Unemployment is a persistent problem in the labor market, thus hampering economic development and national prosperity. Indonesia, including its capital Jakarta, continues to face significant levels of unemployment compared to neighboring countries. This research focuses on analyzing the structure of unemployment in Jakarta using K-Means Clustering to categorize unemployment data based on age groups (2020-2022) sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. Analysis carried out via RapidMiner revealed three clusters:-Cluster 0: Age 30-60 years and above, Cluster 1: Age 20-24 years, Cluster 2: Age 15-19 and 25-29 years. The findings show that the 20-24 year age group has the highest unemployment rate (399,167 people), while the 30-60 year and above age group shows the lowest unemployment rate (75,560 people). This clustering approach provides insight into the distribution of unemployment by different age demographics in Jakarta, highlighting areas where targeted interventions may be needed to effectively address this socio-economic challenge

Child sexual abuse is a very complex and sensitive issue in society. The rapid development of society and the increase in crime have an impact on interactions that often violate the law, creating a sense of security, peace and order in society. The crime of sexual abuse of minors is committed by adults and children themselves, and is an important problem to be discussed. The purpose of this study is 1. to find out the efforts made by law enforcers in overcoming sexual abuse of minors 2. to find out how the application of sanctions against perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual abuse of minors. This research uses normative juridical methods, namely legal research conducted on legal norms contained in laws and regulations relating to the criminal offense of child abuse and the provisions of the law. The results of research and discussion show that law enforcement efforts in overcoming child abuse include several steps, namely: conducting investigations and investigations, prosecution of perpetrators, analyzing and considering in deciding cases, conducting supervision and monitoring to correctional institutions and focusing on victim protection with strict law enforcement. The application of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of child abuse through several stages, namely the process of investigation and investigation of investigation and prosecution.    

A 3-month-old baby is a baby who needs a lot of breast milk assistance to support his growth and development. In supporting the growth and development in question, there are many ways or efforts that can be carried out by midwives, especially in increasing the baby's weight at the age of 3 months, one of which is by doing massage. The purpose of this study is to find out whether or not there is an effect of massage on the weight of 3-month-old babies at UIT Tourism Hospital Makassar City. The type of research used is Quasy Experimental (Pseudo-Experiment) using Pretest and Posttest Experiments and Control with sampling techniques using Purposive Sampling. Based on the results of statistical tests on infants who were sampled, namely 20 babies aged 3 months using paired T test with ? = 0.05, t count (11.005) > t table (1,729) were obtained. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of massage on 3-month-old babies on weight gain. All 3-month-old babies in the study sample experienced weight gain, but the difference in weight gain in the intervention group was greater than in the control group.

The aim of this research was to reduce maternal and infant morbidity and mortality rates in Brebes district, especially the Kaliwadas Community Health Center area. This research method is qualitative research, namely a research method carried out by exploring, describing and explaining and predicting a phenomenon that occurs on the basis of it in the field. The results of this research are after carrying out comprehensive midwifery care in Mrs. S is 42 years old with risk factors: age, anemia and CED at the Community Health Center Kaliwadas from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning using Varney and midwifery approaches SOAP found gaps between theory and practice.        

Children are the next generation of the nation and will inherit the cultures and customs that are in their environment, especially the family environment. Child Protection is an effort to protect children's human rights so that they can continue to grow and develop into the hope and successor of the nation and state. The family is formed on a sense of security, comfort and affection, unfortunately there are some children who get insecurity and coercion within the scope of their family. The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach, namely by conducting research based on legal materials or references by examining the theories and concepts of these legal materials relating to the legal principles of legislation related to this writing or research. This research aims to examine in depth the legal protection for victims of sexual violence against minors in the family environment, as well as identify problems and obstacles in the application of the Law in order to strengthen legal protection for victims. The results showed that the existing law is still weak with the lack of human resources equipped with special training in handling cases like this.

This research aims to analyze the Decision of the Limboto District Court Number: 115/PID.sus/2022/PN.LBO concerning the Crime of Rape. This research is normative research with a statutory approach and a case approach, which is analyzed descriptively. The research results show that Decision Number 115/Pid.Sus/2022/Pn.Lbo is viewed from the aspect of certainty, namely, the decision does not reflect the principle of legal certainty. Considering that Article 81 (Paragraph 3) imposed in the indictment and verdict carries a penalty of 15 years in prison plus 1/3, the defendant should be subject to a sanction of 20 years in prison. Meanwhile, the prosecutor demanded 14 years, which the judge then reduced by giving a sanction of only 11 years in prison. Discussing the element of certainty is not just a moral demand, but factually it characterizes actual law and is based on the constitution, namely Article 1 Paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, where Indonesia is a rule of law state. Apart from that, the principle of legal certainty is said to have not been fulfilled, because the judge in giving his decision was not guided by Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. Furthermore, laws are essentially made and must not give rise to doubt, so as not to conflict with the objectives of the norm itself. Legal certainty refers to the consistent application of law where its implementation cannot be influenced by subjective circumstances.

This research aims to find out how the legal validity of electronic sales and purchase agreements made by minors is reviewed in contract law and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning electronic information and transactions and what legal consequences arise from the legal validity of electronic sales and purchase agreements. What Minors Do According to Contract Law and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Normative legal research uses normative case studies in the form of legal behavioral products, for example reviewing laws. The subject of the study is law which is conceptualized as a norm or rule that applies in society and becomes a reference for everyone's behavior. So normative legal research focuses on positive law inventory, legal principles and doctrine, legal discovery in cases in concreto, legal systematics, synchronization level, legal comparison and legal history. The results of this research show that (1) Agreements in electronic transactions via electronic media made by minors are said to be invalid because they conflict with the conditions for the validity of agreements in the Civil Code and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (2) The legal consequences of agreements in electronic transactions via electronic media for minors for legal settlement efforts can only be carried out through guardianship. If minors do not meet the subjective requirements, namely the ability to make an agreement, the agreement made can be cancelled.

This journal examines the form of legal regulation related to the juvenile justice system in Indonesia, with a special focus on minors who are recidivists of the crime of motor vehicle theft (curanmor). Even though Law no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System has comprehensively regulated the handling of children in conflict with the law. There are significant challenges in handling children who repeatedly commit criminal acts. This study uses a normative juridical approach with analysis of applicable laws and regulations as well as cases of recidivism among children who commit crime. The research results show that although the law has provided a framework for the protection and rehabilitation of children, its implementation is often not optimal, especially in handling recidivist children. Special policies are needed that are more focused on preventing recidivism, including strengthening the role of rehabilitation institutions and active involvement of families and communities. In addition, revision of several provisions in existing laws is needed to ensure that the handling of recidivist children can be more effective and fair.

This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this research show that in the results of Comprehensive Care there was a gap between theory and practice after comprehensive midwifery care was carried out on Mrs. E is 39 years old with risk factors for CED age and anemia in Mrs. BPM. R working area of Bumiayu Health Center from third trimester pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning using Varney midwifery and SOAP approaches.

Background: World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020 the maternal mortality rate (MMR) in the world is 152 deaths per 100,000 live births. In ASEAN, the highest MMR in 2020 is in Myanmar, which is 235 per 100,000 live births. The maternal mortality rate in Brebes Regency in 2020 was 62 cases. In the Bantarkawung Health Center working area in 2020 there was 1 case, in 2021 there were 5 cases. Objective: To provide comprehensive midwifery care services to Mrs. N Age 19 Years G1P0A0 with Risk Factors Age <20 Years at the Bantarkawung Health Center, Brebes Regency with a midwifery management approach according to Varney's seven steps and SOAP.  Research method: This study uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study design. The Scientific Writing assignment report is written based on a case report of comprehensive midwifery care in pregnant women, childbirth, newborns, and postpartum using the type of case review study research method. Results: The results of comprehensive midwifery care are the absence of gaps between theory and practice where according to the theory pregnant women with a young age <20 years will experience several risks such as in any.N who experienced a short TFU of 28 cm. Conclusion: After conducting an assessment and collecting data on comprehensive midwifery care on Mrs. N with risk factors for age <20 years at the puskesmas from third trimester pregnancy.

This research aims to find out how the crime of raping minors is handled. This research is empirical legal research by presenting field facts as the main data, which are then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that the handling of criminal acts, especially those related to sexual intercourse, is usually left to the parents of the victim or perpetrator. The sexual intercourse referred to is when the perpetrator and victim have sexual relations on the basis of mutual consent and it is disputed by the victim's family. What is the PPA unit of the Gorontalo City Police doing in terms of making peace efforts, because considering that the perpetrators of this crime are still children, protection measures must also be taken so that the children can grow and develop and return to normal activities in society. This handling includes receiving complaint reports, the investigation and case investigation stage, the file transfer stage and providing protection for victims. Law enforcers need to consider implementing the concept of restorative justice in minor cases in accordance with existing provisions, but not in cases of rape or sexual violence, especially against children. Apart from that, the community, especially parents and families, are as far as possible against peace efforts to marry the victim to the perpetrator, because it can trigger other problems and prevent repetition of criminal acts and other violence that the victim will receive.

Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu chi square Hasil penelitian tabulasi terdapat Hubungan Umur Dengan Pemilihan Kontrasepsi KB Suntik 3 Bulan Di Di Puskesmas Tanjung Tiram Kecamatan Tanjung Tiram Tahun 2022 Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai ρ-value (0,049), sehingga ada hubungan antara umur dengan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi. Hasil penelitian Hubungan Pengetahuan Dengan Pemilihan Kontrasepsi KB Suntik 3 Bulan Di Puskesmas Tanjung Tiram Kecamatan Tanjung Tiram Tahun 2022  didapat nilai p value  = 0,008 (P < 0,05) hal ini berarti ada hubungan antara pengetahuan akseptor dengan KB Suntik. Hasil penelitian Hubungan Pendidikan Dengan Pemilihan Kontrasepsi KB Suntik 3 Bulan Di Puskesmas Tanjung Tiram Kecamatan Tanjung Tiram Tahun 2022 didapatkan nilai 0,001 < ρ-value (0,05), sehingga ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi. Kesimpulan Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara umur, pengetahuan dan pendidikan  dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi KB suntik 3 Bulan di Di Puskesmas Tanjung Tiram Kecamatan Tanjung Tiram Tahun 2022

Anemia pada ibu hamil juga dikaitkan dengan peningkatan risiko kelahiran prematur, kematian ibu dan anak, serta infeksi. Kurangnya zat besi pada ibu dapat memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin atau bayi selama dan setelah kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi studi karakteristik pada kejadian anemia pada kehamilan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kotabaru. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu hamil dengan anemia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kotabaru sebanyak 30 orang pada Oktober – Desember tahun 2023. menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan ceklist yang dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa data terbanyak pada masing – masing karakteristik yaitu umur yang terbanyak pada berisiko 56,7%. Karakteristik paritas yang terbanyak pada kelompok multipara sebanyak 53,3%. Karakteristik usia kehamilan pada trimester 3 sebanyak 50% dan pekerjaan yang terbanyak responden pada IRT yaitu sebanyak 43,3%.

The MMR in Central Java in 2022 was 98.6/100,000 live births (Central Java Health Office, 2022) and the MMR at the Bumiayu health center in 2022 was 2 cases (Bumiayu Health Center, 2020-2022). Objective : To reduce morbidity and mortality rates of mothers and infants in Brebes district, especially the working area of Puskesmas Bumiayu. this research is a qualitative descriptive study, the type of research used in this study is using a comprehensive case study approach. Comprehensive case study research is a method for understanding individuals that is carried out interactively (Notoadmojo, 2019). Research Results : This comprehensive care found a gap in theory and practice in pregnancy and childbirth care. Conclusion: Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs. S aged 43 years with preeclampsia and high risk factors at BPM Mrs. R in the working area of the bumiayu health center from third trimester pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning with the Varney and soap midwifery approach.

This research focuses on how the role of pastoral counseling can help and support teenagers who experience poor teenage mental health. This research uses qualitative research methods by looking for various references through various sources that have insight into what the researcher wants to study. The results of this research are that a counselor can help teenagers who experience mental health using the counseling methods and stages described in this paper.

Marriage involves individual rights such as opinion, privacy non-discrimination. Early marriage is the practice of marriage involving one or both partners who are still young, where both are still under the legal age or generally recognized age of adulthood. Early marriage can be influenced by various factors, namely social, pressures. Family involvement, cultural norms, and gender inequality can also play an important role in the decision to marry early. Early marriage of minors creates legal problems, which involve violations of children's rights and also gender inequality. The age for marriage must be completely mature, which is 19 years for men and 16 years for women. If both of them are still young, or you could say like young onions, their marriage will always be filled with problems. Both of them still have the same high level of egoism, are still children and still only think for a few days. In Indonesia Regulates the second amendment to Law no. 1 of 1974 confirms that the minimum age limit is 19 years, and 16 years for women. A woman is someone who has reproductive organs which are related to the ability to give birth to children. Meanwhile, a man is someone who has reproductive organs that play a role in reproduction itself. In Indonesia, the case of early marriage is still a very serious and vulnerable issue. As reported by the KEMENKO PMK, it was stated that there were around 1.2 million cases of early marriage in Indonesia. The proportion of women aged 20-24 years who were married before the age of 18 was 11.21% of the total number of children. This means that around 1 in 9 women aged 20-24 years were married as children. Meanwhile, around 1 in 100 men aged 20-24 years were married as children. Due to the large number of cases regarding underage marriage, the government's role must be agile and fast in dealing with important cases like this. The government must play a role in preventing how to prevent cases of underage marriage from increasing every year.

Based on the background above, the problem formulation is how Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Mrs. R aged 26 years in the working area of the Bantarkawung Community Health Center, Brebes Regency in 2023. The research design used by the author is qualitative descriptive research. Comprehensive Care for Mrs.R found problems early in pregnancy with preeclampsia. Labor was induced, and the newborn was normal. During the postpartum period, the uterine involution process goes well. Conclusion: Through this scientific paper, it is hoped that health center health workers can maintain and improve the quality of health services in accordance with service standards and the application of theory.
