Reflection : Islamic Education Journal 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Pendidikan Agama dan Filsafat Indonesia

Islamic education plays an important role in forming perfect human beings through the integration of character values and aqidah in the learning process. In the context of basic education, this integration is becoming increasingly relevant amidst the challenges of globalization and digital influences that can disrupt the formation of students' morals. This study aims to examine the strategy of integrating character and moral education in Islamic learning, both in face-to-face and online learning, and to evaluate its impact on the development of students' personalities. The method used is library research by analyzing relevant academic literature, both in the form of books, journals, and scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that effective integration of character and aqidah education requires the active role of teachers as role models, an adaptive curriculum, and a school environment that supports Islamic values. However, challenges such as lack of teacher training, unsystematic evaluation, and the influence of digital culture are obstacles that need to be overcome. In conclusion, the integration of character and aqidah education in Islamic learning has been proven to have a positive impact on the formation of students' morals and personalities, but its success is highly dependent on a holistic evaluation approach and the involvement of all parties, including teachers, parents, and the community.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that have an important role in expanding employment opportunities and providing broad economic services for the community. However, the obstacles faced by MSMEs are the lack of ability and understanding due to low education and the assumption that the implementation of financial report recording is difficult. Therefore, this study is very interesting because it aims to test the application of SAK EMKM in the preparation of financial statements, especially regarding the application of SAK EMKM in the preparation of financial statements understood by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study uses descriptive research with qualitative methods. The data collection used was interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the findings of the research discussion, it can be concluded that Batik Lea Collection MSMEs have not implemented SAK EMKM in the preparation of their financial statements. This is mainly due to the owner's limited knowledge and understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards. Although the owners know about the existence of SAK EMKM, they lack knowledge about its implementation. Evidence from direct observation and documentation shows that Batik Lea Collection MSMEs only record cash inflows and outflows. Owners create bookkeeping reports that can only be understood by themselves

This study aims to describe the forms of community participation and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in the preservation of the Wolotopo Traditional Village tourism site, located in Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation involving purposively selected key informants, including traditional leaders, village officials, local residents, and representatives from the Tourism Office. The findings indicate that community participation comprises four main forms: psychological (idea contribution), physical (labor), material (goods), and financial (monetary) participation. Psychological participation remains limited due to low cultural literacy and a lack of participatory space, while other forms of participation demonstrate more active community involvement in cultural and environmental preservation efforts. Supporting factors include strong social solidarity, collective programs such as the “Clean Friday” initiative, and institutional collaboration, whereas obstacles consist of inadequate infrastructure, economic dependence on the primary sector, and limited human resource capacity in tourism management. Therefore, the preservation of Wolotopo Traditional Village requires a sustainable, collaborative approach grounded in community empowerment, local economic strengthening, and the enhancement of social and cultural competencies.

PT Udara jadi Bersih Bekasi is a company engaged in testing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. So far, the process of recording test results is still carried out manually using paper media. This process poses a number of obstacles, such as delays in recording, potential input errors, and limitations in accuracy and data storage. This condition also has an impact on delays in the submission of test results information to supervisors, who should need fast and accurate data for decision-making. To answer this problem, a web-based application is needed to design a web-based application that is able to digitize the entire workflow of recording and reporting HVAC test results. With a web-based system, data can be managed centrally, more structured, and easily accessible at any time. This application is also equipped with QR Code technology to speed up access to test results. Supervisors and technicians only need to scan the code for complete information, so they no longer rely on manual searches that are time-consuming and prone to serious errors in technical documentation. The design of this application uses the Waterfall method which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. UML is used as a tool to describe business processes and system activity flows in detail, so that development can be carried out more systematically, efficiently, and in a targeted manner according to applicable software engineering standards. With the implementation of this application, PT Udara jadi Bersih Bekasi is expected to be able to improve operational efficiency, reduce recording errors, and speed up the information distribution process. In the end, this digitalization will support companies in providing services that are more professional, accurate, innovative, reliable, and according to the needs of the modern HVAC industry in the era of global digitalization.

Entrepreneurship training is an important strategy in the economic empowerment of village communities, especially for the youth of Karang Taruna and PKK members who have a strategic role in local development. In Kaladawa Village, local potentials such as agricultural products, processed food, and handicrafts actually have a fairly high economic value. However, this potential has not been utilized optimally due to low knowledge, skills, and access to information and technology that supports entrepreneurship. Lack of understanding of business planning, digital marketing, and financial management is often the main obstacle that hinders village communities from starting and developing businesses independently. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity and economic independence of the residents of Kaladawa Village through practice-based entrepreneurship training. The training is comprehensively arranged, combining interactive lecture methods, group discussions, case studies, and simple business simulations so that participants are able to understand in theory and practice. The training material includes basic concepts of entrepreneurship, identification and analysis of local potential-based business opportunities, preparation of business plans, digital marketing strategies using social media, and financial management of micro businesses. Not only technical skills, this training also equips participants with soft skills such as business communication skills, teamwork, and creative and innovative thinking. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the basic principles of entrepreneurship and readiness to start a business independently. The pre-test and post-test evaluations showed a spike in comprehension scores, while the business plan products developed by participants showed creativity and the use of local potential that had not been previously worked on. The Nganjuk Regency Government shows a commitment to strengthen the capacity of MSME actors through activities such as digital training. However, the challenges of digital transformation demand a more adaptive strategy. The omah away program is present as a regional innovation in accelerating the digitalization of MSMEs, in line with the national vision towards the smart economy and digital transformation targets announced in the RPJMN. Based on the theory of Dynamic Governance with 3 variables such as Thinking Ahead, Thinking Again, and Thinking Across, this omah away program offers digital training, business legality facilitation, and marketing through digital platforms. This study highlights how the away house becomes an integrative model that not only provides technical training, but also builds a collaborative ecosystem between the government, business actors, the private sector, communities, education and society. Despite the impact on increasing the participation of digital MSMEs and reducing the unemployment rate, obstacles such as low business legality and online marketing effectiveness are still found. Therefore, critical reflection and cross-actor collaboration are key to the sustainability of the program. These findings strengthen the relevance of Dynamic Governance theory in the context of local-based digital transformation, as well as support efforts to achieve smart economy in areas with growing potential such as Nganjuk Regency.

The implementation of ballast water management is a very important strategic step in preventing marine environmental pollution, because ship ballast water often becomes a route for the spread of invasive alien species that have the potential to disrupt the balance of the ecosistem, harm the maritime economic sector, and endanger human health. This study focuses on ballast water management practices on the MT Timur Laut Mas 2 ship, with the aim of assessing how the procedures are implemented in order to prevent the entry of alien species, reviewing the implementation of both international and national regulations, and evaluating the performance of the Ballast Water Management Sistem (BWMS) technology applied. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method based on a case study, with data collection through interviews with ship crews and company management, direct observation on board the ship, technical documentation, and a review of supporting literature. The results of the study show that the implementation of the IMO Ballast Water Management Convention (BWMC) regulations on ships has been realized through the preparation of a Ballast Water Management Plan, detailed recording in the Ballast Water Record Book, and the use of a BWMS that relies on filtration technology and ultraviolet radiation. However, the implementation still encounters obstacles in the form of limited crew understanding of system operation, variations in water quality along the shipping route that affect filtration effectiveness, and technical obstacles in equipment maintenance. Therefore, a combination of compliance with international regulations, improving crew competency through continuous training, and optimizing sistem operations are key factors in strengthening the effectiveness of ballast water management. These findings confirm that the application of modern technology in accordance with regulatory requirements can enhance marine ecosistem protection while ensuring the sustainability of the maritime industry, thus positively contributing to environmental sustainability and the stability.
