This research aims to determine the management of village funds in Wading Village, Sidayu District, Gresik Regency when viewed from the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2018. This research is qualitative research with a focus on using descriptive analysis. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentation with related parties regarding the implementation of village fund management which includes planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. The results of the research show that the financial management planning process in Wadeng Village is in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018. There is only one provision that is not in accordance, namely in Article 32 paragraph (3) where the RAPBDes is agreed together with the BPD, namely in October of the current year , while Wadeng Village is still experiencing delays in obtaining a collective agreement, namely in December due to several activities that hinder the plan. The implementation process, administration, reporting and accountability for financial management in Wadeng Village is in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018.   Keywords: Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, Village Fund Management, Village Government.

Soil plays an important role for all living things, where soil is a source of livelihood. It acts as a planting medium, a water reservoir, and a place for us to do activities. All of these activities are carried out on the land (Natasha Hutabarat et al., n.d.). In the community itself, land ownership is always a problem that is often encountered, whether it is the problem of unfixed land boundaries, land tenure, and land grabbing. The National Land Agency (BPN) as the institution that organizes land registration has a Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program that makes it easier for the community to register land so as to avoid land conflicts. In order to accelerate land registration, PTSL in Samarinda City this time uses media or tools to take measurements using the photogrammetric method, namely the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) to obtain aerial images or the latest images. In its implementation, the community is asked to install boundary signs that have been delivered or socialized by BPN employees. So that the boundaries of the land plot can be seen from the UAV and visible from aerial images

The author has made observations at SD IT Al Hijrah and conducted an interview with one of the teachers in order to obtain valid information. Planning can also be defined as a way to anticipate and balance change. According to Uno, this definition assumes that change always occurs. Environmental changes must always be anticipated so that changes are balanced with changes in learning in schools or madrasas. Thus, planning has three meanings. First, planning is an effort to find a future form and an effort to achieve it. Second, planning means efforts to eliminate the gap between the present situation and the future. Third, planning is an effort to change conditions so that they are in line with changing environmental conditions.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). SARS-CoV-2 is a new type of coronavirus that has never been previously identified in humans. Corona virus or what is known as Covid-19 is a new case of pneumonia that was first reported in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Within a month, this disease had spread to various other provinces in China, Thailand, Japan and South Korea. Implementing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) during the Covid19 pandemic can break the chain of virus spread. The aim of this literature review is to see how the Indonesian people implemented clean and healthy living behavior programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methodology used to write this article is based on a literature review approach. The journal collection process is based on criteria determined in literature research. Participation criteria are journals published in the last 5 years and indexed in Google Scholar. The results of this article explain the clean and healthy living behavior of the community during the Covid-19 period. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there has been a change in clean and healthy living behavior in Indonesian society during the Covid- 19 period.

This research discusses several educational problems at MAS PAB I Sampali and analyzes policies that can be implemented to improve the quality of education. The main focus of research includes curriculum, educational infrastructure, parental involvement, and policy implementation challenges. First, inappropriate curricula are a concern, requiring thorough evaluation and adjustments to include 21st century skills. Second, limited educational infrastructure requires evaluation and improvement to ensure the availability of facilities that are conducive to effective learning. Third, low parental involvement can be overcome through special programs such as regular meetings and parent training. Fourth, policy implementation challenges, such as resistance to change, require identification of barriers and effective implementation strategies. This solution can be the basis for improving the quality of education at MAS PAB I Sampali and making it more responsive to today's demands. This transformation is not only to meet current educational needs but also to face future challenges with confidence and readiness.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. The method used is qualitative descriptive data analysis with a case study approach through interviews, documentation, observation with one of the teachers at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of human resource management ethics at the MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung Educational Institution. This research will focus on the definition of educational ethics, human resource management such as the performance of employees or teaching staff and the productivity of teaching staff and the work morale of teaching staff. The research results show that ethics in human resource management principles must match the commitment of words with the achievement of personal performance through actions or work implementation. Curriculum is the most important thing in education because curriculum is a guide and reference for the implementation of education. A good curriculum is a dynamic curriculum which is a curriculum that appropriate to the times and global conditions so that the curriculum will continue to change. The curriculum change process is a complicated process and requires preparation from various aspects. In the process of changing Kurikulum 2013 to Kurikulum Merdeka, school readiness is required, for example, the aspect of developing facilities and infrastructure. Student learning disability is a situation where a student is unable to learn as they should. This cannot be ignored and must be addressed immediately by educators, because children's difficulties can become an obstacle in achieving optimal learning goals. The purpose of writing this article is to explore how to identify and overcome learning difficulties in elementary/MI students and to find out the factors that influence these learning difficulties. The research method used is literature study by analyzing several papers/scientific works through hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, the following results were obtained: a) The types of mathematics learning difficulties faced by elementary/MI students can be divided into two, namely difficulties that are internal to the student and difficulties caused by external factors. student. Ways to overcome this are: 1) Diagnosing students' learning difficulties, 2) Providing supportive mathematics learning advice, 3) Optimizing the implementation of BDR (Learning From Home), and 4) Personal resilience, the idea is to apply the curriculum and utilize blended. learn. b) Factors that cause elementary/MI students' learning difficulties include factors that arise from within the student (internal) and factors that arise from outside the student (external).

The national economy in Indonesia is currently increasing, especially in the Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. In the business process, obtaining a permit is considered very important. For micro business actors, having legality is a necessity and a necessity for the continuity of their business. There are approximately 10 MSMEs in Bulu Village, but these actors do not yet have an NIB (Business Identification Number). Apart from that, there are many business actors who have not branded their products with name labels. Hidden curriculum emphasizes the development of affective aspects and students' self-actualization as a model for achieving learning goals. This research investigates the implementation of a hidden literacy curriculum in an online learning context, with a focus on program preparation, implementation, and completion. The aim of this research is to revive the nation's literacy spirit for Indonesia's future progress. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach to describe directly how the situation and implementation process takes place. Through analysis of literacy needs and selection of relevant materials, this program preparation creates a solid foundation. The implementation of this hidden curriculum emphasizes literacy orientation, integrated activities, and individual support to increase student participation and development of literacy skills. Literacy final projects, self-evaluations, and portfolio creation provide concrete evidence of students' literacy achievements, while evaluations of program effectiveness guide subsequent improvements. Overall, this research provides insight into how hidden curriculum literacy can shape students as independent learners who are able to apply literacy in their daily lives.

The role of government in agriculture is very important in determining economic policy, in planning to mobilize actors there must be readiness, seriousness and commitment to implement it. In an effort to establish regional autonomy, readiness to face future challenges and effective and efficient management of the regional economy by utilizing regional potential and resources. support that has a comprehensive design is needed, in order to obtain information that is in accordance with the problem formulation and research objectives. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. This research is located in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Regarding the role of the government in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Data collection methods This research uses secondary data. The role of the government as a regulator is that the government prepares the implementation of development (issuing regulations in the framework of the effectiveness and orderliness of development administration). capital through providing capital assistance to the community. The government as a catalyst, the village government has a position as an agent that accelerates the development of village potential. The research results show that the government's role in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, is very important and has a positive impact. With support and assistance from the government, farmers can increase their productivity, expand markets, and increase their income.    

Digital Population Identity (IKD) is a digital-based location data innovation through a mobile application with a photo or QR Code. The government's objective is to reduce the physical prints of KTP as well as the use of blank KTP-el in the hope of administrative efficiency. ICT is integrated with health services, education, banking, and taxation, facilitating public access in the era of technological development. However, in remote areas, limited internet access and minimal socialization raise concerns about the security of digital identity data being considered. Social media, especially YouTube, is a channel platform used by the public to convey opinions, opinions and comments about ICTs. So that's why sentimental analysis is needed using the Naive Bayes algorithm to help understand public opinion. The tests were conducted using Orange on 1,561 data showing accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 above 90%. The results of this analysis can serve as a guide for staff in interacting with the community for the implementation of Digital KTP through IKD, as well as improving services regarding the applications provided.

This research is intended to be able to apply the Waterfall method in developing a website-based queuing system at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) Samarinda Ilir. With a primary focus on improving efficiency and customer experience, this study conducted additional evaluation through Black Box testing. This method systematically tests system functionality from the user side. The stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, Black Box testing, and maintenance, ensure the development of a structured and scalable system. The results are expected to provide effective solutions in modernizing the queuing system, improving services, and meeting needs at the tax office.

This research aims to determine the implementation of dock management at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan where the dock must be managed well, so that output results are maximum. If each pier were managed by one operation, this is not the case currently, where two docks are managed by one operation, which results in negligence and lack of focus on one job, which results in many ships not reaching their loading and unloading targets as planned. Which is detrimental to the next ship that is queuing for the next loading and unloading. Further steps to achieve this goal include improving operational results, optimizing infrastructure and upgrading IT systems. This research aims to find out how child maintenance cases (alimentation) are resolved by parents after divorce in the Gorontalo Religious Court and what the legal consequences are if parents do not carry out their child maintenance obligations (alimentation) after a divorce decision in the Gorontalo Religious Court. This research uses empirical research. This research is research originating from field observations and uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the case resolution process involves lawsuits, trials and mediation. If mediation fails, the Religious Court issues a decision. However, sometimes the losing party does not comply with the decision. Winners can request execution, including confiscation of property or salaries. In this case, the father is still obliged to support the child after the divorce, but implementation is problematic. Some fathers are reluctant to fulfill this obligation. The Religious Courts play an important role in enforcing this. Research emphasizes the protection of children's rights and law enforcement to fulfill post-divorce livelihoods. Meanwhile, the legal consequences of non-fulfillment of child maintenance (alimentation) by an ex-husband who does not comply with the decision, the party who wins in the trial can submit a request to the Chair of the Religious Court to force the implementation of the decision and carry out the execution. If within a certain time the ex-husband still does not comply with the decision, the winning party can ask for the ex-husband's property to be confiscated, but still pay attention to the father's financial condition.

This material discusses the implementation of bandwidth management using Queue Tree at the Samarinda Class 1 Navigation District Head Office. The internet is identified as a basic need in the operations of this government agency, especially those related to shipping safety. This activity aims to improve work efficiency and user experience through proper bandwidth management. The solution to the problem proposed is to carry out network management at the main office of the Samarinda Class 1 Navigation District using Mikrotik. The method used has 3 stages, namely design, implementation and trial. - respectively, then at the implementation stage the procedures for implementing bandwidth management will be explained step by step. The implementation results are validated through trials using a speed tester.The results of testing and design were compared, and it was found that the average difference for downloading was 1.945 while for uploading it was 1.55.

BeAbdurrohim Gresik Orphanage Dusun Bunut, Randegansari, Kec. Driyorejo, Gresik Regency, East Java. The orphanage is a non-profit organization, where the orphanage management has full responsibility in matters of trust. which has been given in terms of running the operations of the orphanage. As a form of public sector non-profit organization, one of the sources of funding for orphanages is in the form of donations from regular donors or incidental donors. This research aims to identify the implementation of the Financial Reports of the BeAdburrahim orphanage when viewed from ISAK 35 regarding non-profit organizations. The research was carried out using primary data, namely interviews and field observations, as well as secondary data in the form of financial reports at orphanages. The type of research that will be used is using a descriptive qualitative method by describing the state of the research object and then comparing it with existing standards.
