In the current era of digitalization, villages are expected to follow technological developments to modernize correspondence services. Village administration services delivered via the internet enable the village government to communicate information quickly and simply to all village officials, the community, village organizations and the community within the village. Apart from that, the community can submit input to the village government through village information services to direct development in a more positive direction. The problem in Serasah Village that often occurs is that the village head and office staff concerned with carrying out services are often not at the village office because they are out of town on business or there are sub-district meetings and currently there are additional activities in the form of training. electrical installation from BLKP Jambi. So many residents experience obstacles because of this, in fact, some residents who live far from the office area often receive less than optimal service. Based on this problem, it is necessary to design an information system at the Serasah Village office which will take the form of a website which has features regarding information regarding news and activity agendas that will be carried out at the Serasah Village Office, features for online letter submission services and checking the status of letter submissions made. by society. The system development method used to develop websites is the waterfall model. After creating the website, the website testing stage was carried out using the black box testing method with successful test results and a feasibility test was carried out using a Likert scale model. Medan City is the 3rd largest metropolitan city in Indonesia with 70% of Medan's people being of productive age. This shows that the city of Medan has the potential to develop in the creative industry, but the lack of a platform to support the growth of creative ideas hinders this potential. A container is needed that meets the aspects of comfort, openness and accessibility. Based on the existing problems, a view emerged to design the "Medan Art Creative Center" with the theme approach that will be used to design this facility, namely Neo- Vernacular Architecture. Neo-Vernacular architecture is an architectural concept that incorporates elements of surrounding culture into buildings by applying patterns or motifs typical of the place itself. Apart from that, the use of a neo- vernacular theme is also in line with the building's function, namely as an arts and cultural facility, where the aim of this project is to introduce the surrounding culture to local people and tourists from outside the area.

Making ecoprints to improve skills in using natural materials in learning arts and culture and crafts for elementary school children in Kalijambe, Sragen. Making this ecoprint means that the motifs produced on each fabric have different colors and patterns even though they use the same type of plant leaves. This is due to several factors, the relatively different shapes of the leaves. The introduction of ecoprinting to elementary school children creates a creative experience in learning arts and culture and crafts. Another contribution that can be achieved from this training is the growth of students' awareness of the potential of the environment and the desire to preserve nature. Ecoprint work training also provides real and meaningful learning experiences. Exploring the variety of natural materials around, especially leaves, adds value to aesthetic sensitivity. Apart from that, ecoprints also have quite a lot of selling value.

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the extent of the professionalism of the apparatus within the Central Bangka Regency Government by examining how performance affects it, as well as evaluating the extent to which competence, motivation, and organizational culture contribute to the achievement of the performance of Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK). By applying a quantitative approach and explanatory research design, data was obtained through a survey of 191 respondents, then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods and simple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the three independent variables simultaneously or separately have a significant influence on employee performance, where organizational culture emerges as the most dominant factor. In addition, performance has been proven to make a positive and significant contribution to the formation of apparatus professionalism. These findings confirm that the level of professionalism cannot be separated from the work performance displayed, which is substantially determined by individual abilities, motivational drive, as well as the collective values that live in the organization's culture. Based on these results, the policy recommendations that can be drawn highlight the urgency to strengthen the organizational culture based on the core values of the State Civil Apparatus, encourage the development of competencies in accordance with the needs of the position, and reorganize the incentive system and performance evaluation to build a more professional and responsible bureaucracy.

Sanankerto Village still relies on manual administration, which affects the efficiency of data management and public services. This community service program aims to optimize the village administrative information system through training in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for 20 village officials. The methods used include lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and one-month mentoring. Evaluation results show a significant increase in skills—the average pre-test score of 50% rose to 85% in the post-test. Participants are now able to prepare financial reports, use spreadsheets for archiving, and utilize Google Docs and Google Drive for collaborative village data management. These findings align with similar community programs in Kedondong District, where Excel has been used for systematic administrative archiving. Moreover, the use of Google Spreadsheet has proven to enhance organizational efficiency in the Karang Taruna youth organization. Material handling is a term for transportation or transport activities carried out by industrial companies, which involve moving raw materials, semi-finished goods or finished goods from one location to another predetermined location. Apart from that, material handling is also important in quality control, where 3-5% of damaged goods are caused by material handling. The aim of this research is to identify and redesign the layout conditions of concrete production facilities at PT. XYZ. The method of this research is the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), Activity Relationship Daigram (ARD) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) methods. In the current layout conditions, the sand warehouse and crushed stone warehouse work stations should be close to the two hoppers, namely the batching plant hopper and the asphalt mixing plant hopper, but in the actual conditions these two work stations are not close to each other. In the new facility layout there are changes and relocation of work stations based on the degree of proximity. Future research is expected to consider the amount of time generated during the material handling process and also consider cost aspects during the process of designing changes to the facility layout.

This student service activity aims to increase awareness of the young people of the HKI Aek Raso Church regarding the cleanliness and health of the church environment through a participatory approach. The main problem raised was the young generation's low awareness of the importance of keeping places of worship clean. Students from the Christian Education Management and Christian Religious Education Study Program at IAKN Tarutung actively involve youth in mutual cooperation activities, reflective discussions, and the preparation of routine cleaning schedules. This approach does not only focus on physical actions, but also character and theological education which emphasizes that cleanliness is part of the testimony of faith. The results of the service show an increase in youth initiative and responsibility in protecting the church environment. Apart from creating positive behavioral changes, this activity also strengthens social relations between congregations. It can be concluded that participatory based service is effective in forming a culture of sustainable hygiene care and strengthening the spirituality of the church community

The management of village funds in Indonesia is a crucial issue due to the high potential for fraud at the village level, despite the fact that the funds distributed each year continue to increase. In Sojol Subdistrict, Donggala Regency, cases of corruption involving village officials show that even though regulations have been established, practices in the field are still prone to irregularities that directly impact the welfare of the village community. This study aims to examine the influence of moral sensitivity, whistleblowing systems, official competence, and organizational culture on fraud prevention in village fund management. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collected through a questionnaire distributed to 54 respondents consisting of village officials and members of the Village Council (BPD). The results of this study indicate that moral sensitivity, whistleblowing systems, official competence, and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant impact on fraud prevention in village fund management, although the level of influence of each varies. This underscores the importance of moral integrity and reporting systems, as well as strengthening competence and organizational culture at the village level.
