Cervical cancer is a malignancy in the cervix or cervical uterus. Efforts made to detect cervical cancer include cervical cancer screening with Inspection of Visual Acetate (IVA) method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influenced the interest in visiting the inspection of Visual Acetate (IVA) Inspection by Productive age women in Sipahutar Health Center in 2019. The type of this study was the Cross Sectional method. The population in the study was productive age women in Sipahutar Public Health Center. The eligible women were 4408 women and 96 women were taken as sample . The results of the study stated that there was a significant influence between age and interest in visiting; education; knowledge; access to information; health services; support of health and socio-cultural personnel with p value <0.05. The variable that most influenceing was the interest in IVA examination visits is access to information with a value of Rp. 95,615. It is hoped that productive age women will increase its knowledge about the dangers of cervical cancer and participate in the early detection of cervical cancer using the IVA method at the health care facility.

Mathematics is an applicable science and very close to human life, so mathematics is very important to learn from elementary school. However, the mathematics competence of elementary school students in Indonesia is relatively low. One of them is SD IT Cahaya Ummat which is located in Karangjati, Kecamatan Bergas, Kabupaten Semarang, the grade 6 students' average mathematics score is lower than other subjects. So far, learning is still conventional in nature with learning resources in the form of printed books, thus it is necessary to have learning innovations to increase students' interest in learning mathematics.The design of interactive media as a learning aid can be a solution to attract students' attention to be more focused when the teacher explains math material in class. When students feel interested and focused on learning, learning will be more effective so that students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher will also increase.Interactive learning media made with Adobe Flash CS5.5 to combine text, images, sound, and animation will make the application more attractive, so that students are more interested in learning mathematics with statistics material. The results of the validation score obtained from media experts are 34, material experts 39, and users 35, so this learning media product is classified as a very good category, so it is valid to be used.  

ABSTRACT The use of mobile devices with the Android operating system which are used as supporting media and supplements in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration methods and discovery learning or demon-disco learning is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subjects at SMK. Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning medium is to present material about understanding, introduction to parts, types, and quizzes containing questions about hydroponic cultivation of plants. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing. The result of this research is to produce learning media in the form of android-based applications. The validity value of the media expert is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subject at the Terang Bangsa Christian Vocational School which Initially 67 (with 13 students who had not reached the KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not reached the KKM).

Tujuan dari riset ini ialah mengevaluasi proses belajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan Model Context, Input, Process, Product pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Dalam pra penelitian di SMP Negeri 12 Kupang, peneliti menemukan guru belum mengetahui kebutuhan dasar siswa. Guru belum mengetahui latar belakang siswa serta kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran. Tipe riset ini menggunakan pendekatan context, input, process, product. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pertama, pelaksanaan proses belajar dilihat dari segi konteks tergolong baik. Kedua, perencanaan program, ditemukan tidak terdapat analisis kebutuhan. Pelaksanaan program pembelajaran ditinjau dari segi input masuk dalam kategori baik. ketiga, pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih dalam kategori kurang efektif ditinjau dari segi proses. Keempat, guru melaksanakan pendahuluan dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan rancangan yang ada di dalam RPP. Kelima, program pembelajaran perlu dirancang terstruktur sesuai dengan alokasi waktu karena menjadi faktor penentu dalam proses pembelajaran, keluasan dan kedalam materi pelajaran.

After doing research on Singkong Keju D-9 Salatiga, it can be seen that Singkong Keju D-9 Ready to Fried has limitations in its packaging, which is not yet in accordance with the regulatory standards of the State Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI. In addition, it also has a packaging design that is not much different from competing products. Therefore, it is necessary to design a packaging design that is in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and also innovation in packaging design that is able to provide characteristics as a souvenir product typical of the City of Salatiga so that it has an exclusive image on the product and continues to be able to compete against its competitors.The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of packaging design on consumer confidence in buying products based on packaging design and measure the accuracy of the theme of the illustration image on the packaging design of Singkong KejuD-9 as souvenirs typical of the city of Salatiga.The method used is the Research and Development method, starting with (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) packaging design, (4) packaging design validation, (5) packaging design revision, (6 ) product trials, (7) implementation.The results showed that the packaging design had met the requirements and met the requirements for use, judging from the results of the validation it had Cronbach's Alpha Reliability >=0.6 that the questionnaire used was very reliable.

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..

In this digital era, business competition is increasingly competitive. A business is required to conduct continuous evaluation. In today's business world, e-commerce is a necessity to increase business competition and product sales. In the use of e-commerce, buying and selling and marketing activities will be easier and more efficient where consumers will find it easier to buy and sell the desired goods without having to leave the house so as to show the ease of transactions, reduce costs and speed up the transaction process. This study aims to create a Blogspot-Based E-Commerce Web Design as a Promotional Media for Kendal Hijab Blessing Boutique. It is hoped that the design and development of an e-commerce blog can help business actors to market their products more broadly so that they can increase sales and make it easier for consumers to transact, especially at the Kendal Hijab Berkah Boutique.  

Fostering students’ creativity in learning is not effortless because the average learning activity is usually less challenging. Authentic problem-based learning is a learning model that is expected to foster students' creativity in education. This study aimed to examine expert and practitioner validation on authentic problem-based learning tasks prototype in promoting student creativity. The prototype product was displayed and simulated in virtual zoom and validated by 14 learning experts and 18 practitioners/teachers. The initial data were collected through self-evaluation using a questionnaire. The results showed that the use of real experiences as a learning stimulus could foster creative solutions, which are marked by the emergence of new, unusual ideas, imaginative ideas, new creations that have an impact on the development of student creativity.

The Company has short-term and long-term. In the short term the company aims to maximize current profits, while in the long term it aims to increase the value of the company itself. This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, company size, leverage, and CSR disclosure to the value of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. While, the sampling collection technique used purposive sampling with 10 samples which fulfilled the criteria. The data analysis technique used multiple regression linear with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). In this research, the testing variable of profitability used Return On Asset (ROA), company size used total assets, leverage used Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), CSR used Corporate Social Disclousure Index (CSDI), and the value of the company used Tobins’Q. The research result concluded that: (1) profitability effect the value of the company, (2) company size did not effect the value of the company, (3) leverage did not effect the value of the company, (4) CSR disclosure effect the value of the company. Telang flower is generally used as food coloring amd traditional medicine. The contents of telang flower has many benefits for humans. Also, it is hoped that the use of telang flower in the manufacture of lip balm will be a new innovation in cosmetic products. The aim of this research is to create a lip balm based on telang flower which functions to moisturize the lips. This research uses literature, ekasperiment, documentation, observation, and public teasting methods. This experiment resulted in two products with different compositions. In addition, that the two products have been tested publicly on 20 panelists ranging in age from 18 to 25 years. From 20 panelists who have tried 2 lip balm products. It was found that most pf them preferred products with a composition of 8 grams of teang flower extract, 50 grams of coconut oil, 30 grams of olive oil, 300 grams of beeswax, and 15 grams of ethanol. This can be seen from the public test average calculation score oh the favorite indicator, namely 2,5. Basade on the statemensts above, it can be concluded that the opporatunity to be developed as a new innovation in the world of cosmetics.

The use of Fiber Optic as a light emitter in Cocktail Dress is expected to be a new innovation in the development of party fashion. The objectives of this study are: 1) To explain the process of making a cocktail dress using Fiber Optic as a light emitter. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R & D) method. The R&D method is a research method that tests a product to produce the best product by conducting direct trials. In addition to using the method (R&D), it also uses the method of literature, documentation, and experiments. The experiment of making Cocktail Dress using Fiber Optic as a light emitter was carried out at the Laboratory of the Fashion Design Study Program of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare, st. Sultan Agung, No. 77 Gajah Mungkur Village, Semarang City. The percentage of additional ingredients in making Cocktail Dress, namely: 3 meters Bridal Satin Fabric, 1meter Furing, 2 meters Trikod, 1 seed thread, zipper size 50 cm 1 item, zippers size 25 cm 1 item, Fiber Optic in amount of 0.75 mm-400 m. The results of this study indicate that the Fiber Optic Cocktail Dress has the characteristic that the resulted cocktail dress can shine with the light emitting from the Fiber Optic. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an opportunity for innovation from Cocktail Dress by adding Fiber Optic.

The use of young jackfruit which has low prices and abundant production is only as a basic ingredient for making traditional foods. Considering the benefits and nutritional content of young jackfruit, it is necessary to innovate the manufacture of young jackfruit cream soup with fusion techniques. The research objectives are 1) to know the process of making young jackfruit cream soup using fusion technique; 2) knowing the formula and thickening agent for young jackfruit cream soup; 3) find out the community's acceptance of young jackfruit soup cream. The experiment was carried out three times by making cream soup with 3 different thickeners, namely wheat flour with a roux system, pumpkin and potatoes. The experiment was carried out to obtain the best formula. The experimental results show how to make young jackfruit with fusion food processing techniques, starting with material selection, weighing ingredients, boiling young jackfruit, making spices, sauteing spices, boiling all ingredients, sorting bones, thickening with, wheat flour/ pumpkin/potatoes and blending. soup, filter soup. The right formula for young jackfruit cream soup is young jackfruit 120 g, pumpkin thickener 40 g(531)/roux flour 20 gr (351)/ potato 40 gr (253), 50 ml liquid milk, 2 g salt, 10 g onion, 4 g granulated sugar, 5 g margarine, 500 cc water and 140 g claws. The three experimental products were tested hedonic by 10 semi-trained people and code 531 was preferred because it has the characteristics of creamy soup with a creamy texture, savory taste, light brown color, and has the aroma of young jackfruit mixed with milk.

The bridal clothing modification kebaya and lehenga is expected to be an innovation in fashion products and can increase the variety of bridal clothing. The objectives of this study is to knowing the process of making modified bridal dress Kebaya from Indonesia and Lehenga from India. The method used in this research is the R&D method (Research and Development), literature, questionnaires, and documentation.  The making of Modified Bridal Dress Kabaya and Lehenga was carried out at the Fashion Laboratory of the Fashion Design Study Program of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare, st. Sultan Agung, No. 77 Gajah Mungkur Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang City.  Data analysis in this research was carried out using descriptive analysis.  The result of this research is the kebaya as the superior of the lehenga which is equipped with chunri (shawl).  The process of making this modified bridal dress Kabaya and Lehenga includes designing, measuring, making patterns, cutting materials, sewing material that has been patterned or cut, set the application, and finishing by sequencing the Lehenga and kebaya.

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

Petis is made from fermented shrimp or fish that is added with sugar and salt, it looks like a paste and has a dark brown or black color. This study is a descriptive study that aims to determine the presence or absence of Salmonella sp in petis sold in Sumber Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency, to find out what percentage of petis is contaminated with Salmonella sp. POM No. 13 of 2019 concerning Maximum Limits of Microbial Contamination in Fish and Fishery Products Including Molluscs, Crustaceans and Fermented Echinoderms. The population in this study were petis sold in Sumber Cirebon District, traders collected 15 samples using the Accidental Sampling technique. The research method used is a descriptive survey, in the examination using the isolation method through culture media and biochemical tests. The research was carried out at the Microbiology Laboratory of AAK An Nasher Cirebon in April 2022. The results obtained 9 positive samples of Salmonella sp and 6 negative samples of Salmonella sp. Based on BPOM regulation No. 13 of 2019 concerning the Maximum Limit of Microbial Contamination in Processed Food, it must be negative for Salmonella per 25 grams. From these results it can be said that the petis containing Salmonella sp was 60% and the negative petis contained 40% Salmonella sp.

Bank Syariah Indonesia merupakan penggabungan (merger) dari 3 Bank BUMN yaitu PT Bank BRIsyariah Tbk, PT Bank BNI Syariah dan PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis data kualititatif yang menjelaskan secara deskriptif mengenai Aktivitas Pemasaran Produk Simpanan PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ayani Singaraja. PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ayani Singaraja melakukan aktivitas pemasaran produk simpanan menggunakan strategi bauran pemasaran atau Marketing Mix yang terdiri dari konsep 7P yaitu : Product (Produk), Price (Harga), Place (Tempat), dan Promotion (Promosi), People (Orang), Process (Proses), dan Physical Evidence (Fasilitas Fisik).

ABSTRAK Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat diartikan sebagai kegiatan ekonomi yang dilakukan secara swadaya oleh masyarakat itu sendiri dengan cara mengelolah sumberdaya apa saja yang dikuasainya, dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya dan keluarganya. Pemberdayaan masyarakat hanya bisa terjadi apabila masyarakat itu sendiri ikut pula berpartisipasi. Pemberdayaan diarahkan guna meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat secara produktif sehingga mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah yang tinggi dan pendapatan yang lebih layak. Hasil pemberdayaan ekonomi warga banjar Angansari, yaitu dari hasil usaha tani dan ternak, pengadaan homeindustri sebagai usaha sampingan dan penunjang menambah pendapatan keluarga serta pengadaan koperasi syariah sebagai sarana pendanaan usaha bagi warga banjar Angansari yang membutuhkan modal dalam rangka membuka usaha. Dengan adanya pemberdayaan potensi ekonomi diharapkan warga banjar Angansari memiliki peningkatan dalam pendapatan dan bersiap menyongsong pembukaan sektor pariwisata desa Kutuh Kintamani Bangli. ABSTRACT Community economic empowerment is defined as economic activities that are carried out independently by the community itself by managing whatever resources they control, in order to meet their basic needs and that of their families. Community empowerment can only occur if the community itself also participates. Empowerment is directed at improving the community's economy productively so that it is able to produce high added value and more decent income. The results of the economic empowerment of Banjar Angansari residents, namely from the results of farming and livestock, procurement of home industry as a side business and support to increase family income and the provision of sharia cooperatives as a means of business funding for Banjar Angansari residents who need capital in order to open a business. With the empowerment of economic potential, it is hoped that the residents of Banjar Angansari have an increase in income and are ready to welcome the opening of the tourism sector in Kutuh Kintamani Bangli village.

The implementation of activities in PT Global Indotech Industry has run quite well but has not used a computer-based system to check and calculate raw materials. As the author observed, it turns out there are still problems that occur in checking and calculating the raw material supplies of helmet sockets, such as miscalculating raw material stocks and slow checking of stock availability of raw materials, so that it will disrupt scheduled production systems and can harm the company. Based on the things mentioned above, the author argues that in order to overcome the problem in question, it is necessary to design and implement a system that is integrated between related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005 while system design includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data and database dictionary. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the process of checking and calculating helmet socket raw material supplies for the future can run smoothly and on time.

System identification includes organization identification, system running, and problem identification. While the design of the system includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data dictionary and database. Implementation activities in this company has been running well and also has been using computer-based systems, but the technology used is still a technology of the past. In doing the calculation of home loans based on sharia has also been using a computer system. As the authors observe, there are still problems that occur such as recording the margin calculation of each customer that takes a long time, so that will result in errors in the calculation of bank margin that has been established Based on the above matters, the authors argue that to overcome these problems, it is necessary to design and implement an integrated system among related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005. With the implementation of the system it is expected that the input process and calculation of margin bank syaiah needed for the future can run smoothly and on time.
