Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi, edukasi dan self efficacy terhadap keputusan berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah (studi pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN STS Jambi). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji koefisien determinasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 sampel mahasiswa FEBI UIN STS Jambi angkatan 2019, 2020 dan 2021 dengan menyebarkan kuesioner skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan positif antara Literasi (X1) terhadap keputusan berinvestasi (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Berdasarkan hasil uji t ditemukan bahwa nilai t hitung variabel Literasi sebesar 2.460 > 1.985 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.016 > 0.05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha1 ditolak dan Ho1 diterima. Edukasi (X2) menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan positif  terhadap keputusan berinvestasi (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Berdasarkan hasil uji t ditemukan bahwa nilai t hitung variabel Edukasi sebesar 2.060 > 1.985 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.042 > 0.05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha2 ditolak dan Ho2 diterima. Self Efficacy (X3) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap keputusan berinvestasi (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji t ditemukan bahwa nilai t hitung variabel Self Efficacy sebesar 4.865 > 1.985 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha3 diterima dan Ho3 ditolak. literasi, edukasi dan self efficacy secara simultan secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berinvestasi. Hal tersebut diketahui nili signifikasi X1, X2 dan X3 secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap (Y) adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai f hitung > f tabel (76.603 > 3,09). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan HO ditolak. Adapun pengeruh ketiga variabel tersebut adalah sebesar 69,6% dan sisanya sebesar 30,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Growth Rate and Contribution of Advertising Tax Revenue to Sikka District Regional Tax Revenue. The type of research used is descriptive-quantitative. Quantitative-descriptive is a method that aims to create an objective picture or description of a situation using numbers starting from data collection, interpretation of the data as well as the appearance and results. The data analysis technique in this study uses the growth rate analysis formula and the contribution formula. The results of this study show that the average growth rate of advertisement tax revenue for 2017-2021 reaches 72% and the growth rate of local tax revenue reaches 49%. The average contribution of advertisement tax revenue to regional taxes in 2017-2021 reached 1.07% with very low criteria. Efforts made by BAPENDA of Sikka Regency to increase advertisement tax revenue through intensification and extensification.

Habituation is a very effective way to educate children in matters of worship. During the process of teaching children to pray five times a day, the attitude of children who are so busy with their play world is a common obstacle felt by parents. Because of that, the designer is interested in presenting Islamic literacy that conveys the motivation of prayer for children. Designers obtain data through surveys, observations and literature studies, then designers analyze the data as problem solving with the 5W + 1H method (what, who, when, why, where, and how). Meanwhile, the design method used is the 4D Model (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate). The resulting Islamic literacy media design is a picture storybook entitled "Jangan Lalaikan Shalat".

There are two objectives of this research. First, analyzing the visualization of the character Ajo Kawir in the film Like Revenge, Longing Must Also Be Paid Fully. Second, to analyzing the meaning visualization of Ajo Kawir's character in the film Like Revenge, Longing Must Also Be Paid Completely. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with visual analysis method to explore various visual aspects that describe Ajo Kawir's character, including his physical appearance, facial expressions, gestures, and interactions with the environment and other characters. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research is to use studies, namely Charles Sanders Pierce's Semiotics through icons, symbols, and indexes that focus on Ajo Kawir's impotence. The object of this research is the film "Like Revenge, Longing Must Also Be Paid Fully". The results of this study indicate that the impotent disease experienced by the character Ajo Kawir makes him more emotional and tries to cover it up by frequently fighting to show that he is strong. Ajo Kawir was reproached by society that people who have impotence cannot do things that are brave and strong beyond normal limits.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peluang usaha sarang burung walet di Desa Sungai Sayang, Kecamatan Sadu, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan maqashid syariah terhadap usaha sarang burung walet di Desa Sungai Sayang, Kecamatan Sadu, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Sedangkan Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa peluang usaha sarang burung walet di Desa Sungai Sayang menghasilkan peluang usaha yang sangat baik karena Desa ini merupakan salah satu tempat habitat dari burung walet sehingga para pengusaha walet mampu mengoptimalkan peluang usaha yang ada untuk mengembangbiakkan dalam meningkatkan populasi sarang burung walet dan menjadikan usaha ini sebagai sumber untuk menambah penghasilan demi menopang kehidupan rumah tangga dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Sungai Sayang. Dalam menyelaraskan peluang usaha sarang burung walet dengan prinsip-prinsip maqashid syariah, tentunya para pengusaha sarang burung walet yang ada di Desa Sungai Sayang telah sepenuhnya menerapkan lima unsur yang ada pada konsep maqashid syariah. Kemudian hasil dari usaha sarang burung walet ini membawa kemaslahatan bagi para pengusaha walet yang ada di Desa Sungai Sayang.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh terhadap profesionalisme, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan interpersonal communication terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasional. Studi ini dilakukan di Bappeda Kota Semarang, dengan menggunakan survei melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Bappeda Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 66 sampel responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi jalur path, dengan alat statistik SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan: (1) profesionalisme berdampak pada komitmen organisasional yang akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai; (2)  interpersonal communication berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) interpersonal communication meningkatkan komitmen organisasional yang berdampak pada kinerja pegawai; (4) profesionalisme tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (5) kualitas sumberdaya manusia tidak berpengaruh baik terhadap komitmen organisasional maupun kinerja pegawai.

The Red Turtle tells of the struggle of a man stranded on an uninhabited island to survive until he finally finds new happiness on the island. The film "The Red Turtle" lacks dialogue on its storyline, making color the main visual element of the film's narrative. This attracted researchers to study the film The Red Turtle from the color storytelling aspect that played a narrative visual on the development of the story. The purpose of this study to explain color storytelling can play a narrative visual in the film "The Red Turtle". This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. It uses Albert Munsell's color theory studies, with data collection using observations, documentation and Library studies, and with interactive model data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that color visual elements, color storytelling, are as important and as important as narrative, suggesting that color storytelling can play a narrative visual role in the animated film "The Red Turtle".

Communication skills have a crucial role in the context of education, especially in the practice of teaching peer teaching in tertiary institutions. This study aims to analyze problems in the communication skills of prospective teacher students when practicing peer teaching in explaining skills. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis based on scientific journal literature studies and direct observation. The research was conducted on prospective teacher students who carried out peer teaching practices at Jakarta State University. The results of the study show that most of the prospective teacher students face problems in communication skills when practicing peer teaching. These problems include a lack of emphasis on intonation and articulation, as well as a lack of context in providing examples or illustrations of material. The suggested solution is the use of learning media that can improve the communication skills of prospective teacher students in explaining the material. This research is expected to provide insight for future researchers to develop the communication skills of prospective teacher students in the context of teaching practice.

Islam gained great attention in the study of religion due to the development and global influence on the world Muslim population. An understanding of Islam as a religion and understanding of religion from the viewpoint of Islam is an issue that needs to be elaborated in the discussion and the discussion in the field of religious studies. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk Mengklasifikasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif dalam matematika kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 27 Medan”. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/siswi kelas VIII – 11 di SMP Negeri 27 Medan yang berjumlah 30 siswa dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dan wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes uraian yang mencakup empat indikator kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematika materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh Kemampuan berpikir kreatif dalam matematika siswa pada kelas VIII -11 di SMP Negeri 27 Medan dalam menyelesaikan soal Ssitem Persamaan linear dua variabel sebagian dikatakan rendah.Kategori tinggi ada sebanyak 6 siswa dari 30 siswa dengan persentasenya 20 % Pada kategori ini kendala yang terjadi adalah ketidaktelitian pada saat pengerjaan soal, Kategori sedang ada sebanyak 7 siswa dari 30 siswa dengan persentasenya 23,33 Pada kategori ini kendala yang terjadi adalah ketidaktelitian pada pengerjaan soal dan cari/ jawaban yang diberikan tidak beragam/ bervariasi, dan Kategori rendah ada sebanyak 17 siswa dari 30 siswa dengan persentasenya 56,66 %. Pada kategori ini kendala yang terjadi adalah rendahnya pemahaman konsep, ketidaktelitian dalam pengerjaan soal, serta tidak beragam/bervariasi dalam memberikan cara/jawaban pada soal.

BMT (Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil) adalah sebuah lembaga keuangan  mikro yang berbasis syariah yang memberikan solusi kepada masyarakat khususnya menengah kebawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran BMT Al Ishlah terhadap pemberdayaan usaha mikro di Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis diskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan jumlah responden 5 anggota yang melakukan pembiayaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan yang dilakukan BMT Al Ishlah terhadap usaha mikro dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu, pendanaan dan pembinaan. Pemberdayaan ini berperan positif dalam usaha nasabah sesuai dengan pengakuan 5 responden yang mengakui adanya peningkatan omzet dan mengakui manajemen keuangan lebih baik.

Aktifitas kegiatan pendidikan dapat efektif apabila individu dan kelompok kerja lainnya dapat menciptakan hubungan kerja saling mendukung satu sama lain, berupaya untuk tidak menciptakan perbedaan yang akhirnya akan menjadi sebuah konflik. Untuk menciptakan suasana madrasah menjadi kondusif, diperlukan suatu strategi dalam mengelola konflik. Implementasi manajemen konflik ternyata mampu menciptakan hubungan kerja yang harmoni dengan adanya saling menghargai perbedaan, mau menerima masukan untuk kebaikan, saling menghargai dan menjaga satu sama lain, serta membangun komunikasi saling terbuka dengan penuh keikhlasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan manajement konflik menuju madrasah yang efektif. hasil penelitian tentang manajemen konflik menuju madrasah efektif Konflik sebenarnya sesuatu yang alamiah, yang dalam batas waktu tertentu dapat bernilai positif terhadap perkembangan madrasah, tetapi harus dikelola dengan baik dan hati-hati, sebab jika melewati batas dapat menimbulkan akibat yang fatal. Dengan demikian manajemen konflik merupakan serangkaian aksi dan reaksi antara pelaku maupun pihak luar dalam suatu konflik. Implementasi manajemen konflik dalam pendidikan dilakukan dengan beberapa pendekatan. Konflik tidak merubah falsafah manajemen. Sebenarnya konflik diperlukan dan merupakan langkah strategis dalam pengembangan organisasi ke arah yang lebih baik. Orang-orang dalam organisasi memerlukan tindakan yang tegas selama terjadi konflik.

This study aims to analyze the level of growth, level of effectiveness and contribution of alok market retribution revenue in increasing the local revenue of Sikka Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using growth rate analysis, effectiveness level analysis, and contribution analysis. The results of this study indicate that the growth rate of alok market retribution acceptance is classified as unsuccessful with an average of 1.51%, the level of effectiveness of alok market retribution acceptance is classified as less effective with an average of 65.46%, and the contribution of market retribution revenue alok in increasing Sikka regency's own-source revenue is classified in the criteria of very less contribution with an average of 0.05%.

Quality control is crucial for the company to minimize the existence of defective products. The research focuses on the quality control section. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of quality control occurs at PT Andalan Mandiri Busana, identify the factors that cause defects in garment products, and determine proposed improvements as an effort to suppress defective products. The results showed that there were factors that caused production defects and the biggest cause was broken stitches, and the sigma value obtained was 4.15, which means that the company has carried out pretty good quality control. Based on this research, the recommendations that can be given are in the improve stage, in the form of a table of proposed improvements using the Five M-checklist approach and Kaizen based on fishbone diagrams. The results of this study are expected to be one of the inputs for companies in implementing quality control and can increase the company's sigma level.

This study discusses the management audit on the function of procurement of goods and services. Management audit is a tool for management audit is a tool that can be used by companies to measure the economy, effectiveness, and efficiency or evaluation of management activity programs. This study aims to assess the economization, efficiency, and effectiveness of the function of the procurement of goods and services at PT PLN ULP Ruteng. The scope of the procurement function includes the procurement organization, the procurement process which consists of: procurement planning, procurement implementation, payment and reporting. In this study, it is more specifically discussed about the audit of goods and services procurement organizations. Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 states that the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency, hereinafter referred to as LKPP, is an institution tasked with developing and formulating policies for the Government's procurement of goods/services. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of data analysis is carried out with the elements of the management audit, the data obtained will be classified into the Criteria, Conditions, Causes, Effects groups. From the results of research on the procurement function in the organization of procurement of goods and services PT PLN ULP Ruteng it cannot be said to be effective and efficient. From the specified criteria, there are weaknesses in this program. The recommendations given by researchers to companies can be used as material to make improvements to these weaknesses.

This type of research is field research (Field Research) using a qualitative descriptive method to obtain the data studied. The data collection technique used is through interviews and documentation. The research data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data validity assurance techniques used is Triangulation. The data analysis technique used is data analysis technique, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. Based on student learning outcomes, it has not been achieved well. The data used in this thesis are data from PT.Antosim Lampung Pelayaran Surabaya and the researchers themselves. The type of data used in this research is primary data. will be related to the problem being studied and the results of the questionnaire distributed to several employees related to this research. In carrying out repairs there is a work list that shows how many items of work work must be done. So this work list has been approved to be carried out in the ship repair process. KM ship repair work. Mutiara Ferindo 5 which carries out planned repairs both at the shipyard and when the ship anchors at sea carries out maintenance technically and economically. Repair work on RO-RO ships that carry out maintenance on a scale that has been determined by the office and ship crew who are authorized to help carry out ship repairs. Repair work on the ship KM. Mutiara Ferindo 5 is well planned in terms of safety equipment and also component equipment that plays an important role in the smooth operation of the ship (maintenance of the entire engine room, deck, safety equipment and maintenance of the inside and outside of the ship). This study aims (1) to determine the marketing strategy used by Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin in increasing sales. (2) To find out marketing strategies that can be implemented by utilizing SWOT analysis to improve marketing performance at Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee in Banjarmasin. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The informants in the study were the Owners of Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin uses various marketing strategies, such as advertising promotions, collaboration with influencers, new product development and creating Instagramable photo areas. The SWOT analysis shows strengths in product quality, cafe design and strategic location, while weaknesses relate to understanding customer preferences and digital marketing. The cafe has opportunities in forging local partnerships and leveraging social media, but faces threats from intense competition and changing consumer trends. In conclusion, Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee Banjarmasin can capitalize on strengths, overcome weaknesses and seize opportunities to strengthen their brand and increase their market share.

Youth is the future asset of a nation. But nowadays a lot is happening to teenagers, such as drugs and motorcycle gangs. This is a familiar problem. Juvenile delinquency includes all behaviors that deviate from the norms of criminal law committed by juveniles. There are so many internal and external factors that cause juvenile delinquency that need to be considered. To overcome this, guidance from parents and also a good environment can be a determinant for the development of the teenager. Based on the results of several studies, it was found that one of the causes of juvenile delinquency is the lack of functioning of the role of parents as role models for their children. The atmosphere in the family that causes discomfort for children is also one of the causes, including the divorce of their parents. Often they commit crimes because they feel they are not cared for by their parents who work too often without paying attention to the child's development. Teenagers who commit crimes generally lack self-control, or actually abuse that self-control, and like to enforce their own rules without paying attention to the presence of other people around them.

This study aims to determine the meaning of visual communication da'wah messages contained in uploads of the Instagram account @qomikin in terms of Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis in which there are 3 illustrative images of each of the main messages of da'wah namely faith, sharia, and morality so that the total images studied totaling 9 illustrative images. The type and research approach used is a qualitative method with a semiotic analysis approach. The data analysis technique used is Charles Sanders' semiotic analysis. The systematics of analyzing illustrative images includes the selection of illustrative images and then used as signs, then the signs found are then used as objects, and finally the objects that have been found in the illustrative images are interpreted and conclusions are drawn about the meaning of the da'wah messages. Aqidah includes the problem of monotheism which doubts Allah SWT as the provider of sustenance for His servants, thinks too much about worldly problems so that they forget to remember death, and finally, humans are sinners and Allah SWT's forgiveness is so wide for His servants who want to repent. Then the sharia-themed da'wah messages include riya issues or showing off good deeds to others through social media, always being tabayyun towards all news or information received, and finally, gentleness is a measure of the quality of a human being. Then lastly, the moral-themed da'wah message includes the problem of a person whose prayers want to be answered immediately but his obligations to God are not carried out optimally, humans as creatures who like to complain but are in a hurry and are even reluctant to pray, and lastly, the luck of humans who do tahajud and the virtues or benefits derived from the midnight prayer. The illustration images and subheadlines used by the Instagram account @qomikin are interrelated and very relevant to the da'wah message conveyed by the da'wah account owner.
