The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The research method used is a quantitative method of 55 respondents who are employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The type of data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data. Testing the data in this study includes validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient using IBM SPSS (Statitical Product and Service Solution) Windows version 25 software. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office.

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Workload and Competence on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office of the Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 165 employees and a sample of 55 employees.The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling (Departmental Sampling). Test data in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that Workload and Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on Office Work Performance Public Housing Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. Workload partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Residential Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency. Competence partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Settlement Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency.

Objectives and targets that can be achieved for each study. There are objectives to be achieved, including: To determine the effect of mudharabah financing to boost BMT Al-Istiqomah Maleber Ciamis income, To determine the effect of musyarakah financing on increasing BMT Al-Istiqomah Maleber Ciamis income, and to determine the effect of Mudharabah and musyarakah financing on increasing income of BMT Al-Istiqamah Maleber Ciamis. The scientific approach to obtaining data for a specific purpose is the research method. Quantitative statistical methods are used in this study. The results of this study This study shows that (1) revenue growth is significantly and positively affected by Mudharabah financing. It can even be said that the higher the mudharab support, the higher the compensation for BMT Al-Istiqamah Maleber Ciamis. (2) The consequences of the review show that the musyarakah monetary variable influences salary development. As a result, musyarakah funds can be said to increase the income of BMT Al-Istiqamah Maleber Ciamis. (3) Mudharabah and musyaraq financing simultaneously have a significant positive impact on income.

Creative economic innovations are developing in two villages in Ciamis Regency, namely Ciomas Village, Panjalu District and Jelat Village, Baregbeg District, where there are Islamic boarding schools and religious tourism activities. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that it is true that there are creative economic innovations that are useful in the development of religious tourism in the two villages. In overcoming the perceived obstacles, the Village Government and Islamic Boarding School have made various efforts to overcome them at this time. As for those that have not been implemented, they are still due to deficiencies in one way or another in their implementation. There are two differences between the two villages that can be seen after conducting research, namely for Ciomas Village, the Village Government has not yet had a creative economy initiative that supports religious tourism but is willing to work together to help and succeed in innovation programs with residents and Islamic boarding schools. As for Jelat Village, the village government also has a program for the development of religious tourism in the area, but the enthusiastic residents are passive.

The solutions for the problem of less optimal strategy implementation in BBI Sukamaju need to be found, and as the first step, efforts are needed to evaluate the chosen strategy, to review and to re-evaluate the situations (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and business threats), and also to update the formulated strategy so that it suits the developments of the external environment in order to support the efforts of function development of Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) on Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis at Supplying of Quality Fish Seeds in Ciamis Regency. This study explains the steps for choosing the right strategy based on the Routweer concept approach by comparing the performance of the strategy before the new strategy is introduced, which is the development strategy or known by the name Restructurisation. By using a semi-structured interview method, SWOT analysis and QSPM, there will be found an effective strategy that can help achieve the organization’s objectives effectively and efficiently to support the vision, mission and the goals of regional development. From this research, based on QSPM calculation results, it can be concluded that the strategy improves coordination with various work partners (7,8), increases the partnership with UPR to increase the seed production, increases the cooperation with universities, research institutes and other partners (6,25), and becomes a priority strategy.

Madrasas have a dual role, namely as a place to gain knowledge and form the character of akhlakul karimah. Madrasas also remain in the main challenge to always improve quality institutionally through developing madrasas into quality educational institutions. This study seeks to describe the implementation of quality development strategies at MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with the research subjects being the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, Teachers, and Students. To obtain data used techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the development strategy carried out by MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis are: 1) development of superior programs according to the characteristics of madrasas; 2) student program by selecting the acceptance of new students and the development of talent interests; 3) human resource development program with attention to HR recruitment and competency development through training; 4) infrastructure development program to support learning activities.

Clinical Supervision is needed by educators to improve professional teacher performance. Through clinical supervision, school principals can carry out coaching related to increasing the competence of teaching staff in carrying out learning in class. Clinical supervision carried out by the principal at SMP Negeri 1 Cikoneng is carried out through stages which globally consist of pre-observation meetings, classroom observations and return meetings or post-observation. As well as follow-up evaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the school principal in the implementation of clinical supervision which has an impact on teacher performance in carrying out teaching and learning activities. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach by studying the facts that occurred, data collection techniques were obtained through interviews with school principals and teaching staff. direct observation and documentation study. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Cikoneng, Ciamis Regency. Improving the performance of teachers at Cikoneng 1 Public Middle School is carried out with various activities, including Supervision of the school principal, Educators are motivated so that supervision activities are the desire and awareness of the teaching staff to improve what they feel still needs to be improved both from making preparations, selecting methods, techniques and learning media, so that the learning process in class is more meaningful and students get a pleasant learning experience. The results of this study include: 1) Implementation of clinical supervision is carried out gradually by the principal at Cikoneng 1 Public Middle School, as a coaching effort for teachers to improve the competence of teaching staff in learning. 2) Principals in carrying out clinical supervision are able to improve teacher performance in learning even better. 3). The principal as a clinical supervisor must understand and have strategies that are able to provide change for educators in teaching and learning activities.

The background of this research is that the performance of employees of the Ciamis Regency Investment and One-Stop Services Office is still not optimal. This is thought to be caused by not optimal work attitudes and implementation of organizational learning. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) The effect of work attitude on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency; 20 The effect of organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency; 3) The influence of work attitudes and organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. In this study used a survey method with a quantitative data approach. The population in this study were ASN employees at the Ciamis Regency Investment and One-Stop Services Office, totaling 35, so the authors took samples using a saturated sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study were 35 people. Analysis was carried out on the data collected both from the results of observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The stages of data analysis begin with validity, reliability and verification/quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of work attitude on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that the better the work attitude at the Ciamis Regency One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service, the employee's performance will increase; 2) There is a positive and significant effect of organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that the better the organizational learning at the Investment and One-Stop Service Office of Ciamis Regency, the employee's performance will increase; 3) There is a positive and significant effect of work attitude and organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that the better the work attitude and organizational learning at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency, the employee's performance will increase.

The problem of this research is that BUMDes management has not been carried out optimally. The presence of BUMDes has not increased Village Original Income (PADes) for community welfare. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the management has been carried out quite well, out of the five management principles only three have been fulfilled, two principles have not been fulfilled. The results of the study also show that: socialization has been carried out but has not been conveyed to the whole community, many people do not know about BUMDes programs and business units. Community interest and participation is still lacking, lack of community involvement in capital and management. BUMDes management has also not created jobs. Management is not timely in achieving BUMDes goals. The results of BUMDes management have not increased the economy and social welfare as a form of real change. The benefits of BUMDes are only limited to serving business units.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline and Competence on Work Productivity of employees in the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research population was employees of the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency and used a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled, namely 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline (X1) and Competence (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Work Productivity (Y). Work Discipline (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). Competence (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity (Y).

This research is motivated by the existence of problems where iIncentives are still lacking so that they affect employee motivation. There is still little ability to communicate between records. Still low employee motivation. Employees are less responsible in carrying out work in accordance with accountability. The risk indicators have not been implemented which is marked by the assigning employee to carry out the assigned task quickly and precisely, the less optimal execution of the signing of the marker, marked by the lack of desire of the employee to be successful at work by increasing performance by obtaining a score of 52%. Incentives affect enthusiasm at work. Poor communication between employees affects work motivation, thus the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of incentives and the quality of communication on work motivation in the Public Housing, Settlement Area and Environment (DPRKLH) Office of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of research that incentives tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives affect the work motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Residential Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. The highest average score obtained from the research results is found in the supporting indicators. Meanwhile, the lowest average value is found in work performance indicators. The quality of communication tends to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the quality of communication has an effect on the work motivation of the employees of the freelance workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the quality of communication increases, employee motivation also increases. As for the acquisition of the highest average score from the results of the study found on the communicant indicator. Meanwhile, the lowest value is found in the media indicator. Incentives and quality of communication tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives and quality of communication have an effect on the motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency.

The background of this research is the work productivity of CV Hurip employees, which fluctuates, where there is an increase and there is also a decrease. Employees lack the ability to complete the job. Employees lack the ability to improve work results achieved. Employees do not prioritize quality. The leadership of CV Hurip is responsible, wise, able to manage, direct, influence and understand the wishes of employees. Leaders are able to overcome the problems currently faced by employees. Leaders provide compensation for each employee is still lacking. Thus, the purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of leadership patterns on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. Knowing and analyzing the influence of corporate culture on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. This research is aimed to identify, describe, and develop strategies to enhance group members' commitment in the development of a health honey business using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The study was conducted at KTH Bina Lestari in Ciamis Regency, post the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was used to assess internal and external factors to determine the highest priority for development and improvement. The research findings indicate that the selected priority strategies for honey business development in Kampung Madu are: 1) training and human resource development, 2) product quality improvement, and 3) product marketing optimization.

Information technology is not followed by an increase in knowledge, skills and work attitudes of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. In addition, employee performance is affected by good governance which is not optimal due to the absence of transparent data in improving staff quality and lack of employee involvement in the decision-making process and the competence of human resources is not optimal because there are still many employees who do not have a high level of education and the rapid development of information technology is not followed by an increase in knowledge, skills and work attitudes of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The research was conducted using a quantitative explanatory survey method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, inferential statistical analysis with multiple regression models. The results of the study inform (1) Good governance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis District Tourism Office. This means that the better the good governance, the higher the performance of employees at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. This means that the higher the competency, the higher the employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. (3) Good governance and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis District Tourism Office. This means that the better the good governance and competence, the higher the employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office.

The background of this research is because there are problems that have been identified as follows. Teaching staff cannot create new innovations in learning. Teaching staff cannot collaborate on something that can create something interesting in learning. Cannot create a pleasant learning atmosphere. The low use of learning media in the teaching process. In this case, according to the results of interviews with the head of the Ciamis District education office, learning still uses a simple method. So it does not increase student enthusiasm in learning. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on increasing the creativity of educators through competence development based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022, Ciamis Regency. The method used is descriptive and verification research methods. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022 in Ciamis Regency, meaning that if the training is carried out continuously, the creativity of educators will increase. Increasing competence has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022 in Ciamis Regency, meaning that if competency improvement is carried out continuously, the creativity of educators will increase. Training has a positive and significant effect on increasing the creativity of educators through increasing competency based on STEAM technology for training participants in 2021-2022, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the training is carried out with an increase in competence, then the creativity of the teaching staff will also increase.

The study focuses on the Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Compensation and Competence on Employee Commitment (Case Study of the Ciamis Regency Education Office) the problems that arise in the company are caused by this. The problems faced in this study include: 1) How does emotional intelligence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 2) How is financing for employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 3) How is competence related to employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 4) How does emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? The objectives of this study are 1). To find out how emotional intelligence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 2). To find out how compensation affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office; 3). To find out how competence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 4) To find out how emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office. The study uses a descriptive design analysis method with a survey technique. To process the data used Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient. Emotional intelligence towards employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office with the results of multiple regression tests for the emotional intelligence variable obtained a regression coefficient or β1 of 0.893 which has a positive relationship level to employee performance. This is in line with the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the correlation can be said to be significant if the Sig. Value <a (alpa) the calculation results above with a (alpa) = 5% or 0.05 while the Sig. value for the emotional intelligence variable (X1) is 0.000. So from the results of the calculation it turns out that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on employee commitment.

This study aims to determine the information system service certificate for Jalatrang Village, Ciamis Regency using data collection techniques through field research, namely observation and in-depth interviews with 8 informants who were selectedqualitatively descriptively. The results show that the service information system for village certificates in ciamis district provides positive things to the village. This research was contuted by a library study, namely the collection of data and information through books and other reading sources that are relevant to the problem to be studied. Field research is data obtained by observation. The purpose of this final project is a web-Based Village Certificate Service Information System in Jalatrang Village” aims to design a database that accommodates all information about Jalatrang Village so that this information can be provided and presented more effective in terms of time and energy utilization.

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the influence of job placement on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of compensation on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of job placement, compensation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained. Job placement tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, job placement affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Compensation tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, compensation affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Job placement tends to increase, compensation tends to increase and the work environment tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, job placement, compensation and work environment affect employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency

This study focuses on the analysis of Human Resource Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis Affecting Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is to analyze the effect of Recruitment and Job Analysis on employee performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the Human Resource planning of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Recruitment of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Job Analysis of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees and to find out the effect of Human Resource planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. Respondents in this study were 50 employees of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is to use a quantitative research method. Then the data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test, Partial Test and Determination Coefficient. The results of this study indicate: That the three variables affect employee performance. For the Human Resource Planning variable, the b1 value in the model is 0.893. For the Recruitment variable, the b2 value in the model is 0.742. For the Job Analysis variable, the b3 value in the model is 0.697. So the influence of HR Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance in the model is 75.6%, and 24.4% is influenced by other factors or causes.
