Diarrhea can occur due to consumption of food or drinks contaminated by bacteria, viruses or parasites. The majority of diarrhea sufferers are children under five years old (toddlers) with a prevalence of 12.2%. Diarrhea can be fatal if diarrhea sufferers experience severe dehydration. Giving tempeh porridge to diarrhea sufferers can shorten the duration of acute diarrhea and accelerate weight gain after suffering from acute diarrhea. The results of interviews with mothers who have children under five in the Ploso area, Mojogedang, Mojogedang District, Karanganyar Regency, showed that the majority did not know about treating diarrhea in toddlers with tempeh porridge. Objective: To provide understanding to the public that tempeh porridge can treat diarrhea in toddlers. Method: applied in community service is socialization and health education regarding diarrhea and its management by providing tempe porridge. Community service activities were carried out on Tuesday 21 October 2023 at residents' homes in Ploso Mojogedang Village, Mojogedang Karanganyar District. The community service activities were attended by 11 people. Results: Observations from this health education activity showed that the majority of participants were active in asking questions and answering questions given by the community service team and were able to demonstrate again how to make tempeh porridge. Providing health education about treating diarrhea by providing tempe porridge has proven that the community's knowledge and skills increase after being given the education. This research aims to find out how to improve the creative thinking and mathematical reasoning abilities of class after implementing learning based on the open ended learning model. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Data was collected through tests of students' creative thinking and mathematical reasoning abilities at the end of each cycle and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The results of the research show that: (1) The increase in students' creative thinking and mathematical reasoning abilities is classified as a medium improvement criterion with the respective average N-gain values being 0.53 and 0.49. And the percentage of classical completion of students' creative thinking abilities after implementing cycle I increased to 47.22% and after implementing cycle II actions increased to 86.11%. As well as the percentage of classical completeness of students' mathematical reasoning abilities after implementing cycle I actions increased to 47.22% and after implementing cycle II actions increased to 91.67%; (2) The process of students' answers in completing tests on students' creative thinking abilities and mathematical reasoning can be said to be good.

In order to improve the community development business system so that it is more productive and efficient, technology is needed. The introduction of technology that has developed in society is technology that has been developed in a modern way, or what is known as "appropriate technology" or technology and its applications which have the characteristics of being decentralized, relatively small scale, labor intensive, energy efficient and closely related to local conditions. The socialization activity was held on Saturday, July 28 2022 at 13.00 WITA at Moncongloe Bulu Village, Moncongloe District, Kab. Maros. This activity aims to provide information to the community. To provide information to the community, especially residents of Moncongloe Village, Maros Regency, about various appropriate technologies in midwifery services and how to use appropriate technology in midwifery services, which includes how to use and utilize them. This educational process uses a lecture method with the help of powerpoints and leaflets and educational videos. The results obtained from this activity are that the mothers who participated in this service activity become more understanding and know more about how to use appropriate technology in midwifery services. The assessment is based on the participants' responses and enthusiasm in receiving the material provided. Including positive responses from participants in answering questions correctly when asked by the presenter.    

The study aimed to assess how the utilization of information technology, internal control, and HR competencies affect the reliability of financial statements. Through the use of questionnaires, a "5-point Likert scale" model was used to measure the research variables. The research approach in this case is a quantitative approach,, with the population consisting of accounting and finance employees of distributor companies registered as clients of CV. BRK. Sampling is conducted comprehensively using the total sampling method, with 41 respondents serving as the research subjects. The questionnaire as an instrument that collects respondents' answers is the source of primary data. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis, and the data was processed with the help of SPSS software version 26. The findings show that the three variables contribute to improving the reliability of financial statements significantly and also positively. This finding shows that the good implementation of internal control, the effective use of information technology, and the high competence of human resources can potentially make the reliability of financial statements increase.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2017) diarrhea is the occurrence of defecation with a consistency that is more liquid than usual, with a frequency of 3 times or more in a 24 hour period. Diarrhea is an environmental-based disease caused by infection with microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, parasites, protozoa, and is transmitted via fecal-oral route. Diarrhea is the second cause of death among children under five in the world. Nearly 1 in 5 child deaths, around 1.5 million each year, are due to diarrhea. Diarrhea is the cause of 40% of under-five deaths throughout the world every year. The results of interviews with mothers who have children under five in the Sambirejo area showed that the majority did not know about treating diarrhea in toddlers with tempeh porridge. Objective: to provide understanding to the public that tempeh porridge can treat diarrhea in toddlers. The aim of this research was to determine whether a political party can build public trust. This research examines the media relations carried out by the Gelora Party in building public trust. The background to this research is that political parties are state institutions that have the lowest percentage of trust among other state institutions, due to the lack of fulfillment of promises made. Therefore, the Gelora Party carries out various publicity in the media, one of which is through media relations, with the aim of providing information that will be published by the media and its crew, and with various information, one of which is providing education regarding political parties to the public, so that with this effort it is hoped that change the public's view of political parties. This research uses theories that are relevant to the matter under study, namely media relations strategy theory (Iriantara, 2019:94-110), as well as public trust theory (Haning, Hasniati & Tahili, 2020:25-39). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the data collection technique used is primary data in the form of interviews with informants and secondary data in the form of documentation, both data and images. With the results of media relations research carried out by the Gelora Party in building public trust. Through the answers obtained from informants, it was stated that the media relations carried out could provide literacy about political parties to the public, build trust in the media and journalists and produce the highest percentage of popularity for newly established parties. It can be concluded that the media relations carried out by the Gelora Party have an impact on building public trust. This is also supported by Triangulation answers from senior journalists who assess the media relations carried out by the Gelora Party.  

Indonesia is starting to enter a period of population aging where there is an increase in life expectancy followed by an increase in the number of elderly people which is predicted to continue to increase until 2035 to 48.2% of people (15.77%). Maluku recorded the highest number of hypertension cases in Maluku Province with a total of 25,410 cases in 2020. The aim of implementing community service activities in Hitu Village is to increase community awareness, especially the elderly, regarding the dangers and prevention of hypertension. The activities carried out were elderly gymnastics and continued with socialization in Waimolong Hamlet using the question and answer discussion method. The results of the community service implementation went smoothly and enthusiastically from the participants, as seen from the participant attendance list of more than 25 people, based on the results of questions and answers and interviews, the participants were able to understand that hypertension can be prevented and controlled by living a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy foods. being nutritious, doing physical activity, not smoking or reducing the number of cigarettes consumed per day and carrying out regular health checks at the local health center. There needs to be regular exercise activities carried out in Waimolong Hamlet.

Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang is an Indonesian retail company that was founded in 1998 and currently houses several brands, namely, Charles & Keith, Pedro, Pomelo, and EA7 Emporio Armani in more than 80 stores throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Sales Associates and sales marketing strategies in selling Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya products. Sales Associates are placed in a position to analyze the operational running of retail activities, both related to Sales and Selling Products, as well as inventory and will also be given the opportunity to interact directly with customers as a Fashion Advisor to be able to provide product information, answer questions and provide suggestions to customers . This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with Sales Associates at the Charles & Keith store Tunjungan Plaza and also personal observations during their internship as a Sales Associate for Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The research results show that the role of the Sales Associate is very crucial in providing a positive customer experience, understanding customer needs, providing accurate product information and also increasing customer transaction value. Apart from that, effective sales marketing strategies are also implemented to increase the level of product sales by using social media, one of which is Value Added Service (Chat Shop), which is a medium for communication, promotion and also online sales via WhatsApp between Sales Associates and customers.

Dragon Ball is very popular among different generations in the World. it is not only important in terms of symbolism but also regarding ideology. The purpose of this article is to answer the academic research problem, what content of Islamic philosophical theology is contained in the soundtrack of the Dragon Ball anime series. The study takes a library research setting with a philosophical approach, using Plato's theory of form or the realm of ideas. The results of the study show that the soundtrack for the Dragon Ball anime series contains religious teachings, where the author invites viewers to see the essence of life starting from birth and actually has a purpose in the context of worshiping God. The world is placed as a field to collect the coffers of virtue in order to prepare for the future in the afterlife so that after death the virtue becomes a savior in the wilderness, and the brother lives in heaven in the end. This is an idea or idea that arises from the depths of the heart. Research implications: the importance of understanding the idea of a film soundtrack. The study suggests future in-depth research directions in more specific areas.

This research aims: (1) the mathematical communication abilities of students using the think-talk-write (TTW) cooperative learning model are higher than the mathematical communication abilities of students using conventional learning models in class VIII SMP Negeri 19 Medan, (2) the process of completing answers is created by students in solving problems in the think-talk-write (TTW) cooperative learning model and conventional learning models. This type of research is quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental method. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 19 Medan. The sampling technique in this research used the Purposive Sampling technique, namely class VIII-5 as a class taught using the think-talk-write type cooperative learning model and class VIII-6 as a class taught with a conventional learning model. The data collection instruments were an observation sheet and a test sheet for students' mathematical communication skills in the form of 4 essay questions. Data analysis in this study used a t-Test with the Independent sample t-Test technique with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of the research showed that the average score for the class taught using the think-talk-write cooperative learning model was 80.1 and the class taught with a conventional learning model of 74.6. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test, from the calculation results it was obtained that tcount was 2.501 and ttable 1.67469, the significance level was 0.016<0.05, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so it was concluded that students' mathematical communication skills used the cooperative learning model type. think-talk-write is higher than students' mathematical communication skills using conventional learning models. Based on the analysis of the process of students' answers to the mathematical communication skills test, students who received think-talk-write cooperative learning were better than students who received conventional learning.

The importance of physical activity for the elderly in an effort to support indicators of healthy Indonesia, namely increasing the Life Expectancy of the Indonesian people. The purpose of this socialization is to find out the elderly's routine in daily activities to support Activity Daily Living (ADL). The method used in this outreach was the lecture and question and answer method, then questionnaires were distributed before and after the counseling to determine the elderly's understanding regarding physical activity. Suggestions for this activity are the elderly in Cot Yang Village, Aceh Besar District. This socialization activity was carried out for 1 hour. The results obtained from this socialization activity were that there was a change in the understanding of the elderly regarding physical activities carried out in daily activities. At this activity Mr. Geusyik, Village Secretary and Cot Yang Village Cadres along with 18 elderly people were present. Held on Friday 12 January 2024 at the Cot Yang Village multipurpose hall, at 09:00 WIB. This socialization activity was carried out by lecturers and Diploma Three Nursing students.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee perfomance on population and civil registration office Padang city. This research method uses quantitative methods. The technique used in collecting data in this research is a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires to 72 respondents using population and civil registration office Padang city, and the data from the respondents' answers will be processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that job stress has a positive effect on employee perfomance, job satisfaction does notaffect on employee perfomance.

This research was created to discuss further how educators provide appropriate stimuli so that the learning process of elementary school students can run more effectively according to behavioristic learning theory. This article aims to find out and explain behavioristic learning theory, its characteristics and application in learning, especially for elementary school students. This article uses literature studies to search for and find answers to problems through data from library reviews from various sources and media, both books and e-journals. The results show that behavioristic theory plays a very important role in the learning process in which it is applied, educators are required to design learning and provide appropriate stimuli which will then be responded to actively by students in the learning process in order to realize effective, structured learning and establish interaction and discussion of information.

Human Resources (HR) competency is one of the main factors that must be possessed by MSME business actors. Managing human resources is a skill that must be possessed by business actors. Apart from that, in facing business challenges in the digital era, MSMEs need to adapt to technological developments so as not to be left behind. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide knowledge about HR competencies in the era of digitalization to business actors in Bekasi Regency, especially North Cikarang. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of counseling and assistance to strengthen employee competency in this era of digitalization, especially the development of digital marketing so that in the future micro businesses have the potential to increase the profitability of their businesses. Human resource management in micro businesses has a specific goal, namely that participants in community service activities are expected to be able to adapt to current developments so that they can maintain the existence of their business and increase their business productivity. Implementation is carried out by providing materials, lectures, discussions/questions and answers and practice with business actors.

In the era of digitalization like this, and in the realm of the process of finding the identity of a teenager, it is very easy for teenagers to be affected by many good and bad things by the surrounding environment. The problem that is often faced by teenagers is mental health where there are many causes and consequences that can trigger this to happen. Because of this problem, teenagers lack an understanding of self-love or love themselves. Self love has the meaning of a feeling where we feel confident and proud of our own abilities without attaching importance to the opinions of others by involving aspects of self-awareness, self-confidence, and caring for ourselves. Looking at the reality, this article uses qualitative methods and literature studies in answering these problems. In the interview that we have conducted to 7 existing resource persons and contain active high school teenagers based in the city of Surakarta. With the hope that the interview that has been done can help some and even all speakers about the importance of 'self love' for themselves. With the results we get in several existing aspects such as self awareness, self care, self esteem and in the 7th self worth aspect, the informant has a fairly good and high percentage. Even though in the aspect of self esteem at the same time it is still wrapped in a sense of insecurity.

The property industry is an example of an industry that is expected to continue to grow. Problems related to obstacles that occur in property transactions are the decline in the level of property sales in an area. This can happen due to several causes such as infrastructure gaps in each region, lack of promotion, etc. This research will answer the question of how to increase property sales by 10% every year in the New York City area of ​​the United States. The dataset used in this research was taken via the Kaggle website and comes from information on the number of property sales in 5 boroughs in NYC from 2016-2017. It is hoped that the conclusions from the related journals will provide a recommendation model to increase property sales by 10% in the coming year in NYC.  

This research discusses the phenomenon of the people of Karangharjo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency who tend to behave deviantly from positive Indonesian law, more specifically related to the problem of early marriage, high rates of divorce, domestic violence and high cases of stunting that occur in children which is normalized by local community. In 2022, there will be 50,673 applications for marriage dispensation, 516,344 divorce cases, where 80% of these divorce cases are experienced by couples who have been together for less than 5 years. This research was studied using a qualitative descriptive approach and legal sociology, and the analysis of this research data was empirical. To find out about the behavior of the people of Karangharjo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency who deviate from positive law in Indonesia. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using interviews, observations and document review. There were 10 informants interviewed. This village was used as an object because it was considered to be one of the sub-districts that applied for the highest marriage dispensation in Jember Regency. Researchers succeeded in answering social impacts, including the factors that cause early marriage due to people's concerns about deviations from the nature of religion if their children are not married immediately, apart from that, the perspective emerged that if children aged 20 years have not been married, this is considered a disgrace for the family in Karangharjo Village. The causality of this deviation results in high stunting rates due to mental, economic and psychological unpreparedness in establishing a harmonious household. Community behavior tends to deviate, where traditions and cultural customs are upheld more highly than positive law itself. Therefore, an approach is needed to understand people's behavior so that they comply with positive law without exception, namely by using a legal sociology of law.

The population was taken using a voluntary sampling technique consisting of students from the Islamic Economics and Finance study program at the Indonesian Education University who had taken or were currently taking Arabic language courses. The data obtained was analyzed using a descriptive statistical approach. Analysis using this approach was carried out to determine the frequency of respondents' answers and their percentages. The research results show that students' perceptions of Arabic language learning are relatively good. However, Arabic is considered a difficult subject.

The author conducted this research to answer and understand the work stres experienced by employees of the social rehabilitation office at the Surakarta social service. This type of research uses qualitative. The sample studied was 4 employees. The data collection mothod uses interviews to reveal the work stres that is being experienced. Work stres is a very important occupational health problem, which can cause physical illness to the point of death, and can affect work well-being and productivity.
