developing new ideas in the form of a framework which will eventually become a theory. Entrepreneurial character through learning about entrepreneurship can be built through higher education. For students to cultivate entrepreneurial traits, they must start early because truly reliable and successful entrepreneurs start from small to large things or businesses, not the other way around. Students must get rid of thoughts about entrepreneurship, namely when starting a business they must have large capital money and feel unable to take risks that will be faced in the future.

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia contributes to the expected progress of the Indonesian economy. However, UMKM still face many challenges in the field of accounting and financial reporting. Financial reports are a tool used to determine the value and performance of UMKM. The purpose of this article is to examine the use of technology, especially in the field of accounting and understand the role of accounting information systems in UMKM and the application of digital accounting in UMKM. The method used is a case study method using related journals. The results obtained show that the use of technology in UMKM currently brings digitalization to their activities. For example sales transactions and payment transactions. However, many UMKM still use manual paper accounting. With increasing socialization and rapid technological advances, it is hoped that UMKM players can carry out accounting effectively and efficiently in their businesses so as to create technology-literate UMKM.

The role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in realizing E-Government is very important in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of public services. SIM helps governments manage information, plan strategies, coordinate activities, and make better decisions. Through SIM, the government can increase information accessibility for the public, speed up the decision-making process, and improve the overall quality of public services. Thus, effective and efficient implementation of SIM will make a major contribution to realizing an E-Government that is transparent, accountable and responsive to community needs.

In the ever-growing digital era, banking services also continue to develop and become important for both individuals and businesses to carry out financial transactions quickly and easily. With these technological advances, serious concerns have arisen regarding the security of banking service data. Ransomware is a type of malicious program or malware that threatens to destroy or block access to important data or systems until a ransom is paid by the victim. Ransomware can infect computers in various ways, for example through attached files that the victim downloads, or attacking software directly by looking for vulnerable loopholes. Ransomware attacks have caused many losses, especially in the banking sector, both in terms of financial and customer data security. Protection of banking services from cyber attacks is very important. Proactive prevention efforts, early detection, quick response, application of appropriate technology and implementation of strong data security policies are crucial elements in maintaining the integrity and security of financial transactions. Therefore, it is very important for banking services to understand ransomware attacks and the dangers of ransomware by strengthening computer data security. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research using the literature study method.

Hospitals as a health facility have become an important part of public health. This causes competition between hospitals to become increasingly fierce. The Indonesian beauty industry has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, positioning the country as a lucrative market for businesses operating in the beauty tech sector. This rapid expansion has fueled fierce competition, prompting many manufacturers to adopt digital marketing campaign strategies to attract consumers and boost sales. Amidst this dynamic landscape, Somethinc, a leading beauty tech brand, has achieved remarkable success, multiplying its sales by 14 times compared to the previous year and securing the top spot as the best-selling brand on e-commerce platforms with total sales of Rp 53.2 billion. In light of this competitive environment, media monitoring plays a crucial role in understanding the positive sentiment surrounding Somethinc across social media and online news platforms. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing a netnographic approach and leveraging media monitoring analytical tools to gather data through the Brand24 application. The primary objective of this research is to identify the dominant sources of positive sentiment for Somethinc across social media and news platforms. Comparative analysis of positive sentiment, mentions, reach, and product discussions on social media and news platforms regarding Somethinc reveals a notable advantage in social media mentions.

Therefore the main focus of this activity is to provide a better understanding of the potential outside the world of sport as well as the digital entrepreneurial skills needed to start and manage your own business. The service method is in the form of understanding the Entrepreneurial Mindset, Facilitating Business Logo Creation and Digital Entrepreneurship Skills. By involving expertise in entrepreneurship and training, this program is designed to empower athletes to create independent economic opportunities. Through this approach, it is hoped that athletes can overcome economic challenges after retiring from their sports careers and create a brighter future as successful digital entrepreneurs.

The evolving landscape of work is increasingly shaped by Generation Z, a cohort characterized by its digital fluency, innovative mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit. This study explores how Gen Z is redefining entrepreneurship and the implications for the future of work. The primary aim of this research is to understand the unique entrepreneurial tendencies of Gen Z and how these tendencies influence business practices, workplace culture, and economic development. The research adopts a literature review approach, analyzing existing studies, articles, and reports on Gen Z's entrepreneurial behaviors, motivations, and challenges. Sources include academic journals, industry reports, and reputable media publications that provide insights into the characteristics and trends of Gen Z entrepreneurs. The findings indicate that Gen Z entrepreneurs are driven by a strong desire for independence, social impact, and technological innovation. They tend to leverage digital tools and social media to create and scale businesses rapidly. Moreover, their approach to entrepreneurship is more inclusive and collaborative, often focusing on sustainable and ethical business practices. This study concludes that Gen Z's redefinition of entrepreneurship will likely lead to significant changes in the future of work, emphasizing flexibility, digital integration, and value-driven business models

Indonesia has great potential in horticulture, including floriculture, because it is one of the world's centers of biodiversity. The purpose of this research is to study the marketing strategies used by the Ibal Flower Flower Shop in Medan, North Sumatra, to sell their decorative flower products. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and collects data through direct observation, interviews and literature study. As a result of this research, Ibal Flower Flower Shop has succeeded in building a business that focuses on high quality products and services. However, to face increasing competition, these businesses must step up their digital marketing campaigns through e-commerce and social media platforms, hold promotional events, and collaborate with plant-loving communities. Supplier diversification, improving packaging quality, optimizing pricing, and effective inventory management are some of the suggestions for product development. Ibal Flower Flower Shop is expected to increase sales and maintain its sustainability in a dynamic market by using creative and effective marketing strategies.

This Hampers Making Training aims to improve entrepreneurial abilities in making various gifts, hampers, parcels, various gifts and balloon bouquets. This activity was held at the South Johar Market, Semarang City, with 21 mothers and young men and women participating. The aim of this training is to increase entrepreneurial interest in the creative economy sector in making gifts and various gifts among women, as well as supporting women's empowerment programs. This training provides the skills needed to make various deliveries, hampers, parcels, various gifts and balloon bouquets, as well as increasing the awareness and ability of entrepreneurs in developing their businesses. The results of this training show that entrepreneurs who take part in this training have better abilities in making various deliveries and various gifts, and have higher motivation to develop their businesses.

Salamsari Village is a village located in the southern part of Boja District, Kendal Regency. This village is located in the highlands of Kendal Regency where the majority of Salamsari village residents work as agricultural laborers and traders. Most of the food processing businesses are housewives. Several business actors who named their group joined the name Jajanan Khas Ndeso which sells several processed snacks including: various criping (criping cassava, banana, taro, breadfruit, etc.), various peyek (peyek nuts, anchovies, dele, etc.), kembang goyang, cendol savory, widaran, tempe chips, lumpit, and others. The aim of this activity is to improve financial management in the Ndeso Typical Snacks business group in Salamsari Village, Boja District, Kendal Regency. In running their business, they have not managed it well, meaning that in terms of administration, there has been no proper and correct recording. For some business actors, there are even bookkeeping or financial management that is still mixed up with their household finances, so they cannot know for sure how much profit they have earned from the business, as well as difficulties in knowing the development of the business they are running. Based on this, the service team has an interest to carry out outreach related to financial management, including about bookkeeping which must be separate from household finances, as well as simple reporting with related businesses. So that you can know the profits and financial position so that you can determine the direction of business development better and increase. We will publish the output targets from this trial in national journals, HKI, YouTube and through mass media.

In this digital era, product photos play a crucial role as the main tool to attract the attention of potential consumers. Community service in the form of product photography services emerged as a promising solution. This product photography service not only provides access to good quality product photos, but can also empower small and medium businesses to increase their presence in an increasingly competitive online market. This Community Service focuses on providing product photography services for Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) located on the 3rd and 4th floors of South Johar Market, Semarang City. This service aims to provide photo services for products owned by various SMEs in Johar Market, such as food, handicrafts, shoes, batik cloth, etc. The results of this service include journal publications, training modules, documentation, press releases and final reports. It is hoped that this service can make a real contribution in strengthening the local business ecosystem and encouraging economic inclusion for all parties involved.

The coffee shop industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, driven by the cultural tradition of coffee consumption and the transformation of digital-based businesses. Kakaku Coffee, founded by Fitra Alhady in 2020 in East Jakarta, is a successful example of a coffee shop that combines high-quality coffee with an authentic Japanese cultural concept. Despite achieving initial success, Kakaku Coffee faces challenges such as long service times and limited parking space. This study aims to formulate a comprehensive development strategy for Kakaku Coffee using SWOT analysis. By identifying the internal and external factors affecting Kakaku Coffee's performance, this study provides practical and applicable recommendations. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The analysis results show five strengths, five weaknesses, four opportunities, and three threats faced by Kakaku Coffee, along with applicable TOWS strategies. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other SMEs looking to adopt similar strategies in a competitive industry.

Semarang State Polytechnic as a tertiary institution implementing the Tri Darma of Higher Education through the 2023 Competitive Community Service program sees several problems faced by UMKM partners, where the service partner who collaborates with us is Mang Ngat UMKM, one of whose businesses is engaged in making salted eggs, where One of the problems faced is that there is no egg washing machine that replaces manual washing of salted eggs, but this problem can be resolved with the provision or donation of a salted egg washing machine in the first stage. The next problem faced by Mang Ngat UMKM service activity partners is that they require knowledge of the machine operation process according to procedures so that the operation is safer for the operator and the machine. Apart from that, Mang Ngat UMKM also need knowledge of the maintenance process for the salted egg washing machine so that the machine can last longer. long. With these problems, in the follow-up activities of Community Service to Mang Ngat UMKM after the provision or grant of egg washing machines, follow-up activities were carried out, namely by carrying out training on the operation and maintenance of salted egg washing machines at Mang Ngat UMKM in the Rasamala market, Srondol Wetan housing complex, Banyumanik sub-district, Semarang city, with After carrying out training on the operation and maintenance of salted egg washing machines, it is hoped that the salted egg washing machines can be operated safely by Mang Ngat UMKM and maintenance can be carried out properly so that the salted egg washing machines can increase their service life.

The Thrifting Shop has become one of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that have experienced significant development over the past few years. The current era of globalization has led to consumer behavior influencing the lives of the general public. This is influenced by changing habits and lifestyles. This behavior requires a larger budget, as it is no longer just about meeting needs but also about satisfying desires. Currently, there is a trend towards second-hand clothing (fashion thrift) to meet the increasing demand of consumers, considering that times have changed, buying second-hand clothes has become a trend and a lifestyle that is growing rapidly in Indonesia. Therefore, many new business owners are trying to venture into this thrift business through online platforms like live e-commerce. When discussing the sustainability of a business, it is undeniable that it will face risks. These risks are not only caused by internal factors but also by external factors that force us to be more vigilant in facing these risks. These risks do not only appear in large businesses but also in small-scale businesses like SMEs. This study aims to identify operational risks, their causes, and their impact on business activities and find solutions to address operational risks that occur. The research object is Yodshi Fashion, which is one of the online thrift stores in Cirebon. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through online observation and interviews with business owners, as well as an analysis based on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The research results show that there are operational risks, such as the mismatch between the quality of clothes and stock with customer demand, fluctuations in live traffic on e-commerce, high administrative costs on e-commerce, intense competition among online thrift sellers, a large number of PHP customers during live sales, and the cancellation of COD orders by customers. These risks include internal and external operational risks with a high risk level that occurs in Yodshi Fashion Cirebon. These operational risks can affect the quality of products presented and disrupt the service process for customers. Risk management is crucial for operational activities to minimize and prevent the possibility of risks that can cause losses for Yodshi Fashion Cirebon.
