Indonesia is a country that has diversity in it. Starting from the diversity of ethnicities, languages, cultures to traditional arts which of course are unique characteristics of the country of Indonesia. One of the arts owned by Indonesia is Batik. Batik as a work of art has become a richness of Indonesian culture which is admired by the general public, both the Indonesian people themselves and the world community, but behind it all, batik is a form of traditional Indonesian art that requires maintenance, preservation and protection so that it can be enjoyed. by the next generation. This is so because batik is one of Indonesia's cultural products that is vulnerable to becoming a victim of recognition from other countries. There are quite a few phenomena that occur where batik is actually recognized or claimed by neighboring countries, such as Malaysia. This research was conducted to determine the chronology of Batik recognized by Malaysia, in addition to knowing the resolution efforts made by the government in terms of protecting Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) as Batik in Indonesia from the perspective of International Civil Law.

Indonesia's legal system continues to be predominantly influenced by modern laws introduced by European countries, creating a distinctive character within the Indonesian legal framework. The familial nature of Indonesia's legal system tends to prioritize form over substance, paying less attention to moral aspects. This raises issues related to the imbalance of humanitarian values within the legal system. Despite its status as an independent and sovereign nation, Indonesia still grapples with cases of dishonesty and ethical violations in law enforcement. Therefore, this research aims to compare the judicial systems of Indonesia and Malaysia using a normative legal research method. The comparison reveals the complexity and uniqueness of legal development in both countries. Indonesia, inheriting Dutch civil law, has a court structure that separates general, religious, administrative, and military jurisdictions. In contrast, Malaysia, blending English law with Islamic and customary law, demonstrates strong diversification in court forms and jurisdictions. These differences reflect legal adaptations to history, culture, and the needs of local communities. While both systems have strengths and weaknesses, there is room for improvement in terms of dispute resolution efficiency and jurisdictional clarity.

The Society 5.0 era reflects the world's transition towards a society that integrates digital technology with everyday life. In this context, traditional culinary delights, such as lemang, have the potential to evolve and maintain their relevance amidst changing times. Lemang, a traditional rice-based food prepared by steaming it in bamboo sticks, has become an inseparable part of the culinary heritage of people in several Southeast Asian countries. However, with technological developments and shifts in people's consumption patterns, there is a tendency to ignore traditional culinary delights such as lemang. Therefore, it is important to implement strategies that can promote lemang so that they remain in demand in the Society 5.0 era. Integration of digital technology in the production, distribution and promotion processes of lemang can be a solution. Using social media platforms to promote the uniqueness and deliciousness of lemang, as well as bridging traditional craftsmen with a wider market through e-commerce are some ways to introduce lemang to a new generation. Additionally, innovation in recipes and presentation, without losing its traditional essence, can also be an interesting approach. By combining traditional values and innovation in the Society 5.0 era, lemang will not only survive, but will also increasingly develop and be accepted in the hearts of global society. Culinary is an important aspect of human culture that continues to develop along with the times. The Society 5.0 era, which is marked by the integration of digital technology in everyday life, provides new opportunities and challenges in preserving and improving traditional culinary culture such as lemang. Lemang is a traditional food from Indonesia, Malaysia and several other Southeast Asian countries made from sticky rice cooked in bamboo. This study aims to explain how technology and innovation can be used to improve Lemang culinary culture in the context of the Society 5.0 Era.

Institutional Economics is a school of thought in economics which contains the view that economic behavior, where a person or party is greatly influenced by certain institutions. In this case, institutions themselves have a fairly broad meaning and can be briefly defined as the "rules of the game" in a community group, both formal and informal, which are deliberately designed to limit or regulate relationships between people within that community group. Formal institutions can be in the form of rules, regulations, statutory law and others; while informal institutions can be conventions, trends, culture, and so on. Thus, institutions here are not the same as organizations. The Institutional School initially emerged as a refutation of the neo-classical economic view or school which states that a person's economic behavior is solely based on each individual's desire to maximize profits (maximizing profit behavior). The term "institutional economics" was first introduced by Walton Hamilton in 1919.

This research discusses how to restore the coffee culture of ancient people and its relationship with modern cafes that exist today. In ancient times, people drank coffee by producing the ingredients themselves, from growing the coffee to the brewing process. However, as time progressed, instant coffee emerged which made people start consuming instant coffee because the manufacturing process was practical, the price was relatively cheap and the taste had many innovations. This research uses a systems theory perspective by Walter Buckley and is reinforced by Niklas Luhmann's General Systems Theory. According to him, this systems theory focuses on the relationship of various processes in a social system. The research method used is a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach. The research results show that many cafes that have been established today have brought back the coffee culture of ancient people. This can be proven by making coffee starting from the coffee beans to the blooming process or brewing the coffee using a coffee maker.

We cannot prevent technological development in this life because it will inevitably follow scientific advancements in science. Educational technology has the power to transform traditional teaching methods into innovative ones. Even though the term "educational technology" has a very broad definition, it is frequently assumed to refer only to electronics or other technical tools. For this reason, we will talk more about educational technology in this article, particularly as it relates to its development in the context of science's rapid advancement. as well as society culture and technology Programming breakthroughs have virtually eliminated the need for manual implementation Our work and interests these days often stress our proficiency with computers. Logical thinking is crucial to the development of this revolution in order to comprehend its components, particularly the interconnectedness of computer programming algorithms and mathematics. In order to ascertain the actualization of this programming procedure, the literature analysis method was employed in the composition of this work. The sources for this article's collection included books and a number of earlier publications, the titles of which were created using bibliometric techniques. Thus, it is believed that the development of technological knowledge can proceed without hiccups with the involvement of algorithmic programming so that students can enhance the caliber of the amalgamation of technological information in the industrial revolution.
