In an increasingly competitive and dynamic business era, companies are faced with increasing pressure to achieve success. To achieve this goal, operational efficiency, effectiveness and consistency are key. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are present as an important instrument in guiding companies towards this achievement. SOPs are written guidelines that detail the steps and procedures that employees must follow in carrying out their daily tasks. A good SOP implementation helps companies ensure that every step taken by employees is in accordance with the set standards, reduces the possibility of errors, and improves the quality of the final result. However, awareness of the importance of SOPs is still uneven among companies, and many have difficulty in implementing them effectively. SOPs play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, reducing the risk of errors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. By providing clear guidance to employees, SOPs help in minimizing confusion, speeding up workflow, and increasing productivity. In addition, SOPs also help in maintaining consistent product quality and ensuring compliance with production standards. The importance of operational consistency cannot be overlooked either, as consistency creates customer trust, improves efficiency, and creates a stable work culture. Effective implementation and management of SOPs are key in ensuring operational success. Efficiency problems in spatial planning at LSU Farm have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the production process. The proximity of raw material storage warehouses to sorting and packaging zones results in congestion that disrupts product flow and quality, as well as triggering backtracking and line crossings that are detrimental to materials management. To overcome this, the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) method was applied which considers interactions between critical areas such as inbound, sort & repack, outbound, warehouse, employees, cold storage and outdoor offices. ARC's analysis compares the importance of connections between facilities for easier access and consumer convenience, as well as reducing unnecessary movements and improving quality control. The analysis results show that the sort & repack area with the highest Total Closeness Rating (TCR) value (117) is a priority in layout reorganization. Based on these findings, it is recommended that production input warehouses be positioned further away from sorting and packaging areas to maintain product quality and avoid chemical contamination, in line with improving overall operational efficiency.

Occupational health and safety (K3) is an effort to protect things that are dangerous so that everyone in the work environment is always safe and healthy. Creating a safe and healthy work environment can minimize the occurrence of accidents or accidents that can cause prolonged absences from work and significant costs for the company. Injured or sick workers can hinder productivity and disrupt work. The implementation of work safety basically aims to find weaknesses that exist and the possibility of accidents occurring in the work environment. This function consists of finding the cause and effect of an accident and investigating whether it is controllable or not. Labor productivity is a very important factor for companies, because the higher labor productivity, the more production or work results that can be provided in a certain time. To achieve maximum productivity, other things that are still related to labor productivity must also be considered. Among them are job opportunities, work motivation, work efficiency and effectiveness, work ability, as well as experience and knowledge that support the work process. Measurement of labor productivity is based on a system of physical income per person or hours worked per person based on working time or in days or years. By making these measurements, it is converted into work units, namely. into the amount of work that can be completed by employees working according to implementation standards in one hour. In short: The adoption of occupational health and safety in the workplace is an important factor in increasing the productivity and success of the entire enterprise. With the implementation of OSH it is possible to prevent work-related accidents and injuries, prevent employee absenteeism, which increases job satisfaction and creates competitive advantages that can lead to future employee success.

A shipyard company in Surabaya, which is one of the major industries, generates a large amount of organic waste, including food waste, vegetables, fruits, leaves, and wood. Although this organic waste is a potential source of humus and essential nutrients for the soil, most of it has not been optimally managed. Composting is an effective method to process organic waste into compost, which can reduce the negative impact of toxic compounds and pathogens on the environment. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using two types of activators, namely PROMI and ecoenzymes, in accelerating the composting process and improving compost quality in accordance with SNI 19-7030-2004 standards. PROMI activator, which contains various microorganisms such as Trichoderma Harzianium, Pseudokoningii, and Aspergilus sp., and ecoenzymes, which is produced through fermentation of organic materials, were applied to shredded organic waste. The results showed that the use of both activators could accelerate the decomposition process of organic materials and produce high-quality compost within 21 days. With the final measurement results of both composts, both with PROMI and ecoenzymes treatment, the same pH and temperature values were obtained, namely pH 7 and temperature 30℃. Parameters such as pH, temperature, colour, smell, and texture of the compost are recorded periodically to ensure the composting process is going well. Thus, the use of PROMI and ecoenzymes activators not only increases composting efficiency but also provides a sustainable solution for organic waste management in the shipyard industry.

Banks are bodies or institutions that receive credit or loans. In banking finance we need to measure the asset ratio. Asset Ratio is the management of company assets in generating income which is used to evaluate the efficiency of financial management. The Asset Ratio includes a comparison between the company's total assets and the resulting income or net profit. Is the bank efficient in utilizing or using its fixed assets? One method for calculating a bank's asset ratio is the FixediAssets Turnover Ratioi (FATO) and Total AssetsiTurnover Ratio (TATO). Calculating these two analysis methods requires or involves all assets owned by the bank. a bank. In banking, the Fixed AssetsiTurnover Ratio (FATO) is a ratio that measures the effectiveness of a company in using its fixed assetiinvestments toigenerate net sales (services). Total Asset Turnover Ratio (TATO) is usually used to determine how effective a company's total assets are in generating income. From the results of the analysis of the financialistatements of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2017-2021 can be concluded that the Company's activity ratio is still categorized as unfavorable. This is because the measurement of Fixed AssetiTurnover Ratio (FATO) and Total AssetsiTurnover Ratio (TATO) each year experiences fluctuations or is unstable or inefficient in managing fixed assets and total assets in supporting the Company's operations to generate income.
