The objectives of the National Agrarian Law are in line with the objectives of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as the legal foundation for the formation of the UUPA, namely "to protect the entire Indonesian nation, promote public welfare, educate the nation's life, and participate in carrying out world order based on freedom, eternal peace." and social justice”. Before there were clear rules governing land issues, many land conflicts occurred. One type of conflict that often occurs is between the state and the community regarding Nation Land Tenure Rights representing the public interest, and then private property ownership, which then results in social inequality that arises in society. social. In the compensation paradigm itself, it tends to mean that the holder of land rights has experienced a loss prior to the release of his land for public use. Presidential Decree No. 55 of 1993, Presidential Decree No. 36 of 2005 and Presidential Decree No. 65 of 2006 contain many weaknesses and are repressive in nature which harm land rights owners. Various cases of community welfare land acquisition development show various problems that arise in the implementation process. With the promulgation of Law Number 2 of 2012, the government is trying to correct deficiencies in the previous laws and regulations regarding land acquisition for public purposes. Compensation for Land Acquisition Since the promulgation of Law Number 2 of 2012, the government has assessed the value of compensation for each plot of land, including land, space above ground and basement, buildings, plants and land, for public purposes; and/or other things that can be assessed as Loss. The amount of compensation determined by the appraiser based on the results of the assessment becomes the basis for negotiating and determining losses.

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a regulator of the money management sector, especially the financial sector, must adequately equip its capabilities to properly implement and support financial management sector activities. economic growth. OJK has a position in managing Islamic banks. The description of Islamic commercial banks is very important because they are only marginal in accelerating the development of the financial economy, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Financial Authority carries out the functions, duties, authority to regulate and control activities in the financial sector in an integrated, independent and responsible manner, particularly in the world of banking. The problems of this research are: First, how independent is the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Second, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Third, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in consumer protection and consumer investigations? The type of research method is normative law and the type of research is descriptive. In conclusion: First, other parties do not interfere with the independence of OJK in its regulation and are found to be inseparable from government interference. Such deals can lead to government intervention. Second, the role of OJK in regulating and supervising banks related to the regulation and supervision of micro stability is very broad. Third, OJK's role in consumer protection is to inform and educate the public about the good quality of the financial sector, its services and products. Stop if it can harm consumers. It is recommended: First, in addition to regulating the independence of the OJK, there must also be freedom from state intervention, so that the government cannot intervene. Second, that the OJK really places the interests of the national economy and not the interests of entrepreneurs as the center of its regulatory task. Third, clarify the provisions that make it easier for the OJK to handle consumer complaints, so that there is no prejudice as if the OJK is providing financial support to consumers.

Adolescence is a period of human development. Reproductive health in Indonesia which is prioritized only includes four components/programs, namely: maternal and newborn health, family planning, adolescent reproductive health, as well as prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) including HIV/AIDS. The community service that we will carry out refers to the adolescent reproductive health program. Adolescent Reproductive Health is a healthy condition that concerns the reproductive systems, functions and processes of adolescents. The definition of health here does not merely mean being free from disease or free from disability but also being mentally and socially and culturally healthy. Adolescents need to know about reproductive health in order to have correct information about the reproductive process and the various factors that surround it.  With the correct information, it is hoped that teenagers will have responsible attitudes and behavior regarding the reproductive process. Adolescent reproductive health problems apart from having a physical impact, can also affect mental and emotional health, economic conditions and social welfare in the long term. Long-term impacts not only affect the teenagers themselves, but also their families, communities and the nation in the end.

This study was conducted because several problems were identified where supervision carried out by the leadership was still not optimal. This is evidenced by the existence of violations committed by both those being supervised and those supervising. In addition, slightly loose supervision does not rule out the possibility of violations of the main duties and functions of inspectorate employees. Employee work motivation still fluctuates in the sense that it is not optimal. This can be seen from the attendance records and completion of work targets that are not in accordance with the time that has been determined. The performance of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate seems to be slowing down, many jobs are not completed on time and the targets that have been determined. Of course, it cannot be denied that with few personnel, and the implementation of supervision that must be carried out throughout the district, it certainly has an effect on all jobs that must be completed. The aim is to determine the effect of leadership supervision and work motivation on the performance of inspectorate employees in Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. Supervision of the leadership of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between leadership supervision and employee performance. The calculation results show that leadership supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work motivation of Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate employees tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between employee work motivation and employee performance. The calculation results show that employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Quantum-Inspired Algorithms (QIAs) combine principles of quantum computing with classical evolutionary strategies to address complex optimization problems. This research explores the potential of QIAs in improving optimization processes, particularly in combinatorial and multi-objective optimization scenarios. The study focuses on the application of Quantum-Inspired Genetic Algorithms (QIGAs) and Quantum-Inspired Evolutionary Algorithms (QIEAs), assessing their effectiveness in solving classical problems like the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) and Minimum Spanning Tree (MST). Through computational simulations, the research compares the time convergence and solution accuracy of QIAs against traditional classical algorithms. The findings demonstrate that QIAs achieve faster convergence rates and higher-quality solutions, with accuracy levels reaching 98-99% of the global optimal solutions, while significantly reducing computational time. These results underline the advantages of QIAs in solving large and complex optimization problems, making them a promising alternative to traditional algorithms. Additionally, QIAs excel in avoiding local minima, a common pitfall of classical methods, due to their ability to explore the solution space more efficiently through quantum principles like superposition and interference. The implications of this study suggest that QIAs can be a valuable tool for tackling real-world optimization challenges, with potential applications in fields such as finance, logistics, telecommunications, and energy management. The research also indicates the necessity for further improvements in quantum-inspired algorithms' scalability and hardware integration, particularly for larger, more intricate optimization problems, to fully realize their potential in practical industrial applications.

Regional development is the driving force for national development, which makes regional governments the planners to carry out various kinds of economic transformation for the welfare of the existing society. Broadly speaking, the components that must be discussed in the regional macroeconomic analysis concern economic production and income, growth, unemployment, inflation, employment, external trade relations, financial institutions, regional finance, and poverty or social welfare. Regional macroeconomic analysis can at least show the face of the regional economic structure where this will determine the sustainability of the economy in accordance with development goals. The economic growth of a region, especially the City of Blitar, which of course comes from the results of regional taxes, regional levies, management of regional assets, and other legal regional revenues, which aims to provide flexibility to the regions to seek funding in the implementation of regional autonomy as a manifestation of the principle of decentralization and to increase PAD and support government activities and national development, a budget from the regional government is needed, one of which is from the regional tax sector. In one course experiencing economic stability and problems of economic growth. One of the main problems or drivers of economic instability that can disrupt economic growth is the occurrence of general and continuous price increases or better known as inflation.

Riau is one of three provinces with dominant peatlands. Indragiri Hulu Regency is the sixth largest district with the largest area of peatland with a value of 222 thousand hectares. Particularly in Sekip Hilir Village, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, there is quite extensive peatland and in this location there is infrastructure in the form of Jalan Rengat – Bukit Meranti. The construction of road infrastructure on peatlands has experienced many problems. This is because peat soil has a very low carrying capacity so that the settlement that occurs is large and unable to support the work load. Stabilization efforts are needed to improve the carrying capacity of peat soils. Stabilization on peat soil will be carried out chemically using lime as a stabilizing mixture with variations of 5%, 10% and 15%. From the results of the tests carried out, namely the addition of lime variations to the peat soil stabilization mixture is proven to increase the CBR (California Bearing Ratio) value. The CBR value of peat soil mixture with the addition of 5% lime was obtained at 17.28%. At the addition of 10% lime the CBR value increased to 21.81% and at the addition of 15% lime it increased to 30.04%. From the CBR value of peat soil with variations in lime mixture obtained, the authors prove that an addition of ≥ 5% has been able to achieve a laboratory CBR standard value of 17.28% and has met the Bina Marga specifications for road pavement subgrade, namely ≥ 6%. .
