To build awareness of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning through poster design for MadrasahIbtidaiyah (MI) in Sindon Village. This village was identified as facing challenges in increasing sanitation awareness and children's enthusiasm for learning. The service method involves preparing and installing posters specifically designed to communicate the message of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning. The results of this activity show a significant increase in awareness of cleanliness, as can be seen from changes in children's behavior regarding personal hygiene and the surrounding environment. The creative and informative poster design succeeded in attracting children's attention, encouraging them to actively participate in maintaining cleanliness. The poster which included inspiration, motivational quotes and supporting visual images succeeded in providing positive encouragement to children's interest in learning. Students' active involvement in the learning process has increased, reflected in more active participation in class activities and increased learning outcomes. The use of poster design as an effective communication tool in this service has made a significant contribution to increasing awareness of cleanliness and enthusiasm for learning at MI 2 Sindon Village. It is hoped that this can be an inspiration for similar effortsin other communities to improve the quality of life and education of children through creative and participatory approaches.

Pemilihan Umum merupakan sarana demokrasi guna mewujudkan sistem pemerintahan negara yang berkedaulatan rakyat. Pemerintah negara yang dibentuk melalui Pemilihan Umum itu adalah yang berasal dari rakyat, dijalankan sesuai dengan kehendak rakyat dan diabdikan untuk kesejahteraan rakyat. Pemerintahan yang berkedaulatann rakyat adalah menempatkan rakyat sebagai orang yang menentukan siapa yang akan diberikan mandat memegang pemerintahan, untuk diberi mandat sebagai pemimpin negarawan. Namun kenyataan dimasyarakat banyak juga yang tidak memahami arti pentingnya pemilihan umum dan mencari pemimpin negarawan dalam setiap kali pesta demokrasi diadakan. Penyuluhan hukum tentang pemilu ini dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya partisisipasi dalam pemilu dalam upaya memcari pemimpin negarawan. Penyuluhan hukum ini dilkaksanakan di desa Girirejo, Kecamatan Ngablak, Kabupaten magelang. Hasil penyuluhan telah membangkitkan semangat masyarakat desa Girirejo, hal ini dibuktikan terjadinya dialog antara warga dengan penyuluh tentang berbagai problema dalam pemilihan umum dari masalah money politik, pelanggaran hukum pemilu sampai bagaimana memahami ciri-ciri pemmpin yang negarawan dan bagaimana seharusnya kita sebagai warga negara harus bersikap.

Media merupakan tempat untuk seseorang menuangkan keluh-kesah serta menyampaikan sebuah pesan yang positif. Salah satunya menggunakan media seni drama tari dan musik. Melalui sebuah pementasan seseorang dapat menyuarakan makna apa yang ditampilkan di dalamnya sehingga dapat tersampaikan kepada Masyarakat. Dengan adanya pagelaran yang diadakan oleh mahasiswa, kita dapat melihat kebelakang bahwa ada sebuah Sejarah yang begitu indah. Dimana seorang Perempuan bisa memimpin untuk memperjuangkan tanah kelahirannya yang pada saat itu sedang dijajah. Hal seperti ini bisa dijadikan pacuan serta semangat juang para pemuda terutama untuk generasi sekarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif serta melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi maka data yang diperoleh adalah sendratasik Sayu Wiwit memiliki perbedaan dengan kesenian tari dan musik lainnya. Makna dan pemahaman dihasilkan dan dikomunikasikan dalam bentuk simbol yang menciptakan suatu identitas atau persepsi pagelaran sendratasik Sayu Wiwit.

Tujuan  Artikel ini  untuk   menumbuhkan sikap nasionalisme warga negara khususnya generasi  muda sebagai upaya berperan serta dalam Pembangunan watak  bangsa yang bermartabat. Semangat nasionalisme pada generasi muda di era modern ini tak dapat dipungkiri sedikit demi sedikit mulai terkikis.. Globalisasi yang menganut pada nilai kebebasan dan keterbukaan, membuat banyak anak muda yang suka betindak sesuka hati,dan bersifat apati., Salah satu contoh  tindakan menyimpang,  seperti adanya geng motor  dengan tindak kekerasan yang jelas mengganggu ketentraman lingkungan masyarakat. Di sisi lain, bangsa kita membutuhkan generasi muda yang kuat,tangguh  dan bermartabat sebagai generasi penerus  kelangsungan negara. Persoalan ini perlu disikapi dan  dicari solusi yang tepat. Salah satu solusi dan segera harus dilakukan adalah menanamkan kembali nilai-nilai nasionalisme dan patriotism. Hal ini dapat dimulai dengan tidak mengajarkan hal-hal yang menyimpang terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila, menanamkan rasa cinta tanah air sejak dini, menggunakan dan mencintai produk dalam negeri dan  memperkenalkan berbagai keragaman budaya Indonesia.

Festival Generasi Pemenang Season 2 merupakan ajang lomba tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan Rumah Generasi Pemenang, melibatkan perlombaan Musabaqah Hifdzil Qur'an (MHQ) dan Banjari. Penelitian ini fokus pada perbaikan visual dan branding festival, mengidentifikasi permasalahan sebelumnya dan menerapkan upaya perbaikan. Melalui peningkatan visualisasi, fasilitas, dan variasi perlombaan, festival menciptakan pengalaman yang lebih menarik. Desain merchandise yang mencerminkan tema ceria festival menjadi bagian integral, memberikan peserta dan pendukung kenang-kenangan yang bernilai. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, Festival Generasi Pemenang semakin mengokohkan identitasnya, mempromosikan semangat kebersamaan, dan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Gresik.

This research is an associative research that aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the morale of the employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. This research was conducted at the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements with a Likert scale measurement. The population used was all employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency, with 119 employees. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample of 44 employees. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation, literature study. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test. The results showed that the work environment had an effect on the morale of the employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the work environment on employee morale is 41.8%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja aparatur, kompetensi, dan semangat kerja; (2) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan semanagat kerja terhadap kinerja aparatur Desa di Kecamatan Nita Kabupaten Sikka baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Nita Kabupaten Sikka (Desa Nita, Desa Nitakloang, Desa Tebuk, dan Desa Lusitada), berjumlah 36 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji t  dan Uji F. Hasil  analisis  deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja aparatur, kompetensi dan semanagat kerja dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompetensi dan semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompetensi dan semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Nita Kabupaten Sikka (Desa Nita, Desa Nitakloang, Desa Tebuk, dan Desa Lusitada)  sebesar 36,5%.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding whether there is an influence on workload, work stress and work morale employee performance of KUD Karya Bhakti Ngancar Kediri. This type of research using descriptive research with quantitative methods with techniques Sampling is non-probability sampling with a purposive method sampling where the population was 57 employees and the sample was 34 permanent employees. The analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) as well coefficient of determination (R2) processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The research results show that Work Load (X1), Work Stress (X2) and Work Morale (X3) have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance (Y). In this panel it is also known that coefficient of determination (R2) Adjusted R square Work Load, Work Stress and Work Morale has an influence of 97.2% in influencing Employee performance, while the remaining 2.8% is influenced by variables others that were not discussed in this study so that they are for further research using variables outside this research. The study implies that The performance factors of an organization are influenced and can be improved through load work, work stress, and work morale.

Human resource management is one of the important factors in an agency. In order to achieve its goals, it requires quality human resources who are competent and qualified and consistent in every job. This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and work enthusiasm on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) of Kediri city. The sample in this study was 70 respondents consisting of civil servants and honorary employees. The tool for testing this research is using SPSS 25. Using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. By using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, the results of this research are that work ethic has a significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, work enthusiasm has a significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.043 < 0.05. Work ethic and work spirit have a joint and significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables work enthusiasm (X1), competence (X2), and work discipline (X3) on work effectiveness (Y) at PT Happy Jaya Plastik. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 60 respondents at PT Happy Jaya Plastik. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= 10.489 + 0.342X1 + 0.400X2 + 0.347X3 and the t test results of the variables work enthusiasm, competence and work discipline had a partially significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work enthusiasm, competence and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the work effectiveness of PT Happy Jaya Plastik.

Riau University as a state university that has the duties and functions of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely education and teaching, research, and community service. The form of community service carried out by students is in the form of Real Work Lectures (KUKERTA). KUKERTA is a field learning activity carried out by students that aims to have a positive impact on the community by providing learning in an innovative and creative way, as well as developing potential and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the local community. This activity is expected to increase student creativity to implement their knowledge in carrying out work programs and provide learning for students in interacting with the community. Real Work Lecture (KUKERTA) is one of the compulsory subjects taken at the University of Riau when entering an odd semester or having fulfilled the credit requirements set by the University of Riau.

This research is motivated by the influence of motivation and work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Depok City. This is done to see how much the level of motivation and morale on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method because it is a method used to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. Data collection technique through questionnaires distributed to 66 respondents using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. In analyzing the data, using Instrument Test, Classic assumption test and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination was 0.652, which means that 65.2% of the contribution of the Variables of Motivation (X1) and Morale (X2) affect Employee Performance (Y). The conclusion from the data analysis above is that there is a positive and significant influence of Motivation and Work Enthusiasm on Employee Performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in the City of Depok.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the variables of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Work Morale as measured by the population used in this study were 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that compensation and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on morale. Partial compensation has a significant effect on work morale. Physical work environment partially has a significant effect on morale.

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and organizational climate on morale ( a case study of village office employees in Rajapolah sub-district). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach, with the sample to be selected in this study being Village Office employees in Rajapolah District, namely 49 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Climate had a significant influence on the Morale of Village office employees in Rajapolah district. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the morale of Village Office employees in Rajapolah District.

A company is one of the types of business entities protected by law as the place where the production process of a good or service is used to meet the needs of society. To the company’s goals, it requires the contribution of good employees. Cultivating a high working spirit should be considered by the company’s managers as an obligation whose nature is constant. Especially with regard to the workload that can cause work stress, communication between employees that can lead to an increase or decrease in working spirit. The aim of this survey is to know the impact of workload, work stress, and communication on employee work spirit. This research population is the entire staff of PT Iron Steel Metalindo of Mojokerto district. The sample was 78 using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use double linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Research findings show that workload variables have a negative and significant influence on the work spirit, work stress has a negative, significant impact on the working spirit, and communication has a positive and significant effect on the job spirit.

Leadership in LPPBMN is currently being implemented in implementing units under the unit coordinator, so that the decision-making process requires more time. This leadership ineffectiveness has an impact on employees, including saturation in work effectiveness, which causes a decrease in the level of morale. Besides that, an uncomfortable work environment has an impact on decreased morale, resulting in low work performance. This study aims to determine 1) The influence of leadership on Employee morale, 2) The influence of the work environment on Employee morale, and 3) The influence of leadership and work environment on the morale of LPPBMN Kemenhub Employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that leadership affects employee morale, the work environment influences employee morale, and leadership and work environment affect employee morale of LPPBMN Kemenhub. This means that the better the leadership and work environment, the morale will also increase, and vice versa.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, communication and workload on employee morale. This type of research is a quantitative approach using survey methods. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are employees of PT XYZ. The number of samples used were 103 employees. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with simple random sampling or simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that compensation has a significant effect on morale, motivation has a significant influence on morale, communication has a significant influence on morale and workload has a significant influence on employee morale at PT XYZ. Simultaneously compensation, motivation, communication and workload have a significant influence on employee morale.

Human resources are one of the organizational resources that play an important role in achieving its goals. Every organization is managed by humans. Without humans, the organization will not run. Challenges and opportunities in managing and creating organizations often stem from human-related problems. Therefore, in managing human resources (HR), the most vital resource is a strategic central activity. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, reward on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Sembako Rahap Putra UMKM.The research method is to use a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is 215 employees, the sample in this study is 140 employees. The technique used in collecting data using observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data processing techniques use the SmartPLS 3 application.Based on research at Sembako Rahap Putra MSME, the research results obtained show that competence is less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.093), Motivation has less effect in increasing Morale with a P-Value of (0.465), Rewards are less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.172), Morale has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a P-Value of (0.025), Competence has less effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.244) , Motivation has little effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.238), Reward has less effect on Employee performance through work enthusiasm with a P-Value of (0.431).

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and the work environment on employee morale at the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade in Bima City. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this research is 40 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that communication (X1) and work environment (X2) have a significant effect on employee morale at the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade of the City of Bima with an effect of 56.2%.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of job satisfaction and morale on employee performance at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya. This study took 45 respondents from a total population of 72 employees at PT Javadwipa Duta Madiri Surabaya where a total of 45 respondents all came from the marketing department. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. While the classic assumptions used include the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test using the SPSS version 20 statistical program. The results of the analysis conclude that variables 1.) Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on Employee Performance, 2.) Work Morale have a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3.) Job Satisfaction and Work Morale have a simultaneous or joint effect on Employee Performance. at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya.
