This research aims to analyze the usage of the BRIMEN application and its impact on the ease of performance of Credit Administration Officers (ADK) at the Pasuruan Branch Office of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The research method used is qualitative method with a participatory approach and descriptive research type. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and direct documentation in the field. The results show that the BRIMEN application facilitates ADK officers in various tasks such as scanning customer documents, uploading files to the system, and archiving physical files. Although still in the refinement stage, BRIMEN provides time efficiency and flexibility for officers, who previously performed processes manually. In conclusion, BRIMEN has provided benefits in improving the work efficiency of Credit Administration Officers (ADK) at the Pasuruan Branch Office. Although further refinement is needed, this application has the potential to be continuously developed to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Every financial institution has a frontliner who serves as a front guard or sequencer and provides information about banking as well as initial impressions of a bank. Due to the rapid development of the banking industry, PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Lubuk Pakam must determine ways to improve the performance of frontline employees so they can compete with other banks. The problems raised in this research relate to how PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Lubuk Pakam chose an approach to improve frontliner performance through SWOT analysis. Frontline Officers must have the knowledge and expertise in their profession to carry out their primary duties effectively. To do this, they must receive training and support that starts from the individual's outer appearance and continues within, so that when providing consumers receive fast, efficient and polite service, resulting in high customer satisfaction. This research uses qualitative methods and descriptive research design. SWOT analysis is used to apply qualitative and descriptive analysis to arrive at research conclusions. Based on the results of the Cartesian diagram, the institution is in Quadrant I, actively implementing a Growth-Oriented Strategy and supporting this strategy.

This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Makassar City. To find out and analyze which variable is the dominant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. In Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. That the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. That simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are in accordance with the theory of Budi Setiyawan and Waridin (2006) that discipline is in an ideal state in supporting and carrying out tasks according to the rules in order to support work optimization. One of the conditions for discipline to grow in the work environment is the complete division of labor to the lowest employee or officer, so that people know consciously what their duties are, how to do it, when the work starts and finishes, as arranged in advance and understand who is responsible for the results of the work.

Research conducted at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency aims to find out and analyze the actual value of advertising tax revenue with the aim of increasing Regional Original Income (PAD). This research also seeks to understand and analyze the causes of the decline in advertising tax revenues, as well as the factors that cause low taxpayer compliance. Using a descriptive approach, this research relies on interview findings and data regarding advertising tax targets and realization from 2014 to 2018. Data analysis involves surveys at research locations to collect information and draw conclusions, comparing identified problems with relevant theories to obtain support.The lack of contribution from advertising tax revenues to the Medan City Regional Tax Revenue and Retribution Agency is hampering the increase in PAD, due to low performance in achieving predetermined targets and the ineffectiveness of existing regulations. These regulations, especially those that limit the placement of advertisements, such as prohibiting sidewalks and roads and requiring the placement of advertisements on privately owned land, create obstacles for advertising businesses in obtaining location permits. The lack of taxpayer compliance is influenced by several factors such as weak enforcement and supervision of Satpol PP, limited awareness of advertisers, tax officers' inadequate efforts to interact with taxpayers, the large number of taxpayers who do not report, and public expectations regarding the solution. advertising tax arrears.

Regular and effective maintenance at Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) at Syamsudin Noor Airport in Banjarmasin is very important to maintain the performance and reliability of the system. However, the maintenance process is often still carried out manually or using less efficient methods. Therefore, this research aims to develop a web-based ARFF maintenance application that can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance process. From the results of research on the development of the Web-based Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin Airport Maintenance Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (Arff) application, conclusions can be drawn in the form of making it easier for officers/admins to search and present actual information. Makes it easier to create monthly or annual reports that include all reports that can be done efficiently.

Banking is one way to solve problems related to business finance. Banking is a place to provide financing to develop a business that is being worked on. According to the theory, Account Officers have an important impact on determining customers. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the analysis of the role of the Account Officer in overcoming problematic financing at the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank? and How is the performance analysis of the Account Officer in overcoming problematic financing at the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank? This study uses a qualitative research method with a type of field study research. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study mention the role of the account officer in analyzing and processing financing applications at the BSI KCP Ponorogo bank including managing accounts, managing products, managing financing and managing sales by approaching debtors and the need for review at any time. The performance of the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank account officer in preventing problematic financing at the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank includes the financing application stage where the account officer gives time to prospective debtors to complete the requirements as a standard selection in financing, the financing proposal stage with reference to the selection of information obtained from existing social, the stage of providing financing facilities which shows that the account officer offers existing facilities based on the features of the selected prospective debtor, the financing stage which reviews the financing facilities by reviewing the financing facilities obtained by the prospective debtor or debtor. The efforts to resolve problematic financing at BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank are financing restructuring which includes rescheduling.

This research was written to find out the Effect of Service Excellent Check-In Counter Officers on Lion Air Passenger Satisfaction at Yogyakaeta International Airport. This research was written to find out how much influence service excellent has on customer satisfaction at Lion Air at the Yogyakarta International Airport. Excellent service in the service sector is taken into account, because the excellent service of the check-in counter staff has an impact on the satisfaction felt by customers. The results of this study can be used as input in order to improve service excellence on the performance of check-in counter officers for Lion Air so that it can reflect the quality of the products produced, especially for guaranteeing customer satisfaction. This study used a quantitative method, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire in which the questionnaire was distributed to passengers who had used Lion air flight services at the Yogyakarta International airport. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents. and data selected using probability sampling or (simple random sampling) the results of data collection will be processed using SPSS to obtain results. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between service excellent on Lion air airline customer satisfaction at Yogyakarta International airport. The t test was carried out which produced t count (9.622) greater than t table (1.660) and R square or a coefficient of determination of 48.6%, so that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that there is an influence of excellent service on customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of respondents, the implementation of the Honey Bee Cultivation Training program and the level of farmer satisfaction with the Honey Bee Cultivation Training program. The samples used were 30 breeder samples and data collected by using. Data analysis uses the Index Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. The results of this include the characteristics of respondents who took part in the training, the majority of people of productive age were breeders aged 41-50 years as much as 37%. In terms of gender, the majority is male, 83%, which is because the breeders who take part in the Honey Bee Training program are not only from Simalungun Regency, but several breeders come from outside the city of Simalungun Regency. At the educational level, it was found that Bachelor graduates dominated the number by 60%. This is also related to the respondents' farming experience, several respondents who have more than 30 years of farming experience have high creativity and innovation in making stups or bee boxes using cement to prevent theft of beehives. Based on the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the performance or service value provided by officers of the Flora Nauli Center Honey Bee Cultivation Training program in Simalungun Regency was 73,15. The CSI Value Criteria explains that the value of 73,15 is in the "Satisfied" criteria.

This research is based on the background of rule violations that often occur by officers during On The Job Training (OJT) at Sultan Muhamad Salahuddin Bima Airport, for example, such as not being on time and wearing incomplete uniforms. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance strategy of AVSEC officers in checking passenger goods on X-Ray machines and how AVSEC officers handle malfunctioning X-Ray machines. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and using SWOT analysis variable weighting. Respondents in this study were security officers in the X-Ray machine section of the Aviation Security unit at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport in Bima. The results of this study are: 1). The performance strategy of AVSEC officers in checking passenger goods on X-Ray machines at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport is in accordance with existing handling standards and can support the continuity of discipline of duties and responsibilities that are better. 2). The way AVSEC officers handle malfunctioning X-Ray machines at Sultan Muhammad Salahudin Airport in Bima is by checking goods manually using Walk Through Metal Detector (WTMD) and Hand Held Metal Detecor (HHMD) machines.  The performance strategy of Aviation Security officers shows in quadrant one, namely aggressive growth (grow oriented strategy).

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the Night Service in Bulak District. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach which produces data in the form of written words from interviews, observations and documentation. The focus of this study uses the suitability model of program implementation by David C. Korten. The results of this study indicate that the night service program has received a positive response by being the answer to public complaints so that public services provided by the government can be closer, easier, and less complicated. This is supported by the ability of officers in night services as a whole, the community of Bulak District responded positively. Because it is in accordance with what is expected by the community, namely providing services in a friendly, polite, fast, thorough, and informative manner, although there are still visible officers who look tired. Interestingly, the community is also involved in evaluating the performance of the implementers, namely the night service officers in order to improve service quality standards.

The covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is part of the 2019 coronavirus disease (covid 19) pandemic that is currently taking place throughout the world. During the Covid 19 pandemic there was a system change at Pattimura Ambon Airport, especially in the AOCC unit, namely a change in online system services. The purposes of this study are 1) To determine the impact that the covid pandemic has had on performance at the Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) unit. 2) To see the positive and negative values ​​due to the impact of the covid pandemic on the Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) at Pattimura Ambon International Airport. This study uses a qualitative method. The instruments used were the researchers themselves supported by the results of interviews, observations and documentation with supporting documents from the AOCC and the air transport unit at Pattimura Ambon International Airport. To answer the formulation of the research problem, the researcher conducted 3 stages of analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the Covid pandemic has had a huge impact on airport services because this pandemic has required the government to issue regulations that greatly impact AOCC service activities because it results in changes to the work system so that it also has an impact on the performance of AOCC service officers. This is also related to the solution set by the Airport Operational Control Center Unit, namely changing their work system in providing services to passengers. Previously, Customer Service Staff provided services to passengers directly, so during the pandemic this was changed through a monitor screen. Not only that, the Airport Operational Control Center Unit also changed the working hour limit which was originally until 08.00 Wit. during the pandemic, the limit of working hours for AOCC was only until 04.00 Wit. coupled with the change of staff every day alternately.

The background of this research is that the performance of field technical officers at the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service is still not optimal. The contributing factors are office facilities, work motivation and work discipline of Animal Health Technical Officers which also do not support performance implementation. Thus, the purpose of this study was to find out and describe office facilities, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of Animal Health Technical Officers. The method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of the study showing that office facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if the office facilities increase, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if work motivation increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Health Technical officers. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, 2) to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors for the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, 3) to determine the implementation of the human resource management compensation system in improving teacher performance at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village. This type of research is field research, namely research conducted directly with the object of research and data collection is carried out in the field. Researchers are trying to uncover Public Relations Strategies in Increasing New Students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The results of this study are (1) the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village is all income in the form of money, direct and indirect goods received by teachers as compensation for services provided to MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village . This compensation takes the form of salary, benefits, incentives, and benefits. (2) Inhibiting factors: delays in giving salaries because many SPP payments are in arrears and there are bailouts, there is often overtime work outside working hours so that more funds are needed for payment, employees are often absent without prior coordination so working hours are not filled by officers this results in reduced compensation. Supporting factors: not a large number of educational and educational staff so it is easier to coordinate internally. (3) Implementation of a human resource management compensation system in improving teacher performance, namely at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, the provision of compensation can be said to be effective in increasing the performance of teachers and employees. Teachers feel more responsible for carrying out their duties and performance appraisals that can improve employment status can have an impact on the welfare obtained and continue to motivate teachers in carrying out their duties. The better the performance appraisal of a teacher, the increase in status and compensation received can be considered.

One aspect that supports and optimizes the security and safety of passengers is Aviation Security (AVSEC) flight security personnel. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an influence of Aviation Security (AVSEC) inspection services at Passengers Security Check Point (PSCP) Supadio Pontianak International Airport on passenger satisfaction and to find out how much influence there was between Aviation Security (AVSEC) security check services at Passengers Security Check Point (PSCP) Supadio Pontianak International Airport for passenger satisfaction. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using data analysis techniques, namely instrument testing, hypothesis testing, simple linear regression testing, and coefficient of determination testing. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a sample of 100 respondents who are users of air transport services at Supadio Pontianak International Airport and who have passed inspection at the Passengers Security Check Point (PSCP). The research results concluded that; first Ha was accepted because there was an influence between the performance of Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers on passenger satisfaction at Supadio Pontianak International Airport as evidenced by the T count 15,445 > T table 1.948 and the sig value 0.00 <0.05. Second, it is known that the R square is 0.709, which means that the effect of the independent variable (AVSEC Officer Service) on the dependent variable (Passenger Satisfaction) is 70.9%.

On Time Performance is very important for the image of an airline company. The performance of boarding gate officers is one of main factors in creating On Time Performance during the brading process it is also necessary to have quality human resource support god service to passangers. Gate officers must be careful and coordinae with other staff in carrying out boarding. Analysis of the performance of gate officers in achieving an On Time Performance flight based on performance indicators. To analyze the data in this study using descriptive qualitative methods. Reserch data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, documentation and literature studies in the boarding gate work unit area of PT Kokapura Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. The result of this study are the performance of boarding gate officers who are quite good at providing boarding services to passanger. Boarding gate officers carry out boarding activities in accordance with the Standart Operational Procedure (SOP) that applies to each airline handled by PT Kokapura Ahmad Yani. The obstacle experienced by gate officers was the lack of information regarding flight delays, however, gate officers were able to overcome these obstacles bycoordinating and updating every 10 minutes with operational staff regarding the condition of the aircraft to be boarded.

The Terminal Service Officer, or better known as the Terminal Inspection Service, is a work unit tasked with supervising all facilities in the Land Side area of the airport, curb/sidewalk, parking area and terminal building. Before the airport operates, the Terminal Service Officer ensures or checks in advance whether all facilities are ready to operate or not, if one of these facilities is not ready, it will affect the operational processes of El Tari Kupang International Airport and can also pose a risk to the performance of TSO officers. . The purpose of this research is to find out the performance and efforts of Terminal Service Officers in resolving obstacles to facility monitoring at El Tari Kupang International Airport. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using data from interviews with 3 Terminal Service Officers, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, Terminal Service Officers (TSO) have duties and responsibilities that are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures including facilities that are the responsibility of Terminal Service Officers, especially the land side area, passenger terminal and departure/arrival area, carry out routine checks supporting facilities to keep them operating properly. If in carrying out the supervision there is a damaged facility, it will be immediately coordinated with the unit concerned and repaired immediately.

Aviation Security officers play an important role in carrying out inspections to maintain the security and safety of prospective passengers. This study aims to determine the application of inspection procedures in the new adaptation era and to analyze the performance of Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers in the new normal adaptation era at Lede Kalumbang Airport. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation collected from relevant informants when the writer went into the field. The results of this study indicate that the inspection procedure in the new normal adaptation era is the same as the previous examination but there are additional checks or rules such as passengers must wear masks, maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter and examine health documents for passengers who will travel. And the performance of Aviation Security personnel at Lede Kalumbang Airport is in accordance with the SOP set at Lede Kalumbang Airport.

Yogyakarta International Airport is a replacement for Adiscipto Airport which is considered unable to accommodate many passengers so that a larger airport is built, it can have an influence on the performance of aviation security personnel on the supervision and security of passengers so that security and guarding of passengers at the airport terminal can be maintained from people who commit violations or acts against the law in the airport environment. The research that researchers use is a study using qualitative methods using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation, analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and validity testing using triangulation. Based on the quality of officers able to carry out supervisory duties, the quantity of officers is in accordance with the needs because it is assisted by CCTV and helps each other to back up, the timeliness of officers must arrive on time because there is a briefing, for the effectiveness of the load is sufficient depending on the officer, it needs supervision from the company and officers know for areas that must be guarded and officers will coordinate with related parties for guarding there are inspection lanes, WTMD, HHMD, checkpoints and Sageway, HT, and patrol cars for patrols. The performance of Aviation Security officers in conducting surveillance & passenger security is good according to applicable regulations which are used as the basis for performing duties at airports and the readiness of officers in conducting surveillance & passenger security at Yogyakarta International Airport aviation security officers already have and use adequate facilities in conducting surveillance and passenger security.

Apron movement control personnel must have a license or competency certificate to prevent human error from occurring due to negligence of personnel at work. Drivers who drive GSE vehicles exceeding the maximum limit do not know the rules on the Air side, officers who do not wear vests when on the apron, and taxi way charie under repair. This study aims to determine the performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in supporting flight security and safety at Supadio Pontianak International Airport, to find out the obstacles encountered by Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. In supporting flight safety and security at Supadio Pontianak Airport, and to find out the efforts made to improve the performance of AMC officers in supporting flight safety and security at Supadio Pontianak Airport. In conducting research, the author uses qualitative research methods, which aim to find, analyze and manage data obtained from direct events that occur in the field by understanding social interactions through interviews and observations. This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II (persero) Supadio Pontianak International Airport at the Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit from 01 January 2023 to 30 January 2023. Data analysis techniques used in this study include: data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the AMC unit at Supadio Pontianak International Airport has been very good at supporting flight safety and security as seen from the personnel. Actions to overcome safety and security risks that are implemented in the work environment of the AMC unit are implemented by plotting parking stands and coordination with towers and GH. The obstacles encountered by the AMC unit included the lack of Apron Movement Control unit personnel, as well as the condition of Charlie's taxiway which had a slight crack which could result in accidents and incidents. Efforts are being made to improve the performance of AMC unit officers in supporting flight security and safety, namely by minimizing existing human resources so that they can run well and stay focused on the duties of each AMC unit personnel.
