The Application Of Hallucination Management Using The Shutting-Out Technique For The Control Of Auditory Hallucinations In Schizophrenia Patients In The Angruk Ward Of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo General Hospital, Purwokerto. Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder often accompanied by auditory hallucinations. Auditory hallucinations may cause patients to talk to themselves, appear restless, and experience difficulty in controlling responses to internal stimuli. One non-pharmacological nursing intervention that can be applied is the rebuking technique, a strategy used to firmly reject or dismiss hallucinatory voices. This study aimed to examine the application of the rebuking technique in controlling auditory hallucinations in patients with schizophrenia. This research employed a descriptive case study design using a nursing process approach and was conducted from February 17 to 19, 2026, on a patient diagnosed with schizophrenia experiencing auditory hallucinations. The intervention was implemented over three days, with one session per day lasting approximately 15–20 minutes. The results showed an improvement in the patient’s ability to recognize and control hallucinations, as indicated by a reduction in self-talking behavior, increased awareness of hallucination onset, and the ability to independently apply the rebuking technique. In conclusion, the rebuking technique is an effective nursing intervention to assist patients with schizophrenia in controlling auditory hallucinations.

Education is a crucial aspect for individuals; however, in reality, many students face learning obstacles such as low motivation and academic procrastination, which can hinder their psychological development. This literature review aims to analyze the effectiveness of various Guidance and Counseling (GC) services in addressing students’ learning problems and to identify the most prevalent and efficient strategies. The research method used was a literature review of 20 scientific articles from accredited journals and academic books published over the past ten years. Data analysis was conducted thematically to map patterns and trends in the effectiveness of interventions. The results indicate that GC services significantly contribute to addressing learning difficulties through four primary models: group counseling, individual counseling, classroom guidance, and comprehensive services. Group counseling was found to be the most widely used and effective service in enhancing students’ learning motivation and social interaction through group dynamics. Meanwhile, individual counseling proved effective for addressing personal and specific issues such as truancy and procrastination. Although effective, the implementation of guidance and counseling services still faces challenges in the form of a limited number of counselors and suboptimal time management. The implications of this study emphasize the need to optimize group services as a primary strategy, as well as increased support from schools and parents to create preventive and comprehensive interventions.

The performance of health workers is an important element in ensuring the quality of primary health services. In addition to technical and structural factors, psychological aspects such as job meaningfulness and work engagement are increasingly recognized as playing a role in improving performance. Health workers who interpret their work as something of value tend to show higher work attachment, which ultimately has an impact on performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of job meaningfulness on the performance of health workers through work engagement at the Mokoau Health Center, Kendari City. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. All health workers at the Mokoau Health Center as many as 70 people were involved as respondents through the total sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of the analysis showed that job meaningfulness had a positive and significant effect on work engagement (β = 0.563; p < 0.05). Furthermore, work engagement had a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers (β = 0.638; p < 0.05). The indirect influence test proved that work engagement significantly mediated the influence between job meaningfulness and performance (β = 0.360; p < 0.05). Job meaningfulness improves the performance of health workers through strengthening work engagement. Therefore, the HR management strategy at the Health Center needs to be directed at strengthening the meaning of work and work attachment to improve performance in a sustainable manner.

Sweet corn is a high-value horticultural crop with steadily increasing demand for both fresh consumption and use as a raw material in the food industry. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of NPK 16-16-16 fertilizer on the growth and yield of sweet corn. The research was conducted at Sindangbarang Experimental Field, Faculty of Agriculture, IPB University from July to October 2025. This experiment used a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with a single factor, namely the dose of fertilizer application. Treatments were using fertilizer dosages of 0, 50, 0,75, 1,00, and 1,50 NPK 16-16-16, with a control treatment for comparison. During the vegetative phase, sweet corn exhibited similar growth responses across all fertilization levels relative to the control. However, all fertilizer doses significantly improved stover weight, cob weight with and without husk, cob length, cob diameter, yield per plot, and overall productivity compared to the control. The application of NPK 16-16-16 fertilizer at the recommended (1.0) rate achieved the highest relative agronomic effectiveness (103.11%), corresponding to a 1.03-fold yield increase over the control and outperforming the comparison treatment. Application of NPK 16-16-16 at the 1.0 recommended dose is suggested as the most efficient fertilization strategy for sweet corn production, as it maximizes yield and productivity without unnecessary increases in fertilizer input.

The adoption of holocratic leadership systems has become a crucial strategy for startups navigating market volatility, which demands organizational agility through the elimination of traditional hierarchies. This study aims to analyze the transformation of the Human Resource (HR) department's role within holocratic systems and its impact on HR efficiency in startup environments. Employing an integrative literature review approach, this research synthesizes various findings from reputable global and national journals published within the last five years to map the shifts in managerial functions. The results indicate that in structures devoid of conventional managers, the HR role transforms from a controlling authority into a system architect and governance facilitator that maintains compliance with the organizational constitution. HR efficiency is achieved through clear authority distribution within dynamic roles, transparent peer-to-peer feedback mechanisms, and the removal of slow bureaucratic coordination costs. The contribution of this research lies in the formulation of the "HR-as-a-Platform" conceptual model, which shifts the focus of management practices from personal supervision to systemic infrastructure optimization. The practical implications provide a guide for startup founders to re-engineer HR functions to support individual autonomy without sacrificing operational stability. This study confirms that the success of non-hierarchical organizations relies heavily on the integration of radical autonomy and robust digital protocols facilitated by the newly defined HR function.

Many symptoms appear as signs of moral decline such as free association, violence, crime, and other deviant and reprehensible behavior. Some of the impacts that have been seen include the lack of children's ability to communicate, wanting everything instant without having to know the process, having an egotistical character and many more. This then needs to be realized that it is the responsibility of parents, educators, society, even the nation and state to protect children, especially in the field of morals and character. Here, teachers have a major role in shaping students' character through role models, cooperation between teachers, and positive behavioral habits. In shaping the character of students who are moral, this study identifies effective curriculum management strategies, such as the development of relevant syllabuses, the use of interactive teaching methods, and ongoing teacher training. In addition, this journal emphasizes the importance of collaboration between stakeholders, including teachers, supervisors, parents, and communities, as well as the use of information technology to improve the quality of Islamic religious education. This literature study examines the process of self-regulation in transforming compliance with school rules originating from external pressure into behavioral regularity emerging from personal awareness, and its impact on the effectiveness of student learning outcomes. Using a qualitative approach with content analysis method, this study synthesizes relevant literature to build a theoretical framework on how self-regulation facilitates the internalization of disciplinary values. The findings reveal that self-regulation occurs through a series of interconnected stages including goal setting, strategy planning, self-monitoring, evaluation, and adjustment. The success of this process is determined by internal motivation, appropriate environmental support, positive direct experiences, and healthy emotional management. Strong self-regulation directly impacts learning outcome effectiveness through improved cognitive strategies, strengthened intrinsic motivation, enhanced time and environment management, and developed capacity to constructively cope with failure. Learning outcomes achieved through self-regulation processes are characterized by lasting understanding, knowledge transfer ability, and the formation of lifelong learning dispositions. Schools and teachers play strategic roles in strengthening self-regulation through curriculum design that supports autonomy, formative feedback, role modeling, and collaboration with parents. This study contributes theoretically by positioning self-regulation as the central mechanism bridging external influences and internal disposition formation.

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) or Kindergarten (TK) is an important level of education in building the foundations for children's overall development, covering aspects of religious and moral values, physical-motor skills, cognitive skills, language, social-emotional skills, and the arts. The development of PAUD/TK currently shows a positive trend, as seen in the increasing public awareness, number of institutions, and participation of children aged 4–6 years. However, challenges still arise, such as limited facilities and infrastructure, variations in educator competence, differences in access to services between regions, and the need for stimulation at home. Competition among early childhood education institutions is quite fierce, driving innovation in learning quality, teacher competence, facilities, and flagship programs. In this context, marketing management plays a strategic role in building the institution's image, conveying information about educational services, identifying community needs, and increasing the institution's competitiveness in an ethical and sustainable manner. TK Muslimat NU Pakembaran, as a religious-based PAUD institution, plays an important role in developing children's development and instilling Islamic values. Although the marketing strategy is still simple and predominantly based on a familial approach and word-of-mouth promotion, these efforts are effective in building community trust and loyalty. In the future, strengthening a more systematic marketing management can increase competitiveness, expand the reach of information, and support the sustainability of the institution in providing quality, religious, and character-building early childhood education services.

Financial performance is an important indicator for assessing the sustainability and growth prospects of a company, where a sustained negative net profit may indicate financial and operational problems (Aminah, 2015). The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk for the period 2019-2023 based on NPM, ROA, and ROE. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data was sourced from the official website of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk for the period 2019-2023. The results show that all profitability ratios, namely Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE), are in an unfavorable condition and far below the standards set by Bank Indonesia (2004), namely NPM 3%–9.5%, ROA 0.5%–1.25%, and ROE 5%–12.5%. NPM was consistently negative from -276.74% (2019) to -373.12% (2023), indicating that the company has not been able to generate net income from its revenue due to high operating expenses. ROA was also negative throughout the period, ranging from -112.57% (2019) to -167.33% (2023), indicating that assets have not been utilized efficiently. Similarly, ROE recorded negative values from -162.02% (2019) to -253.41% (2023), reflecting that shareholders' capital has not been optimally managed and has not provided returns, so that overall financial performance requires a more effective financial management strategy.

This study examines the implementation of Indonesia’s Visa on Arrival (VoA) policy in DKI Jakarta as both an instrument of tourism-driven economic recovery and a component of non-military national defense management under Law No. 23 of 2019 on the Management of National Resources for National Defense. While VoA has significantly contributed to the rebound of international tourist arrivals—surpassing 11 million visits nationally in 2023—it simultaneously generates governance challenges at strategic entry points such as Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, where facilitation of mobility intersects with risks including overstaying, transnational crime, human trafficking, and potential infiltration by non-state actors. Existing scholarship largely emphasizes economic impacts and regulatory frameworks, leaving limited analysis of VoA as part of an integrated civil defense infrastructure. Addressing this gap, the study aims to analyze how VoA implementation in DKI Jakarta is managed within a non-military defense perspective, particularly regarding institutional coordination, immigration intelligence, and risk mitigation mechanisms. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with immigration officials and security stakeholders, document analysis of relevant laws and ministerial regulations, and review of official immigration statistics, followed by thematic analysis. The findings indicate that although VoA effectively supports economic and diplomatic objectives, its function as a non-military defense instrument remains constrained by fragmented inter-agency coordination, uneven intelligence integration, and limited adaptive governance capacity at the local level. Strengthening collaborative surveillance systems, data-sharing mechanisms, and strategic policy alignment between immigration authorities and national defense institutions is therefore essential. The study concludes that reframing immigration governance as part of Indonesia’s broader non-military defense strategy is crucial to balancing openness with security in high-density international gateways.
