Nurses are healthcare workers who have a high workload because they are in direct contact with patients 24 hours a day. Complex tasks, limited manpower, and high service demands often cause work stress. Unresolved stress can affect nurses' health, reduce performance, and even impact patient safety. This study aims to investigate the relationship between stress levels and workloads among nurses at Semarang General Hospital. The study design employs a cross-sectional approach with a quantitative methodology. The study population consists of all nurses in the inpatient ward of Semarang General Hospital, with a sample size of 80 respondents selected using proportional random sampling. The research instruments used the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) questionnaire to measure stress and the NASA-TLX questionnaire to measure workload. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rank test. The results of the study show that most nurses are in the moderate stress category (65%), while the highest workload is in the high category (58.8%). Bivariate analysis yielded a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05) with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.412, indicating a significant positive relationship between stress levels and nurses' workload. The higher the workload of nurses, the higher the stress levels they experience. Hospitals are encouraged to implement effective workload management, including proportional task distribution, additional staff, and stress management programs for nurses.

Public awareness of environmental issues is increasing, but there is still a gap between ecological understanding and green consumption behavior. This phenomenon is evident in the low interest of local consumers in Suputra Herbal Incense products in Badung Regency, despite the product's strong ecological and cultural value. This condition raises questions about the factors influencing local consumers' green purchasing intentions towards environmentally friendly products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative design to analyze the main predictors influencing green purchasing intentions. A total of 100 respondents were selected through a purposive sampling technique, namely potential consumers who are related to herbal incense products. The research instrument has been tested for validity and reliability, thus it is suitable for use in data collection. Data analysis was conducted with the help of multiple linear regression using SPSS software to test the research hypotheses. The results show that green brand image, green marketing, and price perception have a positive and significant influence on local consumers' green purchasing intentions. These findings confirm that an environmentally friendly brand image can strengthen consumer trust and interest. In addition, a consistent and authentic green marketing strategy plays a significant role in increasing product appeal. The perception of fair pricing is also a key consideration, as consumers tend to be more accepting of prices when they align with the product's ecological benefits and cultural values. In conclusion, this research provides practical contributions for MSMEs, particularly in designing effective and sustainable green marketing strategies. Efforts to strengthen green brand image, consistently implement environmentally friendly promotions, and foster a perception of fair pricing will encourage increased purchasing intentions among local consumers. Thus, eco-friendly products like Suputra Herbal Incense have the potential to compete more strongly in the increasingly competitive domestic market. This study investigates the influence of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, and place) on purchase decisions for automotive products at PT. XYZ Sidoarjo. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 consumers who had purchased vehicles, spare parts, or services within the last six months. A structured questionnaire measured the four marketing mix elements and purchase decision using a 5-point Likert scale. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to test the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that all four elements significantly and positively affect purchase decisions, with price emerging as the most dominant factor. The model’s Adjusted R² value of 0.915 shows that the marketing mix variables explain 91.5% of the variation in purchase decisions. These findings reinforce the relevance of the 4P framework in the automotive sector and highlight the need for integrated marketing strategies. Practically, the study suggests that PT. XYZ Sidoarjo should focus on maintaining competitive pricing, enhancing product quality and innovation, optimizing promotional activities—especially digital marketing—and strengthening distribution channels to sustain competitiveness in a dynamic market. In addition to these findings, the study provides insight into consumer behavior within the automotive industry, particularly in a highly competitive market like Sidoarjo. Consumers are increasingly sensitive to pricing structures, especially given the economic pressures and the availability of alternative brands. Price sensitivity, therefore, should be a focal point in shaping future marketing strategies. Companies need to conduct regular market analysis to ensure their pricing aligns with customer expectations and perceived value.

This study explores the relationships between digital marketing content, value co-creation, and product branding on perceived product exclusivity within the Indonesian batik industry. As traditional industries face increasing pressure to modernize while preserving cultural heritage, understanding these marketing dynamics is crucial for achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. The study employed a quantitative methodology with saturated sampling, analyzing data from 92 batik enterprises using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0. The measurement model demonstrated strong reliability and validity, with all constructs meeting the established criteria for internal consistency and discriminant validity. Structural model results revealed that all three marketing variables significantly influence perceived product exclusivity. Among these variables, product branding showed the strongest effect (β = 0.358, p < 0.001), followed by digital marketing content (β = 0.312, p < 0.001) and value co-creation (β = 0.276, p < 0.001). This indicates that the branding strategies implemented by batik enterprises play a pivotal role in shaping consumers' perceptions of exclusivity. The integrated model explained 61.5% of the variance in perceived product exclusivity (R² = 0.615), with strong predictive relevance (Q² = 0.438). These findings underscore the importance of developing a strategic brand that not only reflects the unique qualities of batik but also resonates with contemporary consumer expectations. Additionally, the study highlights the role of digital marketing content in strengthening these perceptions and the significance of facilitating customer co-creation to enhance engagement and exclusivity. In conclusion, batik enterprises are encouraged to prioritize brand development while implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and fostering customer involvement in co-creation activities. This approach will enhance the exclusivity of their products and improve their market positioning within the contemporary cultural products landscape.

Tofu is one of the most widely consumed foodstuffs in Indonesia, enjoyed by nearly all social groups due to its affordability, nutritional value, and availability. As a processed product derived from soybeans, tofu has been an integral part of Indonesian diets for generations, with its consumption evenly distributed across regions. This study focuses on analyzing tofu consumption patterns in the Tenggarong sub-district, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, while specifically examining the influence of tofu and tempeh prices on tofu demand. Tempeh is included in the analysis as a comparative product due to its similarity in raw materials and market segment. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of the independent variables—price of tofu (X1) and price of tempeh (X2)—on the dependent variable, tofu demand (Y). Data were collected from relevant local sources through market surveys and secondary data records. The results indicate that both X1 and X2 have a measurable influence on Y, as reflected in the regression equation: Y = -50,178.37 + 20.48X1 + 2,488.09X2. The positive coefficient for tofu price suggests that, contrary to typical demand theory, an increase in tofu price in this specific market segment is associated with higher demand, which may indicate the influence of perceived quality or brand loyalty. Similarly, the positive coefficient for tempeh price implies that as tempeh becomes more expensive, consumers may substitute it with tofu, thereby increasing tofu demand. These findings highlight unique consumer behavior patterns in Tenggarong that may be influenced by cultural preferences, income stability, and market conditions. The study concludes that price dynamics between tofu and its substitute product, tempeh, play a significant role in shaping tofu consumption.

Customer loyalty is a crucial pillar in the banking industry, especially amidst increasingly fierce competition and rapid digital transformation. Loyalty not only reflects brand attachment but also reflects the level of customer trust and satisfaction with the services provided. This study aims to analyze the role of customer value and service quality in building customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at the BRI Tabanan Branch using a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 383 respondents selected using the Krejcie and Morgan formula. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using path analysis to examine the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results show that customer value and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction. Both variables also have a direct effect on customer loyalty, while also exerting an indirect effect through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. In other words, increasing perceived value and service quality not only drives satisfaction but also strengthens loyalty, both directly and through the effects of satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of strategies to increase value and service quality as an effort to maintain loyalty amid changing customer preferences and digital disruption. For banking practitioners, the implications of this research can serve as a reference in designing more personalized, value-oriented, and technology-based service programs to increase long-term customer retention and strengthen competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

This research investigates the cultural significance of the transformation in the Ngaben ceremony, a central cremation ritual in Balinese Hindu tradition, focusing on the shift from traditional firewood-based methods to modern gas-based cremation practices. The Ngaben ceremony holds profound religious, philosophical, and social meaning, symbolizing the liberation of the soul from worldly ties and its journey to the afterlife. In recent decades, technological advancements and socio-environmental considerations have prompted many communities in Bali to adopt gas cremation systems, offering greater efficiency, reduced environmental impact, and lower operational costs. Using a qualitative ethnographic approach, this study draws on in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis to explore how this transition affects cultural meaning, community values, and religious interpretations. The research compares the symbolic elements embedded in traditional and modern methods, examining how changes in materials, process duration, and ceremonial aesthetics influence the perceived authenticity and spiritual significance of the ritual. Findings reveal that while some community members view the adoption of gas cremation as a pragmatic adaptation that aligns with contemporary needs, others express concern about the erosion of cultural heritage and the diminished role of traditional craftsmanship. Furthermore, the study highlights the adaptive strategies employed by Balinese Hindu communities to integrate modern technology while preserving essential spiritual values, such as maintaining ritual sequences, symbolic offerings, and priest-led prayers. The analysis underscores that cultural transformation within religious practices is not a simple replacement of old methods with new ones, but rather a process of negotiation between tradition and innovation. Ultimately, this research contributes to broader discussions on cultural resilience, religious continuity, and the dynamic interaction between technological change and sacred tradition in contemporary Balinese Hindu society.

This study explores the influence of live streaming mode on the purchase intention of tropical fruits among consumers in Henan, China, in the context of the rapid growth of e-commerce. Live streaming has emerged as a dynamic and interactive platform that enables real-time engagement between sellers and buyers, offering visual product demonstrations and instant feedback opportunities. The research focuses on three critical factors affecting purchase intention: perceived trust, perceived value, and perceived risk. A quantitative research design was employed, collecting data from 392 participants through structured questionnaires. The analysis indicates that interactive communication, transparent information sharing, and authentic presentations during live streaming significantly enhance perceived trust and perceived value. Higher perceived trust fosters a stronger sense of reliability toward sellers, while increased perceived value motivates consumers by highlighting product quality, freshness, and fair pricing. Furthermore, effective live streaming strategies can substantially reduce perceived risks related to product authenticity, quality uncertainty, and transaction security, creating a more favorable purchase environment. The results suggest that the integration of engaging storytelling, professional product showcasing, and active audience interaction serves as a catalyst for influencing consumer attitudes and behaviors toward purchasing tropical fruits. This study enriches the existing literature on live streaming commerce by highlighting its psychological and behavioral impacts on consumer decision-making. In practical terms, the findings offer actionable insights for marketers and fruit sellers, emphasizing the importance of building trust, delivering genuine product experiences, and minimizing risks to maximize purchase intentions. These strategies are particularly relevant for agricultural e-commerce in Henan, where live streaming can bridge the gap between rural producers and urban consumers. Overall, this research provides both theoretical contributions to the study of digital co sumer behavior and practical guidance for optimizing live streaming as a competitive marketing tool in the fresh produce industry.

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support and work engagement on the contextual performance of entrepreneurs in Padang City. Contextual performance is an important aspect of the work environment, reflecting the voluntary behavior of employees or entrepreneurs in helping, collaborating, and supporting organizational or business goals beyond their core duties. In the context of entrepreneurship, contextual performance can influence business continuity and development, as highly committed entrepreneurs tend to demonstrate greater initiative, loyalty, and involvement in business processes. Perceived organizational support, the extent to which individuals feel valued and supported by the organizational environment or business community, is a determining factor in shaping these positive behaviors. Meanwhile, work engagement reflects the level of enthusiasm and dedication of individuals in carrying out their business roles. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional method, and data were collected through a survey of 1,146 entrepreneurs in Padang City, West Sumatra Province. The analysis showed that both perceived organizational support and work engagement significantly influenced the contextual performance of entrepreneurs. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.67 indicates that 67% of the variation in contextual performance can be explained by these two variables (p < 0.01). This finding underscores the importance of creating a supportive environment and encouraging high work engagement in the entrepreneurial context. Therefore, business owners, policymakers, and business community managers need to consider these two factors when designing comprehensive business performance improvement strategies to support regional economic growth.

This study aims to comprehensively examine the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction, while also exploring the role of trust as a moderating variable. The focus of the research is on participants of the Digital Marketing Independent Internship at PT Satukelas Adhyapana Nusantara, Jakarta. An explanatory quantitative approach was employed, involving 87 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that both service quality and customer value have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Trust was also found to have a direct effect on satisfaction. However, the moderating role of trust was significant only in the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. In contrast, its moderating effect on the relationship between customer value and satisfaction was found to be statistically insignificant. These findings provide empirical support for the SERVQUAL theory, the concept of customer value, and the performance-expectations model, while also reinforcing literature that highlights the importance of trust in sustaining customer relationships. From a practical standpoint, this research emphasizes the need for strategies that integrate service quality enhancement with the delivery of perceived value, accompanied by efforts to build and maintain trust as a reinforcing factor for satisfaction. This combination of strategies is expected to enhance positive customer experiences, foster loyalty, and sustain long-term relationships. Furthermore, this study offers valuable contributions for developing marketing strategies and managing customer relationships in the digital education sector, which faces increasingly intense competition and challenges in the era of technological transformation and globalization.

This quantitative study investigates the antecedents of Brand Loyalty in Genshin Impact players by examining the mediating role of Customer Value in the relationship between Experiential Marketing and Product Quality. Data were collected from 80 active players in Malang City using a purposive sampling technique and analyzed using a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to examine the relationship between variables. The results revealed two distinct pathways to loyalty formation. First, Experiential Marketing demonstrated a significant influence on Brand Loyalty, both directly and indirectly through strong mediation by Customer Value. This suggests that emotional, sensory, and relational experiences during gameplay play a crucial role in creating perceived value and long-term engagement. Second, although Product Quality demonstrated a significant direct influence on Brand Loyalty, its influence was not significantly mediated by Customer Value. This indicates that while the game's graphical quality, system performance, and technical stability are highly appreciated, they do not automatically translate into customer value without a meaningful experience. This study concludes that in the Games-as-a-Service model, loyalty is built through a dual strategy: a combination of superior product appeal and holistic value creation derived from a rich, curated player experience. Therefore, game developers need to synergistically integrate experience and quality strategies to build long-term brand loyalty. The practical implications of these findings are highly relevant for game developers and digital marketers. Marketing strategies are no longer sufficient to simply highlight technical features or product specifications; they must also address the emotional and social dimensions experienced by players.

This study aims to investigate the role of Pancasila and Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as a foundation for cultivating a legal culture within Indonesian society through the lens of Islamic Sociological Jurisprudence Theory. The motivation for this research arises from the low levels of legal awareness and compliance, which reveal a gap between existing legal norms and the social behaviors of the populace. The research employs a qualitative method with both conceptual and sociological approaches, which examines the fusion of Pancasila values and Islamic teachings in fostering internal and collective legal awareness. The findings indicate that Pancasila, as the foundational state philosophy, holds normative values that align with the principles of Islamic teachings in PAI, particularly in promoting social ethics and legal responsibility. Within the framework of Islamic Sociological Jurisprudence Theory, law is perceived not only as normative rules but also as a sociocultural phenomenon shaped by religious values and traditions. This integration can lead to a deeper legal consciousness, thereby encouraging compliance with the law that stems not from coercion but from the moral and religious awareness of the community. Hence, the collaboration between Pancasila, PAI, and the sociological approach of Islam proves to be an effective strategy for establishing a lasting legal culture in Indonesia.

Distribution is the process of moving, managing, and storing goods from suppliers to customers in the supply chain. This process includes not only the delivery of raw materials from suppliers to manufacturers, but also the distribution of finished products to the end consumer. Distribution plays an important role in a company's profitability because it affects operational costs, delivery efficiency, and perceived value by customers. Successful well-managed distribution will increase customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's competitiveness in the market. PT. XYZ is one of the LPG distributors that provides 3 kg cylinders. This company serves a variety of consumers, ranging from households, small businesses, to retailers, with a coverage of distribution areas in Serang City. The distribution process is carried out based on sales orders and needs in 14 bases, where each base has a different level of demand according to consumer needs. However, PT. XYZ faces obstacles in achieving the optimal level of service, where the average service level only reaches 97.40%. An imbalance between inventory and demand at the base often leads to an oversupply or understock, resulting in backorders on some demands. This condition has a negative impact on customer satisfaction and overall distribution effectiveness. To overcome this problem, PT. XYZ developed a distribution dashboard by applying the Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) method. Through this approach, distribution planning becomes more systematic, base needs can be met appropriately, and stocks can be managed more effectively. This dashboard also supports delivery scheduling and more coordinated marketing activities. The results of the implementation of the DRP dashboard in 2023 show a significant increase with a service level that has successfully reached 99%, minimizing backorders, and increasing customer trust and satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the influence of independent variables—Social Media, Pricing, and Promotion—on the dependent variable, Repurchase Decision, at Kedai Kopi Bersahaja. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The population of the study consisted of 226 consumers, and a sample of 107 respondents was selected using incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to visitors who had made at least one purchase at the coffee shop. The results of the analysis indicate that each independent variable—Social Media, Pricing, and Promotion—has a positive and statistically significant partial influence on the Repurchase Decision. Additionally, the variables collectively demonstrate a strong simultaneous influence, suggesting that an integrated marketing approach is crucial for fostering customer retention and encouraging repeat purchases. Among the three, Social Media showed the most dominant influence, emphasizing the growing role of digital presence and online engagement in shaping consumer preferences and purchasing patterns. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Kedai Kopi Bersahaja maximize the use of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook by creating engaging, relevant, and interactive content that resonates with the target audience. Content strategies may include customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes videos, product highlights, and limited-time offers. Pricing should be evaluated periodically to remain affordable yet profitable, considering both market competition and perceived customer value. Meanwhile, promotion efforts can be diversified through the use of loyalty programs, bundle offers, student discounts, and digital coupons. The synergy between these three marketing factors—if consistently and strategically applied—is expected to enhance customer loyalty, strengthen brand image, and significantly increase the likelihood of repurchase decisions. These efforts are essential for building sustainable business growth in the competitive food and beverage industry.
