This study aims to determine the effect of rebranding, service quality, and brand ambassadors on GoFood consumer satisfaction and loyalty in Mojokerto with the population of Gen Z and Gen M. The sampling technique used is non- probability sampling with purposive sampling method and the number of respondents is 251 people. The results showed that rebranding had no effect on customer satisfaction, but service quality and brand ambassadors had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, rebranding and brand ambassadors have no effect on consumer loyalty, while service quality has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a significant effect on customer loyalty. However, customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between rebranding and customer loyalty, but is able to mediate the effect of service quality and brand ambassadors on customer loyalty.

Kopi dari Hati is a famous coffee brand because its franchises can be found in all major cities in Indonesia. Research related to consumer satisfaction is needed. This research is research conducted in the Taman Aster Housing area to look for the influence of service quality, product quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction with the product "Coffee from the Heart" in the Taman Aster housing complex, West Cikarang. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and product quality. and Promotion of Consumer Satisfaction with "Coffee from the Heart" Products at the Taman Aster Housing Complex, West Cikarang. The results of this research were that it was found that there was a positive influence of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction with the "Coffee from the Heart" product at the Taman Aster Housing Complex, Cikarang Barat. Meanwhile, product quality does not have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction with the "Kopi Dari Hati" product at the Taman Aster Housing Complex, Cikarang Barat because this might happen when Kopi Dari Hati customers get the product they ordered that is less than their expectations

The objectives of this research are: 1) Test and measure the influence of service quality and business location on consumer satisfaction. (2) Testing and measuring the influence of service quality and business location on consumer Word of Mouth (3) Testing and measuring the influence of service quality and business location through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted on Wedangan "Ginastel" consumers on Jalan Sulawesi, Mulyoharjo sub-district, Pemalang sub-district, Pemalang City, who actively shop at least 30 consumers every day. Or the monthly average based on 24 working days is 720 consumers. 72 consumers were taken as samples. The research results found that there is an influence of service quality and business location on consumer satisfaction. Service quality and business location influence word of mouth. There is an indirect influence on the relationship between service quality and business location on word of mouth through mediation, namely consumer satisfaction as a mediator.

This study aims to determine whether the Quality of Service Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction Through Word Of Mouth at UMKM Bakso Perintis Bogor. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were consumers at Bakso Perintis customers who live in Perumahan Pura Bojong Gede, Jalan Boulavard Timur Raya, Tajur Halang District, Tajur Halang Village, Bogor, West Java. The use of samples in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with the calculation of the Lemeshow formula, which obtained 100 consumers. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, r-square test, q-square test and hypothesis test. The results of the study indicate that: 1). Service quality cannot directly affect word of mouth. 2). Product quality cannot directly affect word of mouth. 3). Service quality can affect customer satisfaction. 4). Product quality can affect customer satisfaction. 5). Word of mouth cannot directly affect customer satisfaction. 6). Word of mouth does not mediate service quality on customer satisfaction. 7). Word of mouth does not mediate product quality on customer satisfaction.

Indomaret, as one of the largest convenience store chains in Indonesia, has become an important part of the lifestyle of urban communities. The rapid growth in the number of Indomaret outlets spread across various regions has made Indomaret the main destination for consumers looking for practical and easily accessible commodities and services. Research design is a type of research in which researchers design learning materials (such as learning activities and learning trajectories) for a particular topic and also at the same time build a theory about the learning process for that topic. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the results show that in the tests carried out on product quality variables, partial influence on purchasing decisions is significant. Based on the results of the t test carried out, it shows that the tcount value is greater than the ttable value, namely 4.392 2.322 with a significance level of 0.025 0.05. research results and discussion as well as hypothesis testing which aims to analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors of price perception, service quality, taste on consumer satisfaction at the Pawon Sangit Colomadu Karanganyar Restaurant. This research uses quantitative research types. The data source used is data acquisition in the form of primary data. The population in this study were all customers who had consumed food from the Pawon Sangit Colomadu Karanganyar Restaurant, so the sampling technique was purposive sampling and a sample of 100 respondents was determined. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that the t test, the price perception variable has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Pawon Sangit Colomadu Karanganyar Restaurant with a significance value of 0.473 > 0.05, so H0 is accepted, service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Pawon Sangit Colomadu Karanganyar Restaurant with a significance value 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, taste has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Pawon Sangit Colomadu Karanganyar Restaurant with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepte.

In an increasingly advanced era in terms of digital marketing encouraging people to adapt to increasingly advanced technology, in the digital era purchase decisions can be made based on several applications that are often used by the public, currently, Harrum Mart retail stores are stores that sell their merchandise online and offline, in its use the quality of the product can describe the extent of the product's ability to meet the needs of consumers,  , when the service is in accordance with consumer expectations, it can be said to be effective in increasing consumer satisfaction. Quality service should be carried out continuously in accordance with the needs of consumers and the company's goals. The findings of problems related to store atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction are the impetus for this research. This study aims to examine how customer satisfaction at KFC Purus Veteran Padang City is influenced by store atmosphere and service quality. Quantitative research is the methodology used. Primary data is the type of data used in this study. The participants in this study were consumers of KFC Purus Veteran Padang City. This study involved a sample size of 97 consumers, who were selected through the non-probability sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23.00 software. The findings show that the store atmosphere received a high rating of 4.08% which indicates a positive perception among consumers. In addition, consumer satisfaction was rated at 3.68% and service quality at 3.49%, both of which fell into the satisfactory category. The results also show a significant effect of store atmosphere (X1) and service quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.187 indicates that these variables explain 18.7% of the variance in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 81.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in the study. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, perceived value, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Tanjung Decoration. Service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction are key factors influencing purchase decisions and customer retention in the decoration service industry. However, there has not been much research specifically examining the relationship between these variables in the context of Tanjung Decoration. This research is worth conducting for several reasons. First, Tanjung Decoration is a major player in the fast-growing decoration industry, and an understanding of the factors that influence customer loyalty will help them improve their marketing and service strategies. Second, with a focus on service quality, perceived value, and customer satisfaction, this research will provide valuable insights for managers and practitioners in developing more effective programs to increase customer loyalty. Third, this research will complement the literature on marketing management and consumer behavior by providing a more in-depth understanding of the factors that influence purchasing behavior and customer loyalty in the context of the decoration services industry. By combining appropriate research methodology with a strong theoretical framework, this research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of knowledge in the field of marketing management and consumer behavior. The results of this study are expected to be a valuable reference source for researchers, practitioners, and other stakeholders interested in understanding and improving customer loyalty in the decoration service industry.

This research aims to conduct an analysis of consumer satisfaction at Ayam Geprek Sriwedari MSMEs. This research involved 100 respondents who were consumers of the restaurant. This study focuses on five indicators, namely product quality, service quality, emotional aspects, product price and costs. The research results show that overall the five indicators received a good positive response from consumers. These findings indicate that the factors studied have a significant contribution to consumer satisfaction with Ayam Geprek Sriwedari. The implications of this research suggest the need for MSMEs to continue to improve and maintain product quality, service, emotional aspects, product prices, and manage costs well in order to maintain consumer satisfaction and increase business competitiveness. This research provides valuable insight for MSME managers in understanding the factors that are important in creating positive experiences for consumers and strengthening market share.

With the advancement of technology, competition in the mid-to-low-end business sector has intensified. Both large businesses and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are facing challenges and obstacles. On the other hand, MSMEs will have greater opportunities to market their products due to advances in information technology. When starting a business, branding communication is very important. Each individual has a different brand image. By using the right promotional strategy, effective branding communication can provide consumers with the opportunity to recognize certain goods and services, evaluate their quality, reduce purchase risks, and get different experiences and satisfaction. Every business field must have a strategy to increase sales. The right promotional strategy can communicate branding well. To achieve goals, every business sector needs a promotional strategy, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Promotion planning is carried out to improve services and sales by introducing products to potential customers and improving services by focusing on online-based promotions by utilizing social media and marketing through the marketplace. In a startup business, where the business has just started and continues to grow, business actors are considered necessary to continue to develop products and find the right target market. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide an assessment of branding and promotional communication strategies to increase customers for this startup business.

As time grows and the population increases. Making the company and beverage sector experience a significant increase, one of the popular types at this time is the coffee industry. One way to retain existing consumers and attract potential buyers by paying attention to reputation. The strategy used is brand image. A good brand image can differentiate consumer brands with their choice of competing brands. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, service quality and price on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, then to determine the most dominant variable in influencing consumer interest in soul promise coffee. The sample in this study amounted to 222 respondents using purposive sampling data collection techniques. The data is then processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with smartPLS software. Based on the test results, it is known that Brand Image has no effect on Customer Satisfacion and Price also has no effect on Customer Satisfaction, then Service Quality also has no effect on Customer Satisfaction. While Brand Image has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty and Price has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty, then Customer Satisfaction has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Price Strategy, Service Quality and Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Indah Bordir Sidoarjo. This research methodology uses a quantitative type of research. This research sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling type. Respondents in this study had criteria, namely people who had purchased Indah Embroidery products. The sample in this study was 96 people who were calculated using the Chocran formula. The data analysis technique uses the help of the smart-PLS version 3.0 application. The findings of this research show that Price Strategy has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Indah Bordir Sidoarjo, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Indah Bordir Sidoarjo and Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Indah Bordir Sidoarjo. Suggestions for further research are expected to use a larger population by adding other independent variables to further expand information regarding the factors causing consumer satisfaction.

Kosambi Maternal and Children Center is a basic and specialized medical services with specialization in maternal and Child Services that seeks to maintain consumer loyalty by improving the quality of services and seeks to maintain consumer satisfaction in maternal and Child Health Services. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality variables on customer satisfaction variables and their implications on customer loyalty Kosambi Maternal and Children Center. Data processing in this study using the method of Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used is a survey method through questionnaires that are distributed digitally through google forms. The samples used in this study were 92 respondents taken from Kosambi Maternal and Children Center patients at random. The results of this study showed that the effect of customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a T-statistic value of 7.426 ≥ 1,96 or p values of 0.000 ≤ 0,05. The quality of Service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with T-statistic value of  5.435 ≥ 1,96 or p values of 0.000 ≤ 0,05. Service quality significantly affects customer loyalty with t-statistic value of 2.993 ≥ 1,96 p values of 0.003 ≤ 0,05.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at Honda AHASS   Semarang. Data was collected through a survey of 45 respondents who are customers of Honda AHASS   Semarang. The data analysis technique used is product moment analysis and multiple correlation. The results showed that service quality and brand image together had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a greater influence than brand image. The dimension of service quality that has the most influence on customer satisfaction is the reliability dimension, then the dimensions of responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and finally the caring dimension. The implication of this research is that Honda AHASS in Semarang needs to continue to improve its service quality, especially in the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and care. In addition, Honda AHASS in Semarang also needs to maintain its brand image to remain positive in the eyes of consumers.

PT.Eka Multi Logistik is a land and sea transportation management (JPT) service company that has been involved in the field of goods transportation for Export, Import and Local since 2018, located on Jl. Kalimantan NO.65/67 Makassar City, South Sulawesi Consumer or customer satisfaction can be influenced by various factors that are closely related, including price and service quality. The aim of this research is to see whether there is an influence between the independent variables (price and quality of service) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). This research was carried out at PT. Eka Multi Logistik using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results show the results of the calculated f test (13.350) > f table (3.231) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be interpreted that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Eka Multi Logistics.

The rise of the trade in fake cosmetics and skincare in various well-known e-commerce makes consumers more selective in purchasing cosmetic and skincare products. However, Sociolla as the number one well-known beauty store in Indonesia comes with its e-commerce platform that specifically sells cosmetic and skincare products from various well-known product brands and is able to stay in first place in the beauty product category in Top Beauty-Commerce. This trend can be seen from the increasing frequency of repeated transactions on the Sociolla platform. This study aims to determine the effect of the relationship between electronic service quality (E-Service Quality) and repurchase intention (Repurchase Intention) through electronic satisfaction (E-satisfaction) as a mediation variable. This research is quantitative. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing a 4-level linear scale statement questionnaire. Samples were taken using Non-Probability Sampling techniques with data analysis techniques using Smart PLS tools. The respondents involved were 160 respondents who met the criteria for having made purchases on the Sociolla platform twice. The results showed that good E-Service Quality skills increased E-Satisfaction which led to Repurchase Intention by Sociolla platform users. This shows that E-Satisfaction effectively acts as a mediation between E-Service Quality and Repurchase Intention.

In the era of globalization, intense competition drives companies to expand their markets, particularly in Indonesia's rapidly growing tourism sector. Batam, as a Free Trade Zone and a potential tourist destination, has experienced a significant increase in international tourists, fostering the growth of the hospitality industry. PT. Trikarya Era Sukses Medan established the Ibis Style Hotel Batam, offering facilities comparable to four-star hotels to attract consumers amid tight competition. This study analyzes the influence of service quality, business facilities, and consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the hotel. The population in this study consists of all guests staying at Ibis Style Hotel Batam, totaling 3,689 individuals. Accidental sampling is the technique used for sample collection, and the sample size is 110 individuals. The data collection method employs questionnaires. The study results indicate that: (1) Service quality significantly affects customer loyalty, (2) Business facilities significantly affect customer loyalty, (3) Consumer satisfaction significantly affects customer loyalty, (4) Service quality, business facilities, and consumer satisfaction collectively and significantly affect customer loyalty.

Barbershop is a type of business that is skyrocketing. Taking the momentum of the return of the smooth era hair trend using pomade, the phenomenon of the proliferation of barbershops seems unstoppable. The type of research used in this research is a survey. In survey research, information is collected from respondents using a questionnaire totaling 102 respondents. This research aims to determine Service Quality and Price Perception together on consumer satisfaction of Rony Barbershop service users in Bantul City. There is an influence of service quality and price perception together on consumer satisfaction of Rony Barbershop service users in Bantul City. This is proven by the calculated F value of 36.153 with a significance of 0.000, therefore the significance value is smaller than 0.05.

Finding out what makes Gudeg Yu Djum Wijilan Yogyakarta customers happy is the main goal of this study. Customer satisfaction (Y) is the dependent variable, whereas taste and service quality are the independent factors. One hundred Gudeg Yu Djum Wijilan Yogyakarta consumers who have bought and eaten this product make up the sample for this study. It is SPSS 25 that is utilized for the analysis. Research and analysis employing regression analysis led to the conclusion that High-Quality Taste and Service Significantly Impact Consumer Satisfaction.
