This research analyzes the management strategy for hot springs in Sipoholon sub-district with the aim of increasing tourist visits.  Sipoholon sub-district has extraordinary natural potential, with stunning views and natural hot springs as the main attraction.  This research uses qualitative research methods, namely direct field research and conducting observations and interviews. The hot springs located in Situmeang Habinsaran, Sipoholon District, North Tapanuli have become an inspiration for hot spring owners to open hot spring tourism, hot water flows with  temperatures of 40 to 70 degrees Celsius make this place feel like another paradise on Indonesian soil. The results of this research are to find out the profile of the owner of the hot spring tourism object and how the management is carried out by the owner of the hot spring tourist attraction in Situmeang Habinsaran Village.  The bath owner always prioritizes maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the hot spring location. This hot spring is still natural from nature, the hot spring owner only needs to maintain beauty and cleanliness so that visitors feel comfortable while at the tourist location.  Keywords: Aek Rangkat, Hot Springs, Tourism

The aim of this research is to determine the description and impact of promotion of Ulos Ragi Hotang on increasing tourist attraction in Meat Village, Toba Regency, because promotion is a very important thing to do in increasing tourist attraction. Mazid stated that promotion is a marketing activity to introduce, inform and offer a destination to the wider public so they want to come to visit. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with 10 research subjects selected to collect data in the field. The results of this research show that the promotions that have been carried out by the government and the community through face-to-face sales (personal selling), publicity (Publicity), sales promotions, namely an increase in the attraction of tourists to come to visit the Meat Village, although not too much. However, there are changes from the previous year. In connection with the research results, the author provides input for the community government, Pokdarwis to maximize the promotion of Ulos Ragi Hotang in a sustainable manner, not just by activities carried out in the meat village such as the Meat art festival and the thousand tent activity as an annual event, but the government provides encouragement, especially to the community. weaving craftsmen to be more effective in promoting, then the community must maintain the beauty of the motifs and continue to preserve the culture of Ulos Ragi Hotang weaving as a superior product from Meat village

The purpose of this study was to find out whether social media Instagram, word of mouth, tourist attractions influence the decision to visit the Kalimburan Rice Fields Tourism Object. Data collection process techniques from this study are: Observation and Questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of the partial test (t test) show that the social media variables Instagram, word of mouth, tourist attraction influence the decision to visit the Kalimburan Rice Field Tourism Object. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed that the social media variable Instagram, word of mouth, tourist attraction had an effect on the decision to visit the Kalimburan Rice Fields Tourism Object.

Perkembangan sektor pariwisata telah berkembang menjadi sebuah industri yang sangat signifikan karena perkembangan dari digitalisasi sendiri. Fenomena ini terjadi karena aktivitas sektor pariwisata yang telah menciptakan permintaan tinggi untuk sebuah jasa, produk dan pelayanan, berakibat pada munculnya perusahaan yang saling melengkapi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar tersebut. Inilah yang dapat menjadi kontribusi untuk meningkatkan para wisatawan berkunjung ke dalam objek wisata tertentu. Sebagai contoh objek wisata yang diprakarsai oleh masyarakat setempat adalah Pasar Seni dan Budaya Kertarejasa, yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Candirenggo, Kecamatan Singosari, Kabupaten Malang. Yang ditawarkan dalam pasar ini adalah berbagai produk dari seni dan budaya yang begiru menarik minat para wisatawan untuk memperkenalkan lebih dekat kearifan lokal dan keunikan daerah tersebut. Ditekankan juga pentingnya upaya bersama untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi pariwisata sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan dan pengenalan budaya daerah.

The problem of this research is how tourists decide to visit the Tilanga' tourist attraction. The types of data used are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with managers and visitors so that the data collected is truly accurate according to the researcher's needs. This research uses qualitative methods, data obtained from interviews and observations. The results of this research show that the respondents' decision to visit the Tilanga' tourist attraction was because the attraction of this object was able to make visitors come to the Tilanga' tourist attraction, such as the clear water, the atmosphere at one with nature, and even the Masapi that was there was able to attract tourists to visit.

This research aims to find out what promotions are used by the North Toraja Tourism Office to increase tourist visits. This research uses a qualitative approach as a research procedure which produces descriptive data in the form of written words and not numbers. The results of this research are achievements for tourism development in North Toraja, promotion includes: a) Advertising, by placing tourism advertisement containing notifications about tourism regarding the natural beauty and culture of North Toraja. b) Sales Promotion, carried out through exhibitions or events. c) Public Relations, carried out in collaboration with organizations or agencies and companies operating in the tourism sector such as ASITA, HPI and PHRI institutions. d) Direct Marketing, carried out through online channels.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak strategi pemasaran terhadap preferensi wisatawan ke Objek Wisata Pemandian Pandan Sili di Desa Ngampungan, Kabupaten Bareng Jombang. pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini . lokasi pengambilan sampel aksidental dalam penelitian ini, yang menggunakan pendekatan sampling probabilitas .Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) Dampak strategi promosi pada Pemandian Pandan sili berdampak terhadap minat berkunjung (2) Fasilitas pada Pemandian Pandan sili berdampak positif dan signifikan untuk tujuan visitasi (3) rencana perbaikan dan fasilitas sekaligus berdampak signifikan terhadap tujuan visitasi Pemandian Pandan sili Desa. Ngampungan Kec.Bareng Kab.Jombang.Kata kuci: Strategi Prmosi, fasilitas, minat berkunjung.

Putuktruno Waterfall, which actually exists, has been managed to become a tourist attraction for a long time. The tourist attraction of Putuk Truno Pasuruan Waterfall is a tourist destination that must be visited because of its extraordinary beauty. city branding, Putuk Truno Waterfall are some of the qualities that can enhance the city's image and attract tourists. This study aims to determine: The effect of tourist attraction, city branding and service quality on the decision to visit tourists in Pasuruan Regency. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were tourists at the Putuk Truno Waterfall, Pasuruan Regency, who had visited at least once. The research sample used 115 respondents and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with the respondent's criteria and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with the respondent's criteria. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that the influence of tourist attraction has a significant effect on visiting decisions, city branding has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on visiting decisions. Tourist attractiveness, city branding and service quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit tourists.

Wisata yang terletak di Desa Sumbersari, Kecamatan Kayen, Kabupaten Pati memiliki beberapa wisata antara lain Gua Pancur, Lorotan Semar, Bukit Pandang, dan masih terdapat wisata lainnya. Dengan adanya wisata tersebut sangat menguntungkan bagi masyarakat di desa Sumbersari untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, namun pengelolaan wisata tersebut belum dikelola secara optimal. Hal tersebut merupakan peluang untuk pengembangan wisata tersebut, dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan terhadap masyarakat dan pengelola wisata tersebut, sehingga menjadikan desa wisata yang inovatif dan kreatif. Peluang tersebut bisa diciptakan dengan memanajemen dan mendigitalisasikan wisata tersebut sehingga dapat meningkatkan potensi wisatawan di Desa Wisata Sumbersari, Wilayah Kayen. Metode pengabdian ini dengan memberikan penyuluhan serta edukasi kepada masyarakat dan pengelola wisata di Desa Wisata Sumbersari Wilayah. Kayen. Kegiatan tersebut terlaksana dengan didukung pihak kepala desa setempat dan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat menambah wawasan dan ketrampilan, serta mendorong masyarakat maupun pengelola wisata aktif untuk meningkatkan desa wisata tersebut.

This research was conducted to determine "The Influence of Tourist Experience on Satisfaction and Intention to Return (Study on Visitors to Pak Budi Pasuruan's Garden)" The strategy used in this study was associative research with a quantitative approach, by distributing questionnaires as a data collection technique. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique where the people selected as samples are in accordance with the purpose of conducting research, the sample used is 100 respondents, carried out at Pak Budi Pasuruan's Garden Tour, and uses samples with the Lemeshow formula and uses data processing modeling using Smartpls 4.0 (Partial Least Square). The results of the study state that the variable Tourist Experience has a positive and significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction and Revisit Intentions.

This study was conducted to determine the interior design at Mencusuar Cafe &; Resto Dago, the influence of restaurant interior design on guest experience and satisfaction at Mencusuar Cafe &; Resto Dago. Some of the analysis methods used are descriptive methods. The problem in this study is in changing priorities to design and promote various types of café spaces, from those that were originally oriented to the physical and physiological comfort of users, now starting to prioritize the beauty and visual uniqueness of the space in order to become an 'instagrammable' selfie tourist destination. Therefore, this study aims to see in detail the role of interior design on Mencusuar Café &; resto Dago and also on people's consumption patterns. The theory used is the theory of interior design, a design of building space to accommodate and the needs of tourists to feel comfortable and safe. The results of this study can conclude that Mencusuar café & resto Dago in addition to attracting the building, instagrammable photo spots, many facilities exist and can be used by tourists. That the elements of Mencusuar café & resto Dago that have an influence on the level of consumer satisfaction are physical environmental factors such as furniture, lighting, color combinations, interior decoration, sound, temperature, good coffee quality affect the pleasant aroma of the coffee shop. Researchers hope this study can provide inspiration for tourists who want to visit to get information first. Make the experience valuable for visitors.

Abstract. The method used in this research is Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, and Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping is used to map activities ranging from upstream to downstream from a tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Mapping is used to map and analyze the role of gender in the tempe industry value chain. Whereas the Canvas Business Model is used to redesign the tempe industry business model in Tenggilis  Surabaya based on value, gender, and competitive advantage. The results of this study are Value Chain Mapping and Tempe Business Model  for the home-based tempe industry. The role of women housewives in the tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis  Kauman is almost 50%. For the tempe production system and marketing management for the SME scale, such as the tempe industry in Tenggilis  tempe village, the maturity level has reached the optimal level, level 5. For external suppliers, the maturity level is still low at level 2 or still in the development stage. For market orientation, competitors and product development are already at a competitive level. Revenue Streams from the tempe business process in Kampung Tempe is the sale of tempe and its processed products, as well as a tourist visit.   Keywords: gender role, tempe industry, tempe business model, value chain mapping   Abstrac. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, dan Canvas Business Model. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemetaan Rantai Nilai dan Model Bisnis Tempe untuk industri tempe rumahan. Peran ibu rumah tangga dalam rantai nilai industri tempe di Tenggilis  Kauman hampir mencapai 50%. Untuk sistem produksi tempe dan manajemen pemasaran skala UKM seperti industri tempe di Kampung Tempe Tenggilis  tingkat kematangan sudah mencapai tingkat optimal yaitu tingkat 5. Untuk pemasok eksternal tingkat kematangan masih rendah pada tingkat 2 atau masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Untuk orientasi pasar, pesaing dan pengembangan produk sudah berada pada tingkat kompetitif. This research is based on phenomena related to destination image, tourist satisfaction, and revisit intention at Padang Beach Tourism Attraction. This research applies a quantitative approach with a causal-associative method. The sample consisted of 100 tourists selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through the use of questionnaires that have been validated and tested for reliability. The data were processed through multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26.00. The results showed that destination image and tourist satisfaction play a positive and significant role in the intention to return to visit Padang Beach Tourism Attraction. The results state that destination image and tourist satisfaction together contribute significantly (around 20%) to the intention to return to visit Padang Beach.

This research is motivated by the not yet optimal development of the Cipari Hot Spring area destination in Cilacap Regency, this can be seen from the lack of facilities and infrastructure that can support tourism development, such as lodging places for tourists, information facilities and banking. The trend of visitor visits to Cipari Hot Springs has decreased significantly, namely 64% in 2020. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of Tourism Development on Tourist Visit Rates, 2) the effect of Promotion on Tourist Visit Rates, and 3) the influence of Tourism Development and Promotion jointly on the Level of Tourist Visits at the Cipari Hot Spring Tourism Object, Cilacap Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that there is an influence of Tourism Development on the Level of Tourist Visits, there is an influence of Promotion on the Level of Tourist Visits, and there is an effect of Tourism Development and Promotion together on the Level of Tourist Visits at the Cipari Hot Spring Tourism Object, Cilacap Regency. This means that the better the Tourism Development and Promotion, the more tourist visits will increase, and vice versa.

Semarang memiliki potensi wisata yang banyak, lengkap dan baik untuk dikunjungi. Dimulai dari wisata alam hingga berbagai obyek wisata dan pariwisata yang tidak bisa dilepaskan dari nilai-nilai arsitektural. Untuk mempermudah wisatawan dalam melakukan kegiatanya harus didukung beberapa hal, seperti: alternatif jalur transportasi menuju Semarang hingga moda transportasi antar obyek wisata yang akan dikunjungi. kuliner juga bisa menjadi kegiatan pokok yang bersifat wisata arsitektural dengan informasi yang tepat. begitu pula dengan penginapan untuk beristirahat dengan aktifitas tidur dan juga dapat dinikmati secara nyaman sebagai bagian dari aktifitas wisata. Tujuan Penelitian konsep mapping desain pariwisata arsitektural di Semarang, yaitu: pertama menghasilkan jadwal tabel kegiatan wisata di Semarang khususnya wisata yang bernilai arsitektural beserta wisata pendukungnya, kedua menghasilkan alternatif jalur transportasi yang dapat dipakai dalam berwisata di Semarang, ketiga menghasilkan informasi arsitektural yang akurat terkait obyek wisata yang akan dikunjungi. Hasil yang diharapkan pada penelitian konsep mapping desain pariwisata arsitektural di Semarang, yaitu: pertama tabel harian yang berisi jadwal kegiatan wisata, kuliner, dll yang dilengkapi dengan alokasi waktu menuju serta selama di obyek wisata, kedua alternatif jalur transportasi menuju dan selama berwisata di Semarang, ketiga informasi arsitektural terkait obyek wisata yang akan dikunjungi sebagai bagian dari pertimbangan wisatawan berkunjung ke obyek wisata tersebut.

Digitaslisasi pada zaman ini merupakan senjata paling utama dalam penyebarluasan informasi. Ketika masyarakat mengenal suatu hal erat kaitannya dengan icon sebagai identitas terhadap satu hal tersebut. Kita melihat Desa Panglungan mempunyai potensi wisata yang cukup baik untuk menjadi objek wisata yang akan disenangi masyarakat. Selain itu, kita juga menyayangkan atas pengelolaan yang kurang baik dalam aspek wisata. Adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengelolaan objek-objek wisata yang ada di desa Panglungan serta mendigitalisasi supaya dapat tersebar luas di banyak masyarakat dan mengetahui objek wisata apa saja yang ada di desa Panglungan, Kecamatan Wonosalam, Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur. Namun, sebuah wisata yang baik adalah ketika elemen-elemen yang ada masyarakat saling terkait sehingga kita juga akan mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk saling berkaitan dalam rangka memajukan wisata yang dimiliki desa Panglungan.

Museum Adityawarman  merupakan museum yang berada di Padang, Sumatera Barat. Museum ini merupakan salah satu museum di Indonesia yang  memamerkan artefak dan benda-benda seni budaya Minangkabau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh museum experience terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan di Museum Adityawarman. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh wisatawan yang pernah  berkunjung ke Museum Adityawarman dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner(angket) yang disusun berdasarkan skala likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26.00 dan hasil analisis tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian adalah museum experience pada Museum Adityawarman dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 75%. Minat Berkunjung Kembali wisatawan di Museum Adityawarman dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 70%. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh museum experience terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan di Museum Adityawarman. Nilai Adj. R square sebesar 0,514 artinya variabel museum experience berpengaruh sebesar 51,4% terhadap minat berkunjung kembali di Museum Adityawarman dan 48,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.

This research has the purpose of finding out that tourism development can also be said to be a process in order to improve and improve something that already exists. Tourism development can be in the form of development, maintenance and preservation of plants, infrastructure and other facilities. Three main principles in sustainability development: 1) Ecological Sustainability, which is to ensure that the development carried out is in accordance with the existing ecological, biological, and diverse ecological processes. 2) Social and Cultural Sustainability, which is to ensure that the development carried out has a positive impact on the life of the surrounding community and is in accordance with the culture and values that apply to the community. 3) Economic Sustainability, which is to ensure that the development carried out is economically efficient and that the resources used can survive for future needs.
