Contraception is all kinds of tools or methods used by one party or both parties to avoid or prevent pregnancy (Sety, 2014). Contraceptive methods have developed with all the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Contraceptive methods can be divided into two, namely long-term contraceptive methods (Longterm Contraceptive Method), which include these methods are lUD (Intra Uterine Device) or IUD (Intrauterine Contraceptive Device), Implants, Vasectomy and Tubectomy. Meanwhile, non-long-term methods (Non-Long Contraceptive Method) include injections, pills, vaginal contraception and condoms. Apart from that, there are also natural birth control methods that follow the pregnancy cycle (Susilowati and Prasetyo, 2015). A side effect of hormonal contraception is menstrual disorders. The main side effects of DMPA (Depot Medroxyprogesteron Acetate) contraception and implants are menstrual disorders in the form of amenorrhea, spotting, changes in the cycle, frequency, length of menstruation and the amount of blood lost. The side effects of a contraceptive method are a factor that needs to be considered in determining the decision regarding the continued use of a contraceptive method (Hartanto, 2013). There were 12 respondents (70.6%) of women of childbearing age who used implant-type hormonal contraceptives who experienced menstrual disorders, the average complaint of which was the absence of menstruation for > 3 months (amenorrhea) and 5 respondents (29.4%) who not experiencing menstrual disorders. There were no 1-month injection type hormonal contraceptives who experienced menstrual disorders, while there were 4 people who were disturbed (100%). There were 13 respondents (76.5%) of the 3-month injectable type of hormonal contraception, while 4 respondents (23.5%) did not experience menstrual disorders. Of the 38 respondents who used hormonal contraception who met the requirements, they were analyzed statistically using the Chi Square test which has been carried out, the result was a p value of 0.013 (p<0.05) which indicates that there is a relationship between the type of hormonal contraception and menstrual disorders.

The purpose of writing this paper is to discuss efforts towards achieving international standard State Civil Service (ASN) status. The quality and capabilities of ASN are very important to achieve national development goals, because ASN is an important component in carrying out government functions and providing public services. In the era of globalization and global competition, increasing ASN competency is a demand that cannot be ignored. This research explores the challenges and opportunities faced in creating international standard ASN. One of the things that will be discussed is the importance of training and education to improve ASN capabilities; use of ICT to improve public administration performance; and the importance of ethics and integrity in ASN work. In addition, this paper will present several case studies from countries that have succeeded in achieving high achievements in developing international standard ASN. By comparing the various strategies and approaches that have been implemented, this paper will present recommendations and guidelines for other countries wishing to improve the quality and credibility of their ASN. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis with literature analysis and case studies. Relevant data is collected from reliable sources, including scientific journals, government reports, and current academic publications. The research results show that achieving international ASN status requires synergy between various parties, including government, academics and the private sector. Changes are needed in the ASN education and training system, with an emphasis on developing competencies that are relevant to global demands. Apart from that, ASN's competitiveness in facing the digital era will be strengthened by the intelligent and sustainable application of information and communication technology. However, the process towards international standard ASN must also be accompanied by the application of high ethics and integrity at all levels of government organizations. The purpose of writing this paper is to study and obtain information on several work relationships in public services and how to overcome these various problems. Bureaucratic Pathology is a disease that eats away at the very foundations of life in a bureaucracy. Bureaucracy is synonymous with the impression of long and convoluted processes, as a result bureaucracy gets a negative image. There are realities experienced in the government bureaucratic environment, such as tortuous work procedures, uneven workload, slow, inefficient, rigid, lack of transparency, corrupt behavior, these conditions are described as sick bureaucracy or bureaucratic pathology. Research is used to determine the conditions and various kinds of bureaucratic pathological practices in Indonesia and how to prevent them in order to create an efficient bureaucracy. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using literature study techniques. The research results show that the bureaucratic journey in Indonesia is closely related to national culture and is influenced by existing cultural problems. Culture and habits are difficult to change because they are closely related to aspects of morality, this is the beginning of the emergence of symptoms of bureaucratic pathology. The culture of extortion, bribery, slow service, complicated procedures, corruption, collusion and nepotism has become a habit for the Indonesian people. Therefore, efforts that can be made to prevent bureaucratic pathology are by changing the position and role of the bureaucracy that has been implemented so far. Apart from that, applying the principles of good governance can prevent bureaucratic pathology, especially corruption, collusion and nepotism, to create an efficient bureaucracy.

Early marriage is a marriage between a couple of teenagers under 18 years old or still studying at high school level. Marriage is a ceremony to unite the marriage bond between a woman and a man legally in the eyes of religion and law. Early marriage has a high risk on the reproductive health of young women. The impact of early marriage on young women results in reproductive health problems for women, physical, psychological and psychosocial health. Apart from that, mental readiness at adolescence to face something new as a mother and wife requires mental readiness and mature thinking to make the decision to marry as a teenage girl, so the government provides new regulations for a minimum marriage age of 19 years. Young marriages are marriages carried out by teenagers under the age of 20 who are not yet ready to get married. Indonesia is ranked 37th in the world and 2nd in ASEAN as a country with a high rate of young marriage. The results of this research show that mothers who marry at a young age have the intention to continue the tradition of marrying at a young age which can be described by background factors and local habits/customs theory. Therefore, cooperation is needed including the government, community leaders and related institutions (KUA and Community Health Centers) to reduce and prevent the incidence of marriage at a young age.
