Metro ethernet is an ethernet-based high-capacity data network solution service that provides flexibility, simplicity and quality of service (qos) to business customers of internet service providers (isp) and other licensed service providers (olo). Ethernet has speeds of up to 10 gbps and with distances of tens or even hundreds of kilometers. The method used in writing this journal is to use the literature review method, namely the method used is the result of an analysis of various previously published scientific article information. Utilization of metro ethernet in its benefits, namely managing risk intelligently, in its management functioning and running independently, namely utilization for each operational, functional and administrative. Reliability, in operation metro ethernet will detect and track discovery to report that it is in a connection failure situation in its performance measurement. This research was made to find out more about the uses of the metro ethernet network and the configuration on metro ethernet.

Hypertension is an increasingly important medical and public health problem. Prevention and management of hypertension is a major public health challenge. Many cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, and hypertension can be prevented by implementing medication through routine control and realizing the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The method used is to provide education and demonstration of non-pharmacological therapy about melon juice. Melon juice therapy can be used as an alternative therapy in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients. which is easy and cheap without compromising the benefits of pharmacological drugs applied by medical personnel. The content of melon fruit contains a lot of Potassium which functions to lower blood pressure because it can cause vasodilation, dilate blood vessels, so that blood pressure can decrease. Community service activities are aimed at all residents in order to increase knowledge about non-pharmacological therapies that are relatively safe from side effects.  

Human resource management (HR) has a very important role in managing human capital and talent management in organizations. The presence of qualified and professional human resources can become strategic players in achieving organizational goals and improving individual and collective performance. This study aims to examine the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management and talent management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Respondents to this study were HR managers, employees and team leaders working in various companies in the private sector. The collected data were then analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management includes the process of recruitment, selection and appropriate placement, competence development, performance management, as well as coaching and fair rewards. Good human resources can help organizations manage human capital effectively, increase productivity, and build a positive organizational culture. In addition, the function of HR as a strategic player in talent management involves identifying and developing individual potential, creating clear career paths, managing knowledge and experience, and leadership development programs. Human resources who are able to manage and utilize existing talent will help the organization face the challenges of intense competition and ensure long-term sustainability.

The aims of this research are 1.  to find out environmental management policies in Indonesia in general; 2.  know the environmental management policies in Tulungagung Regency; 3. knowing environmental problems in Tulungagung Regency; and 4.  knowing the role of the community in maintaining, protecting, and preserving the environment. This study uses a qualitative approach to content analysis, using the literature study method. Sources of data used, namely articles, journals, research reports, and other sources that have a good reputation. The results of this study indicate that environmental problems in Tulungagung Regency are increasing pollution and increasing the volume of waste. Apart from referring to Law Number 32 of 2009, the local government also has a regional regulation, namely the Tulungagung Regency Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2018 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. The Tulungagung Regency environmental management strategy focuses on environmental functions, especially controlling environmental impacts by preventing, restoring environmental damage and pollution in the framework of achieving environmental goals of sustainable and environmentally sound regional development.

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a regulator of the money management sector, especially the financial sector, must adequately equip its capabilities to properly implement and support financial management sector activities. economic growth. OJK has a position in managing Islamic banks. The description of Islamic commercial banks is very important because they are only marginal in accelerating the development of the financial economy, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Financial Authority carries out the functions, duties, authority to regulate and control activities in the financial sector in an integrated, independent and responsible manner, particularly in the world of banking. The problems of this research are: First, how independent is the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Second, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Third, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in consumer protection and consumer investigations? The type of research method is normative law and the type of research is descriptive. In conclusion: First, other parties do not interfere with the independence of OJK in its regulation and are found to be inseparable from government interference. Such deals can lead to government intervention. Second, the role of OJK in regulating and supervising banks related to the regulation and supervision of micro stability is very broad. Third, OJK's role in consumer protection is to inform and educate the public about the good quality of the financial sector, its services and products. Stop if it can harm consumers. It is recommended: First, in addition to regulating the independence of the OJK, there must also be freedom from state intervention, so that the government cannot intervene. Second, that the OJK really places the interests of the national economy and not the interests of entrepreneurs as the center of its regulatory task. Third, clarify the provisions that make it easier for the OJK to handle consumer complaints, so that there is no prejudice as if the OJK is providing financial support to consumers.  

This article aims to review and attempt to confirm the concept of development of resource management and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that for the development of human resources and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources based on the concept, it can be done through: (a) Management training and development, (b) Identification of training and development needs, (c) Benefits, Training and development objectives, (d) Training Methods, (e) Benefits of performance management and (f) Performance measurement,(g) Performance management objectives. 

Large organisations have many different interests, so there is often a lack of understanding of tasks and missions. This study identified several issues, including the impact of current elder performance in GPP Sukadono Helvetia, the condition of elder support that does not meet performance standards, the influence of management on performance, and the impact of elder workload on performance became the main focus of this study. This research is descriptive-inferential, where there are functional relationships. If leadership (X) is systematically related to employee performance (Y), then future phenomena are likely to be predicted and the results may propose new or additional hypotheses that can be tested. This study wants to reveal that there is a significant contribution between leadership effectiveness (X) and employee performance (Y), to the empirical contribution of 27.3%. This shows that leadership plays an important role in overcoming all challenges in the organisation. Elder leadership plays an important role of 27.3% in the performance of GPP Sukadono Helvetia. Then, this study also found that the role of management in this area has not been optimal, resulting in ineffectiveness in achieving the desired performance, especially in promoting learning and improving congregational performance. This study suggests that the role of management in the future should be more aligned with the management and effectiveness of GPP Sukadono Helvetia. This will ensure that the work of GPP Sukadono Helvetia elders is not only focussed on programme activities but also that the programme contributes to the overall success of the organisation.      

Libraries play an important role in determining how the academic climate in schools is formed. To maximize scientific activities, the library is organized as a hierarchical system with many purposes and functions. The main reason why the goals and functions of libraries cannot be implemented effectively is because most of the school libraries in Indonesia currently do not meet the demands, both in terms of convenience and selection of library materials. Therefore, steps must be taken to restore proper library operations. The impact of better library services on the reading interest of SMP Kartini Taman students was one of the topics raised. This project is just one of many that Kampus Merdeka is undertaking as part of the Teaching Campus initiative. The service period in 2023 lasts from February 20 to June 16. Serving at the Junior High School which is located on Jl. Ki Suryo Jati Utara, Kedungturi Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency, is the responsibility of our team. Through the implementation of school library management reform initiatives, this program seeks to restore the function of the school library in accordance with its vision and mission. The planning stage (Planning), the organizing stage (Organizing), the implementation stage (Actuating), and the control stage are the first steps in improving the administrative services of the implemented school library. Collecting data in this service is carried out using a qualitative descriptive methodology which includes interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the initiatives made and the findings, the children's enthusiasm for reading in class increased. Thus, efforts to improve library services are ensured to be successful and right on target.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms on financial distress with earnings management as a moderating variable. The population used consists of companies in the infrastructure, utility, and transportation sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 – 2022. This study uses a causality study with purposive sampling and analyzed by logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on financial distress, while the audit committee has no effect on financial distress. Earnings management as a moderating variable weakens the relationship between institutional ownership and financial distress but is not significant. Meanwhile, earnings management strengthens the relationship of the audit committee to financial distress but is not significant. The implication of this research is that companies need to increase the role and function of supervision and audit committees to minimize the risk of financial distress. Although earnings management is not able to moderate institutional ownership and audit committees, companies still need to improve supervision, especially on the financial reporting process to avoid the risk of financial distress.

Writing This article tries to explain the main tasks and functions of educator management which are part of national education standards. This research is applying a qualitative descriptive method with the type of research used, namely the study of literature from various sources such as books and journals. The research findings show that the management of the duties and functions of educators and education staff is carried out in accordance with statutory regulations with the aim of increasing national education standards, advancing science, technology and the arts, as well as providing physical education for the local population. Six elements make up the implementation of the responsibilities and functions of educators and education management: planning, recruitment, placement, coaching, employment and evaluation. Management functions and tasks are useful for schools in overcoming the shortage of teachers and education personnel through recruitment. Individual learning, training and further education are also used in construction and development; both are run by working groups of instructors, schools, and the education office.

This research presents the Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) in Islamic Financial Institutions, which plays a part in supervision and is responsible for Islamic teachings. Based on the research findings, it is expected that the members of the board have a deep understanding in the fields of fiqh muamalah, finance, and economics. The functions and characteristics of DPS in Islamic banking are intertwined with influential networks that align with the management of Islamic banking risks, such as reputational risk, which ultimately affects other risks, such as liquidity risk. DPS has the responsibility to ensure that various products and actions of Islamic banks are in line with the principles of Sharia. This research includes relevant literature reviews. The objective of this research is to elucidate the role of DPS in Islamic banking. The analysis adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, which means the researcher needs to dissect and describe the investigated issues. Data collection is conducted through document reviews and literature sources.

In Article 80 of the Law on Environmental Protection and Management, it has been regulated regarding government coercive administrative sanctions aimed at stopping violations and taking action to restore environmental functions.  According to Law no.  32 of 2009 regarding the protection and management of the environment which is already stated in Article 1 paragraph (14) which states that environmental pollution is the entry or inclusion of living things.  The data analysis method used is qualitative with research results based on certain statutory norms related to environmental protection and management.  In Indonesia there have been several cases that are quite detrimental and endanger the region itself.  To protect the area from these things, the government also issued an Environmental Protection and Management Act aimed at protecting and preventing the environment from environmental crimes from irresponsible actors as well as informing or guiding local communities and entrepreneurs to protect their environment.  Fine criminal sanctions are carried out to overcome and restore the environment, and pay compensation to the government as an environmental supervisor.  The principle of ultimum remedium is applied here, namely criminal sanctions that are given after administrative sanctions have been given once to the perpetrators of crimes in the form of imprisonment and also fines.  Imprisonment sanctions as an ultimatum remedium support the enforcement of norms and strengthen administrative sanctions if they are not implemented optimally.

The organ of the company in carrying out its management functions is the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is one of the company's organs. In the company, directors have obligations that must be carried out. The negligence committed by the board of directors has the right to be held accountable and can be subject to sanctions. These actions can be detrimental to the company, and can lead to legal consequences of the actions that have been committed. It is better for the directors to ask for approval in advance in the company's GMS, but this is not done by the directors and only takes their own policies aimed at taking their own benefits which can clearly be detrimental to the company, because these assets belong to the company. From this background, in this issue what is discussed is how to analyze the abuse of authority of limited company directors over the use of company assets. This type of research belongs to normative law where the work done is to process data related to the problem, besides that this research can also be seen from its nature, literature research, library research, using legal literature materials related to the problem under study.

An education system without functioning education management or management is unlikely to be able to foster school growth. Management procedures must be implemented systematically and dynamically in the National Education System. The principal as a manager with executive and leadership functions needs to align his internal capabilities in responding to the pressing needs of his environment. Managerial is a process or framework that involves guiding or directing a group of people towards organizational goals or real purposes. For the sake of achieving a successful institution in the realm of education, of course, it is very much determined by the quality of the teacher's performance guided by the Principal. Specifically, this research is intended to explore, analyze and obtain data on planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the managerial implementation of school principals in improving the quality of teacher performance at Masagi Islamic Middle School, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subject is the principal of the school. The results of the research, namely: (1) Planning has been carried out in accordance with applicable guidelines, (2) Organizing is carried out in a balanced manner by prioritizing performance, competence and rank order, (3) Implementation of managerial competencies by seeking effective learning, (4) Evaluation school principals in improving teacher performance by carrying out monitoring and evaluation of each activity that has been carried out, making reports on program implementation and following up on evaluation results. The obstacles faced in efforts to improve teacher performance professionally include the problem of limited human resources in implementing teacher professional capacity building.

The BKN was established to function not only to collect administrative data, but to develop the competence of civil servants in a more effective way so that they can provide support for development missions, governance, and public services. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. Analysis of employee payroll accounting information systems should be carried out effectively and required relevant information and a system, namely an accounting information system as a means of communication which can later be used for the needs of company management. Likewise things at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan Bungo Jambi Regency where employee payroll accounting is very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the payroll accounting information system for employees at PT. Star Rubber, obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems and efforts to overcome obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems at PT. Star Rubber. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were obtained from subjects in the study including the Director, Expenditure Treasurer and employees regarding the payroll system of PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan and Employees of PT. Star Rubber.  The results showed that the Employee Payroll Accounting Information System at PT. Star Rubber has been designed to support the achievement of company goals and the creation of good internal control. In addition, the payroll and remuneration system is also designed to ensure that employees' salaries and wages are paid. While the related functions at PT. Star Rubber is a staffing function that is held by the personnel department, the function of recording employee attendance times is held by the timekeeper, the function of making payroll and wages is handled by the personnel section, the cashier function, and the function of paying salaries and wages is authorized by the personnel and cashier section.

Efforts to reduce stunting rates in Sibalaya Selatan Village are carried out through data collection on stunted children, provision of supplementary food, socialization, and monitoring and evaluation. The POAC function (planning, organizing, actuating, Controling.) method is used to ensure that the activities carried out are planned, coordinated and measurable. Implementation of activities is carried out by involving the community, government, and related institutions. The results of the evaluation show that the implementation of the activity has succeeded in increasing community awareness about the importance of good nutrition for child development and reducing the stunting rate in the village. It is hoped that the results of this report can provide an overview of the implementation of POAC management in handling stunting rates and provide inspiration for other villages to implement similar programs.

Strategic management has a very important role and needs to be implemented in improving the accreditation status of the hospital. The strategy that has been made must be implemented properly in order to ensure development and sustainability. This strategy must be applicable to all hospital parties in order to improve service quality and accreditation status. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study are the function of strategic management in improving accreditation status by carrying out procedures so that it can assist hospitals in making better plans with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. It can be concluded that in improving the quality of health, strategic management is also needed to improve services. With accreditation strategic management, the hospital becomes the object of focus or a process of assessing and determining the eligibility of the hospital according to service standards set by an independent accreditation agency. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For hospitals strategic management is very important and needs to be done optimally to support the improvement of accreditation status. So agencies improve infrastructure facilities, adequate human resources and supporting facilities.

A role is a set of behaviors expected of a person according to his social position. Roles are based on rules and expectations because it is the role that explains what individuals must do in a given situation in order to meet their own expectations or the expectations of others. The purpose of this research is to know the role of Village Community Empowerment Institution in Binalang Village, and this research uses qualitative research method. Instrument researchers are researchers themselves. From the results of this study concluded that the role of LPMD in Binalang Village is not optimal, this is seen from the low ability of LPMD to increase community participation and lack of ability to plan development. To overcome the problems related to the low role of the Community Empowerment Institution, it is necessary to train the quality improvement program of human resources for LPMD management in the form of providing training with orientation to the main task and function of LPMD itself.

The results of the discussion concluded that cash management plays a role in the liquidity of CV. PSP Group, this can be proven from the results of research by calculating liquidity with the Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Quick Ratio, where the calculation results for 1 year, namely from January to December 2021 the calculation results for the liquidity ratio are > 1 as much as 75%, where with the existence of good cash management will have a positive impact, which means the application of cash management at CV. PSP Group is better, on company liquidity and financial conditions with a liquidity ratio of < 1 of 25%, which means that future conditions need to be improved in cash management to make it even better because there are still conditions that cash management in 2021 is not liquid or in the sense that CV. From July to September, the PSP Group was unable to pay its current debts in a timely manner, which resulted in obstacles to the company's payment of employee salaries and other important company expenses.
