This study entitled Social Interaction Between Bugis and Atoen Pah Meto (Sociological Study in Teun Baun Village and Nekbaun Village, West Amarasi District, Kupang Regency). The background of this research is what are the forms and patterns of social interaction between the Bugis and Atoen Pah Meto in Teun Baun Village and Nekbaun Village? The aims of this research are 1) to know the social and economic life of the Bugis and Atoen Pah Meto people; 2) To find out the Forms and Patterns of economic social exchange, mutual social interaction such as: social closeness, cooperation; 3) management of impressions and messages, comparing the process of social exchange, mutual social interaction: cooperation, and messages and impressions that are contained in the social interactions of the Bugis and Atoen Pah Meto people in the two villages.This study uses a qualitative method with an inductive approach to the type of intrinsic case study research. The focus of this research is symbol interactionism. The techniques used are observation and interviews.The results showed 1) The social interaction between the Bugis and Atoen Pah Meto in Teun Baun Village and Nekbaun Village was very harmonious because there had never been any conflict; 2) Bugis people can still control their expenses and income from sales properly, while the Atoen Pah Meto people don't have records and they don't support each other; 3) The degree of social exchange as practiced by the Bugis and Atoen Pah Meto in terms of fulfilling the basic needs of the community is quite good.The conclusion of this research is that the trade relations of the Bugis people are far more advanced than those of the Atoen Pah Meto, why is it because the Bugis people concentrate fully on the kiosk business, on the other hand the Atoen Pah Meto people do farming and livestock as a legacy from their ancestors. The researcher's suggestion is that there is a need for cooperation in the kiosk business and trying to trust each other in carrying out a productive business.    

The existence of the cosmetics industry basically has a positive impact but also creates new problems because there is still inadequate management of liquid waste. The aim of the study was to find out how the coagulation and flocculation processes affect the quality of BOD, COD, and TSS in wastewater treatment plants. This research method uses a qualitative type method, based on its type with a cross sectional approach with an observational researchhmethode. The populationnof this study is the outlet of the Wastewater Treatment Plant which has undergone coagulation and flocculation processes. The samples used were outlets after the coagulation and flocculation processes were carried out at the WWTP in Cosmetic Industry X, Depok City. The results from the inlet levels of BOD 2,152 mg/l, COD 5,380 mg/l, and TSS 1,830 mg/l. The outlet levels of the Cosmetic Industry X Wastewater Treatment Installation in Depok City showed a BOD level of 15 mg/l, a COD level of 63 mg/l, and a TSS of 20 mg/l. In this study the contents of BOD, COD and TSS in cosmetic industry waste X in Depok city were included in the water quality status with good quality after coagulation and flocculation processes.

The increasing development of Ciater hot spring tourism in Subang Regency has encouraged the management to build resort hotel facilities. The design of this project refers to ecotourism principles. The design area is 47,000 m 2 consisting of 23 villa units, supporting facilities and recreational facilities. This project was designed by raising three main issues, namely environmental issues, privacy, and atmosphere. These three issues are then elaborated into the main concept, namely Tranquil Coexistence of Nature and Architecture which means harmony between architecture and its environment. The beautiful scenery of the mountains of West Java and the sloping contours of the land are a reference for laying out the mass composition and zoning on the site. The arrangement of masses in the eco-resort area is made natural by avoiding angles and symmetrical geometries. The concept of an open mass and roof form adapted from Sundanese architecture is a reference for spatial planning and building masses in villa facilities and public facilities using local materials. As an effort to reduce degradation of environmental quality in Ciater, the design of the site utility was made using a water sensitive landscape design approach in which the water element will be recycled and reused on the site. The results of this eco-resort design are expected to be able to contribute to environmental preservation, increase the tourism potential of Ciater hot springs, and increase the welfare of the surrounding community in line with the increasing number of visitors who come.

The concept of Collaborative Government as an alternative basis is considered capable of realizing the acceleration and implementation of Tourism Areas. Collaborative Governance as a new paradigm that is used to deal with various issues in a complex society, the paradigm that is meant is the basic principle of equal relations between stakeholders in the public, private and community sectors. It is also a process that involves various stakeholders who are related to the interests or achieve a goal. This study analyzes Collaborative Governance in Sustainable Tourism Management, especially in Doplang Village. Then, this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the research on the Doplang Tourism Village, Bawen District, Semarang Regency, are a source of income for the local community with the level of tourists visiting tourist attractions and also increasing people's income.

Supply Chain is a very important field for companies because besides aiming to meet consumer needs. The research method used in analyzing is a qualitative approach method. Activities involved in the Supply Chain of PT. Unilever Indonesia is a supplier, packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, retailer. PT. Unilever Indonesia decided to implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and implement a fully operational SAP system to facilitate the company in the process of business integration to support the company's growth targets in the following years.

This research aims to determine the sticky costs behavior that occurs in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The behavior of sticky costs in this research is seen from sales, general and administration costs which are categorized into several industry groups to see the degree of sticky costs for each industry group per year. Apart from that, the factors that influence sticky costs include direct labor costs and overhead costs. goods sold. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis which is measured using the Anderson, Banker and Janakiraman equations. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method with a total of 65 research samples obtained during the 2017-2019 period. The results of this research are that all manufacturing companies in Indonesia have sticky costs behavior. The largest and smallest degrees of sticky costs occur in the textile, garment and footwear sectors and others. This proves that management in companies in these sectors is inconsistent in monitoring and controlling sales, general and administrative costs. Then regarding the influence of direct labor costs and the cost of goods sold is as follows: 1) Direct labor costs have no effect on sticky costs, 2) Cost of goods sold has no effect on sticky costs.

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of organizational culture, communication, and job stress on the performance of employees at Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. We employed a survey methodology by administering a questionnaire to a sample of employees from the foundation, picked at random. The acquired data was examined using regression techniques to ascertain the correlation between the variables under study. The analytical findings suggest that a favorable company culture exerts a substantial impact on employee performance. The values, conventions, and behaviors within a corporate culture have a significant impact on enhancing employee motivation, engagement, and performance. Furthermore, the establishment of efficient communication channels between management and employees is also crucial in enhancing work performance by fostering a clearer comprehension of organizational objectives, job responsibilities, and valuable input. Nevertheless, research has demonstrated that work-related stress has a detrimental impact on the performance of employees. Elevated levels of stress can disrupt employee focus, drive, and psychological well-being, resulting in diminished productivity and job excellence. These findings indicate that Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan's management should strengthen a favorable organizational culture by emphasizing the principles of cooperation, creativity, and employee assistance.

Mastoiditis is a disorder of the middle ear. Inflammation of the middle ear involves the mastoid cells of the temporal bone. Mastoiditis is generally a complication of otitis media. This is due to the connection between the middle ear and the mastoid air cells. This research method begins by searching articles on Google Scholar, PubMed and NCBI within the year range determined by the researcher and using the keywords Mastoiditis, Mastoiditis Diagnosis, Mastoiditis Management. The results of this study found that the diagnosis of mastoiditis can be made by history, physical examination and supporting examinations. Treatment that can be done in mastoiditis depends on the severity of the infection and its complications. administration of antibiotics, incision and drainage of mastoid abscess and mastoidectomy are the management of mastoiditis  

Reviews of the literature on diversity management and workplace misconduct are still incredibly uncommon. Given the requirement for appropriate handling to stop irregular conduct at work (organizations; companies, government institutions, MSMEs). This scoping review's objective is to summarize the literature on the value of diversity management in avoiding workplace deviance.  The scoping study adheres to the Arksey and O'Malley Steps. (2005). The scoping review used has 5 steps, including identifying research topics, finding pertinent studies, Specifically, (1) formulating research questions, (2) locating pertinent studies, (3) choosing studies, (4) outlining data, and (5) gathering, describing, and disclosing findings.  Over 11 years, this research was reviewed using 3 electronic databases: Taylor dan Francis, Wiley dan Emerald. (2013-2023). Corruption, the giving of gifts or bribes, and gossip are among the categories of deviant behavior in the workplace that were identified, and all of these categories have the potential to negatively impact organizational performance, according to the findings of the scoping review. Gender, race, and culture are three types of diversity that are particularly susceptible to the issue of aberrant behavior in the workplace. Therefore, management must provide support and focus, particularly to human resource managers who are responsible for managing diversity in the workplace.

Efforts to reduce and handle waste require the full participation of the community. Community participation is very important because the community as a waste producer, the community knows best about the condition of waste management in their environment. This research is a descriptive research, namely making systematic, factual, and accurate descriptions of the facts and characteristics of a particular population or area. The data analysis techniques used to achieve the objectives of this study are: the Frequency Distribution analysis method, which processes data using various simple statistical calculations, for example: amounts, differences and percentages of data. The results of this study indicate that the role of youth in community participation-based waste management is very important in Kotarindau Village.

 This study aims to (1) reveal Mathematic learning through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for Mathematic learning through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) school solutions and efforts and stakeholders to achieve Mathematic learning goals through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method. Research data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were theprincipal, the head of the curriculum, Mathematic educators, homeroom teachers, class X students and guardians of students. Researchers used data analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and checking the validity of the data. The results showed that, (1) PAI learning management in the evaluation of psychomotor aspects has not been implemented, (2) learning supporting factors, namely the existence workshops oflearning Google Classroom, strong signals and internet quotas, students having smartphones, and guardians of students being able to monitor and control students. learn while at home. Liquidity issues are important in maintaining the smooth operation of the company as well as in short-term and emergency needs as well as the growth function (investment) to develop owned assets in accordance with the expectations desired by the company. Information about budgeted cash flows can produce relevant information, because from this cash flow it can be known the need for the company's operations from the source of the recipient. Given the large number of cash receipts and disbursements managed, a list is needed that contains all cash inflows and cash outflows presented in the form of a cash flow statement. The results of the discussion concluded that cash management plays a role in the liquidity of CV. PSP Group, this can be proven from the results of research by calculating liquidity with the Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Quick Ratio, where the calculation results for 1 year, namely from January to December 2021 the calculation results for the liquidity ratio are > 1 as much as 75%, where with the existence of good cash management will have a positive impact, which means the application of cash management at CV. PSP Group is better, on company liquidity and financial conditions with a liquidity ratio of < 1 of 25%, which means that future conditions need to be improved in cash management to make it even better because there are still conditions that cash management in 2021 is not liquid or in the sense that CV. Transaction management at Hijab Nafisa used to be done manually, causing errors in record keeping and periodic inventory checks, resulting in inefficient service. The author designed an information system using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. This paper described the analysis and design of a store management information system (point of sales) that has successfully facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. After that, a system test was carried out and compared with the old method of manual and ineffective information transaction processes, resulting in a proposed system that facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. Additionally, there was also ease in data reporting that could be printed out for easy reading.  

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management dan Digital Marketing terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Lembaga Global English Pare.  Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Customer Relationship Management (X1), Digital Marketing (X2) dan Loyalias Pelanggan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner atau angket pada pelanggan Lembaga Global English Pare. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi sejumlah 780 responden serta sampel sejumlah 264 responden dengan teknik analisa uji instrumen, uji prasyarat analisis, dan pengujian hipotesis diharapkan dapat menjawab tiga rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini. Analisa dikerjakan dengan Software SPSS for Windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Customer Relationship Management (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare; 2) Digital Marketing (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare; 3) Customer Relationship Management (X1), Digital Marketing (X2) dan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalias Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare.

Dalam praktek kerjanya perlu adanya terapan pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sebagai upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Yang dimana pelaksanaan ini sangat perlu untuk diperhatikan baik bagi pihak manajemen dan para tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah terapan pelaksanaan Standar Operassional Prosedur (SOP) serta budaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di PT Prima Multi Peralatan Kota Medan. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan mewawancarai beberapa informan dan juga melakukan observasi lapangan untuk melihat langsung keadaan di tempat kerja, serta studi kepustakaan sebagai tambahan referensi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian mengenai terapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di PT. Prima Multi Peralatan, yaitu dari hasil wawancara dan juga observassi lapangan, ditemukan bahwa terapan SOP dan K3 sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan untuk kebijakannya sendiri masih berlandaskan kebijakan dari PT. Pelindo 1. Untuk penggunaan APD disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, terkecuali baju seragam kerja, sepatu keamanan dan juga helm keamanan tetap harus digunakan selama berada di wilayah tempat kerja. dan untuk keseluruhan APD disediakan oleh PT. Prima Multi Peralatan.

This study aims to find out the opinions of teachers and administrative staff regarding the management of BOS funds at the HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School in terms of the procedures for managing, using, and targeting BOS funds. This research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were all teachers and administration staff of the HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School for the 2020/2021 academic year, a total of 20 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation to obtain data regarding the management of BOS funds related to the procedures for managing, using, and targeting BOS funds. The analysis technique uses cross tabulation and crosstab methods. The results showed that 90% of respondents (18 teachers and 2 administrative staff) stated that the procedures for managing BOS funds at HKBP Private Middle Schools complied with the 2021 BOS technical guidelines and only 10% of respondents (1 teacher and 2 administrators) stated it is not in accordance with. Regarding the use of BOS funds at HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School, 88.5% of teacher respondents (15 people and 1 uhsah administrative staff) stated that it was appropriate and only 11.5% (1 teacher) stated that it was not on target. So, it can be concluded that the majority of respondents are of the opinion that the management of BOS funds at the HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School for the 2021/2022 school year from the procedures for managing, using, and targeting BOS funds is in accordance with the technical guidelines for using BOS funds in 2022

Pendidikan adalah proses belajar dimana peserta didik aktif mengembangkan potensinya . UINFAS Bengkulu merupakan perguruan tinggi islam yang memiliki mahasiswa dari latar belakang yang bermacam-macam. Karakter yang Dimiliki mahasiswa nya pun beragam. faktor terbentuknya karakter mahasiswa adalah keluarga, masyarakat, teman sebaya dan lingkungan disekitarnya. UKM-KI UINFAS adalah sebuah Lembaga organisasi didalam lingkup lingkungan kampus yang bergerak dalam bidang kerohanian islam. Dengan adanya organisasi ini diharapkan dapat menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter Qur’ani dalam kehidupannya maupun lingkungan masyarakat. dengan adanya kegiatan yang ada di kampus dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap mahasiswa dengan lingkungan sosialnya. tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kegiatan UKM-KI yang dapat membentuk karakter mahasiswa di UINFAS BENGKULU. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dan untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti melakukan jenis penelitian library research yaitu mengumpulkan karya tulis ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang dibahas. Adapun hasil penelitian mengenai implementasi karakter mahasiswa pada kegiatan UKM-KI. Dengan adanya implementasi yang dilakukan UKM-KI UINFAS Bengkulu yang melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang positif dan bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa dapat membentuk karakter mahasiswa menjadi lebih baik.

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, which aims to determine the application of incoming mail SOPs to PT XYZ's Dynamic Archives Subsection and to find out whether the implementation of these SOPs has been carried out optimally. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observational studies, interviews and documentation with informant taking techniques using purposive sampling with a total of 4 participants. The results obtained in this study stated that the management of incoming mail at the PT XYZ Dynamic Archives Subdivision was still not in accordance with the applicable SOP. There is a messy Agenda Book Recording, file cabinets that are not given indexes and follow-up units, as well as inadequate distribution equipment. Thus, adequate facilities or equipment are needed in the process of distribution, education and training of employees in managing incoming mail, as well as supervising incoming mail management activities.

The Al-amin Science And Industrial Park area is projected to become a center for field laboratories and workshops that accommodate all study programs at UNPAB. Eco-education is expected to attract visitors to enjoy the location of the Al-amin Science And Industrial Park Area with attractions based on field activities from study programs at UNPAB such as horticultural gardens, nurseries, animal husbandry, waste management for the use of renewable energy to processing packaging of garden and livestock products. The construction of the Al-amin Science And Industrial Park Area Mosque is expected to become a center of Islamic activities consisting of worship activities, mu'amalah and da'wah education, as well as Islamic information centers, not only for the Al-amin Science And Industrial Park area but also for the surrounding community and visitors to the area.

Kada Cake Kiosk is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that has seized the opportunity to develop Banana Chips as processed food in Kobalima District. Even though Kobalima District has made a small contribution in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Malacca Regency, this potential can become a business opportunity for K2 Cake Kiosk owners in developing these processed foods. The idea of developing a banana chip business began in 1993 when Ms. Sipriana Hoar wanted to develop a banana chip business with minimal capital but had the potential to increase business income. This is done by moving from developing chips and other processed food businesses to processing products that have the potential to increase product-added value. This business analysis originates from existing recipes from their parents in micro businesses as snacks or snacks. This opportunity, where the bananas cultivated by farmers sometimes have a low selling value, was utilized by Ms. Sipriana to increase her business in banana chips and other processed foods. The method of carrying out the Professional Work Practice activities of the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, provides solutions to the problems identified in Lakekun Village, especially at the K2 Cake Kiosk. The method of carrying out the intended activity is purposive, namely the intentional determination of the K2 Cake Kiosk as the main indicator that is used as a respondent in carrying out the intended activity. The approach taken in answering problems such as: 1. Location surveys, namely looking at existing potentials and constraints such as Community Problems in the Benpasi Village.2. Identification of each Community that can be used as an example of the intended entrepreneurship training. 3. Training for each farmer group in the Benpasi Village to answer these problems to increase agricultural production in the Benpasi Village. 4. Counseling and training on maintenance and care management for plants so that they can be used for further processing 5. Monitoring and evaluation of the activities in question in an effort to increase the intended community service activities. From the Training Activities for Making Banana Chips at the K2 Cake Kiosk in Lakekun Village,Kobalima District, Malaka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province based on Professional Work Practices in the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, it can be concluded that students can see business potential and are able to analyze the advantages possessed in micro-businesses in Lakekun Village. In addition, they get a lot of benefits from the training by providing recipes that are obtained by business owners so that in the future they can be practiced as business opportunities.
