This study analyzes the evaluation of stunting reduction policies in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Indonesia, using William N. Dunn's policy evaluation theory. Stunting is a serious nutritional problem that impacts children's growth and development, especially in the first 1000 days of life. Although there has been a decrease in stunting prevalence in Riau Province, Kuantan Singingi Regency experienced an increase in stunting rates from 17.8% in 2022 to 23% in 2023, making it the highest in the province. The evaluation was conducted based on five criteria: effectiveness, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. The results showed that despite significant efforts in policy implementation, the target for reducing stunting prevalence has not been achieved, with communication between officers and the community still lacking. There is a shortage of skilled personnel and funds, and unequal access to health services. The policy provides a clear framework, but information about the program is still lacking in the community. The assumptions underlying the policy are quite strong, and positive impacts are starting to be seen, but challenges such as lack of training for officers remain. Overall, despite progress, there are still many challenges that need to be addressed to achieve the goal of reducing stunting effectively.

The development of health information systems (GIS) is important in this digital era to improve patient data management and provide better care. This research aims to develop a SIK that can help health service providers manage patient data more efficiently and improve care coordination. Development steps include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and performance evaluation. The developed system has features such as recording patient medical history, scheduling appointments, monitoring health conditions, and communication between health care providers. The evaluation results show that the developed SIK succeeded in increasing efficiency in patient data management and care coordination. Healthcare providers can easily access patient information, plan more coordinated care, and communicate effectively with colleagues. Thus, the development of this SIK is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of health services and patient outcomes through better data management and more coordinated care.

Landslide disasters can cause death and have a major impact on health systems and important services such as water, electricity or communication lines. The positive attitude shown by students is the initial milestone in changing attitudes to support student preparedness behavior. Through a landslide disaster management simulation, students' attitudes become positive and are able to apply self-evacuation techniques when a landslide occurs in accordance with the SOP for landslide disaster management. To determine the effect of providing a landslide disaster management simulation on students' attitudes at Selo Boyolali 1 State Elementary School. Research method: This type of research is pre-experimental design without control group with a one group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, a sample of 29 students. Measuring student attitudes uses a student attitude questionnaire sheet consisting of 20 statement items using a Likert scale. Before the research was carried out the average results were 51.21% and after the research the average results were 67.45%, in other words Posttest > Pretest. Then the Wilcoxon test was carried out and the result was that P-Value = 0.001 (P<0.05) Ha was accepted. There is an influence of providing a landslide disaster management simulation on the attitudes of students at the Selo Boyolali 1 State Elementary School

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a communication information technology system that can process and integrate all service process flows in the Hospital into a network that coordinates between divisions, both reporting and administrative procedures to be able to obtain precise and accurate information, and is part of a Health Information System. As an effort to improve the performance of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), its implementation must be followed by an evaluation of the system itself to determine the positive aspects that encourage the use of the system and identify factors that cause obstacles. Evaluation is an important thing to do because it can produce negative findings from the use of a system. Evaluation covers various aspects of the use of information and communication technology in hospitals. The HOT-Fit method is one of the theoretical frameworks used to evaluate information systems in the field of health services. The HOT-Fit method also addresses the core components of information systems, namely Human, Organization, Technology and Net Benefit.
