Patient safety encompasses a system of services designed to ensure that patients feel secure. This includes proper identification, learning from incidents, injury prevention due to errors, follow-up actions, risk analysis, patient incident assessment, and risk management related to reporting. Implementing solutions to minimize risks also involves preventing injuries caused by employee negligence in performing incorrect actions. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding patient safety on the risk of patient falls. The study design is quasi-experimental (Pre and Post Test Without Control). Data analysis utilized univariate and bivariate methods. In this study, 50 respondents participated in an intervention. The average pre-test and post-test scores were analyzed to evaluate the influence of nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and practices on patient safety concerning the incidence of fall risk. The results indicated that there was no significant influence of knowledge and application of patient safety on fall risk (p-Value 0.230 > 0.05). However, there was a significant influence of nurses' attitudes on fall risk events (p-Value 0.000 < 0.05).

This qualitative study investigates the impact of streamers’ swearing on the morality of Vietnamese teenagers, a topic of increasing importance in the era of digital streaming and online entertainment. The research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with nine Vietnamese teenagers, providing in-depth insights into their perceptions and attitudes towards the language used by streamers and its influence on their behavior. The thematic analysis of the interview data revealed four key themes: normalization of swearing in digital spaces, delineation between online and offline behaviors, influence of streamers as role models, and critical reflection and selective adoption. The study found that while swearing by streamers was normalized in digital contexts, participants also demonstrated a clear distinction between acceptable behaviors in online and offline environments. Streamers were often viewed as influential role models, affecting the language and attitudes of the adolescents. However, participants also engaged in critical reflection, selectively adopting behaviors that aligned with their personal and cultural values. These findings contribute to the understanding of digital media’s impact on adolescent development, particularly in non-Western contexts. The study underscores the complex interplay between cultural norms, digital media consumption, and moral development, highlighting the need for comprehensive digital literacy and ethical content creation in the digital age.

The film Searching (2018) by Anesh Chaganty presents the reality of today's life, the life of real people who are very attached to activities in cyberspace through internet technology. All scenes in the film are depicted with computer/laptop screens, cctv, mobile phone cameras, and video-videos, so as to provide space for the audience as observers to see each scene presented. This study discusses how the personality structure of margot characters in the virtual world and the real world is reviewed from the interpretation of each scene through a narrative and cinematographic approach. The imbalance of personality structure for Freud will cause problems, so repression as a form of self-defense mechanism becomes an option for margot in self-balancing. The virtual world is a form of repression of Margot's character from all interactions and feelings faced in the real world. Social media plays a significant role in the process of individual development. The involvement of individuals in the real world and the virtual world is presented in the film Searching. There are differences in attitudes and feelings experienced by Margot's characters when interacting in the virtual world and the real world. The virtual world provides a space for him to explore himself, interact with his virtual friends, express his feelings, and keep all his memories of pleasure. This is contrary to the real world of Margot's character, in the film Margot limits her, keeps all her feelings and does not have good communication with her environment, including her own father.

This study proposes an integrative framework for climate justice that combines moral theology, ethical philosophy, and religious pedagogy to encourage active participation in eco-ethical actions. The framework addresses the growing need for religious communities to engage in environmental stewardship by merging traditional religious teachings with contemporary environmental ethics. The research emphasizes the importance of eco-ethical education within religious settings, which fosters a deep sense of moral responsibility toward environmental care. Data for the study was gathered through field observations and interviews with religious educators and environmental activists, aiming to understand current educational practices and to explore opportunities for integrating climate justice into religious curricula. The study found that, while there are challenges such as curriculum limitations, ideological resistance, and insufficient understanding of climate justice, the proposed framework offers a powerful tool for religious institutions to foster environmentally responsible and ethically committed individuals. Digital ethics frameworks play a crucial role in shaping corporate governance in tech startups, ensuring transparency, accountability, and trust within organizations. As digital technologies continue to evolve and become more integrated into daily operations, startups face both opportunities and challenges related to the ethical implications of these technologies. In emerging markets like Indonesia, the adoption of these frameworks remains limited due to resource constraints, lack of awareness, and resistance to formalizing governance structures. This study explores how Indonesian tech startups integrate digital ethics frameworks into their governance policies and examines the associated benefits and challenges. Through interviews with governance managers and key decision-makers in these startups, the study identifies key trends, including improved transparency and enhanced stakeholder relationships for startups that implement digital ethics practices. However, barriers such as limited expertise, organizational misalignment, and the flexible nature of startups present significant hurdles. The study also highlights the impact of digital ethics on corporate reputation and investor confidence, with startups benefiting from a stronger market presence and increased funding opportunities. In comparison to global practices, Indonesian startups face additional challenges due to cultural attitudes towards corporate responsibility, regulatory gaps, and a slower market readiness for ethical governance reforms. The study provides recommendations for regulatory bodies to create clear guidelines for digital ethics adoption and suggests promoting training for startup leaders to help them integrate these frameworks effectively into their governance policies. These actions can support the long-term sustainability of tech startups, fostering responsible innovation and ethical business practices.
