Prosiding Seminar Nasional Ilmu Manajemen Kewirausahaan dan Bisnis 2024 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Manajemen Kewirausahaan dan Bisnis Indonesia

This research purposed to analyze the financial performance of PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with financial reports as a data source to examine financial performance based on profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, activity ratios and solvency ratios. The research examines financial performance starting from 2020 to 2022 with financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that in the profitability assessment only the return on assets ratio had reached the efficient criteria, while the net profit margin and return on equity ratios were considered inefficient. In assessing liquidity, the current ratio and quick ratio are not yet liquid. Activity assessment through inventory ratios, fixed asset turnover and total asset turnover is considered to have not met the efficient level each year. Meanwhile, in the solvency assessment, it was found that the overall ratios used, namely the debt to asset ratio and the debt to equity ratio, met good criteria.

Political education has a strategic role in increasing the participation of the younger generation, especially Generation Z (Gen Z), in the democratic process. This service activity aims to increase the awareness and understanding of Gen Z politics in Merauke Regency ahead of the 2024 Regional Head General Election (Pemilukada). The methods used include interactive lectures based on the results of the Gen Z political participation survey and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which is divided into six discussion groups. The lecture aims to provide an overview of the conditions of political participation, while the FGD encourages participants to delve into local political issues and formulate strategic recommendations. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the democratic process, the mechanism of Pemilukada, and the importance of active participation in voting. Participants were also able to identify challenges to political participation, such as the influence of misinformation and apathy, as well as provide innovative proposals, such as the use of social media as a political education tool. This active participation-based approach is in line with the theory of political participation and deliberative democracy, which emphasizes the importance of rational discussion to strengthen the legitimacy of democracy. This activity concluded that political education designed contextually and interactively is effective in preparing Gen Z to play an active role in Pemilukada. Similar programs need to be continued on an ongoing basis to strengthen the political awareness of the younger generation and improve the quality of democracy at the local level. By harnessing the potential of digital technology and participatory approaches, political education can be a catalyst in building a generation of critical, intelligent, and responsible voters.

Profit growth is the rate of increase in profit obtained by a company. Profit growth is an important factor in assessing a company's financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of financial ratios on profit growth in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2022. The research sample used was 20 companies with 80 observation samples. The financial ratios used are liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios. These financial ratios are proxied by the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Total Asset Turnover (TAT), respectively. Testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the profitability ratio proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive effect on profit growth and the activity ratio proxied by Total Asset Turnover (TAT) has a negative effect on profit growth. Other results, namely the liquidity ratio proxied by the Current Ratio (CR) and the solvency ratio proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no effect on profit growth. These results mean that the profitability ratio and activity ratio can be determinants of profit growth predictors and can be a reference for investors to make investment decisions.

This study aims to analyze financial statements to assess the financial performance of PT. Artha Lestari Engineering. Data were collected from PT. Artha Lestari Engineering's financial statements for the period 2019-2023 using a financial ratio analysis approach. The results of the ratio analysis reveal that the liquidity ratio initially experienced a significant decline but improved in the final year. Although the liquidity ratio remains high, the initial decline indicates challenges in liquidity management. The solvency ratios remain low, indicating a reliance on equity rather than debt, with fluctuations in these ratios reflecting the stability of this reliance. Activity ratios show stability with slight decreases, while Inventory Turnover and Receivable Turnover experienced fluctuations and declines, respectively. Profitability performance increased significantly, reflecting improvements in operational efficiency and profitability during the study period.

This research is motivated by a decrease in the Liquidity Ratio in cash and cash equivalents due to an increase in investment acquisition and purchase of fixed assets which will cause depreciation expenses in the coming years to be greater which will directly reduce the company's profit. The Solvency Ratio has increased due to an increase in debt which will directly increase interest expenses, so it must be covered from operating profit. The Profitability Ratio has decreased in current year profit because the increasing amount of expenses will reduce net profit. The Activity Ratio has decreased inventory turnover due to decreased sales which has resulted in an increase in the amount of inventory. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability and Activity on Financial Performance at PT. Adi Sarana Armada Tbk. which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, the data in this study uses secondary data. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Liquidity ratio using Current Ratio has a partial positive effect on Financial Performance with Good criteria, this shows the company's ability to pay short-term obligations. Solvency ratio using Debt To Equity Ratio does not have a partial effect on Financial Performance with Poor criteria, this shows the company's inability to meet long-term obligations because risk assessment is ineffective, resulting in a greater risk of loss. Profitability ratio using Return On Asset does not have a partial effect on Financial Performance with Poor criteria, this shows that it is inefficient in using its assets to generate profits and ineffectiveness in accounts receivable turnover so that the small capital invested. Activity ratio using Total Asset Turn Over has a partial positive effect on Financial Performance with Very Good criteria, this shows the company's ability to utilize its assets to generate income.

This study aims to analyze the impact of administering commercial probiotic bacteria on the wastewater from tofu industries on changes in Bio-logical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Dissolved Oxygen (DO) levels. Tofu industry wastewater is known to have high BOD and low DO levels, which pose a potential environmental pollution risk. This study used a pure experimental method with variables including the ratio of tofu industry wastewater to commercial probiotics (1:1, 1:2, 1:3) with an incubation interval of 8 hours. The results showed that the administration of commercial probiotic bacteria significantly reduced BOD levels and increased DO levels in the wastewater. The 1:3 ratio of tofu industry wastewater to commercial probiotics showed the most optimal effect in increasing DO and decreasing BOD. An incubation time of 32 hours showed the most optimal effect in increasing DO and decreasing BOD. The 1:3 volume ratio between tofu wastewater and probiotics (25% tofu wastewater and 75% probiotics) proved to be the most effective, with the highest DO increase of 2.51 mg/L and the largest BOD decrease of 144.20 mg/L. In addition, incubation time also had a significant effect, the longer the incubation time, the more optimal the probiotic activity in reducing BOD levels and increasing DO levels. The conclusion of this study is that the administration of commercial probiotic bacteria at a 1:3 ratio and an incubation time of 32 hours is an effective way to improve the quality of tofu industry wastewater.
