This research investigates the impact of internal conflict and communication quality on the performance efficiency of production team members in the EDT Division. With a qualitative and quantitative analysis approach, this study explores how internal conflict and good or bad communication affect the productivity and performance of production teams. The findings from this research provide valuable insights for management to understand production team dynamics and formulate effective strategies to increase efficiency.

Quality cost analysis is an important approach in measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's production process. Focusing on the number of product defects is a critical element in quality evaluation, as defects can impact customer satisfaction, company reputation, and overall business sustainability. This research explores the significance of quality cost analysis as a tool for measuring the number of product defects in the manufacturing industry. Through data collection and statistical analysis, this research aims to provide in-depth insight into the economic impact of product defects and how quality cost analysis can help companies identify, measure and manage these aspects more efficiently. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide practical guidance for companies in improving the quality of their products while optimizing costs associated with nonconformities.

In this context, research discusses the importance of integrating quality cost reports in an effort to improve product or service quality while minimizing production costs. This study demonstrates how the use of quality cost reports can provide valuable insights for companies in identifying the most effective and efficient resources for quality improvement. Quality cost analysis can help management make the right decisions regarding resource allocation, production process development, and implementation of continuous improvement.

The rapid development of technology will obtain excellent effectiveness and efficiency from sources of electrical energy owned by a company or agency. With the progress of the industrial world today, the development of digital technology which ends in computer systems indirectly makes control technology involved as part of this progress. The availability of a power source is a very important aspect in the midst of technological developments. However, because the system is very complex, starting from the power plant to distribution to consumers, there is a high possibility of disturbances that can cause the flow of electrical energy to consumers to be cut off. There are certain places including factories, offices, banks, campuses, hospitals, airports and other places that could potentially endanger one's safety or drastically disrupt the course of the economic cycle. The flow of electrical energy must not be interrupted for a very long time because it can hamper the production process. and others, so that additional supply is needed to anticipate when the electricity is cut off from the National Power Plant source.

Competition in the industrial world after the impact of Covid-19 has become fierce competition. Many companies choose to increase effectiveness and efficiency by implementing digitalization in production and sales activities. PT. Megarhizo Ega Persada is a company that is developing, a company whose main production is liquid organic fertilizer under the brand "Megarhizo". Production activities still use manual bookkeeping processes. So it takes a long time for distribution from the warehouse to the production location. Miscalculations often occur in warehouses resulting in inappropriate production targets, due to insufficient or expired materials due to being in the warehouse for too long. This problem often occurs because the recording process is not thorough and results in stock buildup or stock shortages in the warehouse. So we need a system that can easily and quickly manage data so that these things don't happen again. Digitalization of the sales process is a solution to this problem, fertilizer products are products that are different from other production, because fertilizer is a product that is monitored so the price of fertilizer should not burden the public. By digitizing sales, companies can directly monitor stock and products sold from each distribution location to the resellers. So the number of products sold and prices can still be monitored, besides that the company can also find out the effectiveness of fertilizer production.

In the agricultural sector, the automatic identification of chili pepper varieties is crucial for improving production efficiency and quality. This study developed a chili pepper variety detection system based on characteristics using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. The PCA method was used to reduce the dimensionality of chili pepper image data, thereby facilitating the classification process while retaining the key features necessary for chili pepper variety identification. The recognition system for chili pepper identification involves inputting chili pepper image data into a computer. The computer then interprets and identifies the chili pepper variety, and the test data utilizes a dataset of chili pepper images from various varieties. The research results indicate that the proposed system achieves a high level of accuracy in detecting and classifying chili pepper varieties. Consequently, this system can assist farmers and agricultural industry stakeholders in the chili pepper sorting and selection process, thereby improving operational efficiency and the quality of the harvest.

This study explores an artificial intelligence (AI)-based predictive maintenance system for industrial machinery in Indonesian manufacturing. By utilizing machine learning algorithms, the system can analyze real-time machine data to predict equipment failures and recommend timely maintenance actions. The implementation of predictive maintenance has shown to reduce machine downtime by 20% and improve operational efficiency in manufacturing plants in Jakarta and Surabaya. This paper discusses the technical design of the predictive maintenance system, its economic impact on production costs, and implications for Indonesia's industrial sector.

This paper presents an optimization approach for a hybrid photovoltaic (PV)-wind-battery energy system tailored for remote areas in Indonesia. Due to the archipelagic nature of the country, many remote areas lack access to the national power grid, making renewable energy solutions crucial. This study utilizes a genetic algorithm to optimize system configurations, balancing energy production, storage requirements, and cost efficiency. Results indicate that the proposed hybrid system can meet local demand with high reliability and at lower costs compared to diesel generators. The study also addresses environmental and social impacts, proposing sustainable energy strategies for Indonesia's underserved regions.

This sharing session activity aims to find solutions to the problem of increasing business productivity among MSME players. This activity is the result of a collaboration between STIEM Bongaya Makassar and the Bali chapter of the TDA foundation which was held at the Wistara cafe, Badung Regency, Bali with the theme of MSME revival activities. The activity method is carried out through sharing sessions by forming a group discussion forum (FGD) where the presenters and participants provide input to each other and formulate appropriate strategies to increase business productivity. One of the conclusions obtained is that increasing productivity among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can be the key to business success and growth in the form of increasing production efficiency, improving product quality, improving marketing, improving skills and knowledge, increasing cooperation.

Indonesia has enormous marine and fisheries potential because of its vast sea area. Human resources in managing fishery products have not maximized the potential of fishery products. Therefore, in order to maximize the potential of fishery products, quality human resources are needed. Since human resources are an important part of an organization, including in the Indonesian fisheries industry, human resource management and development is very important for the success of an organization. The method used is qualitative research method, more precisely literature research. The literature research process is carried out by reviewing the literature and analyzing the relevant topics combined. Literature search can utilize sources in the form of journals, books, dictionaries, documents, magazines and other sources without conducting field research. The results found that in optimizing in improving the performance and sustainability of the fisheries product management industry, it is important to optimize human resources. Many approaches can be used to improve operational efficiency. Increase efficiency in all stages of production, from fishing to distribution, with the adoption of advanced technology and automated equipment. Training and Skills Development ensures that employees have a good understanding of the latest practices and technologies through regular training that enhances their technical and managerial skills. The industrial revolution today is not only oriented towards quality results and cutting-edge technology such as the industrial revolution 4.0. Today's industry is developing by implementing the concept of green building or green industry. Green industry is a concept and idea that an industry no longer only takes into account the advantages and benefits for its company, but also needs to pay attention to the level of efficient use of natural resources and energy sources and minimize the impact of the production process which is felt by the surrounding community and has a negative impact on the environment. , PT XYZ is one of the companies engaged in integrated plastic recycling in the world which processes plastic waste into quality and environmentally friendly products. In order to move towards a green building era that applies efficiency and effectiveness standards for a work system, PT XYZ will plan to determine the effectiveness value of a sustainable production line using the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) theory. To measure the effectiveness value of a sustainable production process in TPM, the OLE (Overall Line Effectiveness) measurement method can be used. OLE is a tool for measuring the effectiveness of the production process, a modification of the OEE tool which is specifically for determining the value of process effectiveness in sustainable production. From the TPM measurement results, a production line effectiveness value using the OLE method was obtained of 91.7% during September 2023.

PT XNX is a leading company operating in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. This company produces based on demand, so the level of employee performance productivity is very important. There are many factors that influence worker productivity, such as experience, knowledge, and age. This research was conducted in the production department for 5 (five) months. The primary data collection method is by making direct observations in the field and using the time and motion study method, a systematic study of work systems with the aim of developing better systems and methods, standardizing systems and standards for determining time standards and selecting operators with a Lean Manufacturing approach, namely waste. or waste to increase labor productivity in the Production department area. The results were obtained in the form of recommendations for improvement, namely by optimizing productivity by means of operator efficiency from initially 6 people to 5 people, where before improvements were made, labor productivity was 53.11% in dissolving soy sauce, after improvements were made, labor productivity was 74.84. %. This has an effect on cost savings of IDR 4,515,133 for 26 working days, each day amounting to IDR 173,548. Therefore, there are 3 shifts in one day, so the total daily income is IDR 520,644 or a cost savings of 16.63%.

This research aims to investigate and optimize drilling strategies as an effort to increase production efficiency in the geological context of oil and gas production. Effective drilling is a key element in the exploitation of hydrocarbon resources, and this research combines geological analysis and drilling techniques to achieve optimal results. This study begins with an in-depth characterization of the physical and chemical properties of the reservoir rocks to understand the geological challenges faced. Next, existing drilling techniques are evaluated and analyzed in the context of a particular production field. The results of this analysis are the basis for developing an integrative model that combines aspects of geology and drilling techniques.Through this approach, this research aims to identify potential improvements in drilling strategies that could significantly increase production. Simulation and modeling results illustrate the positive impact of implementing optimized drilling strategies on production efficiency and hydrocarbon recovery. The conclusions of this research provide a new perspective on the importance of integration between geological science and drilling techniques in achieving efficient production goals. It is hoped that these findings will provide practical guidance for the production geology industry to increase the sustainability of oil and gas production.

Until now, many warehouses in companies are still not neatly arranged, this is because the storage layout is not perfect, making it difficult for employees to reach the materials that will be taken for use in production activities. PT. XYZ is the largest shipbuilding company in Indonesia. PT XYZ also has several warehouses, one of which is Warehouse 03 electrical. This research aims to help optimize the efficiency level of Warehouse 03 Electrical PT. XYZ uses the 5S method and Pie Chart. The implementation of the 5S culture in Warehouse 03 electrical is implemented according to the applicable SOP, but the implementation is not yet optimal. Application of the 5S method in warehouse 03 electrical PT. XYZ It is felt that XYZ is not yet optimal because only 2S (Seiso and Seiketsu) is running optimally. while 3S (Seiri, Seiton, Shitsuke) has not run optimally. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the application of the 5S method in the 03 electrical warehouse of PT. XYZ. The evaluation results using the 5S method and Pie Diagram aim to support and increase productivity in the Warehouse 03 electrical area as well as company performance

Machine downtime is a daily issue in the manufacturing industry. Handling downtime occurrences on machines is necessary to improve productivity and the quality of production outcomes. This becomes a benchmark for manufacturing companies to compete in the era of globalization. The DMAIC approach can be utilized to systematically analyze and resolve issues, including downtime problems. Research findings indicate that hot runner mold is a priority for improvement at PT XYZ. Through the Define, Measure, and Analyze stages of DMAIC, the main problems are clearly identified, their causes deeply analyzed, and effective solutions developed and tested. The implementation of these solutions through the Improve and Control stages successfully enhanced production efficiency, reduced downtime, and improved mold quality.

Central warehouse PT. X is a place to store materials needed for production. PT. X is a large company operating in the maritime and energy sectors. 5S work culture (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seikatsu, Shitsuke) is a work culture adopted from Japan which aims to create an orderly work environment and increase safety, efficiency and reduce non-value added activities. The implementation of the 5S+Safety culture is implemented according to the SOPs in the central warehouse, but the implementation is not optimal. Implementation of the 5S+Safety method in the PT warehouse. X is considered not optimal because only 2S (Seiketsu and Shitsuke) is running well while 4S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Safety) is not running well. Warehouse employees are advised to apply the 5R checklist and carry out routine independent audits which will be supervised by the department head. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the implementation of 5S+Safety in PT. X’s  central warehouse. Evaluation results using the 5S+Safety method support increasing company productivity and performance.
