Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a field that is involved in the safety, health and welfare of people who work in a project or institution. The ultimate goal of implementing Occupational Safety and Health is to maintain safety and health in the work environment. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) practices are carried out with several efforts, including prevention, providing sanctions and compensation, wound healing and care for workers, as well as providing health care and sick leave to workers. Even though the government has issued requirements and regulations governing the protection of workers, in reality the implementation of work or a project still involves neglect of requirements and regulations related to Occupational Safety and Health (K3) due to the lack of awareness of project implementers regarding the magnitude of the risks that must be borne by workers and companies. naturally. It is hoped that updating work procedures will provide warnings as well as new work habits so that previous incidents do not happen again. Activities like this must also be carried out periodically and consistently by continuing to develop monitoring and supervising work implementation methods that are based on an appropriate Occupational Safety and Health system.

Incidents in water areas often pose major challenges in terms of handling victims and rescue, especially because environmental conditions are dynamic and difficult to reach. The main problem that needs to be addressed is how to provide an effective and timely response to incidents in waters, so that victims can get help quickly and the number of missing victims can be minimized. In addition, it is also important to ensure that rescued victims receive adequate care and assistance to ensure their safety and health. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to identify and in-depth analysis of methods and strategies that can be used in handling victims of incidents in water areas. This includes developing systems or procedures that are effective in providing assistance, as well as minimizing difficulties in finding missing victims. By better understanding the dynamics of incidents in water areas and the factors that influence victim safety, it is hoped that more effective strategies can be developed in dealing with emergency situations in water areas.

Reducing MMR and AKB is a priority for health development as stated in Presidential Regulation Number 18 of 2020 concerning the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan. The main causes of maternal death are hypertension in pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage. This cause can be minimized if the quality of Antenatal Care is carried out properly. Some conditions that can cause the condition of pregnant women are not healthy. High-risk pregnancy is a pregnancy condition that can threaten the health and safety of the mother and fetus. This condition can be caused by complications during pregnancy, but it can also be caused by a medical condition that the mother has had since before pregnancy. The Poedji Rochjati scorecard (KSPR) is a scorecard used as a family-based antenatal screening tool to find risk factors for pregnancy. The challenges faced by cadres in carrying out health development activities are generally caused by the lack of education level and lack of training provided to them regarding their duties as Posyandu cadres. The purpose of the activity "SOSIS POSKA (Socialization of Poedji Rochjati Scores with Cadres) is expected that pregnant women with high risk can be detected as early as possible so that action planning can be carried out and can reduce maternal and infant mortality (AKB). This activity will be carried out in January 2024, carried out in two places, namely the Pandansari village Polindes and at the cadres' house, in the Kintap Health Center Working Area, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan. Pandansari Village was chosen to be given the innovation of the POSKA SOSIS program because it is a village with 89 pregnant women and most of them have a high risk (pregnant women >35 years, hypertension, pregnant women with comorbidities). The participants of this activity were cadres totaling 15 people. The activities carried out were Socialization about Poedji Rohjati Score, Simulation of Poudji Rochjati Score implementation, Evaluation, and question and answer. In this activity participants gave a fairly good response and discussed with each other, what things can help so that the objectives of this program are understood and can be implemented properly and correctly.

Early Breastfeeding Initiation is the process of allowing the baby to breastfeed on its own immediately after birth. This is nature and a gift from God that has been arranged for us. Doing it is also not difficult, it only takes about one to two hours. IMD must be carried out immediately at birth, without delaying weighing or measuring the baby. Babies should also not be cleaned, only dried except for their hands. This process must take place skin to skin between baby and mother. This research uses an analytical type of research with a retrospective research design. The research aims to determine the relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding at the Sonomartani Community Health Center. Based on the data in table 4.3, it can be seen that 5 respondents (38.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding and 8 respondents (61.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding. Carrying out IMD and providing exclusive breastfeeding was 21 respondents (95.5%). The statistical test results of the chi square test obtained a p value = 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding, namely Ha received. The importance of giving birth in a health service is to avoid sudden emergencies that can cause complications and to provide care according to procedures. This is in line with research by Norhana, Arifin and Yulidasari (2016) that mothers who give birth in health facilities are 15,167 times more likely to carry out IMD. Of the 20 respondents who successfully carried out IMD, 19 respondents (95%) were accompanied by their husbands and family when giving birth and 17 respondents (84%) of them succeeded in providing exclusive breastfeeding. Husband and family support play an important role in managing IMD and building maternal self-confidence. The relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding at the Sonomartani Community Health Center in 2022" with a total of 35 respondents and data processing that has been carried out using SPSS, it can be concluded that the chi square test value is p < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted: Based on the research results, the majority of respondents who carried out Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) were 22 respondents (62.9%). Based on the research results, the majority who gave exclusive breastfeeding were 26 respondents (74.3%). Based on the research results, there is a relationship between carrying out IMD and providing exclusive breastfeeding. The statistical test results obtained a chi square test value (p < 0.05) with a value of 0.000.

Chronic kidney disease is defined as kidney damage that lasts for a long time (chronic) and is characterized by a decrease in the ability of the kidneys to filter blood (Glomerular Filtration Rate/GFR). Patients with CKD often experience no symptoms or signs, until less than 15% of their kidney function remains. Since its early stages, CKD is closely related to the emergence of various complications, such as anemia, bone disease, etc. Hemodialysis is not a therapy to cure or restore kidney function, but it can prevent death more quickly in chronic kidney disease sufferers. The kidneys will still lose their ability for metabolic or endocrine activity so that patients with kidney failure must regularly undergo hemodialysis therapy obediently, which has an impact on the patient's quality of life. The aim is to implement nursing care for clients with chronic kidney failure on hemodialysis using diet education and exercise in the Tanjung Rejo Community Health Center UPT Work Area in 2023. This research uses a case study approach. Participant 2 was a kidney failure patient on hemodialysis at the Tanjung Rejo Community Health Center UPT. Data collection using interviews, observation and physical examination, documentation study and literature study. The instrument used in this research was a SGA form. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out using the nursing process. The intervention provided diet education and diet training, then an evaluation was carried out. On the 3rd day after the evaluation the problem was resolved. The evaluation results show that nursing interventions providing diet education and diet training are very effective in maintaining the body condition of chronic kidney failure patients on hemodialysis. Conclusions and suggestions require efforts to involve the client's family to implement diet education with diet training so as not to worsen the disease they suffer from and can improve their quality of life.

In today's digital era, most people use smartphones for various purposes. In the laboratory field,  as an innovation in laboratory examinations, and as a form of community service to promote healthy living and change people's lifestyles, medical laboratory technicians play a role in creating medical record applications. The development of this application is based on the fact that patients often forget about the examinations they have undergone, making it difficult to accurately record medical history. The examinations conducted on patients are a benchmark for lifestyle patterns that should be carefully considered by patients. This attention begins with the periodic recording of health history, which should be done to anticipate spikes or abnormalities in the body's condition. The application system, created through a semi-automatic method for recording and reminding examinations, is able to minimize errors or inaccuracies in the examination results in the history, thus facilitating self-control of both lifestyle, examinations, and health. Medical record application software can provide health data from previous laboratory examinations and can provide reminders for the next scheduled examination."

A pregnant woman is a woman who carries a fetus in her womb after being fertilized BACKGROUND by spermatozoa. Pregnancy is a special situation for a woman as a prospective mother, because during pregnancy there will be physical changes that affect her life. During pregnancy, many changes will occur, both physical, social and mental. Pregnant mothers must have adequate nutrition, because the nutrition they get will be used for themselves and their fetus. For pregnant women, basically all nutrients require supplementation, but what is often lacking is protein energy and several minerals such as iron (Pantiawati in Mulyani, 2017). Breast care is a health behavior. Health behavior (according to Skinner) is: "a person's response to stimuli related to illness and disease, the health service system, eating and drinking, and the environment" (Unimus, 2012). Becker describes health behavior into three domains, namely health knowledge, attitudes towards health, and health practices (Wikipedia, 2012). According to Lawrence Green (1980) in Notoadmodjo (2007) there are 2 factors that influence human behavior in terms of health, namely: internal factors which include knowledge, perception, emotions, motivation, socio-economics and culture, and external factors, namely the environment. So far, from the literature that researchers have examined, there have been many studies that discuss breast care behavior, both during the antenatal period and during pregnancy.OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship between factors that influence pregnant women in carrying out breast care at the Pratama Nirmala Clinic in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted as a statistical test result of a significant relationship. RESULTS There is a significant relationship between the factors that influence pregnant women in carrying out breast care at the Pratama Nirmala Clinic in 2023. ADVICE is given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding breast care

BACKGROUND The exact incidence of infertility is not yet known with certainty, it varies greatly. Birth can occur in two ways, normal or natural (vaginal) and abnormal or delivery which is usually known as caesarean section. SC (Sectio Caesarea) is an artificial birth where the fetus is born through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus, which can result in bleeding and incision wounds (Meo, 2021). In Indonesia, the number of caesarean sections increases along with the incidence of post-SC wound infections, where around 90% of post-cesarean section morbidity in the data obtained is caused by surgical wound infections. The incidence of caesarean sections (SC) is increasing every year, and according to the World Health Organization the standard for caesarean sections in a country is 5-10% of every newborn in the world (Hastutik, 2020).OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between postpartum mothers' knowledge about post-SC wound care and the incidence of SC wound infections in Multatuli Village, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship . RESULTS: There is a significant relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers regarding post-SC wound care and the incidence of SC wound infections. Suggestions are given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding Post SC Wound Care

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia resulting from abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. One of the complications of DM, such as diabetic foot ulcers, is chronic wounds below the ankle. This increases morbidity, mortality, and the quality of life of patients. Diabetic ulcers are often associated with a lack of knowledge among diabetic patients about foot care and skills in preventing worsening wounds. This lack of knowledge has been proven to be a contributing factor to why people with DM do not perform foot care independently. Therefore, providing education on diabetic foot care is necessary to prevent the increasing incidence of DM and to prevent diabetic ulcers. This study aims to determine the effect of video health education on the knowledge of foot care among diabetes mellitus patients in the Cibolang Village, the working area of Cibolangkidul Community Health Center. This is a quantitative study with a Quasi experimental research design using a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection was conducted using Non-Probability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test analysis, a P value of 0.001 < 0.05 was obtained, indicating that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is an influence of video health education on the knowledge of foot care among diabetes mellitus patients in Cibolang Village, Cibolangkidul Community Health Center.
