Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a contagious disease caused by the Aedes aegypti mosquito, commonly found in Indonesia, particularly in areas with poor environmental sanitation. The implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is one of the effective strategies for controlling mosquito vectors and preventing DHF. This community service activity aims to improve public understanding and participation in the application of PHBS in Sungai Pangeran Village, Palembang, through counseling, training of Larvae Monitoring Officers (Jumantik), and community clean-up activities with the 3M Plus Movement (Draining, Closing, Burying, and additional measures). The results showed a significant increase in public knowledge about PHBS and active participation in mosquito larvae monitoring. The training of Jumantik created cadres capable of performing independent monitoring, and the community clean-up activities reduced potential mosquito breeding sites by 60%. Monitoring also showed a 35% decrease in DHF cases after the program. This activity has proven effective in raising public awareness and reducing vector-borne disease risks in the local environment. However, continued monitoring and support from local governments are needed to sustain the program.

This activity was held on August 4, 2024, attended by 25 participants from PKK cadres. Through interactive counseling, compost demonstration, and distribution of educational brochures, participants showed a significant increase in understanding of the importance of organic waste management and the composting process. The program results showed that 85% of the participants felt more confident to implement composting practices in their homes, with 17 out of 25 participants understanding the correct way to make compost. Despite the success of this program, challenges such as limited composting tools and the need for more intensive mentoring still need to be addressed. This research aims to evaluate the use of organic waste as biowash by PKK members in the village and to find factors that support and hinder the implementation of the program. This research was conducted qualitatively with a descriptive case study approach. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document study. Research shows that the success of the program is greatly influenced by the level of knowledge of PKK cadres regarding organic waste management. While limited tools and lack of community awareness are obstacles that need to be overcome, an effective training process and support from the village government are the main supporting factors. This research found that this program not only benefits the environment, but can also improve the local economy. The results also show that this program can be used as a model for other villages.

One of the causes of stunting and wasting problems in toddlers is a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time. Stunting is caused by malnutrition in the womb and usually begins to appear when the child is two years old. One effort that can be made is to increase knowledge about nutrition and good eating patterns. Adequate nutritional intake does not have to be expensive, and fulfilling adequate food intake is very important for women before marriage. This is because women will be mothers who educate and raise children. Mothers have an important role in choosing food for the family, so knowledge about nutrition is very important. The aim is for the community or target partners to know in advance about the problems that exist in the target location and to introduce solutions to the partner's problems. In this activity, there is education or counseling for mothers of toddlers and cadres about stunting and how to control it. The method used is a demonstration of making local food products as an alternative snack for toddlers. The activity was attended by 34 mothers of toddlers in the Wanaraja Community Health Center area.  The stages carried out from start to finish are an assessment of the local food potential of the local area, a cooking demonstration for making PMT and an evaluation of implementation. The results of the activity showed that 34 mothers of toddlers who took part in the training implemented the creation of local food PMT menus in their respective places. Community health centers need to create a continuous training schedule so that cadre mothers are more motivated to make PMT menus from local food.
