Children with special needs are children who require special treatment because of developmental disorders and abnormalities experienced by children. Children with special needs have differences that occur in several ways, such as the process of growth and development that experiences abnormalities or deviations both physically, mentally, intellectually, socially and emotionally. In the context of special education in Indonesia, children with special needs are categorized in terms of blind children, deaf children, children with intellectual disabilities, children with motor disabilities, children with social emotional disorders, and children with intelligent and special talents. Every child with special needs has different characteristics from one to another. In addition, every child with special needs also needs special services that are tailored to their abilities and characteristics. It is important to carry out identification and assessment activities to identify their characteristics and needs. It is considered important to get the right service according to the characteristics, needs and capabilities.

Stock-taking is one way to maintain stock inventory by physically counting the stock of goods in the warehouse. However, it is not uncommon for companies to face data mismatches between existing records in the system and actual conditions in the warehouse on an ongoing basis. This problem can cause losses for the company in terms of quality, quantity, and storage costs. The DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) is one method that can be used to overcome this problem. Based on data processing, it is obtained that the causes of stock-taking mismatches are outgoing goods that have not been inputted in the system, returns of goods that have not been inputted in the system, errors in inputting incoming goods into the system, different part numbers, incoming goods have not been inputted in the system with the largest percentage of causes being outgoing goods that have not been inputted at 49.60%. As for one of the efforts to control stock-taking discrepancies by making reports based on stock-taking deviation data within a certain period of time so that it can continue to reduce the occurrence of stock-taking discrepancies.

PT. PG X is part of ID FOOD which focuses on the sugar cane agro-industry sector. SHS sugar is the main product. To ensure production meets consumer standards and expectations, it is necessary to implement quality control during the production process. This involves quality control, improvement and improvement of systems so that the products produced are superior and competitive. In writing this article, the author is interested in exploring the problem of product defects and deviations in the production process, including defective products, as well as efforts to improve and improve product quality. The problem solving method used is the six sigma method. From the research results, it was found that the total production produced during October was 48,611 and 3,283 defective products were found. In the sugar production section, PT X Sugar Factory has a sigma level of 3.7 with a possible damage of 24,635 for one million production (DPMO).

This research analyzes the dressing table products of PT XYZ using anthropometric methods, taking into consideration body measurements such as hip width, thigh length, seated body height, and elbow length. The primary objective is to assess the suitability of product dimensions with human body structure from an anthropometric perspective. The process of testing data uniformity involves calculating the average of observation results, standard deviation, and establishing upper and lower control limits with the coefficient value of k. Adequacy testing of data is conducted to evaluate the quantity of collected data. Subsequently, ideal dimensions for the dressing table product will be determined. The analysis results indicate significant differences between the initial dimensions and the ideal dimensions, concluding that adjustments to product dimensions are necessary. Therefore, it is recommended that PT XYZ make adjustments to the dimensions of the dressing table product based on anthropometric principles to enhance user comfort and customer confidence in the product.

Pabrik Roti Bakar merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dalam industri makanan yaitu roti tawar. Saat permintaan tinggi seringkali bahan beberapa pesanan tidak terpenuhi sedangkan ketika permintaan rendah seringkali bahan baku mengalami kerusakan. Berikut ini adalah data pendukung tidak terpenuhi permintaan tinggi yaitu pada September 2022 permintaan pemesanan sebanyak 21.070 pcs namun permintaan aktual hanya sebanyak 18.000 pcs atau sekitar 17% dari target yang tidak terpenuhi dan bulan Desember 2022 permintaan pemesanan sebanyak 23.030 namun permintaan actual hanya sebanyak 20.000 pcs atau sekitar 15% dari target yang tidak terpenuhi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dengan menggunakan data dari September 2022 hingga Agustus. Data tersebut akan diolah untuk peramalan menggunakan minitab 19 dan kesalahan (error) peramalan diukur dengan MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation. Metode MRP yang dapat digunakan adalah teknik lot size Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) karena menghasilkan total biaya sebesar Rp 594.057. Perhitungan yang dapat diterapkan pada UMKM Roti Bakar yaitu dengan teknik lot size EOQ. Teknik ini dapat memimasi biaya persediaan bahan baku roti pada UMKM Roti Bakar.
