Empowering MSMEs is crucial for boosting the national economy in the contemporary industrial revolution age. The methods for fostering invention and creativity among housewives in RW 02, Rungkut Kidul Village, are covered in this study. Housewives contribute to the family's financial stability. Women labor to obtain economic stability in the face of uncertain economic situations. And MSME performers make up the bulk of the female cast. By incorporating digital marketing into their product offerings, MSME actors based in RW 02 Rungkut Kidul are attempting to raise the caliber of their output. Furthermore, the bulk of business owners have implemented business legitimacy, MSME actors. But there's a problem: only a small percentage of MSMEs have.

Generation Z, often known as Gen Z, is a term used to refer to a group of people who grew up in the digital era, where technology has become an important part of their lives, especially regarding online games that are viral to this day, especially among young people or Gen Z, Playing online games is an activity that has become a trend among Generation Z. The internet offers a lot of convenience and comfort to human civilization. This can at least be seen in the digital economy, artificial intelligence, big data, robotics, and so on. However, the internet can also have negative impacts if it is not used properly. One of them is online games for Gen Z. Technological developments as well as the rampant presence of online games have played an important role in shaping their perception of body image. The city of Cimahi, as an example of a developing environment, provides an interesting conflict or context for understanding how online games influence psychologists' self-perceptions and negative attitudes. This research uses an exploratory qualitative method with a phenomenological theory approach. This theory is used to gain an understanding of how subjects understand and perceive the world around them. The aim of this research is to find out how Generation Z or individuals aged 12-28 years in Cimahi City respond to the impact of online games on self-perception and mental and negative attitudes. The results of this research show that the use of online game application-based entertainment as a whole influences Gen Z's self-insight in terms of self-perception and their courage and influences their mentality. Based on in-depth interviews with 30 subjects in Cimahi City who met the criteria, it was stated that some people experience feelings of insecurity and are easily emotional and emotionally unstable and can even affect their mental health at high levels such as depression. As a result, this research provides more understanding about how to balance yourself so as not to become addicted to online games in Cimahi City.

In the dynamic technology business landscape, the key levers of success are human resources. This research examines the critical role of human resource management (HRM) in improving the performance of technology-based organizations. Through literature exploration and case studies, this research identifies six key HRM functions that contribute to performance: (1) strategic recruitment and selection to attract and retain skilled technology talent, (2) continuous development and learning to equip employees with relevant technology skills, (3) creation of innovative and collaborative work culture, (4) effective performance management systems to drive accountability and goal achievement, (5) competitive compensation and incentive strategies to motivate and retain employees, and (6) health and wellness programs that prioritize work-life balance and employee satisfaction. This research highlights the importance of technology integration in HRM, such as the use of digital recruitment platforms, online learning systems, and data analysis tools for data-driven decision-making. The findings show that proactive and adaptive HRM, which focuses on talent development, creation of a supportive work environment, and strategic use of technology, significantly improves the performance of technology-based organizations. This research offers practical insights for HRM practitioners and leaders of technology organizations to harness the potential of human resources and achieve competitive advantage in the digital age.

With the rapid development of information technology, Tiktokshop has become an increasingly popular e-commerce platform in Indonesia. However, selling on Tiktokshop does not always guarantee success, especially for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that focus on selling special products such as CustomKids. This research aims to determine the impact of Tiktokshop's inactivity on sales of MSMEs, especially the custom children's industry in Indonesia. This research analyzes various factors that might influence Tiktokshop's inactivity, such as lack of presence, lack of user interaction and algorithm changes. We also assessed the direct impact of the suspension on sales of CustomKids products, taking into account variables such as decreased sales, decreased market share, and the psychological impact on MSME owners. The results of this research will provide insight to MSME owners, the government and stakeholders to help them develop strategies to advance Tiktokshop activities and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a special focus on CustomKids products. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding will help in decision making to improve the performance of MSMEs in the digital era.

In the era of technology 4.0, Indonesia is pursuing progress through the adoption of smart contracts on the blockchain. The government responded to this by establishing technology regulations to address emerging challenges. Legal principles demonstrate their adaptability in the digital era by utilizing information technology to build a modern legal and administrative framework, in line with the vision of industrial development 4.0. This normative juridical legal research evaluates the application of legal norms in a concrete context, using statutory and conceptual approaches. Data collection was carried out through literature study using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive methods. Smart contracts are increasingly widely used, especially in electronic transactions such as stock trading, crypto and hotel reservations. As a form of electronic agreement, smart contracts facilitate the automation of contract processes. However, its use must comply with the law and technology neutral principles in the ITE Law. Even though it is automatic, this technology is recognized as an Electronic Agent in accordance with Article 1 Number 8 of the ITE Law. The validity of these automated contracts is only questioned if it is proven that the automated system is problematic. Smart contracts in Indonesia are recognized in the context of contract law based on freedom of contract and the legal basis of the Civil Code. This recognition occurs because the Civil Code is open and complementary. However, the use of smart contracts must comply with statutory regulations, principles of decency and public order. Regulations governing smart contracts include the ITE Law, PP PTSE, and PP PMSE. These three regulations stipulate the procedures for using electronic contracts, providing a clear legal basis for the implementation of smart contracts.

Empathy is not only taught to children but is also applied to those responsible within the school. Through theoretical studies, this article correlates the concept of bullying with a lack of empathy and details the significance of empathy education in the development of students' characters. Empathy education is deemed essential as it influences positive behavior, enhances the quality of social interactions, and fosters meaningful relationships.

Elections are an important moment in the democratic life of a country, when citizens have the opportunity to choose their own leaders and representatives. The campaigns carried out play a role in printing which plays an important role in delivering campaign materials such as leaflets, posters, banners and booklets. Therefore, now that it is the digital era, many printing industries are also facing various challenges and intense competition with their competitors. Then, in terms of marketing, the printing industry must pay attention to its strengths and threats, such as environmental, technological and other factors in facing this election. Therefore, the research that will be carried out aims to examine the marketing strategies used by the printing industry so that it can outperform the competition and what strategies will be implemented if there is a surge in demand. The method used for this research is a qualitative method, which means the researcher analyzes in detail a problem with the printing industry. The researcher used observation and interview techniques for data collection techniques in the printing industry so that they could analyze and collect data in detail. The results of this research are that the MD Draftika printing industry took part in the auction conducted by the KPUD by choosing the place, time and maximum promotion on social media. As a strategy to deal with the surge in demand, MD Draftika made changes to operational hours, added machine technology, added temporary additional employees and maximized supplies of raw materials from suppliers. This journal focuses on various optimization methods and techniques that can be applied in the development of programming algorithms for processing big data. Supporting and relevant references are used to illustrate the concepts and techniques presented in this paper. Discussions include parallel methods, data compression, indexing, divide and conquer strategies, and greedy algorithm approaches. Case studies on the implementation of fast sorting algorithms in the context of big data processing are also presented. The understanding and application of these optimization methods are important in maximizing the efficiency and performance of programming algorithms in dealing with big data, and they play a key role in the development of relevant information technology solutions.

This trend potentially hinders their character development, particularly due to reduced interaction with parents and teachers. Character education, which should be a fundamental part of children's growth, is often neglected due to the negative influences of technology. This study aims to analyze the role of parents and teachers in character education for children in the digital era and its effects on moral development. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing literature review and interviews with parents and teachers. The state of the art in this research refers to Lawrence Kohlberg's moral development theory, which explains how children understand moral rules according to their age. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing the importance of collaboration between parents and teachers in nurturing children's character while avoiding authoritarian approaches that may hinder their development. The results indicate that active involvement from both parents and teachers is crucial in shaping children's character, and consistent guidance is needed to address the challenges posed by digital development. In conclusion, a balanced character education that integrates digital exposure with moral values is essential in shaping a generation with integrity and maturity.

Background: Diarrhea is the biggest contributor to the number one mortality rate among toddlers in Indonesia. Based on data findings from the Denpasar City Health Office, cases of diarrhea under five in Denpasar City from 2020-2022 have increased. Therefore, it is necessary to provide information in the form of a digital map that can be used to find out trends, descriptions of demographic characteristics, and the distribution of cases of diarrhea under five in the city of Denpasar. Methods: This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The sample in this study was 354 data from toddler patients with diarrhea. Data collection for arrest is carried out by taking the coordinates of the patient directly in the field. Results: The results of this study indicate that the trend of cases of diarrhea in children under five from 2020-2022 has increased. Based on the incident, the highest cases of diarrhea in toddlers occurred in South Denpasar District and the lowest cases occurred in East Denpasar District. Demographic data shows that diarrhea among toddlers is most common in toddlers aged less than two years and is male and is supported by an unhealthy environment and overcrowding. Conclusion: Therefore the use of the ArcView application can be a solution to make it easier for the Health Office or other health installations to obtain complete information about cases of diarrhea under five from reporting the presentation of statistical data in map form.

Online lectures have become the wrong option in our digital age. Therefore, in this online lecture procedure, the lecturer was required to be able to produce media and lecture approaches. A favorable learning environment, student participation, lecturer performance during instruction, lecture media, and method are a few of the variables that affect the attainment of lecture skills. This study aims to investigate and characterize the efforts made by lecturers to increase student engagement in online courses. This study used a case study approach to qualitative research as its methodology. The study's findings indicate that there are numerous challenges facing online lectures in the current digital era, including a dearth of engaged students, a lack of infrastructure and resources for lecturers and students, as well as network and Internet issues and data availability quotas. All of the lectures given in online classrooms by professors have an impact. The study's findings suggest that lecturers should try to be innovative and creative during the stages of preparing, implementing, and evaluating lectures online.

This research explores the intricate relationship between digital citizenship, moral development, and family-based character education, focusing on integrating technology. Employing a library research approach and descriptive analysis method, the study delves into existing literature to investigate the impact of technology-based interventions on parental influences in shaping children's ethical decision-making in the digital age. The research addresses three primary questions: (1) How does incorporating technology in family-oriented character education programs impact children's formation and reinforcement of moral values and digital citizenship skills compared to traditional methods? (2) What are the key challenges and opportunities families face when leveraging technology for character education, and how do these factors influence the effectiveness of moral development within the familial environment? (3) In what ways do parental involvement and modelling of digital behaviours shape children's ethical decision-making and online conduct, and how can technology-based interventions enhance or alter these parental influences on their children's moral development and digital citizenship? Through a comprehensive review of theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and technology integration models, this research aims to provide valuable insights into the evolving dynamics of character education within the digital landscape.

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze about "Arabic Content Interpretation: Students' Views on the Use of Arabic in the Digital Age". This research aims to examine how students view Arabic content in the digital era. Then what are the challenges faced by students and how are the solutions. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the data collection technique is through filling out a questionnaire with 42 students as respondents. Data analysis techniques are carried out through several stages, namely: data collection, data processing, descriptive analysis, and data presentation. The results showed that there are several student perspectives related to Arabic content in the digital era. This point of view can be caused by several factors, one of which is the development of information and communication technology such as social media.

In an effort to deal with opportunities for crime in the world of e-business, companies must prioritize information security, strict policy implementation, education and training for employees, as well as partnerships with security and government agencies. This research uses a qualitative literature study method by obtaining secondary data through published journal articles with the question "Are there many opportunities for crime in the utilization or use of e-business?". Based on this, it is clear that there are still many opportunities for crime in the digital business world and continue to occur, where the crimes that often occur are fraud, hacking, as well as cybercrime and cyberfraud.

Recently, a technology based on the SIGNAL application has emerged that can run on Android and IOS. SIGNAL is a national digital Samsat application that allows Indonesian citizens to certify Annual STNK, Pay Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB), and pay Road Traffic Accident Fund (SWDKLLJ) online by issuing digital documents in the form of electronic certificates and can easily make mandatory contributions to, POLRI, E-TBPKP (Provincial Bapenda), and E-KD, (PT. Jasa Raharja). The implementation of the online system allows people to save more money and time by paying taxes online.
