Cervical cancer is a significant public health problem globally, including in Indonesia. This disease ranks fourth as the most common cancer in women in the world, with an estimated 604,000 new cases and 342,000 deaths in 2020. Analyzing the current condition of cervical cancer in Indonesia including prevalence, risk factors, impacts, prevention efforts, and treatment based on data to provide a comprehensive picture of the situation of cervical cancer in Indonesia. Cervical cancer is defined as a malignant tumor in the cervix that attacks the epithelial layer and has the potential to spread. Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection is the main cause of cervical cancer. In addition, several supporting risk factors include risky sexual behavior, long-term use of oral contraceptives, smoking habits, nutritional deficiencies (especially vitamins C, E, and folic acid), and poor personal hygiene. The Indonesian government has attempted to identify the disease early through the Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid (IVA) method used for early detection of cervical cancer in women aged 30 to 50 years. However, community participation in this program still needs to be improved sustainably. Treatment for cervical cancer can include surgery (eg cryosurgery, LEEP, hysterectomy), radiation, and chemotherapy. Cervical cancer remains a major health challenge in Indonesia. Improved education programs, participation in early detection of IVA, and strengthening of the health system as a whole are needed to effectively reduce morbidity and mortality caused by this disease.

Space debris is increasingly becoming a global problem that has the potential to threaten the sustainability of space exploration and satellite operations. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of international policies and regulations that have been implemented in handling space debris, and toidentify gaps and challenges in their implementation. The research method used is a literature study, with an analysis of policy documents from international organizations, academic journals, and reports from related research institutions. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman approach, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that although there are a number of international agreements, such as the Outer Space Treaty 1967, the Liability Convention 1972, and the Registration Convention 1975, there is no effective law enforcement mechanism in cleaning up space debris globally. The lack of binding regulations and coordination between countries in mitigating space debris are major challenges that must be overcome. This study recommends the establishment of clearer international standards and an effective implementation system to ensure the sustainability of space exploration.

This study discusses the legal consequences of the absence of a marriage agreement on marital property according to the Indonesian legal system, especially based on the Civil Code and the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974. By default, the absence of a marriage agreement leads to the enactment of a system of property union, in which all property acquired during the marriage is considered joint property. This condition has various legal implications, such as the vulnerability of personal property to third-party claims, difficulties in proving ownership of inherited property, and potential conflicts in the division of property in the event of divorce or death of one of the spouses. This study also highlights the difference in the regulation in Islamic law that does not recognize the automatic union of property, but still has the potential to cause disputes if there is no written agreement. The research method used is empirical normative with a qualitative approach, examining positive legal provisions and practices that develop in society. The results of the study show that low public understanding and negative stigma towards marriage agreements are the main factors in the low making of these agreements. The Constitutional Court Decision No. 69/PUU-XIII/2015 which allows the making of agreements during the marriage period expands legal protection, but its implementation still faces challenges. This study recommends the need to increase legal education and socialization on the importance of marriage agreements to provide certainty and fair legal protection for the parties in the institution of marriage.

The digitalization of healthcare services has emerged as a pivotal catalyst in modernizing Indonesia’s health system, delivering enhanced efficiency, accessibility, and integrated service quality. This study employs a qualitative literature review approach to explore the implementation of digital transformation strategies in hospitals, with a particular emphasis on ethical challenges and patient data security. The findings reveal that the adoption of technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and telemedicine accelerates service delivery and broadens medical outreach, especially in remote areas. Nevertheless, critical issues arise concerning the vulnerability of health data to breaches, misuse, and cyber threats, exacerbated by uneven digital infrastructure and limited technological literacy among healthcare professionals. Proposed strategies include strengthening data protection regulations, improving human resource capacity, and fostering cross-sectoral collaboration to establish a secure and ethical digital healthcare ecosystem. Through comprehensive management of these challenges, healthcare digitalization is expected to expedite the achievement of SDG 3 and bolster public trust in the national health system.

This study analyzes Red Bull advertisements as a form of visual propaganda that effectively constructs a brand image associated with extreme sports, bravery, and extraordinary achievement. The background of this research lies in the phenomenon of the increasing prevalence of visual content in modern marketing strategies, which not only sell products but also embed ideologies and social identities. Red Bull was selected as the object of study due to its consistent use of visual elements rich in symbolic and connotative meaning. This research employs a qualitative approach using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method, along with theories of visual propaganda and social identity. The findings reveal that Red Bull communicates its message not merely through images and slogans, but also through the construction of deep connotative meanings. The slogan “Red Bull Gives You Wings” instills a sense of hope in surpassing one's limits, while the use of extreme sports figures as testimonials reinforces the product's image as a symbol of high performance. These advertisements create a modern myth in which Red Bull is associated with courage and freedom, transforming it from a mere energy drink into a lifestyle identity. In the context of social identity, consumers are not only purchasing a product but also affirming themselves as members of an adventurous, active, and daring community. Thus, Red Bull successfully builds brand loyalty through a strong and symbolic visual narrative. This research emphasizes that today’s advertisements are inseparable from ideological functions and the social constructions they visually shape.

The persistence of educational inequality in Indonesia remains evident today. This situation parallels the depiction in Andrea Hirata’s 2005 novel Laskar Pelangi, indicating that the social critique offered by the work has yet to effect widespread change. This study uses a sociological-literary approach to analyze representations of educational inequity in Indonesia as portrayed in Laskar Pelangi. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method, treating novel excerpts as primary and reports as secondary data. Thematic analysis is applied, and data validity is ensured through triangulation within a cross-sectional timeframe. Based on eight data points presented in the results table, the discussion details how the novel illustrates disparities in educational access across six dimensions: infrastructure, teacher availability, facility provision, student distribution, assessment processes, and talent development. These findings reveal the social function of literature as a form of social criticism that can raise public awareness and inform policy initiatives aimed at achieving more equitable education in Indonesia.

This research examines the crucial role of the Holy Spirit in the spiritual growth and ministry of contemporary Christians, considering that many have not actively experienced His involvement, resulting in low spiritual quality. Its objective is to re-examine the Holy Spirit's influence for a clearer understanding. Employing a qualitative library research method with textual analysis of the Bible and theological literature (hermeneutics), this study finds that the Holy Spirit is a divine person actively guiding, transforming character, and serving as Creator, Reconciler, and Redeemer. The Pentecost event demonstrates initial empowerment. Spiritual gifts are an expression of His role, which, though debated, function to equip ministry, strengthen community, and facilitate evangelism. The Holy Spirit is also a source of character transformation and empowerment for mission. Baptism in the Holy Spirit becomes a moment of life change and sanctification. The implication is that a clear understanding and open attitude towards the Holy Spirit are essential for unity, church growth, and glorifying Christ.

Corruption is an extraordinary crime and has a systemic impact that is detrimental to the state and society at large. To overcome this problem, the Indonesian legal system provides the option of implementing the death penalty, which is regulated in Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption. However, the application of the death penalty has raised significant debate from various perspectives, both legal, philosophical, and sociological, considering that this action is contrary to the principle of respect for human rights. This study will discuss the threat of the death penalty as a form of ultimum remedium, namely as a last resort carried out in certain circumstances, such as when corruption occurs in a crisis or disaster situation. To analyze the effectiveness and urgency of implementing the death penalty in the context of anti-corruption law enforcement, a legal-normative approach is used
