Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Selain itu penelitian ini  menguji pengaruh variabel intervening kepuasan kerja pada hubungan pengaruh learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk menguji variabel tersebut, obyek yang digunakan adalah pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Batang sejumlah 135 orang pegawai.  Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Demikian juga pengujian hubungan tidak langsung learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kinerja pegawai yang menunjukkan hasil pengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Law Number 6 of 2014 states that Village Funds are funds sourced from the state revenue and expenditure budget that are intended for villages and are used to finance the implementation of government activities, implementation, development, community development and also community empowerment. Fund management accountability is a form of village government accountability to the community. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of apparatus competence, internal control system, organizational commitment and community participation on village fund management accountability in Sukolilo District, Pati Regency. This study uses primary data by giving questionnaires to respondents. The population of this study is village officials and community representatives who are involved in the allocation of village funds in Sukolio District, Pati Regency, which consists of 16 villages with a total of 80 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling or census sampling with the data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program.  The results showed that the competence of the apparatus, internal control system, organizational commitment and community participation affected the accountability of village fund management.

Along with human activities that continue to exist, it can be ascertained that the volume of waste will always increase along with the increasing consumerism of society every year. The impact is not only on the environment but also on human health. Therefore, a breakthrough in waste management is needed through the development of organic waste management in Kupang City into high economic value waste. The method used is a quantitative approach, namely to find out the stages of waste management in Kupang City and also the organic waste development model that needs to be done. Furthermore, a descriptive analysis was carried out on the opportunities for the use of organic waste in Kupang City, preceded by projecting the population of Kupang City. Afterwards, measurements of the composition and characteristics of household waste were carried out to determine the size of each component of the waste management system in Kupang City, which needed to be fixed from the source of waste. That was by sorting household organic and inorganic waste before being disposed of in a temporary dump according to the Government Regulation No. 81, year 2021, chapter 17, paragraph 1. However, the community does not comply with the existing regulations in reality. Therefore, it needs to be socialized to the waste-producing community. The stages of waste management in Kupang City are started by collecting waste from households, then the waste is transported using garbage carts or garbage motorcycles to temporary shelters at each point, and finally transported by garbage trucks to final disposal in Alak Village, Kupang City. The conversion of organic waste into high-value waste is accomplished by utilizing 67.5% of organic waste as biogas and compost.

The purpose of this research is find out how the influence of firm size, free cash flow, leverage, and profitability on earnings management. The population used in this study uses hotel, tourism, and restaurant sub-sector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2020.  The test results show that firm size and profitability have a positive effect on earnings management, this indicates that the larger the firm size and the level of profit, the greater the opportunity for management to practice earnings management. Free Cash Flow has a negative effect on earnings management, this shows that if the amount of free cash flow is low in a company, the higher earnings management practices will be. Leverage has no effect on earnings management, this shows that the level of leverage does not make management perform earnings management.

This study aims to examine the analysis of the effect of management compensation, profitability, capital intensity, and leverage on tax avoidance in mining sub sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling in order to obtain 32 mining sub sector companies. The results showed that the variable of management compensation, capital intensity, and leverage had on effect on tax avoidance. While the profitability variable has a significant negative effect on tax avoidance. For the upcoming research, it is expected to apply other independent variable which have highly connection with tax avoidance as dependent variable. Furthermore, the research is expected to choose different company as well, in order to receive the accurate result and to describe the actual situation/condition.

Abstrak – Website yang salah satu fungsinya adalah media penyebaran informasi sudah masuk ke bidang pendidikan. Content management system (CMS) Sekolahku merupakan aplikasi open source yang membantu dalam pengembangan website bahkan menjadi sistem informasi sekolah untuk semua jenjang pendidikan. Terdapat lebih dari 150 jumlah pengguna CMS Sekolahku, tetapi belum dilakukan pengujian sistem. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian terhadap CMS Sekolahku menggunakan black box testing dengan teknik boundary value analysis yang berfokus pada masukan dan data keluarannya. Tahapan awal adalah menentukan bagian yang diuji dan dipilih 8 form yang diujikan. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian terhadap bagian yang telah dipilih tersebut. Setelah itu terbentuklah sebuah dokumentasi dan hasil pengujian. Terdapat 26 test case dan dihasilkan 18 test case yang sesuai, artinya hasil yang diharapkan sama dengan hasil pengujian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa CMS Sekolahku sekitar 70% berhasil dan cukup layak untuk digunakan tetapi butuh perbaikan. Penelitian ini bisa digunakan sebagai dokumentasi hasil pengujian dan referensi.   Abstract – One of the website's functions is to spread information. The website has helped many sectors including the education sector. Content management system (CMS) Sekolahku is an open-source application that helps website development and becomes a complete information system for schools on every level. CMS Sekolahku has more than 150 users however no system test document was found. The research purpose is to test CMS Sekolahku using the black box testing method with a boundary value analysis technique that focuses on data input and output. The first step is to choose which part of the system needs to be tested. Eight forms are selected. Then, the next step, do the test on the chosen forms. Last, the system test document with the result in it is formed. There are 26 test cases, and 18 test cases are successful, which means the expected result equals the actual result. The result shows a 70% of success rate and is quite decent to use but requires improvement. The study can be used as a system test documentation and a reference.

The state is an organization that has a purpose. The purpose of this study is to enforce the law regarding permits for waste water disposal in motor vehicle washing businesses and the sanctions imposed by the government on motorized vehicle washing businesses that do not have a waste water disposal permit. Normative juridical research, namely research originating from laws and regulations that present actual facts with the topic of study. Law enforcement of waste water disposal permits in motorized vehicle washing businesses through administrative instruments aims to prevent acts or omissions that violate the law or do not meet the requirements, stop or return to their original state (before the violation). So the focus of administrative sanctions is the actions of violators of the rules. In the Surabaya City Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2016 concerning Water Quality Management and Wastewater Control Article 34 explains the administrative sanctions referred to in the form of: written warning, Government coercion, Freezing of waste water disposal permits, Revocation of waste water disposal permits. In addition to administrative sanctions, there are also criminal sanctions in the form of violations. The local government should socialize the Regional Regulation on Water Quality Management and Wastewater Control to the general public and the organizers of motor vehicle washing wastewater management (motor vehicle washing entrepreneurs) in order to increase legal awareness embedded in the community and it is hoped that the government will issue implementing regulations, namely Regulation Mayor.

Stikubank University (Unisbank) Semarang has implemented a web-based learning system known as a smart campus in which there is an integrated smart campus e-learning model. E-learning applied by Unisbank management is an online learning medium by utilizing information technology to make it easy for all students and lecturers to use in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the success of university e-learning based on the adaptation of the Delone and McLean information system success model. Primary data and secondary data were used in this study, a questionnaire instrument was used to obtain primary data. Furthermore, the data is processed quantitatively using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the data test were then analyzed descriptively to provide a narrative description of the research results. The results of research data processing showed that (1) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system had no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.729; (2) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.002; (3) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.025; (4) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (5) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system has no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.166; (6) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (7) User satisfaction related to the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.000; (8) Intention to use e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits p-value 0.004; (9) User satisfaction in the e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits with a p-value of 0.000. The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

Jembrak Village has very diverse potentials that can be used as capital in developing as a Tourism Village. The following are the problems encountered in Jembrak Village, such as: (1) the need to form a Community-Based Local Management Agency to manage the tourism village potential in Jembrak Village; (2) it is necessary to train and increase the ability of community human resources to become the main actors in the management of Tourism Villages in Jembrak Village; (3) it is necessary to explore the unique tourism potentials of Jembrak Village to be presented to tourists as a local tourist attraction; (4) the participation of the Jembrak Village community in the framework of environmental management for the realization of sustainable tourism. The author succeeded in realizing programs to support the development of Jembrak Village as a Tourism Village. This article describes the definition of quality management and examples of implementing quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industries in the manufacture of GESITS electric motorcycle products, which we divided into five discussion points. The first is a discussion of the quality basis from the consumer's perspective, commonly referred to as the consumer's perspective, and the quality basis from the side, commonly referred to as the producers' perspective. The second is a discussion of the strategic role of Quality Management with the basic concept of determining excellence so that products can compete optimally when marketed. The third is a discussion of an evolution of the quality paradigm from the Technical to the Managerial Paradigm. The four analyses of quality management are trying to be explored according to experts' understanding and discuss Total Quality Management. The fifth is a detailed discussion of examples of the implementation of quality management at PT. Wika Manufacturing Industry in the manufacture of electric motorcycle products GESITS. And at the end of the discussion, we will provide conclusions about the challenges and strategic issues contained in quality management to answer every challenge in the times

Background: As is known, cervical cancer is a cancer with the 2nd highest incidence rate in Indonesia after breast cancer. With the high cases of cervical cancer in the community, the question arises, how much is the understanding of Village Empowerment and Family Welfare (PKK) cadres in efforts to prevent cervical cancer in their area, especially teenagers about cervical cancer. Objective: To find out how the efforts of PKK cadres, especially Pokja IV TP PKK Desa in providing KIE (Communication, Information and Education) to the people of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District in preventing cervical cancer by implementing the Kertas Menampik innovation (Karanggetas Preventing Cervical Cancer). PKM (Community Service) is held at the Kuwu Office, Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District, Indramayu Regency from April 18-23 2022 every 10.00 WIB - 14.00 WIB for 6 (six) days. The participants came from the Pokja IV TP PKK Village management and the Posyandu Cadre of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District, Indramayu Regency as many as 34 people. The materials needed in the meeting with Pokja IV TP PKK cadres, Karanggetas Village, Bangodua Subdistrict, namely: posters, leaflets and a description sheet of the Kertas Menampik innovation. This material was donated to TP PKK Desa, especially Pokja IV TP PKK Desa Karanggetas Subdistrict so that PKK cadres can use it in providing KIE (Communication, Information and Education) about cervical cancer prevention. The results of the activity: PKK cadres are very happy and welcome this innovation and will disseminate information about cervical cancer prevention to the people of Karanggetas Village, Bangodua District. Conclusion: the kertas menampik innovation has been applied to the next PKK cadres, the PKK cadres are planning to socialize this effort to the community, both during posyandu and outside posyandu activities. Suggestion: The implementation of this innovation should involve all components including: academia, business, community, government and media.

Management of zakat funds requires an institution that handles it in a professional, trustworthy and accountable manner, starting at the central level to the regional level (read: at the lower level it is called UPZ). UPZ (Zakat Collector Unit) is an institution that collects as well as distributes or distributes zakat, formed and officially issued by the local regional BAZNAS. The purpose of its establishment is in accordance with the mandate of Law No.23 of 2011 concerning zakat, namely by becoming UPZ BAZNAS, UPZ operations have been standardized according to the principles of proper zakat management. The services provided by UPZ BAZNAS are more optimal with the authority to provide Evidence of Zakat Deposit (BSZ) printed by BAZNAS. The BSZ can be used as evidence that the zakat paid can be calculated as a deduction from taxable income (zakat as deductible items). One area in East Java in Gresik Regency, Dukun District, has formed a UPZ which is coordinated by the Dukun District UPZ Coordinator who oversees several UPZs, be it Village UPZ or Mosque UPZ and Taklim Assembly UPZ. The existence of the UPZ Coordinator is quite effective in coordinating the management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh (ZIS) for Muzakki (Zakat Givers), or Mustahik (Zakat Recipients) and Munfiq (Shodaqoh Givers). The potential of ZIS in Dukun Subdistrict, Gresik Regency is quite high, both from the trade, agriculture or animal husbandry sectors as well as from the professions through Professional Zakat. From the early 2017 formation of UPZ until 2021, there was a significant increase. From simply recording ZIS acquisitions to making direct deposits to BAZNAS Gresik, the nominal amount of potential starts from the acquisition of 800 million rupiah to more than 3.5 billion in 2021. This is none other than community participation after going through education and socialization from the Coordinator UPZ either through official or non-official forums such as Friday Khutbah, Tarawih Kultum or existing Taklim Assembly activities.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of quality human resource, quality application, reward and punishment, organization management, and socialization and training on the effectiveness of the preparation of cash withdrawal planning. This research method uses primary data with a sample of 92 respondents. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS version 3.3.3. The results of the study show that the quality of human resources and reward and punishment have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the preparation of cash withdrawal planning. Application quality and organizational management have no effect on the effectiveness preparation of cash withdrawal planning. However, socialization and training have a negative effect on the effectiveness of the preparation of cash withdrawal planning.  Keywords: cash withdrawal planning (RPD), quality human resource, quality application, reward and punishment, organization management, socialization and training

Corporate governance is an important aspect in the company. The impact and implementation of corporate governance has become interesting for various companies because it substantially controls the management of institutions. This study analyzes the impact of elements of corporate governance (CG) which includes the composition of the board on the performance of banking institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population involved 25 banking institutions which are commercial banks in Indonesia. The data taken has a span of 4 years (2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020). Spearman correlation is used to identify the relationship between corporate governance and banking financial performance. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship or correlation between the number of board personnel and the financial performance of commercial banks. The number of independent directors has a positive significant relationship with ROA, ROE and EPS, job duality has a positive significant relationship with ROA and EPS, and board meetings have no significant relationship with financial performance.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors of life, including a shock effect for the banking industry. The decline in bank credit growth in mid-2020 is evidence of the shock effect. To anticipate various effects, the central bank supports the government by issuing various policies. BPR is growing rapidly in both urban and rural areas. BPR is seen as able to directly touch the community and small business owners with various financial activities. However, at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, OJK recorded a very high credit restructuring value. Similar conditions were also experienced by BPRs in the Residency of Semarang. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference (which is a shock effect) in the financial performance of BPR before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The sample obtained by purposive sampling method is as many as 62 BPR located in the Residency of Semarang. This study uses secondary data in the form of quarterly BPR financial reports. Financial performance analysis was carried out using the CAMEL method. As a result, financial performance in terms of the capital ratio (CAR) and liquidity ratio (LDR) was proven to be affected by the shock effect of the COVID-19 pandemic because there were significant differences between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Financial performance in terms of asset quality, management ratios and income, each of which is measured by the ratio of NPL, ROA and BOPO, it is proven that there is no difference between before and during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstrack: The rapid development of technology affects various aspects of life, one of the effects of technological developments is felt in the process of data management systems which are almost entirely digital-based, this affects the availability of data recorded in digital form which is very abundant, resulting in the creation of a digital system known as Big Data. On the other hand, the rapid development of technology creates new problems, problems that often arise in the current era regarding the protection of personal data. Regulations related to the protection of personal data, both in government and private institutions, have been regulated in several laws and regulations, but in their implementation the rules governing personal data protection are not sufficient to provide protection for personal data collected in Big Data, both in government institutions and private. Therefore, this study analyzes the alignment of the use of Big Data technology with public or consumer privacy regarding the protection of personal data. The research method uses a literature review with a conceptual-analytic approach. The data used are various journals related to the topic the author is studying, related laws and regulations and several news sources from print and electronic media. The use of big data must be balanced with strong protections related to personal data protection, in practice in Indonesia the lack of legal rules related to personal data protection has resulted in many cases of data leakage.

The combination of low-dose intrathecal morphine with spinal anesthesia provides an effective and safe postoperative analgesia effect and may enhance the analgesia effect of bupivacaine. At Vita Insani Hospital, almost all patients who will undergo S.C surgery are generally carried out with spinal anesthesia by an anesthesiologist with habitual drug use and the dose used is bupivacaine 0.5% hyperbaric 12.5 mg plus adjuvant morphine 0.2 mg. Seeing the phenomenon of this case, the researcher wanted to see how the description of the effect of giving bupivacaine 0.5% hyperbaric 12.5 mg plus adjuvant morphine 0.2 mg which is commonly used in spinal anesthesia on the duration of analgesia and pain response time that will be felt by patients after sectio caesarea surgery at RS Vita Insani. The research design used is a quantitative descriptive method with a cross sectional approach, with the method used in this research is a prospective descriptive conducted in the post-surgical treatment room (recovery room) Central Surgical Installation (IBS) Vita Insani Hospital from May 2021 to July 2021. This study only uses one group because it only describes the results of a condition. The number of samples as many as 63 samples with purposive sampling technique in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been determined The respondents felt the most pain starting at 3 hours of postoperative assessment with respondents who felt mild pain as many as 31 cases (49.2%) and at least respondents who felt severe pain as many as 5 cases (7.9% ). and pain increased at 4 hours postoperative assessment, namely moderate pain. However, it can also be seen at 0 to 2 hours of postoperative pain assessment that more respondents still do not feel pain. That the duration of analgesia began to decrease in the first hour and then the most significant postoperative pain was felt at 3 hours postoperatively. So that other pain management is needed to reduce the pain experienced by patients such as relaxation techniques, distraction and collaboration of pharmacological therapy in dealing with postoperative pain.
