This research aims to determine the extent of the quality of the teaching materials used and develop teaching materials that are adapted to the characteristics of learners, due to the limitations of the teaching materials that have been used and create new teaching materials that are more appropriate and appropriate for student education in West Kalimantan Province. This research method uses a qualitative approach with R&D research methods. The subjects in this research were 42 students in West Kalimantan Province. The research and development procedure for the R& model consists of five steps, namely; (1) Analysis (analysis), (2) Design (design), (3) Development (development), (4) Implementation (implementation) and (5) Evaluation (evaluation). The results of the analysis show that the Buddhist Vihara Graha Sailendra Sunday School learning conditions at this week's school are still teacher-centered using printed books and limited use of learning media. It was found from the results of post-test data from 42 students that only 39 reached the KKM on Buddhist religious holiday material, while 3 did not reach the KKM.

Today's modern technology continues to advance and develop, especially social media which has a huge impact on people's lives. Advances in technology also have an impact on marketing, especially in the buying process. Digital Marketing is a marketing strategy that can reach the wider community, from the top to the bottom. In this study, there are problems faced by the owners of UMKM Crispy Egg Cake, one of which is the lack of knowledge about how to apply digital marketing as a place to promote their products, so the marketing plan in this study aims to develop UMKM Crispy Egg Cake in Bungkuk Village, Parang District, Regency Magetan in terms of implementing digital marketing as a place to promote products, so that they are better known by the public out there. Research in this training uses the ABCD method or this training uses the ABCD approach, namely Asset Based Community Development, which prioritizes the use of assets and potential that exist around and are owned by the community. The results of this study can prove that by assisting the implementation of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, crispy egg cake owners know more about the benefits and how to use technology, especially in terms of digital marketing to advertise or sell their crispy egg cake food products, so by using digital marketing This sales turnover and public interest in buying crispy egg cakes has increased. In addition, sellers also gain a lot of useful knowledge about digital marketing technology and can compete in the market with other similar or different food products

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office in the Development of the Alahan Panjang Resort Tourism Object which is located in Nagari Alahan Panjang, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency. The method in this research is a descriptive qualitative method using SWOT analysis through the IFAS and EFAS matrix approach. With the SWOT analysis, the situation of the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction can be identified by identifying the internal factors and external factors that influence the tourist attraction. The research results based on the SWOT Analysis Diagram show that the coordinate position of the Performance Analysis of the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office in developing the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction is in quadrant 1 with a cut point of 0.73; 0.33. This shows that the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction is in a growth oriented strategy position or implementing a strategy referring to aggressive growth so as to enable the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office to carry out further development.

Health is a vital element and is a constitutive element in a person's life process. So that improving health, health recovery and treatment cannot be separated from financing. One of the subsystems in national health is the health financing subsystem. Health financing itself is the amount of funds that must be provided to organize and/or utilize various health efforts needed by individuals, families, groups and communities. The aim of this research is to find out the management strategy for health financing and insurance in health services. The method used is a literature study by analyzing and comparing existing theories and producing findings from the analysis results. The results of this research are strategies for managing health financing and insurance in health services, namely by providing health services, increasing health personnel, improving information, providing adequate health equipment, vaccines and technology, good leadership and governance in management and financing and accelerating access to health services as a whole. universal for reducing inequalities in health. It can be concluded that strong, stable and sustainable health financing plays a very vital role in the provision of health services in order to achieve various important goals of health development in a country, including equal distribution of health services and access (equitable access to health care) and quality services (guaranteed quality). Therefore, health policy reform in a country should provide an important focus on health financing policies to ensure the implementation of adequacy, equity, efficiency and effectiveness of health financing itself.

This article aims to analyze and identify the quality of tourist attraction of Alamendah village and its application to the management of tourist attraction in Alamendah village, Rancabali District, Bandung Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of tourism. Tourism is a trip made by a person or group from one place to another, temporary, this tourism aims as recreation, pleasure in seeking environmental balance in social, cultural, natural and scientific dimensions. Through survey and observation methods analyzing Alamendah tourism, this study collects data on tourists' perceptions of the tourist experience, quality of service, quality of physical tourism products, and sustainability of the attraction. Research findings show that a satisfactory travel experience is a key factor in determining the quality of Alamendah's tourist attraction. The results showed that the potential strategy of tourism villages that become tourist attractions, the types of tourism in Alamendah Village, factors that influence the increase in tourist visits to Alamendah Tourism Village such as glamping activity tour packages, tours and sports tourism as well as plantation tourism and digital tourism development strategies can increase tourist visits to Alamendah Tourism Village, The role of tourists in the development of Alamendah Village

Realizing rural economic independence is one of the national development goals and requires village potential, community social potential, and natural resource potential which are actors as well as objects in development. In addition, in realizing independence, it is necessary to optimize village business units. The Village Business Unit is an institution established by the village community that does not focus on profit or profit but must also be managed with social souls, or social entrepreneurship. However, the current reality shows that many villages do not know how to set up and optimize their own business units. As an effort to drive the local and regional economy, a strategy is needed to utilize and optimize the potential of local resources, be it natural resources, human resources or other economic resources. And the service method used is socialization and discussion. Based on the results of the tests before and after the implementation of the activities, it can be seen that there was an increase in understanding before and after the socialization, which means that the community has begun to understand what are the ways to strengthen the economic independence of their village business units.

Pintar Pemenang Asia in expanding the education platform network in Indonesia through an opportunity seeking and advantage seeking approach. In developing an educational platform, it is important to understand stakeholder needs, analyze market potential, develop relevant features and content, improve accessibility, and provide training and guidance to users. The results of the community service carried out by the Business Development Intern division show that PT. Pintar Pemenang Asia has an important role in providing an educational platform in Indonesia. Opportunity seeking and advantage seeking approaches help companies identify potential business opportunities and take advantage of their advantages.

The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. The customer is currently in commit Interaction with the company is carried out by utilizing social media and applications growing rapidly. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology. The strategy for developing Prince Benowo's tomb tourism in Wonosalam District, Jombang has become the focus of discussion. One strategy that stands out is the use of social media platforms such as YouTube and other platforms. In this context, interesting and informative video content, official YouTube channel, collaboration with local YouTubers or influencers, live streaming, and social media-based campaigns can be used to promote the tomb. In addition, other strategies include improving infrastructure, environmental management, providing adequate facilities and information, developing educational and cultural programs, as well as involving local communities and partnerships with related parties. Implementation of this strategy aims to create a good tourist experience, boost the local economy, and strengthen the cultural and historical identity of the village. Periodic evaluation and monitoring is required to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and improvements where necessary. Thus, it is hoped that Prince Benowo's tomb tour will become an attractive, sustainable tourist destination, and provide benefits to the local community.

Collaborative KKN is a service activity by students consisting of several universities. Our KKN location is in Kepatihan Village, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. The main work program carried out by KKN Collaboration 229 students is to help Kepatihan Village MSMEs in the field of packaging and branding. Through the PANACOTTA work program, the KKN 229 group carries the theme of entrepreneurial development, entitled "Packaging Update and Branding Optimization". The purpose of this research is to find out strategies and help Kepatihan MSME players in optimizing packaging and branding. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The data analysis process is carried out with workshops/socialization and assistance from the data that has been obtained. The results of this research show that the Kepatihan community's MSMEs can increase community productivity, which is largely purely handmade. Collaborative KKN 229 students help and assist the community to optimize packaging and branding. For example, making logos, stickers, videos, banners, and social media. In terms of marketing, many of the communities sell their products door to door.

This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Meanwhile, these external factors include: price competition and the promotion strategy of Elzatta Jambi's competitors.

  All forms of violence and crime, including intolerance, bullying and sexual violence, are not appropriate in an educational setting. So it is necessary to take concrete steps from the school to eradicate these three behaviors from the educational environment. Through a phenomenological approach to the declaration of the three grave sins of education, the results of the study reveal: that religious moderation can be a solution to overcoming the three great sins of education: intolerance, bullying, and sexual violence. By making religious moderation an educational strategy in schools, these three grave sins can be prevented and removed from the educational environment. This research contributes to the development of the school curriculum, especially the cognitive development of adolescents as well as the prevention and treatment that must be carried out.

The solutions for the problem of less optimal strategy implementation in BBI Sukamaju need to be found, and as the first step, efforts are needed to evaluate the chosen strategy, to review and to re-evaluate the situations (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and business threats), and also to update the formulated strategy so that it suits the developments of the external environment in order to support the efforts of function development of Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) on Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis at Supplying of Quality Fish Seeds in Ciamis Regency. This study explains the steps for choosing the right strategy based on the Routweer concept approach by comparing the performance of the strategy before the new strategy is introduced, which is the development strategy or known by the name Restructurisation. By using a semi-structured interview method, SWOT analysis and QSPM, there will be found an effective strategy that can help achieve the organization’s objectives effectively and efficiently to support the vision, mission and the goals of regional development. From this research, based on QSPM calculation results, it can be concluded that the strategy improves coordination with various work partners (7,8), increases the partnership with UPR to increase the seed production, increases the cooperation with universities, research institutes and other partners (6,25), and becomes a priority strategy.

Madrasas have a dual role, namely as a place to gain knowledge and form the character of akhlakul karimah. Madrasas also remain in the main challenge to always improve quality institutionally through developing madrasas into quality educational institutions. This study seeks to describe the implementation of quality development strategies at MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with the research subjects being the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, Teachers, and Students. To obtain data used techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the development strategy carried out by MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis are: 1) development of superior programs according to the characteristics of madrasas; 2) student program by selecting the acceptance of new students and the development of talent interests; 3) human resource development program with attention to HR recruitment and competency development through training; 4) infrastructure development program to support learning activities.

MSMEs are the initial pillars of economic development in Indonesia, many efforts have been made by the government. Creative Economy is a government program concept aimed at strengthening MSMEs in Indonesia. Product branding is part of innovation and creativity to add value to a product. The purpose of creating this magazine is to build a Cendol Suji MSME product brand with a product branding strategy through product photos. This activity uses observation, interviews and technology. Activities to empower MSMEs with assistance in product photography ranging from product photography to retouching. This will provide a new perspective for MSME actors to brand their products so that they can compete in the open market. Through this collection of photos, MSMEs can promote their products through e-commerce, such as online shops, shopee, tokopedia, grab, etc.

This study aims (1) to determine the marketing strategy used by Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin in increasing sales. (2) To find out marketing strategies that can be implemented by utilizing SWOT analysis to improve marketing performance at Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee in Banjarmasin. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The informants in the study were the Owners of Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin uses various marketing strategies, such as advertising promotions, collaboration with influencers, new product development and creating Instagramable photo areas. The SWOT analysis shows strengths in product quality, cafe design and strategic location, while weaknesses relate to understanding customer preferences and digital marketing. The cafe has opportunities in forging local partnerships and leveraging social media, but faces threats from intense competition and changing consumer trends. In conclusion, Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee Banjarmasin can capitalize on strengths, overcome weaknesses and seize opportunities to strengthen their brand and increase their market share.

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategy and product quality on the development of the Seblak Teh Hanan business in Parakanlima Village, Jatiluhur District, Purwakarta City. The source of data in this study was obtained from questionnaires (primary) which were distributed to respondents. The population of this research is the consumers of Seblak Teh Hanan . The research sample amounted to 99 people. The research analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression, f test and t test and coefficient of determination. The research findings show that the marketing strategy and product quality simultaneously affect business development with the results of the Fcount test of 145.528 and a significance value of <0.05. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination is 75.2%. The t-test value of the marketing strategy variable is 3.372 and the t-test value of the product quality variable is 8.102, both variables have a significance of <0.05 so it can be concluded that partially the two independent variables affect the dependent variable.

Bintan Regency has abundant marine and fishery potential because most of it’s territory is the ocean. Micro enterprises with the type of marine fisheries are in third place after culinary and retail in this district. However, there are still some problems in developing marine and fisheries potential based micro enterprises in Binan Regency, including the lack of digital marketing implementation for micro business actors. This study aims to find out how DKUPP is strategy is in developing marine and fisheries potential based micro enterprises in Bintan Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results (1) On the indicators of creating a good business climate, DKUPP Bintan Regency has implemented several practices or programs in order to develop micro enterprises, especially those based on marine and fisheries potential in Bintan Regency. (2) In producing integrated information, DKUPP Bintan Regency disseminated all information to micro enterpreneurs in Bintan Regency through Whatsapp Gropus, Instagram social media, radio broadcast and writing to the sub district. (3) In the establishment of a consultation center, DKUPP Bintan Regency has and Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT) but can’t run optimally because human resources are still inadequate and the PLUT building is still far from the reach of micro enterpreneurs in Bintan Regency. (4) In creating a join marketing system, DKUPP Bintan Regency has carried out several methods, including by holding bazaars, promoting micro business products via Whatsapp and implementing a new policy plans related to e-catalogue and reinforcement. (5) On the indicators of creating research and development institutions, Bintan Regency does not yet have a research center specifically designated for business actors in Bintan Regency. The conclusion of the research is that the strategy implemented by DKUPP Bintan Regency has not run optimally because there are still several obstacles in the development process.
