At present, economic needs in the era of globalization are growing so that the economic sector changes rapidly. Therefore the title of the research in this thesis is "The Influence of Length of Business, Labor and Raw Materials on the Income of Alu Wood Craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet". The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population used was all wood pestle craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet with a total sample of 50 respondents and the sampling technique used random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and assisted by the SPSS Statistics 26 application. The analytical techniques used were: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (residual normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test,) and hypothesis testing (T test and F) and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, namely, the length of business, labor and raw materials have no effect and are not significant on the income of wood pestle craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet. Hamlet. Evidenced by the simultaneous influence of length of business, labor and raw materials significantly on income.

This study aims to analyze several factors that influence the work productivity of wood sculpture craftsmen in Mas and Peliatan Village, Ubud District, namely wages, work experience, and working capital, either simultaneously or partially. The data in this study all use primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the 77 respondents who were sampled. Determination of the sample is determined by accidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the variables of wages, work experience, and working capital simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of the informal sector angkringan businesses in Denpasar City. Partially the variables of wages, work experience, and working capital have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of wooden sculpture craftsmen in Mas Village and Peliatan Village, Ubud District.

Infrastructure development is the duty and responsibility of both the Central Government, Provincial Government and Regency/City Regional Governments in accordance with the division of government affairs. One of the places in Bantul Regency that introduces leather puppet crafts to the wider community is Pucung as a center for shadow puppets. The development of village infrastructure based on the wayang kulit craft culture needs to identify the efforts of wayang kulit craftsmen in overcoming marketing barriers, infrastructure development efforts that have been carried out so far, and prioritized infrastructure to be equipped with the aim of increasing the marketing of wayang kulit crafts. This study uses qualitative methods with observations and interviews. The results of this study are that craftsmen market wayang kulit crafts online and digitally E-commerce to overcome the obstacles they face, the infrastructure related to the marketing of leather puppets that has been developed so far is a means of communication in the form of internet and WIFI, and infrastructure that is prioritized to be equipped is e-commerce digital marketplace.

Techniques in making batik itself vary every region and every motif. Batik making in Indonesia is popular with writing, stamping, printing, tie, and splashing techniques. The tie and splash technique is a technique that is easy to learn compared to other techniques, because it does not require special techniques in its manufacture. In East Java, precisely in Tlumpu Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City, there are batik craftsmen who develop batik with splash and tie techniques. Website is one of the promotional media that can be used as an introduction, promotion, or sales medium of a product. The creation of a website for Batik Apik MSMEs in Blitar City aims to help analyze the potential of batik in Blitar City and become a promotional medium for MSMEs. The hope is that creating a website can help MSMEs in promoting their products and becoming a product sales platform.

The rapid development of Information Technology encourages Pagerjurang- Melikan MSME residents to always develop creations and have creativity in achieving maximum results in all fields. The need for easy, fast and timely information has become a way of life for humans, in the current 4.0 to 5.0 era. The rapid business competition forced the owners of the Pagerjurang - Melikan pottery craftsmen to find the right media to sell their products and innovate to develop more attractive and highly marketable types and forms of products. Purpose of Outreach Socialization Development of Website-Based Prototype Company Profile Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Website is an internet application that can be accessed by almost all people today. The purpose of implementing PkM activities is to design and develop a website-based prototype company profile for Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Because the sales made by MSMEs are still traditional, although there are some who have used the WA group and Facebook, but have never used a website application. The company profile prototype development method is waterfall, namely through several stages starting from planning and data collection, system design with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), programming in PHPMySQL and XAMPP languages. Results of the Company Profile Website for UMKM Pottery Pager Jurang - Melikan Pay -Wedi Klaten, Outcome of implementing the Website which is expected to help provide solutions to problems encountered during the process carried out by UMKM manually.

Traditional medicine / herbal medicine is a product consumed by many people, so the security aspect must be maintained. In order for herbal products to be safely consumed, herbal medicine producers must understand and apply sanitation and hygiene in their production processes and packaging methods. The community service activities aim to improve the knowledge and skills of herbal medicine craftsmen about sanitation and herbal hygiene production and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. This activity was held at PJ SUTI SEHATI, having its address at Pengkol RT 02 RW 1 Nguter Sukoharjo and PJ Bintang Mas having the address at Tenongan RT 2 RW 1 Gupit Nguter Sukoharjo. The form of the activity is providing counseling (lectures and question and answer), training and mentoring. The target of the activity is the leader / owner and employees of herbal medicine craftsmen. The steps of the activity include, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The participants received an explanation of sanitation and hygiene and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. Evaluation has been carried out after service activities which result in packaging using a continuous sealer machine 3-4 times faster and more hygienic.

The method of implementing this service uses SWOT analysis, with the stages: preparation, implementation of activities, and evaluation. The target of this activity is all Sandal Craftsmen in Wdoro Waru, Sidoarjo. Supervisors carry out the role of guiding according to the expertise of their respective departments. The results of this activity are First, the improvement of Sandal Craftsmen; Second, the increasing interest of PkM practitioners to try new things

CTS is one of the diseases that occurs in many workers so it is often referred to as work-related Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The high number of informal workers allows for high accidents in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to discuss the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. This research is a descriptive research with the literature review method. The literature search strategy uses a prism flow chart, and inclusion and exclusion criteria. The databases used include: PubMed, Taylor and francis, and Google Scholar. From the 20 articles, 19 of them used the cross-sectional type of research, and 1 article used the case-control type of research. The types of informal work obtained from the 20 articles are: motorcycle taxi drivers, farmers, batik and bead craftsmen, blacksmiths, stone breakers, meatball sellers, coconut peelers, woodcarvers, tailors, angkot drivers, small-scale convection, hairstylists, and butchers. Overall, the journal articles obtained discuss related to the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Repetitive movements, length of service, length of work, hand posture (awkward), age, gender, and body mass index were found to influence the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Meanwhile, grasping work and a history of diabetes mellitus were not found to be related to the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers.

Mathematics is often seen as a deductive science and is not related to social aspects. Even though mathematics grows and develops from socio-cultural practices that occur in society. This is the basis for the development of ethnomathematics concepts. The ethnomathematics concepts in the Bolaang Mongondow community are very diverse. This study aims to describe the implementation of ethnomathematics in learning mathematics at SMP Negeri 7 Kotamobagu, especially in the use of regional languages ​​and symbols of the Bolaang Mongondow Kabela Box Craft. The data obtained is in the form of qualitative data while the sources are obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation from informants (teachers, students and craftsmen). The main instrument is the researcher, while the supporting instruments used are interview guides and documentation. The results showed that the regional language and the symbols of the Bolaang Mongondow Kabela Box craft really helped teachers and students in the process of learning mathematics at SMP Negeri 7 Kotamobagu.

MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang. Pelanusa Group, a group of patchwork craftswomen based on social entrepreneurship, has been facing a drastic decline in market performance for its creative products since the occurrence of disruptive technology accelerated by the Covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of digital platforms and e-commerce marketing capabilities in building marketing innovation capabilities that have an impact on marketing performance. A total of 160 Pelanusa patchwork craftsmen have been selected as respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data collected through the questionnaire was analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0.7.8 Software. The results of the study show that there is a very important role in the use of digital platforms and mastery of e-commerce marketing because these two things will be able to break the ability of innovation in marketing. Strong marketing innovation will have an impact on marketing performance as indicated by expanding market share and increasing customer satisfaction as well as total sales. It is recommended that further research be able to reveal digital marketing strategies that can be applied by craftswomen and people with disabilities so that they can remain productive at work and have income from selling their products.

Girilayu Village, Matesih District, Karanganyar Regency is one of the villages for hand-drawn batik craftsmen who still adhere to the heritage tradition. Girilayu written batik is rich in culture, which then contributes to the language treasury. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the form of the lingual unit of Girilayu written batik in Karanganyar Regency; (2) identify the lexical meaning and cultural meaning in Girilayu batik in Karanganyar Regency. The theoretical approach used is ethnolinguistic studies and methodologically uses qualitative descriptive. Data collection uses listen and speak method. The data were analyzed using the agih method and the matching method. The results of data analysis are presented with formal and informal methods. From the results of this study, it was found that there were 68 findings of lingual units which were classified into 2 forms, namely word forms and phrase forms. The lingual units found in the form of words amounted to 34 data which were then divided into two forms, namely monomorphemic with 22 data and polymorphemic with 12 data. The form of phrases found a number of 33 lingual units.

Nearly 99% of tourism villages in Indonesia were closed due to the implementation of social restriction policies which resulted in the cancellation of visiting guests and in the end it had a long-term effect on tourism entrepreneurs in tourist villages such as restaurant entrepreneurs, homestay owners, craftsmen, artists. For this reason, in order to help revive the existence of the Tourism Village in the community, in the community service of STIEPARI Semarang this time the goal is in Sikasur Village, Pemalang Regency, this program was held with the aim of helping tourist villages raise their ranks and providing a forum for community service for the academics involved. CHS (Cleanliness, Health, Safety) which in the new normal era is considered very important to be implemented in various tourist destinationsThese community service activities include location surveys, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and outreach.
