Sleep duration and sleep quality are essential physiological needs that play a significant role in the emotional and behavioral development of children aged 3–6 years. Adequate sleep supports brain development, cognitive functioning, emotional regulation, and social interaction skills in early childhood. Conversely, poor sleep duration and low sleep quality may negatively affect children’s attention, mood stability, and ability to interact socially with peers and caregivers. This article is a literature review using a systematic review approach that analyzes 10 scientific articles published between 2016–2026 to evaluate the relationship between sleep duration and sleep quality with emotional and behavioral problems in preschool children. The article selection process followed the PRISMA flow diagram, with articles sourced from Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases. The findings consistently indicate that inadequate sleep duration and poor sleep quality are associated with increased emotional and behavioral problems, including hyperactivity, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties in social interaction among children. Furthermore, sleep disturbances were found to negatively influence children’s emotional self-regulation abilities, which are crucial for adaptive behavior. Therefore, ensuring adequate sleep duration and improving sleep quality are important strategies to support optimal emotional and behavioral development in preschool-aged children.

The Tandak Timang tradition in Batu Badinding Village, Central Katingan District, plays an important role in fostering the faith of children aged 1-5 years, which is carried out by parents. From an early age, children are introduced to faith values through Tandak Timang verses that contain advice, prayers, and praise to God. This study aims to (1) describe the role of parents in fostering the faith of children aged 1-5 years through the Tandak Timang tradition in Batu Badinding Village, Central Katingan District; and (2) describe the values implemented by parents for children aged 1-5 years in Batu Badinding Village, Central Katingan District. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Tandak Timang plays a significant role in shaping children's spiritual foundation. Parents' roles are manifested through daily practices, such as singing, storytelling, and rocking children while chanting verses in the Dayak Ngaju language. This practice not only builds strong emotional bonds but also serves as an effective medium for instilling noble values. These values include cultural values, moral and ethical values, ancestral values, and spiritual values that teach children about the importance of prayer and hope in God.The conclusion of this study is that parents act not only as cultural inheritors but also as educators, role models, and facilitators. They utilize intimate moments when putting children to sleep—through singing, storytelling, and rocking—to instill faith values. The strong physical and emotional interaction builds a solid bond, making it easier for children to accept and internalize a deep understanding of the teachings conveyed. The Tandak Timang tradition is rich in noble values that serve as the foundation for faith formation. These values include cultural values, moral and ethical values, ancestral values, and spiritual values. The suggestions put forward are that parents should further understand the meaning of Tandak Timang for fostering children's faith from an early age, and pass on and preserve the character of children through this Central Kalimantan Dayak culture. For subsequent researchers conducting similar studies, it is recommended to develop the research objectives and focus more specifically on the research topics.

Data security in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a crucial issue in health information governance in Indonesia. This study evaluates the compliance of health facility information security systems with Ministry of Health Regulation (PERMENKES) No. 24 of 2022 and Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) No. 27 of 2022, and analyzes the impact of non-compliance on service quality and patient trust. The method employed is a systematic narrative literature review on the Google Scholar database (2023–2026) using the keywords "data security and privacy," "electronic medical records," and "CIA Triad," focusing on the implementation of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. The four healthcare facilities examined have implemented controls such as role-based access control, Electronic Signatures (TTE), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), data encryption, and SSL/TLS protocols in accordance with PERMENKES provisions and Article 35 of the UU PDP. However, the effectiveness of implementation is hindered by weak authentication due to the use of simple passwords and excessively long auto-logout durations, the absence of comprehensive written standard operating procedures (SOPs), low staff compliance with security protocols, and minimal patient awareness regarding personal data protection rights. These weaknesses heighten the risk of patient data breaches as well as potential administrative sanctions and fines, and carry negative implications for service quality and public trust. Recommendations include strengthening internal security policies, developing written SOPs, providing continuous training for healthcare workers, implementing stronger authentication mechanisms (e.g., multi-factor authentication/MFA), and conducting patient awareness programs to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain public confidence.

Blood is a major component of the homeostatic system that plays an essential role in maintaining the physiological balance of the body. Several blood chemistry parameters, including blood glucose, cholesterol, and blood pH levels, can be used to assess an individual's health condition. Blood glucose is derived from carbohydrate metabolism and serves as the body's primary energy source. Cholesterol is a lipid compound involved in cell membrane formation and hormone synthesis and consists of Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) and High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL). Blood pH measurement is used to determine the degree of acidity or alkalinity of the blood, reflecting the body's acid-base balance. This study aims to interpret the results of blood chemical analyses and understand the principles and methods used to determine blood glucose, cholesterol, and pH levels. The research employed a laboratory experimental method by measuring these parameters using blood chemistry testing equipment on blood samples. The results showed that fasting blood glucose was 97 mg/dL, indicating a normal glucose level. In contrast, non-fasting blood glucose was 61 mg/dL, which was below the normal range and indicated hypoglycemia. Blood cholesterol was measured at 139 mg/dL, which remained within the normal range. The blood pH value was 6, indicating a condition of acidosis. These findings highlight the importance of blood chemistry examinations as indicators for evaluating metabolic conditions and overall health status.

This study was motivated by the phenomenon of increasing anti-feminism and digital misogyny in Germany, where constitutionally guaranteed equality has suffered a practical setback in the form of a decline in female representation in the Bundestag to 32,4%. This situation has triggered an urgent need for persuasive communication through state addresses. This study aims to analyze the emotional rhetoric (pathos) and intonation strategies in the Ansprache zum Welt-Frauentag in order to raise audience awareness. The method used is a mixed method of qualitative analysis of rhetoric by Aristoteles (2007) and quantitative digital acoustic analysis using Praat software supported theory by Kohler (1995). The data for this analysis are transcripts and audio recordings of the Ansprache zum Welt-Frauentag delivered by Bundespräsident Steinmeier. The results of the study identified three typologies of relationships between diction and intonation, namely contradiction, in which emotional diction is delivered in a flat tone to maintain objectivity; compensation, in which neutral legal references are given emotional weight through a rise in tone (late peak); and parallelism, which is the harmony between emotional diction and the highest voice frequency to build strong authority. Thus, this study confirms that the effectiveness of persuasion in a speech does not only depend on the text, but also on the flexibility of manipulating voice frequency, which strategically functions as an instrument for navigating the audience’s emotions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of personalized marketing on customer satisfaction and customer retention, as well as to explain the role of customer satisfaction as a mechanism linking marketing personalization to customers’ decision to remain with a brand. The background of this study is based on the increasing use of data-driven marketing strategies, product recommendations, personalized promotions, and digital communication tailored to customer preferences. In an increasingly competitive business environment, companies are required not only to attract new customers but also to retain existing customers through relevant, convenient, and valuable experiences. This study employed a quantitative explanatory approach, with the population consisting of customers who had received personalized marketing from a particular company or brand. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the criteria that respondents had received personalized promotions and had made repeat purchases. The total sample consisted of 110 respondents. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that personalized marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This indicates that promotions, recommendations, and marketing messages that are relevant to customer needs can create more positive customer experiences. Customer satisfaction is also found to have a positive and significant effect on customer retention, meaning that satisfied customers are more likely to make repeat purchases, continue using products or services, and avoid switching to competitors. In addition, personalized marketing has a direct effect on customer retention, although its effect becomes stronger when mediated by customer satisfaction. The implications of this study emphasize that companies need to develop personalization strategies that are not only data-driven but also relevant, ethical, non-intrusive, and oriented toward customer value. Therefore, personalized marketing can serve as an important strategy for improving customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term customer retention.

This study aims to analyze the role of online sales in maintaining the financial stability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Sumatra, Indonesia. The increasing adoption of digital channels, such as marketplaces, social media, messaging applications, live selling, and digital payment systems, has transformed online sales into not only marketing tools but also mechanisms that may affect cash flow continuity and business sustainability. Despite their growing importance, empirical evidence regarding the contribution of online sales to MSME financial stability remains limited. This study employs a quantitative explanatory research design. The population consists of MSME owners in West Sumatra who utilize online sales, while purposive sampling was used to select respondents who had engaged in online selling for at least one year and maintained cash flow records. Data were collected from 102 respondents through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that online sales have a positive and significant effect on financial stability, with a path coefficient of 0.632, a t-value of 9.214, and a p-value below 0.001. These results indicate that effective use of online sales enhances cash flow continuity, income regularity, working capital adequacy, and financial resilience. However, the benefits depend on disciplined management of digital costs, discounts, platform fees, shipping expenses, product returns, and cash flow records. This study contributes to MSME digitalization literature by highlighting online sales as a strategic instrument for strengthening financial stability rather than merely a marketing channel.

Quality education is one of the 17 global goals known as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4. This goal aims to ensure equitable, inclusive, and quality education for all people. In Indonesia, elementary school teachers play the most important role because they interact directly with students every day. This article comprehensively examines the role of elementary school teachers in supporting SDG 4 from three main perspectives: teachers’ professional competence, innovative teaching methods, and teachers’ involvement within the school community. The method used is a systematic review of 45 selected scientific sources published between 2020 and 2024, including international journals, reports from global institutions, and Indonesian government policy documents. The findings show that competent, creative, and highly dedicated elementary school teachers are closely related to improving learning quality, increasing school participation, and developing positive character in students. However, several major challenges remain unresolved, such as unequal teacher distribution, low welfare, and limited access to technology—especially in remote areas. This article recommends three main actions: strengthening continuous teacher professional development policies, improving the teacher performance evaluation system to make it more comprehensive, and increasing collaboration among the government, universities, and local communities in order to achieve SDG 4 effectively in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the role of customer trust as a mediating variable in the relationship between digital marketing strategies and consumer behavior. As digital marketing evolves, companies are required not only to create engaging content but also to build strong trust to influence purchase intention, loyalty, and customer engagement. This research employs a systematic literature review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines, selecting 52 empirical articles from reputable international databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, EBSCOhost, and ScienceDirect, published between 2015 and 2026. The analysis involved thematic and descriptive synthesis to assess the strength of digital marketing’s impact on customer trust and consumer behavior outcomes. The results indicate that digital marketing has a significant positive effect on customer trust formation (β=0.652; p<0.001). Customer trust functions as a partial mediator that strengthens the impact of digital marketing on purchase intention, loyalty, and engagement. The direct effect of digital marketing on consumer behavior is weaker when trust is not optimally established. These findings emphasize that effective digital marketing strategies must focus on transparency, security, credibility, and personalization to maximize consumer behavior outcomes. Practically, this study provides important implications for companies and digital marketing practitioners, highlighting that successful campaigns rely not only on content and visibility but also on the ability to build customer trust. The study also opens avenues for future research to examine more specific trust dimensions, including platform integrity, information quality, and social proof, within increasingly complex digital marketing contexts.

This study aims to examine flood disaster mitigation efforts carried out by the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Sukamakmur Village, Karawang Regency. This research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. The theory used in this study is the Strategy Theory proposed by James Brian Quinn (2003:10), which consists of three dimensions: objectives, policies, and programs. The study identifies problems related to flood disasters that occur almost every year in Sukamakmur Village. To address these issues, it is necessary to analyze the mitigation efforts implemented by the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), as well as the related policies and programs concerning flood disasters. The findings show that the objective of disaster mitigation is directed toward improving community preparedness and capacity in dealing with flood risks. Mitigation policies are implemented through strengthening community capacity based on non-structural mitigation, such as the establishment of Disaster Resilient Villages (DESTANA), village disaster volunteers, and disaster risk assessments. The mitigation programs carried out include disaster awareness socialization, mitigation training, and dissemination of daily weather information. In its implementation, BPBD also coordinates with the village government, sub-district task forces, and the River Basin Management Agency (BBWS). These mitigation programs have had a positive impact on increasing community knowledge, preparedness, and participation, although there are still obstacles in the form of limited budgets, infrastructure, human resources, and suboptimal cross-sector coordination. The contribution of this research is to provide additional insight and new information regarding the role of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in flood disaster mitigation.

This study aims to examine the effect of Employee Digital Wellness (EDW) on Work Engagement (WE) among administration and digital marketing employees in startup companies implementing hybrid working, and to explore the moderating role of Organizational Support for Wellbeing (OSW). Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire from 160 purposive-sampled respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4.1.1.7. The findings indicate that EDW positively and significantly affects WE (β=0.621; t=8.943; p<0.001), confirming that employees who manage digital technology usage effectively tend to be more energetic, dedicated, and fully engaged in their work. In addition, OSW also positively influences WE (β=0.412; t=5.672; p<0.001), demonstrating that tangible organizational support in the form of wellbeing policies, flexible work arrangements, and mental health programs enhances work engagement. Moreover, OSW moderates the EDW → WE relationship (β=0.173; t=2.713; p=0.007), indicating that the positive effect of digital wellness on engagement is stronger when organizational support is sufficient. These findings highlight the importance of both personal management of digital wellness and consistent organizational wellbeing policies. Practically, organizations are advised to provide digital wellbeing programs, flexible working arrangements, and managerial support to maximize employee engagement, particularly in hybrid working contexts.

Persons with disabilities often face negative stigma and challenges in developing their potential due to limited access to appropriate education and training. Despite the growing body of literature on disability empowerment, existing studies have predominantly focused on hard skill development and economic outcomes, while the role of social skills programs in facilitating broader social integration remains underexplored. This study aims to analyze the empowerment and social skill development of persons with disabilities through programs implemented by the Sahabat Difabel Community, employing the theory of secondary socialization proposed by Berger and Luckmann (1966) and the critical pedagogy framework of McLaren (2010). Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from November 2024 to June 2025 in Semarang. The findings indicate that the community provides both hard skill and soft skill training to support the independence and social skills of persons with disabilities. This potential-based empowerment model emphasizes social inclusion and work readiness while complementing the role of families in fostering independence. The study recommends further collaboration among communities, families, private institutions, and the government to create an inclusive environment that supports the development of persons with disabilities.
