Effective and efficient logistics management at the Nutrition Installation is an important factor in ensuring the availability and quality of food for patients. This study aims to analyze logistics management in nutritional installations. The method used is the content analysis method by searching 10 reviews in various health journal sources in Indonesia for the past 10 years. The results of an integrated literature review explain that logistics management in the Nutrition Installation ensures the availability and quality of food for patients. Logistics management includes storage systems, distribution systems, budget systems required annually or monthly. Several logistics management processes in each hospital are different but run well, even though there are many shortcomings. Logistics management at Nutritional Installations is carried out optimally by increasing the accuracy of planning food needs, procuring food ingredients appropriately, improving food storage standards, timely distribution of food, and carrying out regular monitoring and evaluation, making it easier for health workers to carry out their duties and minimize undesirable events.

The sharia economy offers a different approach from conventional economics, prioritizing the principles of justice, transparency, and sustainability. In the sharia economic system, there are various instruments that must be understood in depth by the actors. One of these instruments is sharia tax or known as Al-Kharaj. Al-Kharaj is a type of tax levied on land conquered by Muslims and administered by the government. This concept not only contains financial aspects but also has high social values and justice. This community service activity uses a lecture and discussion method aimed at STIE Ganesha Semester 4 Regular A. Management S1 students A. This activity is prepared for approximately 3 (three) months which includes the preparation, planning and implementation stages. The implementation of the activity was carried out for 1 (one) day, where the PKM team consisted of 4 (four) STIE Ganesha dsen and 8 (eight) students, where the lecturer was responsible for compiling the material and giving lectures, while students assisted in logistics and documentation to ensure that the activity ran smoothly and effectively. With a clear and interactive presentation, the lecture session succeeded in providing participants with a deep understanding of Al-Kharaj sharia tax  and with an interactive and collaborative atmosphere, the discussion session succeeded in deepening the participants' understanding and giving them the opportunity to apply the concepts they have learned in practical situations.

PT.Eka Multi Logistik is a land and sea transportation management (JPT) service company that has been involved in the field of goods transportation for Export, Import and Local since 2018, located on Jl. Kalimantan NO.65/67 Makassar City, South Sulawesi Consumer or customer satisfaction can be influenced by various factors that are closely related, including price and service quality. The aim of this research is to see whether there is an influence between the independent variables (price and quality of service) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). This research was carried out at PT. Eka Multi Logistik using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results show the results of the calculated f test (13.350) > f table (3.231) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be interpreted that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Eka Multi Logistics.

In the growing digital era, the use of TikTok by local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises has become a significant concern in an effort to expand markets and increase sales. This article analyzes the challenges and strategies that can be adopted by  in facing e-commerce dynamics and utilizing the TikTok Platform as E-Commerce effectively. The research method used is using a qualitative approach method by conducting literature studies and literature studies. The method for data collection is obtained from the official website (e-commerce usage data) and studying theories from various literatures related to the research. The results show the importance of efficient advertising budget management, optimization of logistics and delivery, improved skills in content creation, strategic collaboration, and campaign performance monitoring as key steps in facing challenges and taking advantage of opportunities in TikTok Commerce. This study aims to find out the strategy of utilizing the management of the Motaain border area in an effort to alleviate poverty in Silawan Village. This research was conducted at the Motaain Border of Silawan Village, Belu Regency using primary and secondary data. The results of this study show how the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy uses adequate natural resources, locations close to PLBN and the existence of animal feed factories by taking advantage of opportunities such as in the agriculture and plantation, tourism and trade and logistics sectors to increase the economic activities of the local community and be able to reduce poverty in Silawan Village. The obstacles that are often faced in poverty alleviation in Silawan Village are limited resources, economic activities that occur are more dominant in the outside community and security that is still weak so that smuggling often occurs. The location close to PLBN and the existence of a animal feed factory are expected to provide alternative solutions for farmers to manage agricultural products into animal feed and revive the culture of livestock in border areas.

PT Platinum Jaya Logistic is a company engaged in logistics. Problems related to compensation are that some employees feel that they do not get compensation in accordance with their workload, so they are not maximally motivated to do their job. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT Platinum Jaya Logistic. The research method is to apply a quantitative design. Sampling was done with a saturated sample technique of 50 employees. The data processing method starts from the data quality test which consists of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t tests and F tests. The results of this study indicate that the questionnaire variables are valid and reliable and free from econometric problems. The compensation variable partially affects employee performance at PT Platinum Jaya Logistic is positive and significant. The motivation variable partially influences employee performance at PT. Platinum Jaya Logistic is also positive and significant. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Platinum Jaya Logistic. The results of this study can be the basis for developing a broader human resource management strategy, which involves aspects of compensation and motivation as the main key in improving employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on the performance of employees in the logistics and distribution department at CV. Sinar Teknik Perkasa. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is CV. Sinar Teknik Perkasa, located at Central Dawuan, Cikampek, Karawang, West Java 41373. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The results of the interviews and observations were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The preliminary study results show that the implementation of SOP in the logistics and distribution department at CV. Sinar Teknik Perkasa has been effective. The preparation of SOPs was carried out by making field notes on mentoring activities and compiling SOP formats. Meanwhile, the implementation of SOP preparation assistance was carried out in six stages, namely the preparation stage, the formation of an implementation team, planning, drafting, testing SOP drafts, and implementing SOPs. SOPs are needed to regulate the quality assurance of organizational management.

The implementation of predictive analytics led to a 20% reduction in delivery times and a 15% decrease in logistics costs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. However, the study also highlights challenges in integrating real-time data from multiple sources and scaling predictive models across diverse product categories and geographic regions. The results emphasize the need for e-commerce platforms to invest in technology that enables seamless data integration and the development of region-specific predictive models. The findings are compared with industry benchmarks, showing that the improvements in logistics and supply chain performance align with global trends. Based on these results, the study recommends best practices for implementing predictive analytics, including effective data collection, machine learning model training, and scalability considerations. By following these practices, e-commerce companies can optimize their supply chains, reduce operational costs, and increase customer satisfaction, positioning them for greater competitive advantage in the marketplace.

This research investigates the impact of English language acquisition on transportation literacy among transportation management students. Through qualitative analysis of interviews and document analysis, the study explores how proficiency in English influences students' comprehension of key transportation concepts. The findings reveal that English language proficiency significantly enhances students' understanding of complex transportation topics, such as logistics, safety regulations, and multimodal transportation systems. Integrating effective language learning strategies, such as real-world scenarios and interactive activities, into transportation management courses can bridge the gap between language proficiency and transportation literacy. Additionally, innovative assessment methods, such as performance-based assessments, offer a more comprehensive approach to evaluating students' language proficiency and its application in transportation contexts. The study recommends ongoing professional development for educators, collaboration with industry partners, and the promotion of multilingualism to enhance transportation literacy among students. By adopting these recommendations, educational institutions can ensure that transportation management students are equipped with the necessary language skills to succeed in an increasingly globalised and diverse transportation industry.

This research explores the critical role of English communication in promoting safety within the transportation industry. Through qualitative analysis of 100 cadets studying multimodal transportation, logistics, transportation safety, and law and road management, the study examines the impact of language barriers on safety incidents and proposes strategies for enhancing safety outcomes through improved communication. The findings highlight the significant contribution of communication breakdowns to safety incidents in transportation operations, underscoring the need for effective communication strategies. The research recommends the development of tailored training programs that integrate language proficiency with sector-specific safety knowledge, as well as the inclusion of cultural awareness training and the integration of communication technologies to enhance communication effectiveness. The study also identifies the positive impact of improved English communication on safety outcomes, suggesting that enhanced communication skills can mitigate safety risks and improve overall operational efficiency. By implementing these recommendations and prioritizing continuous professional development, transportation stakeholders can improve communication strategies and enhance safety practices within the industry.

Management transformation in the shipping industry has become increasingly important with the advancement of information technology. This research aims to analyze the role of information technology in management transformation in the shipping industry. Through a literature review approach, this study explores the use of information technology in enhancing operational efficiency, facilitating faster decision-making, and improving company competitiveness. The main findings indicate that information technology has been a key driver in management transformation, with the adoption of integrated logistics management systems and real-time ship monitoring. However, challenges such as infrastructure complexity, data security issues, and resource constraints are also identified in the implementation of information technology. Effective mitigation strategies are needed to address these challenges. This study also highlights the importance of collaboration and partnerships in the transformation of the shipping industry. Thus, this research provides a comprehensive understanding of the role of information technology in management transformation in the shipping industry, while highlighting the challenges faced and their practical implications.

Responsiveness also refers to the connection between activities and services and the needs and expectations of society. Responsiveness is very important in serving the people because it provides evidence of the organization's capability in recognizing the wishes of the people. This research aims to understand the response capacity of the Regional Disaster Management Agency to flood incidents in Tanjungpinang City. The scope of this research has six criteria, namely: 1) Responding to every customer/candidate who needs to receive services; 2) Staff/equipment provides timely service; 3) Appropriate service personnel/equipment; 4) Personnel/equipment provides services with care; 5) Personnel/equipment performs service immediately; 6) All customer complaints are handled by employees. This study applies qualitative methods combined with qualitative descriptive analysis. The subject of this research is the Head of the Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Division and the Logistics Division. Information retrieval methods include question and answer and note taking. The results of the research show that currently there is starting to be a response or response from the BPBD which is going better than before, this is also in accordance with their motto, namely fast, responsive and tough.

An Internet of Things (IoT)-based logistics monitoring system is an innovation designed to enhance efficiency, transparency, and speed in supply chain management. The implementation of IoT in logistics provides an ideal solution for real-time monitoring of goods, which was previously difficult with conventional methods. This system integrates IoT sensors such as GPS for location tracking, along with temperature and humidity sensors to monitor goods requiring special attention, such as food and pharmaceuticals. By automating processes through IoT technology, goods distribution becomes faster, reducing reliance on manual controls, speeding up decision-making, and minimising human error. This system enables companies to monitor the condition and location of goods in real-time, offering high visibility into the logistics status. With comprehensive monitoring, companies can proactively address issues and ensure goods remain in optimal condition throughout the shipping process. An IoT-based logistics monitoring system has the potential to enhance a company’s competitiveness through efficiency and accuracy in supply chain management. When effectively implemented, IoT technology can not only improve service quality and customer satisfaction but also strengthen a company’s position in an increasingly competitive market.

This research critically evaluates the effectiveness of safety education within Indonesian multimodal transportation programs, focusing on promoting a culture of safety among cadets. Qualitative research methods were employed, involving 50 cadets studying various aspects of multimodal transportation, logistics, transportation safety, and law and road management. The study examines the cadets' understanding and application of safety principles, aiming to identify strengths and areas for improvement in safety education. The findings contribute to enhancing safety practices in the Indonesian transportation sector and serve as a foundation for future research and policy development.

In the logistics industry, fresh food transportation requires effective management of driver fatigue to maintain safety and service quality. With the increasing digital connectivity, Internet of Things (IoT) technology has become a promising solution to monitor driver fatigue in real-time. This research aims to design an adaptive IoT-based driver fatigue monitoring system specifically for fresh food transportation. Through a case study in the logistics industry, we identified specific challenges and needs in driver fatigue management. Based on the identification results, we developed a system that utilizes IoT sensors integrated in vehicles and drivers' smartphones. The system automatically monitors the driver's physical condition and behavior and provides real-time alerts if signs of fatigue are detected. With an adaptive approach, the system can customize recommendations and interventions according to the measured fatigue level. The results of the case study show that the designed system is able to reduce the risk of driver fatigue, increase transportation safety, and improve service quality in fresh food transportation. This research contributes to the practical understanding of the implementation of IoT technology in driver fatigue management, particularly in the context of the logistics and fresh food transportation industries.

Every company must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is an effort made to protect or prevent the risk of accidents and also as a complete form of other accident prevention efforts. Therefore, logistics management is needed to meet the needs of personal protective equipment in companies. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of obtaining raw materials and knowing inventory control. The method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that companies obtain personal protective equipment from distributors who have worked with the company. PT. Waskita Beton Precast pre-orders personal protective equipment and completes payment so that personal protective equipment can be sent immediately.
