Shopee is an e-commerce which is known for frequently changing brand ambassadors with the aim of attracting consumers from all classes and ages. Furthermore, another effort which is made by Shopee is that improve the quality of its products in order to attract more consumers. The aim of this study is that to analyze the influence of brand ambassadors and perceptions of product quality on purchase intention with the subject of student of the Shopee application users. This study used quantitative methods. Moreover, the samples in this study were 107 students who used Shopee application who were selected by using a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis were analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the analysis show that there is no influence of brand ambassadors on purchase intention with a sig value. 0.301 (p>0.05). However, there is an effect of perceived product quality on purchase intention of students who use Shopee application with a Sig. 0.00 (p<0.05). Both of them can simultaneously influence the purchase intention of students who use Shopee application with a large influence seen from the R square coefficient of 36.6% so that the other 63.4% is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions on Toreko’s product. The research method used is a qualitative description approach. The type of data is secondary data. The data collection method is to collect materials taken from previous related studies. The results showed that brand image and product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Toreko's business.

The hospital is an important organization and is engaged in providing health services  that focus not only on medical service issues but also on non-medical service issues. The hospital guarantees the availability of medical devices to the availability of equipment that can affect the  quality of health services provided, including patient satisfaction. Therefore the purpose of this  study is to determine the analysis of the procurement of medical equipment logistics in hospitals.  The method used in this research is literature review from seven national journals obtained using  online database facilities via Google pages scholar and researchgate. The selected journal is based on its publication published from 2018-2023. The research results show that the analysis of logistics planning and procurement activities of medical devices in several hospitals in Indonesia  have various differences. The difference consists of hospitals that already have a plan logistics is good and some are not running perfectly. Procurement of medical devices that have not been good  due to several factors, one of which is an inadequate budget. So that management or logistics  management of medical devices is needed in hospitals so that medical devices are always available  in accordance with quality standards hospital health.

Gold Savings is a gold balance deposit service that makes it easier for people to invest in gold savings. Gold savings are one type of investment that is in great demand by the public. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of income, knowledge and quality of service on customer interest in saving gold. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis tool. The population in this study was 336 respondents, the sample was determined using the slovin formula, the sample in this study was 77 respondents and this research was conducted on customers of the Sharia Pawnshop Unit of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F-test of income, knowledge and service quality variables together have a significant effect on customer interest in saving gold, by t-test income does not significantly affect customer interest in saving gold, knowledge has a significant effect on customer interest. saving gold and service quality significantly influence customer interest in saving gold.  

Superior human resources are needed by the village government in village development. The role of human resources is very strategic and important in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, improving the quality of human resources needs to be carried out by the village government. In this study using qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The analysis used in this study is to use SWOT analysis, which analyzes Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threaths. This study found that the Popongan Village Government has strengths and opportunities that can improve employee performance. However, on the other hand it also has weaknesses and threats that can reduce employee performance. Then it is necessary to apply the right strategy to increase strengths and opportunities and reduce weaknesses and threats

Efforts to increase income, provide employment, contribute to the availability of animal protein and increase production activities are part of food security in the aquaculture sector. Based on data reported from the DGT KKP Statistics, (2021) aquaculture can increase production activities, where in 2020 the third quarter of fish farming production reached 11.5 million tons and increased to 12.25 million tons in 2021 in the third quarter.  Alternative techniques that can be done as an effort to increase fish farming production results are optimizing the use of biofloc system technology (Pramono et al., 2018; Faridah et al., 2019 and Permana et al., 2021). This biofloc system is a union of living organic substances into the form of blobs, where this biofloc is composed of the word bio which means life while floc means blob. Tilapia is classified as a type of freshwater fish that is in great demand in the market. In addition to the advantages, there are also obstacles faced, fish farming with a biofloc system such as lack of understanding of fish farming with the biofloc method, directly providing feed without paying attention and lack of water quality control. Barong dance is one of Indonesia's cultural treasures that has great tourist attraction potential in Bali. This dance depicts the fight between good and evil in Balinese culture and has the beauty of dance movements, interesting costumes, and stories raised in the dance. Barong dance also has an important role in introducing Balinese culture to tourists and having a positive impact on the local economy. However, in an effort to preserve it, there are several challenges that must be faced, such as maintaining authenticity, quality of appearance, effective promotion, and management and maintenance of costumes and property. Therefore, joint efforts from the government, community, and tourism industry players are needed to maintain and preserve Barong dance properly. In addition, education and training for the younger generation also need to be improved to help maintain the sustainability of Barong dance as a valuable cultural heritage. By maintaining and preserving Barong dance, it is hoped that Balinese culture can continue to be known and appreciated by tourists, and have a positive impact on the local economy.

The librarian profession is not only required to be proficient at work, but must be attractive in appearance, librarians face challenges and demands from net generation users. Being a professional librarian does not use the palms of the hands but it takes a lot of effort to achieve this, including the importance of social interaction in association to have a humanist face, which means that a librarian must be able to provide excellent service to users, so that librarians will gain the trust of their users. Librarians must also apply 3S etiquette (simple, harmonious, and polite) as well as to form a superior, inclusive, and humanist person who at least has POWER, namely, positive attitude, other people, words, expand, and realize. It is expected that librarians are able to maintain the stability of the quality of library services.

The goals of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, include: creating a functional and good shared parking area so that residents' vehicles are no longer parked in the neighborhood road area, so that it will participate in organizing and beautifying and improving the quality of the environment. The method used in community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is through field surveys or locations where the data is then collected, designed or designed, then a budget plan is made or WED. The expected results of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces consist of 3 things namely: first the participative level of the community towards their environment, secondly the design drawings of representative communal parking spaces, thirdly the budget plan or RAB to carry out the construction of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The output of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is in the form of a report containing pictures and RAB which will be submitted to the community in the neighborhood and to LPM UNTAG Semarang as evidence administrative responsibility.

Waste oil treatment through the distillation method with the addition of sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide media was successfully carried out. The purpose of this study was to obtain quality diesel fuel, study the effect of the concentration of chemical media used, and determine the effectiveness of using spritus substitute fuel. Waste oil treatment is carried out using a distillation method that involves the process of precipitation, filtration and addition of acid and alkaline media. After going through the processing process, the resulting products are analyzed and tested physically and chemically such as density, specific gravity, flash point, fire point, calorific value, and kinematic viscosity. The results of physical test research and parameters were obtained at optimum conditions of use using H2SO4 and NaOH concentrations of 6%. Physical tests obtained brownish-yellow fuel while parameter tests on density tests were 817 km/m3, specific gravity was 0.801, flash point and fire point were 61°C and 72°C,while kinematic viscosity was 4.99 m2/s. The results of this test show that the fuel obtained tends to have diesel quality, so that the fuel has the potential and effectiveness to be used as a substitute for spritus in patching motorcycle tires

Anemia in pregnancy is a national problem because it reflects the value of the socio-economic welfare of the community and has a very large influence on the quality of human resources. where in this situation the patient does not go on a diet against anemia. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the factors that cause anemia in pregnant women in the Kalodran Community Health Center, Serang City, Banten Province in 2022. Descriptive research and this study used primary data with measuring instruments, namely questionnaires that have been tested with instruments, in data analysis using the Chi Square statistical test with a sample of pregnant women as many as 44 respondents and researchers chose respondents with total sampling technique. The description of economic status is mostly low <UMR as much as 34 (77.3%), the knowledge of pregnant women about anemia is mostly lacking is as many as 31 (<70.5%), the education of pregnant women is mostly medium as much as 33 (75%), Compliance with consumption of Fe tablets was mostly disobedient as much as 34 (77.3%), parity was mostly multipara as many as 33 (75%), most pregnant women were <25 years old as many as 28 (63.6%), husband support was partially 28 (63.6%) did not get husband's support, there was a relationship between socio-economic, knowledge, education, adherence to consuming FE tablets, parity, age, and husband's support with the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women in the Kalodran Health Center area, Serang City, Banten Province. 2022. It is recommended for future researchers that the results of this study will add references to knowledge and insight regarding the incidence of anemia in pregnant women so that students can gain skills in handling cases of anemia in pregnant women. as well as being able to apply the science of research methodology that has been studied in the form of a thesis.

WhatsApp Business training has been conducted to improve the quality of management of Sakura Waste Bank Palembang. This activity aims to train managers and employees in operating and using the WhatsApp Business application in daily activities. The results of the training showed that participants were satisfied and able to apply the knowledge gained. It is hoped that this training can positively contribute to improving the efficiency and performance of Sakura Waste Bank

Assessment that is often understood so far in the world of learning is limited to evaluation only. This evaluation was tried formatively and summatively. When an evaluation has been attempted, it is considered that the assessment has been carried out. Such a description is not very fitting. The application of evaluation tends to only look at the achievement of educational goals. In this case, in the learning process it is not only the value that is seen, but there are many aspects that make the success or failure of a program. Evaluation is only a small part of the assessment. Assessment must also be understood as part of supervision. Assessment does not only deal with values that are measured based on solving questions, but assessment of learning programs will examine many aspects. Implementation of learning programs can be viewed from various perspectives. This point of view includes the government as a policy maker, from citizens as users, from educators, for example in terms of program effectiveness. To determine the success of the learning program implemented, an assessment is needed, which is called program evaluation. Because it specifically evaluates learning programs, it is often referred to as evaluating learning programs. Assessment is used more as a strategy to measure how far the success of education is. Given the importance of this and also remembering that assessment is one of the benefits of learning management that cannot be ignored, this paper will discuss program evaluation in learning.

A nurse is someone who works and provides excellent and quality service 24 hours a day, so a nurse must be in good physical condition. The condition of the body which should be in the rest phase must be conditioned on working conditions which can result in work stress and end in work fatigue. Work fatigue is a tired condition felt by a person which is also characterized by a decrease in work productivity. Workload is the volume of work of nurses in a hospital unit. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurse characteristics and workload with work fatigue in inpatient rooms at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital. The design of this research is cross sectional. The sample in this study was 86 patients treated at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital using a total sampling technique and the data were analyzed using the chi square test. The results show that there is a relationship between workload and the level of fatigue in inpatient nurses at Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital with a p value of 0.000. It is recommended that nurses should carry out Benson therapy after providing nursing care so that the level of fatigue can be reduced, understand the work and duties of nursing so that nurses can carry out their duties according to applicable regulations, and make the best use of rest time.

In other words, managing funds as well as possible is the main focus of the activities of the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative, because to assess the effectiveness of managing its funds the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative cannot use one financial measure, namely profitability alone, but must also involve evaluating various aspects. The research aims to determine the effectiveness of managing the funds of the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative for 2021 based on the Regulation of the Minister of State for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20/Per/M. KUKM/XI/2008 concerning aspects of capital, aspects of productive asset quality, aspects of liquidity, aspects of independence and growth. The subject of this research is the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative where the object of evaluation is the management of KSP Satahi Suga Suga funds. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis. In this study data was collected through the documentation method. From the results of the study, the soundness level of cooperatives is included in the "Quite Effective" category with a total score of 56.75 out of a total score of 100. If assessed from guidelines for evaluating the effectiveness of fund management, it has a score of 56.75 which is in the total weighted score of 40-60 with the predicate less effective.

Soft skills are non-technical skills that relate to how people operate, engage with coworkers, solve problems, and manage the task for which they are responsible. Soft skills are required for future leadership jobs and will influence their effectiveness in managing teams to execute diverse initiatives. Furthermore, the capacity to show attentiveness and empathy to clients indicates a dedication to solving problems or meeting their requirements. To strengthen the ability to work with others and positively impact one's profession, a soft skills development program was held for the community in Wonoplumbon Urban Village, Mijen Sub-district, Semarang City, and its stakeholders comprising of RW leaders. This activity aims to achieve one of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely that governments, workers' organizations, and employers all over the world work to improve workers' employability, place young people in decent productive jobs, and increase company productivity through higher quality and relevant training.

Secang wood from the Caesalpiniacea tribe which was commonly found in Indonesia had secondary metabolites as antibacterial. This study aims to formulate secang wood ethanol extract into a transparent solid soap that is able to meet quality requirements. This research method was begin with formulating the extract into a transparent solid soap preparation with 3 concentrations, namely 5g (F1), 10g (F2), and 15g (F3). Furthermore, appearance tests, foaming ability, free alkali, free fatty acids, irritation, hedonic, and pH were carried out. The results of the research on transparent solid soap gave different colors for each concentration, namely transparent bright red (F1) and transparent dark red (F2 and F3) which were stable for 4 weeks; the foam power test shows a height of 4.5-6.5 cm after 10 minutes; free alkaline test shows a value of 0.07-0.08%; free fatty acid test 0.16%, and pH test 8.96-9.66 at week 4; and transparent solid soap does not cause irritation, attractive and liked by volunteers

The purpose of this study was to describe service quality and patient satisfaction and loyalty at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro, to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, the influence of service quality directly on patient loyalty, the effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty, and the influence of service quality indirectly. on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory using a quantitative approach. The population of 700 patients at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro in November 2021 with a sample of 88 respondents. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire and documentation by analyzing it using path analysis, especially Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that service quality and patient satisfaction and loyalty at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro are in good category, service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, service quality has a direct significant effect on patient loyalty, patient satisfaction has a significant influence on patient satisfaction. patient loyalty, service quality has a significant indirect effect on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable.
