The development of information and communication technology encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to manage data more effectively, efficiently, and integratively to create consumer loyalty. Efforts can be made using a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Information system to manage customer data and transaction history in an integrated, effective, and efficient manner. The many complaints from several stores in Grobogan Regency, especially Toko Sumber Rezeki, regarding errors in inputting consumer data, data loss, and difficulties in preparing sales reports, prompted the author to conduct this research with the aim of providing practical contributions to MSMEs in managing data effectively by using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) information system. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with a Waterfall software development model that includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using PHP with the Laravel 11 framework and a MySQL database. The system's main features include customer data management, real-time transaction recording, integrated purchase history, a sales summary dashboard, and reports that can be exported to PDF and Excel. The results of this study indicate that the system meets user needs and helps improve recording efficiency and data accuracy. Therefore, the designed system can support data-driven decision-making and improve the quality of customer service at the Sumber Rejeki Store in Grobogan Regency.

The development of information technology has become a primary pillar in enhancing corporate operational efficiency, where rapid and accurate data integration significantly determines business competitiveness. Case study in PT Gawi Anjung Bersama (GAB) revealed that the company is facing operational constraints because the management of delivery orders and invoices still relies on conventional office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word. This procedure causes hurdles in data sharing among staff and results in low information security due to the absence of integrated access control settings. This research aims to design and develop the Gawi Anjung Bersama Information System (SIGAB), a web-based system implementing the CodeIgniter framework. The system is developed using Waterfall model, encompassing stages from analysis, design, and implementation to testing. The research flow starts with problem identification, primary and secondary data collection, and functional and non-functional requirements analysis. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, specifically Use Case and Class Diagrams, as well as Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) for the database. The system interface is designed as wireframes on Figma web. This system separates access rights into three main actors namely owner, administrator, and staff, to ensure data security. Blackbox testing results, conducted after the system was hosted, indicate that all functional features operate as intended. The implementation of SIGAB is expected to optimize the management of delivery orders and invoices at PT GAB.

This study aims to revisit the role of permissive parenting in the digital era and to analyze how psychological well-being mediates the relationship between permissive parenting and online gaming addiction among adolescents. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by PRISMA standards. Data were collected from reputable databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, covering publications from the last ten to fifteen years. The findings indicate that permissive parenting tends to increase the risk of online gaming addiction indirectly through the deterioration of adolescents’ psychological well-being. Psychological well-being serves as a significant mediating variable that explains how the lack of parental control and guidance contributes to weaker self-regulation in adolescents’ digital behavior. These results highlight that online gaming addiction is not solely influenced by external factors but is also strongly associated with internal psychological conditions. This study contributes theoretically by integrating parenting style, psychological well-being, and addictive behavior into a comprehensive analytical framework, while also offering practical implications for parents and educators in developing family-based preventive strategies in the digital era.

The Community Service Program (PKM) collaboration organized by LLDikti Wilayah III represents a synergistic initiative among higher education institutions to support village digitalization based on the Smart Village Smart Governance concept. The program involved Universitas Nasional as the lead university, in collaboration with Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA and Institut Transportasi dan Logistik Trisakti as partner institutions, and was implemented in Kademangan Village, Mande District, Cianjur Regency. The activity focused on developing and socializing the Kademangan.net village service website as a digital platform to enhance transparency and efficiency in public services, including access to village information, public complaints, and MSME promotion. The program began with a socialization session at the Village Hall involving village officials and residents, followed by field surveys at the local Posyandu and residents’ homes to identify community needs and preferences regarding digital services. The results indicate that village service digitalization improves accessibility and time efficiency for residents, although assistance is still needed for those less familiar with technology. Overall, this collaborative PKM initiative contributes to strengthening digital-based village governance and serves as a sustainable model of inter-university collaboration in empowering rural communities through information technology.

Financial performance is an important indicator for assessing the sustainability and growth prospects of a company, where a sustained negative net profit may indicate financial and operational problems (Aminah, 2015). The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk for the period 2019-2023 based on NPM, ROA, and ROE. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data was sourced from the official website of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk for the period 2019-2023. The results show that all profitability ratios, namely Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE), are in an unfavorable condition and far below the standards set by Bank Indonesia (2004), namely NPM 3%–9.5%, ROA 0.5%–1.25%, and ROE 5%–12.5%. NPM was consistently negative from -276.74% (2019) to -373.12% (2023), indicating that the company has not been able to generate net income from its revenue due to high operating expenses. ROA was also negative throughout the period, ranging from -112.57% (2019) to -167.33% (2023), indicating that assets have not been utilized efficiently. Similarly, ROE recorded negative values from -162.02% (2019) to -253.41% (2023), reflecting that shareholders' capital has not been optimally managed and has not provided returns, so that overall financial performance requires a more effective financial management strategy.

The management of integrated network services, including WiFi, CCTV, and Cable TV, requires high data accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue stability. PT. Sumber Aiti faced operational challenges due to manual administrative systems, causing data redundancy, delays in handling service disruptions, and financial discrepancies in the billing cycle. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Integrated Network Service Management Information System using the Waterfall development method. The Waterfall method was selected for its structured, sequential phases, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, which align with PT's stable, procedural business processes. Sumber Aiti. The system integrates customer registration, service monitoring, and automated billing management (e-billing). Functional testing using Black Box Testing on 11 test scenarios showed that 10 of 11 features (90.9%) functioned correctly, including authentication, service registration, payment processing, and administrative reporting. Comparative analysis of business processes indicates that the system reduces manual recording steps from 7 to 3 stages (57% reduction) and eliminates data redundancy across WiFi, CCTV, and Cable TV service records. The implementation of this system provides a strategic solution for improving operational efficiency and administrative accountability at PT. Sumber Aiti.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based Eweta Village Tourism Promotion Information System using the Codeigniter Framework to facilitate the dissemination of information on village tourist destinations to the community and tourists. Lokomboro Village has natural and cultural tourism potential that has not been optimally managed, especially in terms of digital promotion. This system was built using the Waterfall software development method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This web-based system is equipped with features such as tourist attraction information, photo galleries, tourism activity schedules, and contact details for managers. The CodeIgniter Framework was chosen for its advantages in MVC structure, which facilitates code management, security, and application scalability. Testing results show that the system is capable of displaying promotional information interactively, responsively, and accessible at any time by interested users, making it suitable for use as a tourism promotion medium for Pada Eweta Village.

Rendahnya tingkat literasi masyarakat desa masih menjadi tantangan dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Desa Kunangan telah memiliki pojok baca sebagai sarana literasi nonformal, namun pengelolaannya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga akses informasi dan pemanfaatannya belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pojok baca berbasis website untuk mendukung pengelolaan literasi desa secara lebih efektif dan terpusat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Extreme Programming (XP) yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian dengan iterasi singkat serta keterlibatan pengguna secara aktif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan perangkat desa dan masyarakat guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dan menyediakan informasi koleksi buku, lokasi pojok baca, serta akses bacaan digital. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing dengan teknik Equivalence Partitioning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem meningkatkan akses informasi literasi dan efisiensi pengelolaan pojok baca, serta mendukung transformasi digital desa.

This study analyzes the implementation of Good Governance in enhancing consular services at the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Tawau, using a qualitative approach with a case study paradigm. The findings reveal several key points: First, transparency in consular services is achieved through openness about procedures, fees, and service time standards via official platforms like websites, social media, and notice boards. This transparency reduces information asymmetry, prevents maladministration, and builds trust. Second, service accountability is reflected in the timely execution of passport renewals, Emergency Travel Documents, and document legalization, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Accountability is further demonstrated through performance reports, complaint channels, and service evaluations. Third, public participation is fostered through two-way communication, complaint mechanisms, and collaboration with Indonesian citizen and migrant worker communities. The mobile consular service program also enhances accessibility. Finally, consular services are based on clear legal frameworks, ensuring the legitimacy of services and protection for Indonesian citizens and migrant workers. Overall, the study concludes that the implementation of Good Governance principles at the Consulate General of Indonesia in Tawau significantly improves the quality of consular services.

Manajemen arsip dokumen pajak daerah memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung administrasi dan pelayanan publik di Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda). Sistem pengarsipan manual yang masih digunakan menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti risiko kehilangan dokumen, kerusakan arsip fisik, serta keterlambatan dalam proses pencarian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi arsip dokumen pajak daerah berbasis web pada Bapenda Kabupaten Karimun. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus diterapkan, sementara pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dirancang menyediakan fitur manajemen pengguna berbasis peran (admin, petugas pajak, dan kasubbid), pengelolaan dan pencarian arsip, serta pengamanan data melalui mekanisme autentikasi dan otorisasi. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing terhadap delapan skenario menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama sistem berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. Sistem mampu mengelola proses unggah, pencarian, pengunduhan, dan manajemen pengguna sesuai kebutuhan operasional Bapenda Kabupaten Karimun.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi digital pada berbagai sektor usaha, termasuk usaha mikro dan menengah. Pengelolaan persediaan barang yang tidak didukung sistem informasi yang baik berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, serta ketidaksesuaian data yang berdampak pada pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Toserba Indah Kendal sebagai usaha dagang masih menerapkan pencatatan persediaan dan laporan keuangan secara manual menggunakan buku tulis, sehingga sering terjadi selisih antara data pembelian dan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan barang dagang berbasis web guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengintegrasikan data barang, pembelian, penjualan, serta laporan persediaan secara otomatis dan real-time. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan kecepatan pengolahan data, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta menghasilkan laporan persediaan yang lebih akurat dan terstruktur. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi efektif bagi Toserba Indah Kendal dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial.

Rice plants (Oryza Sativa L.) are the main staple food commodity in Indonesia, as most of the Indonesian population relies on rice as their primary food. One of the causes of low rice production in Indonesia is that farmers generally cultivate rice improperly, such as in land preparation or land selection. Land suitability in rice cultivation greatly affects crop productivity. A process that can support decisions regarding rice land suitability is the development of a Decision Support System (DSS) website using a combination of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Performance of Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This combination is performed by taking the average (µ) of the final results from the SAW and TOPSIS methods. The final scores of each method are calculated separately, and then the average (µ) of these two results is taken to obtain the final ranking of the alternatives. The data used to determine the suitability of rice land is based on five criteria: soil type, soil pH, rainfall, temperature, irrigation and water supply. The alternative data used in the study includes six alternatives: Sungai Kunjang, Sambutan, Samarinda Utara, Palaran, Loa Janan Ilir, and Samarinda Seberang. The aim of this research is to provide information on alternative solutions to farmers or farmer groups in determining rice land suitability. The results of the combination of the SAW and TOPSIS methods show that the alternative with the highest final score is Samarinda Utara (A3), with a final score of 0.7337. Meanwhile, the alternative with the lowest final score is Sambutan (A2), with a final score of 0.4402.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan sistem informasi terkomputerisasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional. Salah satu permasalahan yang masih sering dihadapi adalah pengelolaan data inventaris yang belum terintegrasi, sehingga menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, serta ketidaksesuaian data dengan kondisi aktual. PT. Mitracomm Ekasarana, khususnya unit Mitracomm Ekasarana Business Process Services (MBPS), masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan inventaris berbasis spreadsheet yang belum terpusat dan terintegrasi, sehingga menyulitkan proses pencarian data dan pengelolaan stok perangkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Inventaris Berbasis Web yang mampu membantu pengelolaan data inventaris secara lebih akurat, terstruktur, dan efisien. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang memungkinkan proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara cepat melalui tahapan iteratif. Sistem yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pencatatan perangkat, pengelolaan stok, serta penyajian laporan inventaris secara real-time. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen secara lebih efektif.

The Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Southwest Sumba Regency plays an important role in supporting local government administration. In carrying out its duties, the Secretariat produces various administrative documents that must be properly managed and maintained. However, archive management is still conducted conventionally through physical storage, which increases the risk of document damage, loss, and inefficiency in retrieval. This study aims to develop a web-based archive management information system to improve the effectiveness of document management. The research methodology involves several systematic stages, including needs analysis, system design, development, and system implementation. Data were collected through observation and interviews to identify existing problems in archive management practices. The results show that the developed system provides significant improvements in managing archives electronically. It enables faster data access, better document organization, and reduced risk of physical damage. Therefore, the system offers a practical solution to enhance administrative efficiency and support digital transformation within the DPRD Secretariat of Southwest Sumba Regency.

Kalingara Village still faces various obstacles in financial administration. Problems in general occur such as manual financial records, a long-time report making process, and data storage that is less organized and prone to loss or damage. This condition makes it difficult for village officials, especially the treasurer and village secretary, to search for data, prepare reports, and make decisions based on valid and up-to-date financial data. This research uses software engineering research methods with descriptive and qualitative approaches. This research is focused on the process of designing and developing a web-based information system for village financial administration, which aims to solve real problems in Kalingara village. The design of the Village financial administration information system in presenting information can be used as a reference in the development of the system by the next researcher and facilitate the creation of an information system for the processing of financial administration data in the village.

The development of information technology has encouraged improvements in public service quality, including at the village government level. In Sunggal Kanan Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, the process of submitting public complaints and aspirations is still carried out manually, resulting in issues related to documentation, transparency, and follow-up actions. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Village Public Complaint and Aspiration Information System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method was chosen because it emphasizes fast system development through iterative stages involving active user participation, namely Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and literature studies. The developed system provides features such as user registration and login, complaint and aspiration submission forms, report status tracking, and an admin dashboard for managing and following up on reports. The results show that the system improves efficiency, transparency, and accountability in managing public aspirations. Through this system, citizens can submit reports online without visiting the village office and monitor their report status in real time. The implementation of the RAD method proved effective in delivering a system that meets user needs within a relatively short development time.

This study aims to analyze public service innovation through the Sobat Dukcapil Website Program at the Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Office in improving the quality of population administration services. The study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The analysis was conducted using Everett M. Rogers' Diffusion of Innovations theory, which includes five characteristics of innovation, namely relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. The results show that the Sobat Dukcapil Website has relative advantages in terms of time efficiency, reduced queues, and easy access to online services. This innovation is also considered appropriate for the needs of urban communities and the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) policy. However, there are still obstacles in terms of complexity, particularly related to the digital literacy of the community and technical system disruptions.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-government in improving the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gresik Regency. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis focuses on the stages of e-government implementation, covering the dimensions of presence, interaction, and transaction in population administration services. The results indicate that the implementation of e-government at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gresik Regency has been carried out through the provision of digital information media, such as an official website and online-based population administration service applications. In the presence dimension, the local government provides various information related to population administration services, including requirements, procedures, service times, and the types of services available to the public. In the interaction dimension, the digital service system allows the public to communicate with the service office by submitting questions, complaints, or requests for information online. Meanwhile, in the transaction dimension, the public can submit requests for population documents, such as Family Cards, birth certificates, and other documents, through the digital service system. The implementation of e-government has positively impacted the efficiency, transparency, and ease of access to population administration services for the public. Therefore, the utilization of information technology in public services can serve as an important strategy for improving the quality of population administration services in local government.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based waste collection scheduling system using PHP and MySQL at the Environmental Agency of West Sumba Regency. The main problem faced is that the scheduling process is still carried out manually, resulting in inefficiency, susceptibility to errors, and difficulties in monitoring and reporting. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The developed system provides features for managing data on personnel, regions, vehicles, and structured waste collection scheduling. In addition, the system is equipped with notification features, schedule monitoring, and performance reporting that can be accessed by management. The results of this study indicate that the system improves effectiveness and efficiency in scheduling processes and facilitates supervision of waste collection activities. Therefore, the implementation of this system is expected to optimize and organize waste management in West Sumba Regency.

This study aims to develop a web-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) application to improve the efficiency and accuracy of patient data recording at Elopada Community Health Center. The research adopts a system development approach using the waterfall model, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The developed system was evaluated using Black Box Testing to verify the conformity between input and output without considering internal program structures. The results indicate that the EMR system enhances data processing speed, improves recording accuracy, and facilitates access to patient information. These findings are consistent with prior studies showing that EMR implementation improves the quality and efficiency of clinical documentation . Therefore, the proposed system is considered feasible to support the advancement of digital healthcare services.
