Data were collected through literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The data was analyzed using the percentage formula.  The results of the study show that the implementation of learning plate dance practice with the application of the peer tutor method can improve student activities and learning outcomes. In the first cycle, there are the results of the group practice test, each group still has its group members who have not reached the completion score. In the first cycle, students obtained an average of 71.4 with a fairly good category. With the details of students who got a complete score of only 14 people equal to (46.8%) and students who did not complete it also 18 people were equal to (56.2%). In this second cycle, students obtained an average of 83.4 in the very good category. With details of students who got a complete score as many as 30 people equal to (93.7%) and 2 people equal to (6.2%) who have not received a complete score. The peer tutor method has proven to make it easier for teachers because of the help of peer tutors. With this method, students who are initially afraid or reluctant to ask the teacher will feel more comfortable asking the tutor, who is their peer, thus increasing their confidence. The Raya Blega Street intersection is one of the intersections with a relatively high vehicle volume in Bangkalan Regency. There is no APILL (Traffic Signaling Device) available at this intersection, so it has an impact on traffic flow at the intersection. The existence of the market causes many side obstacles which reduce the optimal performance of the intersection. This condition causes the intersection to experience traffic delays, especially during peak hours such as when leaving work or when leaving. In this research, researchers want to identify the problem of congestion at the Raya Blega street-Rajawali street intersection by calculating and analyzing the performance of the Raya Blega street-Rajawali street intersection using the PKJI 2023 method so that it can be used as a benchmark for assessing the performance of unsignalized intersections and assisting related parties in handle problems at the intersection and it is hoped that they can handle the problems that occur at the intersection so that it can create security and safety for passing users. In this study, the highest value was obtained for existing conditions on Monday, April 29 2024, at morning peak hours (07.00-08.00) at approach point A (east Raya Blega street) with an intersection capacity value of 2297,96 smp/hour and the value obtained The degree of saturation is 0,36 and the delay value is 8.44 sec/smp so it is included in Level of Service B. So the status of the Raya Blega street-Rajawali street Bangkalan Regency intersection is still suitable to be maintained.

Duolingo could help with this problem because Duolingo could make students more interested and less bored when studying. The purpose of this research was to find out whether there was an effect of the Duolingo Application in increasing the vocabulary mastery of 7th grade students at SMPN 32 Bandar Lampung in the 2023/2024 academic year. This research methodology used in this research was quasi-experimental design. The population of this research was all 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 32 Bandar Lampung for the 2023/2024 academic year with a total of 180 students. This research sample consisted of two classes, namely class 7B with a total of 34 students as the experimental class, and class 7C with a total of 33 students as the control class. This meant that the total number of samples for this research was 67. The experimental class used Duolingo Application, while the control class used the “When English Rings a Bell” textbook and dictionaries. The sample for this research was determined using a cluster random sampling technique. The treatment was carried out in first meeting. In collecting data, this research used a test instrument in the form of 40 multiple choice questions. Before giving treatment, a pretest was carried out. Then, after the treatment has been carried out, a post test was given. The results showed that there is a significant difference in student scores before and after treatment. This research used hypothesis testing, especially the T-test, to find out whether the Duolingo Application had a significant effect on students' vocabulary scores. And the results show that Sig. (ρvalue) = 0.000 < α = 0.05. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using the Duolingo Application on increasing the vocabulary mastery of 7th grade students at SMP Negeri 32 Bandar Lampung in the 2023/2024 academic year.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of students' interest in learning using the demonstration method. The research hypothesis is: "There is a difference in students' interest in learning in class VIII SMP N 4 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year before and after learning using the demonstration method. The population is all class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Siborongborong, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year with 206 Protestant Christians consisting of 7 classes. The research sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling technique, namely 35 students in class VIII 3 as the experimental class using the demonstration method and class VIII 5 totaling 35 students as the control class using ordinary treatment (conventional class). This research method is the Quasy Experimental Design method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The instrument used in this research was a 30-item questionnaire. Research data for the questionnaire was analyzed using the average difference test formula (N-Gain Score). It was found that the average value for the experimental class was 0.7454 in the high category. And the average value for the control class is 0.1481, which is in the low category. Then carrying out an independent test using the t test obtained a value of t = 15.168 > t table (α = 0.05; df = 68) = 2,000. Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a difference in students' interest in learning in class VIII of SMP N 4 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year before and after learning using the demonstration method.

Background; In Lampung province, the incidence of dysmenorrhea is quite high, the results of the study found that 54.9% of women experience it. Dysmenorrhea is lower abdominal pain that sometimes extends to the waist, lower back and thighs, caused by high production of prostaglandins then stimulates the uterus to contract. The most common impact of dysmenorrhea is limited physical activity and poor concentration, so it must be addressed immediately so as not to further interfere with daily activities. One of the non-pharmacological treatments is by drinking carrot juice where carrots contain vitamin E and beta-carotene which can suppress prostaglandin production so that it can reduce the pain experienced. Objective; To determine the effect of carrot juice on reducing dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls at JHS Muhammadiyah 2 Wonosobo, Lampung. Method; This type of research is quantitative research with a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest and posttest design approach, the population is 28 respondents, the number of samples is 22 respondents with Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection tools using observation sheets, data analysis with Wilcoxon test ? = 0.05. Results; The results of observations for 1 day with a frequency of 2x a day obtained a p-value of 0.000 where 0.000 <0.05 this means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. One of the learning activities that can improve the quality of student learning is to provide a variety of teaching methods and learning media that can engage students' enthusiasm during the learning process. Based on the results of reading literacy tests, Indonesia has not yet reached the standard score of 493 set by the OECD. Literacy is very important for daily life, therefore the Ministry of Education in Indonesia provides opportunities for students to develop their creativity in improving literacy, numeracy, and the quality of learning in schools. Students assist educators in varying teaching methods or media to make learning active, interactive, and enjoyable. One enjoyable learning media is utilizing technology, such as the Let's Read digital library. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study research design, and the techniques used in this research include observation, practice, and direct documentation in teaching activities in the classroom using the Let's Read media.
