CV. Daya Patra Sentosa is a company that produces paving. Of the several types of products available, T6 paving, T8 paving, and hexagon paving are the types of products with the most demand. CV. Daya Patra Sentosa has problems in production scheduling, namely there are frequent delays in product delivery because they do not yet have an optimal production scheduling system and still use FCFS rules. The purpose of this study is to provide alternative production scheduling suggestions in order to obtain optimal production processing time and prevent delays in product delivery. These problems are solved by the method of Campbell Dudek Smith and Palmer. These two methods are compared to find out the production process time and get the optimal choice of production time. The calculation results show that the application of the method applied by the company, namely FCFS is 12342.9 minutes, the Campbell Dudek Smith method is 11953.9 minutes, and the Palmer method is 12023 minutes. It can be seen that the Campbell-Dudek-Smith method provides a shorter time of 389 minutes (3.15%) to the company's schedule.

Mr. Joko Widodo, The President of the Republic of Indonesia, has recently been inseparable from various hot issues that have been debated in the community during his tenure for two terms. In recent years, there have been  discussions for postponing elections  made by a range of political figures, and people who support the issue. The big impact caused by this discourse includes demonstrations and resistance from the community. The stability of a country is also affected by an increasingly tense political situation. The danger of democracy allowing its people's freedom to speak raises political turmoil, which can undermine the values of constitutional sovereignty and democracy. The article investigates Indonesia's laws governing the delay of national elections and the recommendations for the implementation of the discourse on postponing the general election against the sovereignty of the constitution and democracy as well as the consequences of its implementation. The study's methodology is normative juridical with a legislative and conceptual focus. Data were gathered through a literature review of secondary legal materials, such as the general election law, secondary sources in the form of journals and books, and tertiary sources in the form of articles from websites. The conclusion of the findings of this article in the form of a constitution does not regulate or require the prorogation of the general elected. However, to strive for the agenda, there is a method of forming a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law that involves a mismatch in the periodization of the position of state stakeholder described in the 1945 Constitution and is an indication of contraindications to constitutional sovereignty. Constitutional amendments are the second option that can pose a threat to the sustainability of electoral principles that are part of a form of democratic sovereignty.

Pharmaceutical preparations is a term that covers all forms of pharmaceutical preparations ranging from drugs, medicinal ingredients, traditional medicines to cosmetics. This term has been regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2009 concerning Pharmaceutical Work. Management of pharmaceutical preparations is a cycle of activities starting from the selection, scheduling needs, receiving, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, which is necessary for pharmaceutical service activities. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten national journals which were obtained using online database facilities via the Google Scholar, Refseek, and Sciencegate pages. Journals were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. There were obstacles in the implementation of pharmaceutical preparations, including planning that was still conservative, from delays in drug procurement in demand and distribution, resulting in empty drug supplies. However, not all aspects are problematic. There are many other aspects of the mechanism of pharmaceutical preparation that are carefully programmed and procedurally appropriate. This matter needs to be done routinely and continuously, and with written commitments for pharmaceutical preparations in Indonesia in supporting SKN it can be categorized as quite good.

To overcome these issues, a more secure and guaranteed electronic voting system is needed. The shift from conventional media to various media used for opinion polling, such as social media/internet, has occurred in this technological era. The E-Voting system has been confirmed as safe and in line with the latest technological advancements. To enhance its security level, the system can use various types of cryptographic algorithms, including AES. Cryptography can be the solution in maintaining information security such as confidentiality, data integrity, non-repudiation, and authentication

The process of healing a good cesarean section wound is the return of the former abdominal wall incision and the general recovery of the mother's condition as before. At RSHB in 2022 the number of cesarean section deliveries is 80% per 55 deliveries, a poor healing process will cause infection in the wound area so that mothers will be delayed in caring for their children. This study aims to determine the relationship between early mobilization and wound healing process by cesarean section at RSHB.This study uses analytic observation, data collection techniques using observation sheets. The population in this study were post-cesarean section mothers at RSHB, when the researcher was in April 2022. The sampling technique was accidental sampling which was carried out by meeting or visiting as many as 30 people. Data processing is done through the process of editing, coding, tabulating, scoring and analysis.The results of the study found that there were 5 people (16.65%) who did not mobilize and 20 people (66.7%) did mobilization and 5 (16.65%) people did not experience a good healing process. The result of the chi-square test has a result of 0.00, which means that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, so there is a significant relationship between early mobilization and the wound healing process for cesarean section surgery.The results of the study can be concluded that there is a relationship between early mobilization and the process of wound healing by cesarean section at RSHB. It is hoped that health workers will apply more early mobilization.

In order to ensure the strength and existence of political parties in parliament, political parties have authority over their cadres who become people's representatives. One of the authorities of political parties over people's representatives is the Time Shift (PAW), which is used by political parties against members of the People's Legislative Assembly who come from political parties. As a result, political parties have the authority to dismiss political cadres who are found to have violated party rules or the constitution. This study will look at how problematic the Inter-Time Change of DPRD members in Paniai Regency is under Law Number 17 of 2014. The research method employed is normative research, which is defined as research based on theoretical studies, principles, or other existing written legal regulations that will then be examined from various perspectives such as theory, history, philosophy, comparison, structure and composition, scope and material, consistency, general explanations, and chapter by chapter. The Prosperous Justice Party faction encountered difficulties in implementing the AMOS KEGIBUI MUYAPA Inter-Time Alternation mechanism in the Paniai Regency DPRD. AMOS KEGIBUI MUYAPA's problems and delays are contrary to statutory regulations; therefore, Time Shift (PAW) must be carried out in order to increase the strength and existence of the Prosperous Justice Party and the opposition in parliament in order to build political strength in the face of the 2024 general election.

Consensus problems need communication between two or more agents. The existence of time delay in communication makes every agent doesn’t get the real-time states of the other agents. The main problem of delay system is the response starts slowing down and oscillating when the gain is increasing. This paper proposes a predictor-feedback that reduces the effect of time delay. The predictor itself utilizes the complete subgraphs. Analytically the result generates faster response compared to the system without the predictor. Then, the proved solution is supported by a numerical solution.

This study aims to describe (1) the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana (2) the implications for learning literature in high school.This study uses qualitative methods and types of library research. Qualitative research was used to describe the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana and to describe its implications for teaching literature in high school. The results of the study were 14 values of character education and 28 quotes of character education values in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye. The 14 values of character education are: (1) Religious (form: obedient to worship, always pray, be grateful, believe, put your trust in and pray). (2) Honest (form: not lying) (3) Discipline (form: not delaying work). (4) Hard Work (its form: always trying and never giving up), (5) Independent (its form: not depending on other people) (6) Creative (its form: always having ideas and ideas) (7) Democratic (its form: expressing opinions ) (8) Curiosity (its form: curiosity), (9) Friendly (its form: always doing work together), (10) Peace-loving (its form: not wanting to fight), (11) Caring for the environment (its form : environmental cleanliness and natural preservation), (12) Social care (its form: helping others and social service). (13) Likes to read (form: likes to read) (14) Responsibility (form: obligation that must be carried out. One of the efforts to detect deviations in child development is by early detection, so that prevention, stimulation, healing and recovery efforts can be given correctly according to the indications. Detection for growth and development is an effort that needs to be supported, because it is one way to prepare quality future generations. Based on a preliminary survey conducted on mothers who had toddlers visiting Posyandu in Randusari village, it was found that mothers did not understand developmental stimulation in toddlers in order to detect early developmental delays.The prevalence of toddlers experiencing the greatest stunting at the beginning of 2022 in Tegal Regency is in Pagerbarang District (40%) exceeding the target set by the government which is no more than 20%. The technique of implementing community service is carried out by providing education on toddler development using KPSP.The results of the implementation of community service which was attended by 60 participants, namely education related to stimulation of development with KPSP, that most mothers of toddlers have understood the meaning of development, stages of development according to the age of their children, and stimulation of development that can be carried out by mothers and families. With the enthusiasm of the participants, local area stakeholders hope that similar activities can be carried out continuously in the working area of ​​the Pagerbarang Health Center. The output of the service also results in the publication of scientific articles related to the stimulation of growth and development of toddlers.

Administrative financial education is an important component in the field of education to obtain educational facilities, including in Kober TK Islamic Center. Recording of acceptance and management of school financial administration at the Kober TK Islamic Center using handwriting or has not been computerized, which can result in a lot of bookkeeping, writing errors, and delays in financial reporting. In addition to the long recording process, data search also takes a long time, which can make it difficult for administrative staff to process acceptance and manage financial administration. Based on the problems in the Kober TK Islamic Center, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist in recording and managing financial administration. This information system creates using the MySQL database, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and Sublime Text for the text editor. the test server uses XAMPP, and the data used is obtained from Kober TK Islamic Center. The expected results of this final project are to assist employees in recording acceptance and managing financial administration efficiently. Then, for this project, it is hoped that it can also assist in the acceptance and management of financial administration in the Kober TK Islamic Center.

This study aims to determine digital marketing strategies through Instagram social media in increasing sales at the Arunazma Online Shop. This type of research is descriptive research. Data sources will be taken from documents, observation results, and interview results. The digital marketing strategy carried out by Arunazma includes the planning, implementation and monitoring stages to increase sales at Arunazma. The obstacles faced by Arunazma in implementing digital marketing, namely delays in delivery and lack of human resources. Arunazma can overcome these obstacles by accelerating the packing process and adding employees to make it more efficient. The positive impact of implementing digital marketing by Arunazma is that digital marketing can increase sales of products in the Arunazma Online Shop.

This activity aims to provide an overview of early childhood language development from learning stimulation activities through interactive video learning media at the Denali Development Center (DDC). Interactive video was chosen because it is considered very suitable for the characteristics of early childhood who tend to get bored easily, have low focus and concentration, and tend to be active and find it difficult to sit still. Based on the results of observations that have been made at DDC found problems where some children aged 1-3 years, experience speech delays where children cannot pronounce vocabulary correctly when communicating, the vocabulary mastered by children is still small, children cannot compose simple sentences when communicating, children have not been able to provide answers to questions that are given quickly and straightforwardly and the child has not been able to listen properly. From the results of the learning activities that have been carried out during the service period, gradually the child experiences significant language development where the child is quiet and never makes a sound or gives a slow reaction, this child begins to make sounds such as laughter or bubbling. And other children who cannot pronounce words correctly, gradually these children can say some words well and their meanings can be understood and the vocabulary they master also develops. Therefore providing stimulation to children is very important to reach this stage of development. Children who receive less stimulation tend to have problems and obstacles in their development.  

Fear of dental care is a common problem that can hinder people's access to optimal dental health services. In Panakkukang District, Makassar City, this phenomenon often causes delays or avoidance of dental care, which ultimately has the potential to worsen the community's dental and oral health conditions. This study aims to reduce fear of dental care through a comprehensive psychological approach and community education. This study aims to reduce fear of dental care through a comprehensive psychological approach and community education. The methods used in this study involve providing education to the community through dental health counseling, as well as the application of psychological techniques such as relaxation and desensitization techniques to help overcome fear. Education is delivered through socialization activities at various strategic points in Panakkukang District, while psychological techniques are applied in clinical situations and in community-based simulations. The results of the study showed that this approach significantly reduced the level of fear of dental care among the local community. Participants reported increased knowledge about the importance of dental care and decreased anxiety levels when having to undergo dental care procedures. In conclusion, the approach that combines community education with psychological interventions has proven effective in reducing fear of dental care in Panakkukang District, Makassar City. Therefore, it is recommended that similar programs be implemented in other areas to improve community access to better dental health services.

Diffuser is one of the construction that is able to control the behavior of the fluid. Adverse pressure gradient (APG) causes boundary layer develops rapidly so that it causes separation and Cp becomes low. So that need to evaluating divergence angle of diffuser to delay the separation to get optimization Cp of diffuser. This study uses a numerical method with software Fluent 6.3.26 with k-ω turbulence model of shear stress transport (SST) for evaluate in a symmetric flat-walled diffuser with constant ratio in divergence angle (2θ1) = 8° and usedused the Reynolds number 12.9 x 104. Test section consisted of three parts, namely symmetric diffuser, upstream channels, and downstream channels. The symmetric diffuser has a length (L1) = 500 mm, the upstream channel length (L2) = 500 mm, and the downstream channel has a length (L3) = 1000 mm. The results of the study showed that there is no flow separation on the field at midspan vertical diffuser (2θ1) = 8 °. However, based on the velocity vector visualization, flow separation can be observed at midspan plane horizontal to diffuser (2θ1) = 8 ° indicated the occurrence of separation in the area after the inlet diffuser, ie at x / L1 = 1.4 and x / L1 = 1.6

This study aims to determine the factors related to the choice of injecting contraceptive methods for women of childbearing age at the independent midwife practice Elfita P.S in 2022. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples used was 36 people. The data analysis technique uses the Chi Square test. the results obtained from 36 respondents, there is a relationship of knowledge in the choice of injection contraception by women of childbearing age, the p value is 0.0219 <0.05. there is a relationship between age in the choice of injection contraception by women of childbearing age, the p value is 0.047 <0.05. there is a relationship between education in the choice of injection contraception by women of childbearing age, the p value is 0.0240 <0.05.

In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.    

In everyday life, trucks are used to transport goods. Not infrequently seen a lot of use of trucks that exceed the carrying capacity. Accidents on the highway include the impact caused by trucks that are overloaded or overloaded. The purpose of this study is to reduce the risk of accidents due to overloading or overloading. The truck load monitoring system aims to make it easier for truck users to see the truck load weight directly through a smartphone with an application. In addition, users can also see the excess weight of the load and there is an overweight indicator in the form of a buzzer. With this system, users can reduce the risk of accidents on their vehicles. This system consists of a load cell sensor and HX711 module as a weight detector, NodeMCU as a microcontroller and data transmission, firebase as a database, and android studio as a container for creating applications. Payload weight data can be monitored remotely or close according to the principles of the Internet of Things (IoT). The results of this study indicate that the system works well with the sensor accuracy level on the prototype truck 1 and truck prototype 2 above 95%. Writing data on firebase, reading firebase through the application and testing the buzzer has a 100% success rate percentage. There is no diference transmission delay between serial monitor and firebase.

Management Control System is a collection of elements that are interconnected and interact in one unit to carry out a process of achieving a main goal. Salary is part of the largest compensation provided by the agency as remuneration for its workforce. The East Medan Sub-District Office located in the Medan area, North Sumatra is one of the government agencies that functions as a community service. The research that the author conducted aims to analyze the Effectiveness of the Management Control System for Employee and Non-Employee Payrolls at the East Medan Sub-District Office. This study uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive and tend to use analysis. The data collection stage is carried out through interviews, literature studies, and there is also an addition from searching on the website. The types of data used in this study are Primary and Secondary Data. In this study, the authors analyze the existing data using a Data Processing Application (Software NVivo 11 Plus), which can be proven by a Model (Brainware Analysis). Based on the analysis carried out, it was concluded that the cause of the delay in the effectiveness of the management control system on the payroll of employees and non-employees at the East Medan Sub-district Office, namely due to lack of supervision, as well as the unequal time of payroll. Meanwhile, the obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of the management control system on employee payroll are the Delay in Reporting Periodic Salary Increases/ Promotions, and the efforts made in the various problems faced, namely reporting employee salaries or ASN (State Civil Apparatus), and updating employment data, so that they become better and more effective.

The number completeness of filling and returning medical record files on time in Indonesia is still relatively low. One of them happened at RSUD dr. R. Soedarsono, Pasuruan City. Where the results of the preliminary study showed in January, 83% incomplete medical record files and 17% complete medical records. Meanwhile, the return of medical record files was 79% late and 21% not late. The purpose of this study  to analyze the completeness of filling and delay in returning inpatient medical record files at Soedarsono Hospital, Pasuruan City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with cross sectional approach. The sample of this study amounted 161 medical record files of BPJS patients were returned from inpatient room to the assembly unit. Data collection techniques using checklists and data analysis using univariate analysis. The results showed 28.6% (46 files) of complete medical record files, and 71.4% (115 files) were incomplete. Meanwhile, the return of medical record files was 55.9% (90 files) late and 44.1% (71 files) not late. The conclusion of this study is the completeness of filling and delay in returning medical record files at the dr.R.Soedarsono Hospital, Pasuruan City is still quite high.
