The Cinderella Complex syndrome is a phenomenon that affects adolescent girls in contemporary society. This study aims to explore strategies to overcome this syndrome through psychoeducation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with thematic analysis. Data were collected through interviews and observations of female millennial students. The results show that factors such as 1) having a boyfriend, 2) receiving male attention, 3) depending on and being influenced by others, 4) lack of confidence in their abilities, 5) desire to marry young, 6) having fears that can inhibit success, 7) lack of independence, 8) received parenting styles influence the Cinderella Complex syndrome in adolescent girls. The implications of this research are the need for psychological interventions, such as psychoeducation, to help adolescent girls overcome their fear of independence and develop self-confidence. Hopefully, these findings will contribute to understanding and addressing the Cinderella Complex syndrome in adolescent girls in contemporary society.

The development of TikTok social media is in line with the current digital era. This gives rise to social media which can be a learning medium because social media really attracts attention and is close to the millennial generation who are attached to the digital world. One of the social media that is currently popular is the TikTok application. TikTok can be an interesting and fun learning medium. The use of the TikTok application as a learning medium is expected to help students and educators in learning. Therefore, this research aims to show that TikTok social media can be an alternative and interactive learning media in pai learning. The method used is a qualitative case study approach and literature study by analyzing several articles that are relevant to the development of TikTok as a learning medium. The results of the study show that the use of TikTok social media as a learning medium can increase students' activeness and creativity in the learning process. Students can freely express their creativity through TikTok with a variety of features, thus making TikTok an effective learning medium in creating interactive pie learning. This research has the effect of making TikTok social media an interactive learning medium for educators and students in pai learning.  

Work-life balance is one of the key factors in improving employee well-being and performance, especially for millennials who have high expectations of work flexibility. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction and productivity of millennial employees, with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee productivity, with a stronger effect on productivity. In addition, work-life balance also has a very large influence on employee engagement, which means that employees with a good work-life balance will be more engaged in their work. Employee engagement itself was shown to have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee productivity, confirming that employees who feel emotionally and cognitively engaged in their work tend to be more satisfied and more productive. Furthermore, employee engagement was also shown to mediate the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction and employee productivity, but this mediating effect was stronger on productivity than on job satisfaction. The findings of this study confirm that work-life balance plays an important role in improving millennial employees' satisfaction and productivity, with employee engagement as an intermediary factor that strengthens the relationship

The easy generation as the successor to the future generation of the nation has an important and urgent role on its shoulders. One of the roles that must be shared by the nation's generation, especially millennials, is how they are able and have a character that is in accordance with the noble values ​​of Pancasila, especially in law enforcement and anti-corruption behavior. It is important to know that corruption is a problem in Indonesia that has not yet been resolved and there tends to be an increase in cases from the previous year. This indicates that the regeneration of the Indonesian nation is on the verge of failure in forming the character of an anti-corruption generation of the nation. By actively and massively applying and implementing Pancasila values, it is hoped that this anti-corruption attitude will be able to grow. In this article, the normative research type is used to analyze the above issues which are the focus of the research. The results of the research show that the existence of Pancasila as a way of life for the younger generation of the Indonesian nation is not working effectively, so concrete efforts are needed to instill these values, one of which is education and the formation of the Pancasila character, both through formal/educational and non-formal institutions.  

Generation Z (gen Z), is the term for the genartions born between 1997 and 2012, generally reperred two as “Gen Z” This generation emerged after the millennial generation and before the alpha generation. Globalization has changed higher education institutions to improve quality and competitiveness towards becoming a world class university (WCU). Therefore, the research objective is to determine WCU using the balanced scorecard (BSC) approach with 5 (five) perspectives). The research design is a qualitative approach. This research is a case study research, namely Darussalam Gontor University (UNIDA Gontor). Data analysis is inductive, with exploratory descriptive analysis techniques. The research results show that in order to move towards WCU from the perspective of (1) organizational changes: research, it is necessary to increase international collaborative research and international publications, (2) human resource policies, it is necessary to increase the number of lecturers with professor and doctoral degrees. (3) academic programs, need to be pioneered by internationally accredited study programs, (4) Internal Governance, UNIDA Gontor has established itself as a millennial Islamic boarding school campus and is designated as a campus that implements the best integrity zone at PTKI and (5) Financial, UNIDA Gontor needs to develop and explore resources -funding sources from domestic and foreign partners to strengthen internationalization programs towards WCU.

This research aims to compare the semantic phenomena of slang used by the Millennial generation and Gen Z on social media. The main focus of this research is to identify the types of slang that are often used by both generations, as well as understanding the meaning and reasons for the use of slang by the Millennial generation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data obtained through journal reviews and analysis of documentation from social media such as Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), and Instagram. This research found that there are significant differences in the types of slang used by the Millennial and Gen Z generations, which are influenced by cultural and technological developments. In addition, this research reveals that the main reason the Millennial generation uses slang on social media is to strengthen social ties, show familiarity, and follow trends. The use of slang is also considered a way to create a unique and relevant digital identity in their social environment.

The purpose of this activity is to provide insight into relevant leadership skills, increase adaptability, and empower students to lead effectively in a dynamic work environment. The important target of the seminar Transforming the Digitalization Era in Shaping the Spirit of Leadership in Gen-Z and Millennials is all students of the Potensi Utama University, study program in preparing the younger generation to become adaptive, innovative, inclusive, and ethical leaders in the digital era. Through increased understanding of technology, development of leadership skills, formation of a collaborative spirit, expansion of professional networks, and ethical awareness, this seminar is expected to produce future leaders who are ready to face the complexities and opportunities offered by the modern world of work. The method was conducted indoors using slides and presentations in front of the students. Several questions and answers about the material provided were held to facilitate all students in understanding and knowing more about the material that had been delivered previously. The implementation of community service activities took place in the Hall Building B, University of Main Potential Medan starting at 09.00 WIB until completion, attended by 400 student participants from all study programs at the University of Main Potential both offline and online (zoom). Activities in the form of direct delivery of material. The results of the seminar activities are that students are expected to develop adaptive and innovative skills in accordance with the demands of the times, students will also be able to recognize and overcome the challenges of digitalization, as well as implement effective leadership strategies, In addition, this seminar aims to expand the professional network of participants, so that they can collaborate and share experiences with peers. Overall, the seminar is expected to produce young leaders who are ready to face the dynamics and complexities of the modern working world.

Tiktok is an application that is now widely used by the millennial generation, especially high school students. The purpose of this writing is to determine the influence of TikTok on the language development of high school students. This research uses qualitative data collection techniques or a descriptive approach. The theoretical basis and discussion comes from the results of literature research from various sources such as books, journals and articles.The research results show that the Tiktok application is one of the most influential things in language development. It cannot be denied that everything has a positive or negative impact. Therefore, parents and educators should pay more attention to elementary school students' language skills, so that their language development shows a more positive attitude.

This research aims to test the influence of Brand Satisfaction on Brands Loyalty with Emotional Brand Attachment and Brand Love as Intervening Variables. In this study, the population was Millennial Consumers at Clinic Ms Glow Medan. Sample used in this research were 150 respondents, sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires and answers assessed using a Likert scale. Data analysis uses SmartPLS with analysis methods SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this research show that brand satisfaction, emotional brand attachment, and brand love have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. Brand satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on emotional brand attachment. Brand satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand love. Emotional brands attachment has a positive and significant effect on brand love. Brand satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty on Millennial Consumers at Clinic Ms Glow Medan mediated by emotional brand attachment. Brand satisfaction has a positive effect and significant impact on brand loyalty on Millennial Consumer at Clinic Ms Glow Medan which is mediated by brand love, in this case it is in the form of complementary mediation.

Increasing the level of understanding about taxation for the nation's next generation, namely the millennial generation, is very important to create the next generation who understand and obey taxation in order to realize a bright future for the nation. The qualitative approach method is the research methodology used in this research journal, and the type of research is literature study or also library research where this research method collects data through studying and understanding theories from related literature or different sources. The findings from this research are that it is very important for the millennial generation to be provided with knowledge about the basics of taxation as early as possible, so that the millennial generation can understand how important taxes are for the development of the country

The creative industry is changing the way people communicate from physical contact to using internet technology. A strategy that utilizes social media as a means of growing social media engagement. The aim of this research is to explain USS Feed's social media marketing strategy in building social media engagement. This research uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive methods and to obtain research data using observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. Next, it is analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data, and making a summary by drawing conclusions. The theory used. Social media strategy, namely business goals: building a company image, target audience: millennial generation and gen-z, social analysis gathering information that is developing among gen-z and millennials, planning and brainstorming big ideas about things that are currently happening to create a content, human integrity advertising and social media: promotional strategies on other social media platforms, platform implementation: designing the flow and content of content so that it provides appeal. The theory of social media engagement is: the content resonates with them, originates from a source the trust, reflects something about themselves, other responds, you respond, you give benefits. Research shows that the strategy implemented by USS Feed has accommodated all elements of social media marketing and social media engagement strategies well so that it can increase social media engagement.

A good content is produced because of the existence of  personal branding and good public speaking from a creator. In the workshop students are given directions and techniques for how to build personal branding and public speaking in public, besides that students are taught how to make and produce a video to be recognized by many people. The community service activity was held at MAN 1 Pangkalpinang which was attended by 40 students. The millennial generation makes a substantial contribution to strengthening national identity through volunteering on social and environmental concerns, creating online communities, and using social media. The principles of Pancasila, which include justice, democracy, unity, divinity, and humanity, serve as the foundation for this approach. Social media can have bad effects like addiction and overconsumption, but it can also be a helpful tool for promoting causes like environmental sustainability and gender equality. Thus, the millennial generation should embrace Pancasila ideals on social media in order to raise awareness of the richness and diversity of Indonesian culture.

In the progress of the times, the use of the Indonesian language has gradually changed, there are several words in the Indonesian language whose reading has been changed, which has had a significant impact on the position of the Indonesian language as a national language and the nation's cultural identity. In this millennial era, many generations have grown up in an environment filled with technology which has made big changes in terms of communicating formally and informally. The influence of globalization and the popularity of English has also caused a shift communication preferences, where Indonesian may be less attractive to the Millennial Generation. Through literature review, data search was carried out to identify the language styles of the millennial generation and analyze it to find out the impact of using this language style. Search results shows the impact of the millennial generation's language style on the integrity of the Indonesian language in this era of globalization.

This paper will explore how millennials can face challenges such as adapting to rapid technological change, navigating evolving work cultures, and fulfilling their expectations for meaning in work.  On the other hand, this paper will also discuss the opportunities available to the millennial generation in utilizing technology and their values ​​to lead teams and organizations effectively. Through an in-depth understanding of these changes, this paper aims to provide guidance for the millennial generation who want to succeed in leadership roles in the digital era that continues to transform.

A country relies heavily on its civic education. Education makes countries progress and develop. Technological advances can have a positive or negative impact on education. There are benefits to using technology today, such as the pandemic, because lessons are conducted online. However, the negative effect is that it makes the younger generation addicted to technology. Even the era of society 5.0 can influence children's character. By instilling Pancasila values from an early age, it is hoped that the younger generation will become more aware of the importance of Pancasila for Indonesia. This article was written to determine to what extent and how the younger generation applies the principles of Citizenship Education. Analysis uses a descriptive approach and data is collected from book and journal sources. The research results show that in the last two years, especially in the millennial generation, there has been a lack of implementation of the values of Citizenship Education as strengthening children's character.    

This study aims to identify challenges and solutions to the use of effective Indonesian in academic discussions on campus, as well as its implications for improving the language skills of millennial students.  The use of effective Indonesian in academic discussions on campus is important for millennial students. However, there are challenges faced in practice, such as inadequate language skills, the influence of trends in the use of foreign languages, and a less supportive campus environment. This study aims to identify challenges and solutions in the effective use of Indonesian in academic discussions on campus. The results show that the main challenges faced are internal factors, such as the lack of Indonesian language skills, as well as external factors, such as the campus environment that tends to encourage the use of foreign languages.
