This study examines Heatlhcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Leverage, and Company Size on Audit delay experienced by healthcare companies during the pandemic and the new normal era. The sample companies are 19 healthcare companies on the IDX. The dependent variable used is audit delay and the independent variables used include: Profitability, Leverage, and Firm Size. The analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results of this study indicate that: (a) Profitability has an effect on audit delay; (b) Leverage has no effect on audit delay; (c) Company size has no effect on audit delay; (d) Simultaneously the independent variables affect the dependent variable.

. Land rights are rights that are obtained from a legal relationship between the right holder and the land, including space above the ground and or space under the ground. The understanding of land rights is one of the individual rights to land, namely rights that give authority to the holders of the rights, whether individually or also as a group of people collectively or as a legal entity, to use in the sense of controlling, using and or taking advantage of certain land parcels. Ownership of land must have legal certainty, both customary law and land law or positive law concerning the certainty of land rights as property rights so as not to cause conflict. The method used by the author in collecting data is through surveys, interviews and studies of primary literature (books that talk about soil) and secondary literature (supporting books). Survey is a quantitative research using the same structured questions for everyone, then all the answers obtained by the researcher are recorded, processed, and analyzed.

Tanaman krokot varietas bunga magenta (Portulaca grandiflora) atau Sutra Bombay, secara umum biasanya dimanfaatkan sebagai tanaman obat dan tanaman hias. Dala, pengobatan tradisional tanaman krokot dapat mengobati ruam kulit, detoksifikasi, dan sakit tenggorokan. Salah satu proses pasca panen yaitu pengeringan sangat berpengaruh pada mutu simplisia. Proses pengeringan simplisia dilakukan dengan beberapa metode antara lain pengeringan dengan sinar matahari, oven, dan AC. Proses pengeringan mempengaruhi kandungan senyawa kimia pada tumbuhan. Oleh sebab itu penelitian skrining fitokimia dilakukan untuk menguji kandungan senyawa fitokimia herba krokot magenta berdasarkan perbedaan metode pengeringan. Pengujian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui reaksi warna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hasil skrining fitokimia yaitu (+) untuk senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid, tannin, dan saponin. Sedangkan untuk senyawa triterpenoid dan steroid memperoleh hasil (-).

On this basis, the urgency of having community service activities with the theme of digital branding counseling at food and beverage-based MSMEs in RW 09, Klampis Ngasem is to provide insight to counseling participants, especially MSMEs actors, regarding the importance of business branding (logo and packaging) and the economy. creative to find innovation and creativity in developing their business in today's new industrial era. The output resulting from this service activity is appropriate technology (TTG) in the form of a mini box studio, scientific articles published in national journals, and activity reports. In this activity the results obtained are the use of a digital branding strategy that can be continued with regular assistance so that MSMEs actors can be optimal in marketing and increasing sales.

This study aims to determine: Showing an interactive learning media of mathematics on students' mathematical communication skills as a whole, The magnitude of the influence of using Geogebra-based interactive learning media on mathematical communication abilities based on educational level,  the magnitude of the effect of using interactive mathematical learning media on mathematical communication skills based on previously used interactive learning media, the large influence of the use of interactive learning media plays an important role in systematic mathematical methods, the large effect of the use of interactive learning media on mathematical communication skills is imaginative to mathematical communication based on the mathematical ability that is measured. This study uses the addie model. This sampling technique is highly influential using the Addie model and obtained 20 studies that match the criteria. This data collection technique uses freetest and posttest with the help of Geogebra Classic 6 software and the help of Microsoft powerpoint. The results of this data experiment show that:  overall this interactive learning media has a major influence on students' mathematical communication abilities.

The development of social media as part of new media encourages public relations practitioners to realize the importance of media in shaping the positive image of an institution.  This encourages the institution to establish good relations with the media through special activities called media relations. Based on the previous description, the researcher is interested in further studying media relations activities in the public relations model.  This study aims to analyze media relations in public relations practices at the Public relations Bureau of the Sumbawa University of Technology by using descriptive qualitative research methods to obtain structured and in-depth information.  The theory used is the theory of excellence which adapts four models of public relations communication as a basis for analysis, such as press agentry, public information, two-way asymmetrical, and two-way symmetrical. The results of the study show that the Public relations Bureau of the Sumbawa University of Technology applies a public relations model that focuses on providing quality information to the public through various communication channels, including social media. The implementation of public relations at the Public relations Bureau of the Sumbawa University of Technology, there are indications of the use of four public relations models. However, the two-way symmetrical model is considered the best one in achieving mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and the public.    

Christian Religious Education plays an important role in Forming an Attitude of Tolerance and Appreciating Diversity in Society because it is in the Religious Education Process that the process of forming an attitude based on the values of Christ continues to be echoed. This writing method uses literature studies, namely collecting various sources concerning theories that are studied based on existing topics and problems. The results of the research show that Christian Religious Teachers hold the basic principles of teaching based on the Bible. Christian Religious Teachers are the main pillars in the process of forming an attitude of Tolerance and Respect for diversity. The things that can be done by religious teachers in this case are teachers can become coaches, Friends, Facilitators to instill this attitude so that later we will see diversity in a circle that plural social

The right method for finding a good theory is to conduct a literature review or literature study. A literature review has a review, summary, and author's thoughts about several library sources. The source of the results of research conducted by other researchers must be stated, and the procedure for referring to library sources follows established rules. In the literature review writing library, you will explore studies that people have conducted on a particular topic or issue. In reviewing the literature to produce a scientific article, the author explores literature related to the topic and research problem, society and the research area, theories that have been used and produced by people related to the scientific topic, and research methods used in the study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh  teknologi informasi dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja pada pegawai di Sekretariat Dewan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh seluruh pegawai Pegawai di Sekretariat Dewan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, ukuran jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 61 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau sampel jenuh. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil analisis penelitian diperoleh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, etos kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji mediasi diperoleh bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan memediasi pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan, pertukaran pemimpin-anggota, kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dosen dengan dimediasi oleh variabel komitmen organisasi. Adapun sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen Akademi Teknik PIKA Industrial Woodworking School (ATPIKA) Semarang yaitu 40 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi multivariat dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 23.0. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Model Persamaan Struktural Partial Least Square. Hasilnya menunjukkan pelayan itu kepemimpinan telah A positif Dan penting memengaruhi pada Organisasi Kewarganegaraan Perilaku, Dan karyawan pertunangan telah A positif Dan penting memengaruhi pada Organisasi Kewarganegaraan Perilaku. Pelayan kepemimpinan memiliki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada karyawan pertunjukan. In this study "Strategy for Development of the Lombang Beach Tourism Area, Sumenep Regency" uses SWOT ( Strength , Weakness, Opportunity and Threat )  analysis as an effort to solve problems using a quantitative approach with the type of research in the form of case studies. The Lombang Beach tourism development strategy is seen from the internal factors which are still dominant in having weaknesses in Lombang beach tourism objects, so the stability strategy is the current choice, namely reducing the weak factors gradually according to the existing priority criteria so that the weaknesses disappear and turn into  strength.  While the internal factors that become strengths must be maintained.

Malahayu Reservoir is located in Malahayu Village, Banjarharjo District, Brebes Regency. Malahayu Reservoir was built in 1935. Malahayu Reservoir is planned to have a water storage capacity of 69 million m³ with a water surface area of 9.25 km². The main purpose of the construction of this reservoir is to supply irrigation water with a total area of 12,674 Ha, consisting of DI Kabuyutan of 4,166 Ha, DI Jengkelok of 6,173 Ha, and DI Babakan of 2,335 Ha. However, the water supply in Malahayu Reservoir continues to decrease, allegedly due to the high amount of sediment. The current problem is the occurrence of sediment in the Malahayu Reservoir. The pattern of operation using this reservoir needs to be studied because it is considered less optimal and because there needs to be a review of the use of reservoir water using newer data. That way, an operating pattern is needed to determine the reliability of reservoirs in their use as irrigation water providers. This study began by analyzing the secondary data obtained. Data is processed to obtain the amount of reservoir discharge and water needs for irrigation water. And the study ended with a simulation of the reservoir operation pattern. From the results of this study, it is expected to help provide solutions for the operation pattern of Malahayu Reservoir as an optimal reservoir. To improve the performance of the Malahayu Reservoir, supporting data such as reservoir operational systems and performance, hydrological data, reservoir operating procedures and patterns, and irrigation data are needed. The results of the analysis showed that the operation of the Malahayu Reservoir was less than optimal. Simulation of reservoir operation shows that the volume of water in Malahayu Reservoir is below the Minimum Operating Level (MOL), which is the minimum volume of water that should be in the reservoir. According to the records of the Cimanuk-Cisanggarung River Basin Center (BBWS), the condition of water supply in the Malahayu Reservoir continues to decline since this reservoir was built during the Dutch colonial rule until now.

This study aims to analyze whether profitability, leverage and liquidity have an influence on firm value with firm size as a moderating variable. The population of this study are companies in the Primary Consumer Goods Industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Using purposive sampling technique, 25 companies were taken as research samples. The research method is quantitative using the SPSS 25.0 program. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis methods, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, definite T-test, and moderate regression analysis (MRA). The results of the study found that only profitability (ROE) had a significant effect on firm value (PBV), while leverage (DER) and liquidity (CR) had no significant effect on firm value. Firm size cannot moderate the relationship between Profitability (ROE), Leverage (DER) and liquidity (CR) with firm value.

This study aims to identify the influence of digital marketing BigHit Entertainment, a kpop agency in the digital era, especially in Indonesia. Research on digital marketing strategies and album sales of the current K-pop group, namely BTS, as well as before and the purchasing power of fans. Quantitative research uses data in the form of articles, videos, and questionnaire data. The strategy carried out by BigHit is in line with the marketing steps of the 4.0 era which began with an understanding of consumer behavior, human-oriented marketing for brand appeal, content marketing for brand recognition. In the process of this strategy, fans mostly consist of young people and women, teenagers play a major role as good promoters and distributors.  

Poverty is a central issue for every country worldwide, especially developing countries such as Indonesia. Some factors that cause poverty include low local and global economic growth, low levels of education and mastery of technology, limited natural resources, and high population growth. This study aims to look at the percentage of poor people and the poverty line in Deli Serdang. This study is a qualitative descriptive method with literature and literature studies from journals of previous research results. In 2022, Deli Serdang Regency was found to be the Regency with the smallest poverty percentage value in North Sumatra Province.

Stunting Prevention Strategy in the form of Ready for Marriage and Pregnancy (ELSIMIL) Electronic Applications used by prospective brides. This study aims to determine the suitability of Service Innovation (ELSIMIL) in Family Planning program services according to the characteristics of the community in Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency and to determine the factors of suitability and incompatibility between service innovations (ELSIMIL) and the characteristics of the people of Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency. . This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used interviews by interviewing the KB Service Unit Coordinator, District Admin, TPK (Family Assistance Team), Catin (Bride and Groom Candidates), observation and documentation studies. The results of this study are catin's habit of registering marriages in villages that are close to the time of marriage. The appropriate factor in the innovation of the ELSIMIL application service is that the target catin is still young, so making the application easy, there are many TPK in one village there are 12 TPK cadres. Factors that are not appropriate in the innovation of the ELSIMIL application service are many women who work outside the city, marriage registration in the village is also close to the time of marriage and many TPK are still confused about using the ELSIMIL application

Research on Community-Based  Disaster Risk Reduction in Widarapayung Wetan Village is motivated by the geographical location of Widarapayung Wetan Village which is directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean in the south which contains the Indo-Australian plate. . The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Aspects examined in this study are efforts to identify threats, efforts to reduce vulnerabilities and efforts to increase capacity. The results of the study indicate that disaster risk reduction efforts have been carried out by the people of Widarapayung Wetan Village. However, the efforts made have not been maximized due to several factors, especially the lack of active disaster organizations in the village of Widarapayung Wetan, namely the Community-Based Disaster Preparedness (CBAT) in disaster risk reduction efforts. Aspects of threat recognition carried out by the Widarapayung Wetan village community include socialization, disaster risk analysis. Aspects of reducing vulnerability are carried out through planting hard trunked trees, installing sirens, installing evacuation signs, and mapping. Aspects of capacity building, namely through socialization, simulations, disaster training, the establishment of the FPRB, the establishment of a Disaster Resilient Village, and the existence of institutions at the village level.

The Sharia Investment Gallery is a place for students to learn about investing in the Islamic capital market. There are several programs carried out by the Sharia Investment Gallery, namely educating and motivating students by holding activities such as studies on the Islamic capital market, Islamic capital market schools (SPMS) and also socializing the existence of a minimum capital of IDR 100,000 in opening an account on the market. Islamic capital in order to attract students to invest in the Islamic capital market. Therefore this research is to find out whether Minimum Capital affects students' interest in investing in the Islamic capital market with education as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study, the variables used are minimum capital (X), Education (Z), and Student interest in investing (Y). This study tested the MRA interaction. By distributing 131 questionnaires to GIS investors at the Islamic Faculty of Trunjoyo Madura University. The results of this study indicate that the results of the T test on the minimum capital variable affect students' interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. Furthermore, in the interaction test, the education variable has a significant effect in moderating the relationship between minimum capital and interest in investing, and it can be said that the moderating variable (education) strengthens the relationship between minimum capital and investment interest. And included in the pseudo moderation variable (Quasi Moderation.

This study aims to analyze the Budget Realization Report (LRA) to assess the implementation of the budget at the Surabaya City Financial and Regional Management Agency for the 2017-2021 fiscal year. This research was conducted at BPKAD Surabaya City. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data collection technique that was carried out consisted of: 1.) Analysis of the calculation of the economic level of the Budget Realization Report at the Surabaya City BPKAD for the 2017 to 2021 fiscal year 2.) Analysis of the calculation of the efficiency level of the Budget Realization Report at the Surabaya City BPKAD for the 2017 to 2021 fiscal year 3.) Analysis of the calculation of the level of effectiveness of the Budget Realization Report at the Surabaya City BPKAD for the 2017 to 2021 fiscal years. The results showed that program realization as measured by the average economic level from 2017 to 2021 was in the economic criteria and in 2019 it experienced a less economical level, the results of performance measurement as measured by the level of efficiency at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency for the City of Surabaya showed that inefficient and inefficient budget and performance measurement results measured by the level of effectiveness in 2017 to 2019 show very effective
